[743] عن وَحْشِيِّ بن حرب أنَّ أصحابَ رسول الله قالوا : يَا رسولَ اللهِ ، إنَّا نَأكُلُ وَلا نَشْبَعُ ؟ قَالَ : « فَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَفْتَرِقُونَ » قالوا : نَعَمْ . قال : « فَاجْتَمِعُوا عَلَى طَعَامِكُمْ ، وَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللهِ ، يُبَارَكْ لَكُمْ فِيهِ » رواه أَبُو داود . فيه : أنَّ البركة تنزل مع الجماعة . زاد الطبراني من حديث ابن عمر : « فإن طعام الواحد يكفي الاثنين وطعام الاثنين يكفي الأربعة » .
743. Wahshi bin Harb (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Some of the Companions of Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "We eat but are not satisfied." He (PBUH) said, "Perhaps you eat separately." The Companions replied in affirmative. He then said: "Eat together and mention the Name of Allah over your food. It will be blessed for you."
