Tafheem ul Quran
Surah 43 Az-Zukhruf, Ayat 87-87
وَلَـئِنۡ سَاَلۡـتَهُمۡ مَّنۡ خَلَقَهُمۡ لَيَقُوۡلُنَّ اللّٰهُ فَاَنّٰى يُؤۡفَكُوۡنَۙ
﴿43:87﴾
(43:87) If you were to ask them: “Who created them?” they will surely say:
“Allah.”69 Whence are they, then, being led astray?
Notes
69. This verse has two meanings:
(1) If you ask them who has created them, they will say: Allah.
(2) If you ask them who is the Creator of their gods, they will say: Allah.
