Surah 24. An-Nur (The Light) V64 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ سُوْرَةٌA Surah اَنْزَلْنٰهَاWe (have) sent it down وَفَرَضْنٰهَاand We (have) made it obligatory وَاَنْزَلْنَاand We (have) revealed فِیْهَاۤtherein اٰیٰتٍVerses بَیِّنٰتٍclear لَّعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَذَكَّرُوْنَtake heed ۟(1) اَلزَّانِیَةُThe fornicatress وَالزَّانِیْand the fornicator فَاجْلِدُوْا[then] flog كُلَّeach وَاحِدٍone مِّنْهُمَاof them مِائَةَ(with) hundred جَلْدَةٍ ۪lash(es) وَّلَاAnd (let) not تَاْخُذْكُمْwithhold you بِهِمَاpity for them رَاْفَةٌpity for them فِیْconcerning دِیْنِ(the) religion of Allah اللّٰهِ(the) religion of Allah اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou تُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve بِاللّٰهِin Allah وَالْیَوْمِand the Day الْاٰخِرِ ۚthe Last وَلْیَشْهَدْAnd let witness عَذَابَهُمَاtheir punishment طَآىِٕفَةٌa group مِّنَof الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(2) اَلزَّانِیْThe fornicator لَا(will) not یَنْكِحُmarry اِلَّاexcept زَانِیَةًa fornicatress اَوْor مُشْرِكَةً ؗa polytheist woman وَّالزَّانِیَةُand the fornicatress لَا(will) not یَنْكِحُهَاۤmarry her اِلَّاexcept زَانٍa fornicator اَوْor مُشْرِكٌ ۚa polytheist man وَحُرِّمَAnd is forbidden ذٰلِكَthat عَلَیto الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(3) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who یَرْمُوْنَaccuse الْمُحْصَنٰتِthe chaste women ثُمَّthen لَمْnot یَاْتُوْاthey bring بِاَرْبَعَةِfour شُهَدَآءَwitnesses فَاجْلِدُوْهُمْthen flog them ثَمٰنِیْنَ(with) eighty جَلْدَةًlashe(s) وَّلَاand (do) not تَقْبَلُوْاaccept لَهُمْtheir شَهَادَةًtestimony اَبَدًا ۚever وَاُولٰٓىِٕكَAnd those هُمُthey الْفٰسِقُوْنَ(are) the defiantly disobedient ۟ۙ(4) اِلَّاExcept الَّذِیْنَthose who تَابُوْاrepent مِنْafter بَعْدِafter ذٰلِكَthat وَاَصْلَحُوْا ۚand reform فَاِنَّThen indeed اللّٰهَAllah غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(5) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who یَرْمُوْنَaccuse اَزْوَاجَهُمْtheir spouses وَلَمْand not یَكُنْhave لَّهُمْfor them شُهَدَآءُwitnesses اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْفُسُهُمْthemselves فَشَهَادَةُthen (the) testimony اَحَدِهِمْ(of) one of them اَرْبَعُ(is) four شَهٰدٰتٍۢtestimonies بِاللّٰهِ ۙby Allah اِنَّهٗthat he لَمِنَ(is) surely of الصّٰدِقِیْنَthe truthful ۟(6) وَالْخَامِسَةُAnd the fifth اَنَّthat لَعْنَتَ(the) curse of Allah اللّٰهِ(the) curse of Allah عَلَیْهِ(be) upon him اِنْif كَانَhe is مِنَof الْكٰذِبِیْنَthe liars ۟(7) وَیَدْرَؤُاBut it would prevent عَنْهَاfrom her الْعَذَابَthe punishment اَنْthat تَشْهَدَshe bears witness اَرْبَعَfour شَهٰدٰتٍtestimonies بِاللّٰهِ ۙby Allah اِنَّهٗthat he لَمِنَ(is) surely of الْكٰذِبِیْنَthe liars ۟ۙ(8) وَالْخَامِسَةَAnd the fifth اَنَّthat غَضَبَthe wrath of Allah اللّٰهِthe wrath of Allah عَلَیْهَاۤ(be) upon her اِنْif كَانَhe is مِنَof الصّٰدِقِیْنَthe truthful ۟(9) وَلَوْلَاAnd if not فَضْلُ(for) the Grace of Allah اللّٰهِ(for) the Grace of Allah عَلَیْكُمْupon you وَرَحْمَتُهٗand His Mercy وَاَنَّand that اللّٰهَAllah تَوَّابٌ(is) Oft-Returning (to Mercy) حَكِیْمٌAll-Wise ۟۠(10) Surah 24. An-Nur - Page 350 - Juz 18 اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who جَآءُوْbrought بِالْاِفْكِthe lie عُصْبَةٌ(are) a group مِّنْكُمْ ؕamong you لَا(Do) not تَحْسَبُوْهُthink it شَرًّاbad لَّكُمْ ؕfor you بَلْnay هُوَit خَیْرٌ(is) good لَّكُمْ ؕfor you لِكُلِّFor every امْرِئٍperson مِّنْهُمْamong them مَّا(is) what اكْتَسَبَhe earned مِنَof الْاِثْمِ ۚthe sin وَالَّذِیْand the one who تَوَلّٰیtook upon himself a greater share of it كِبْرَهٗtook upon himself a greater share of it مِنْهُمْamong them لَهٗfor him عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟(11) لَوْلَاۤWhy not اِذْwhen سَمِعْتُمُوْهُyou heard it ظَنَّthink الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَthe believing men وَالْمُؤْمِنٰتُand the believing women بِاَنْفُسِهِمْgood of themselves خَیْرًا ۙgood of themselves وَّقَالُوْاand say هٰذَاۤThis اِفْكٌ(is) a lie مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟(12) لَوْلَاWhy (did) not جَآءُوْthey bring عَلَیْهِfor it بِاَرْبَعَةِfour شُهَدَآءَ ۚwitnesses فَاِذْThen when لَمْnot یَاْتُوْاthey brought بِالشُّهَدَآءِthe witnesses فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen those عِنْدَnear Allah اللّٰهِnear Allah هُمُthey الْكٰذِبُوْنَ(are) the liars ۟(13) وَلَوْلَاAnd if not فَضْلُ(for the) Grace اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْكُمْupon you وَرَحْمَتُهٗand His Mercy فِیin الدُّنْیَاthe world وَالْاٰخِرَةِand the Hereafter لَمَسَّكُمْsurely would have touched you فِیْin مَاۤwhat اَفَضْتُمْyou had rushed glibly فِیْهِconcerning it عَذَابٌa punishment عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟ۚۖ(14) اِذْWhen تَلَقَّوْنَهٗyou received it بِاَلْسِنَتِكُمْwith your tongues وَتَقُوْلُوْنَand you said بِاَفْوَاهِكُمْwith your mouths مَّاwhat لَیْسَnot لَكُمْfor you بِهٖof it عِلْمٌany knowledge وَّتَحْسَبُوْنَهٗand you thought it هَیِّنًا ۖۗ(was) insignificant وَّهُوَwhile it عِنْدَ(was) near Allah اللّٰهِ(was) near Allah عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟(15) وَلَوْلَاۤAnd why not اِذْwhen سَمِعْتُمُوْهُyou heard it قُلْتُمْyou said مَّاNot یَكُوْنُit is لَنَاۤfor us اَنْthat نَّتَكَلَّمَwe speak بِهٰذَا ۖۗof this سُبْحٰنَكَGlory be to You هٰذَاThis بُهْتَانٌ(is) a slander عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟(16) یَعِظُكُمُAllah warns you اللّٰهُAllah warns you اَنْthat تَعُوْدُوْاyou return لِمِثْلِهٖۤ(to the) like of it اَبَدًاever اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are مُّؤْمِنِیْنَۚbelievers ۟ۚ(17) وَیُبَیِّنُAnd Allah makes clear اللّٰهُAnd Allah makes clear لَكُمُto you الْاٰیٰتِ ؕthe Verses وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah عَلِیْمٌ(is) All-Knower حَكِیْمٌAll-Wise ۟(18) اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who یُحِبُّوْنَlike اَنْthat تَشِیْعَ(should) spread الْفَاحِشَةُthe immorality فِیamong الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve لَهُمْfor them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment اَلِیْمٌ ۙpainful فِیin الدُّنْیَاthe world وَالْاٰخِرَةِ ؕand the Hereafter وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah یَعْلَمُknows وَاَنْتُمْwhile you لَا(do) not تَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(19) وَلَوْلَاAnd if not فَضْلُ(for the) Grace of Allah اللّٰهِ(for the) Grace of Allah عَلَیْكُمْupon you وَرَحْمَتُهٗand His Mercy وَاَنَّAnd that اللّٰهَAllah رَءُوْفٌ(is) Full of Kindness رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟۠(20) Surah 24. An-Nur - Page 351 - Juz 18 یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you who believe الَّذِیْنَO you who believe اٰمَنُوْاO you who believe لَا(Do) not تَتَّبِعُوْاfollow خُطُوٰتِ(the) footsteps الشَّیْطٰنِ ؕ(of) the Shaitaan وَمَنْand whoever یَّتَّبِعْfollows خُطُوٰتِ(the) footsteps الشَّیْطٰنِ(of) the Shaitaan فَاِنَّهٗthen indeed, he یَاْمُرُcommands بِالْفَحْشَآءِthe immorality وَالْمُنْكَرِ ؕand the evil وَلَوْلَاAnd if not فَضْلُ(for the) Grace of Allah اللّٰهِ(for the) Grace of Allah عَلَیْكُمْupon you وَرَحْمَتُهٗand His Mercy مَاnot زَكٰی(would) have been pure مِنْكُمْamong you مِّنْanyone اَحَدٍanyone اَبَدًا ۙever وَّلٰكِنَّbut اللّٰهَAllah یُزَكِّیْpurifies مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُ ؕHe wills وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah سَمِیْعٌ(is) All-Hearer عَلِیْمٌAll-Knower ۟(21) وَلَاAnd not یَاْتَلِlet swear اُولُواthose of virtue الْفَضْلِthose of virtue مِنْكُمْamong you وَالسَّعَةِand the amplitude of means اَنْthat یُّؤْتُوْۤاthey give اُولِی(to) the near of kin الْقُرْبٰی(to) the near of kin وَالْمَسٰكِیْنَand the needy وَالْمُهٰجِرِیْنَand the emigrants فِیْin سَبِیْلِ(the) way اللّٰهِ ۪ۖ(of) Allah وَلْیَعْفُوْاAnd let them pardon وَلْیَصْفَحُوْا ؕand let them overlook اَلَا(Do) not تُحِبُّوْنَyou like اَنْthat یَّغْفِرَAllah should forgive اللّٰهُAllah should forgive لَكُمْ ؕyou وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(22) اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who یَرْمُوْنَaccuse الْمُحْصَنٰتِthe chaste women الْغٰفِلٰتِthe unaware women الْمُؤْمِنٰتِ(and) the believing women لُعِنُوْاare cursed فِیin الدُّنْیَاthe world وَالْاٰخِرَةِ ۪and the Hereafter وَلَهُمْAnd for them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟ۙ(23) یَّوْمَ(On a) Day تَشْهَدُwill bear witness عَلَیْهِمْagainst them اَلْسِنَتُهُمْtheir tongues وَاَیْدِیْهِمْand their hands وَاَرْجُلُهُمْand their feet بِمَاfor what كَانُوْاthey used یَعْمَلُوْنَ(to) do ۟(24) یَوْمَىِٕذٍThat Day یُّوَفِّیْهِمُAllah will pay them in full اللّٰهُAllah will pay them in full دِیْنَهُمُtheir recompense الْحَقَّthe due وَیَعْلَمُوْنَand they will know اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah هُوَHe الْحَقُّ(is) the Truth الْمُبِیْنُthe Manifest ۟(25) اَلْخَبِیْثٰتُEvil women لِلْخَبِیْثِیْنَ(are) for evil men وَالْخَبِیْثُوْنَand evil men لِلْخَبِیْثٰتِ ۚ(are) for evil women وَالطَّیِّبٰتُAnd good women لِلطَّیِّبِیْنَ(are) for good men وَالطَّیِّبُوْنَand good men لِلطَّیِّبٰتِ ۚ(are) for good women اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose مُبَرَّءُوْنَ(are) innocent مِمَّاof what یَقُوْلُوْنَ ؕthey say لَهُمْFor them مَّغْفِرَةٌ(is) forgiveness وَّرِزْقٌand a provision كَرِیْمٌnoble ۟۠(26) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve لَا(Do) not تَدْخُلُوْاenter بُیُوْتًاhouses غَیْرَother (than) بُیُوْتِكُمْyour houses حَتّٰیuntil تَسْتَاْنِسُوْاyou have asked permission وَتُسَلِّمُوْاand you have greeted عَلٰۤی[on] اَهْلِهَا ؕits inhabitants ذٰلِكُمْThat خَیْرٌ(is) best لَّكُمْfor you لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَذَكَّرُوْنَpay heed ۟(27) Surah 24. An-Nur - Page 352 - Juz 18 فَاِنْBut if لَّمْnot تَجِدُوْاyou find فِیْهَاۤin it اَحَدًاanyone فَلَاthen (do) not تَدْخُلُوْهَاenter it حَتّٰیuntil یُؤْذَنَpermission has been given لَكُمْ ۚto you وَاِنْAnd if قِیْلَit is said لَكُمُto you ارْجِعُوْاGo back فَارْجِعُوْاthen go back هُوَit اَزْكٰی(is) purer لَكُمْ ؕfor you وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do عَلِیْمٌ(is) All-Knower ۟(28) لَیْسَNot عَلَیْكُمْupon you جُنَاحٌ(is) any blame اَنْthat تَدْخُلُوْاyou enter بُیُوْتًاhouses غَیْرَnot مَسْكُوْنَةٍinhabited فِیْهَاin it مَتَاعٌ(is) a provision لَّكُمْ ؕfor you وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah یَعْلَمُknows مَاwhat تُبْدُوْنَyou reveal وَمَاand what تَكْتُمُوْنَyou conceal ۟(29) قُلْSay لِّلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَto the believing men یَغُضُّوْاthey should lower مِنْtheir gaze اَبْصَارِهِمْtheir gaze وَیَحْفَظُوْاand they should guard فُرُوْجَهُمْ ؕtheir chastity ذٰلِكَThat اَزْكٰی(is) purer لَهُمْ ؕfor them اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah خَبِیْرٌ(is) All-Aware بِمَاof what یَصْنَعُوْنَthey do ۟(30) وَقُلْAnd say لِّلْمُؤْمِنٰتِto the believing women یَغْضُضْنَ(that) they should lower مِنْ[of] اَبْصَارِهِنَّtheir gaze وَیَحْفَظْنَand they should guard فُرُوْجَهُنَّtheir chastity وَلَاand not یُبْدِیْنَ(to) display زِیْنَتَهُنَّtheir adornment اِلَّاexcept مَاwhat ظَهَرَis apparent مِنْهَاof it وَلْیَضْرِبْنَAnd let them draw بِخُمُرِهِنَّtheir head covers عَلٰیover جُیُوْبِهِنَّ ۪their bosoms وَلَاand not یُبْدِیْنَ(to) display زِیْنَتَهُنَّtheir adornment اِلَّاexcept لِبُعُوْلَتِهِنَّto their husbands اَوْor اٰبَآىِٕهِنَّtheir fathers اَوْor اٰبَآءِfathers بُعُوْلَتِهِنَّ(of) their husbands اَوْor اَبْنَآىِٕهِنَّtheir sons اَوْor اَبْنَآءِsons بُعُوْلَتِهِنَّ(of) their husbands اَوْor اِخْوَانِهِنَّtheir brothers اَوْor بَنِیْۤsons اِخْوَانِهِنَّ(of) their brothers اَوْor بَنِیْۤsons اَخَوٰتِهِنَّ(of) their sisters اَوْor نِسَآىِٕهِنَّtheir women اَوْor مَاwhat مَلَكَتْpossess اَیْمَانُهُنَّtheir right hands اَوِor التّٰبِعِیْنَthe attendants غَیْرِhaving no physical desire اُولِیhaving no physical desire الْاِرْبَةِhaving no physical desire مِنَamong الرِّجَالِ[the] men اَوِor الطِّفْلِ[the] children الَّذِیْنَwho لَمْ(are) not یَظْهَرُوْاaware عَلٰیof عَوْرٰتِprivate aspects النِّسَآءِ ۪(of) the women وَلَاAnd not یَضْرِبْنَlet them stamp بِاَرْجُلِهِنَّtheir feet لِیُعْلَمَto make known مَاwhat یُخْفِیْنَthey conceal مِنْof زِیْنَتِهِنَّ ؕtheir adornment وَتُوْبُوْۤاAnd turn اِلَیto اللّٰهِAllah جَمِیْعًاaltogether اَیُّهَO believers الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَO believers لَعَلَّكُمْSo that you may تُفْلِحُوْنَsucceed ۟(31) Surah 24. An-Nur - Page 353 - Juz 18 وَاَنْكِحُواAnd marry الْاَیَامٰیthe single مِنْكُمْamong you وَالصّٰلِحِیْنَand the righteous مِنْamong عِبَادِكُمْyour male slaves وَاِمَآىِٕكُمْ ؕand your female slaves اِنْIf یَّكُوْنُوْاthey are فُقَرَآءَpoor یُغْنِهِمُAllah will enrich them اللّٰهُAllah will enrich them مِنْfrom فَضْلِهٖ ؕHis Bounty وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah وَاسِعٌ(is) All-Encompassing عَلِیْمٌAll-Knowing ۟(32) وَلْیَسْتَعْفِفِAnd let be chaste الَّذِیْنَthose who لَا(do) not یَجِدُوْنَfind نِكَاحًا(means for) marriage حَتّٰیuntil یُغْنِیَهُمُAllah enriches them اللّٰهُAllah enriches them مِنْfrom فَضْلِهٖ ؕHis Bounty وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who یَبْتَغُوْنَseek الْكِتٰبَthe writing مِمَّاfrom (those) whom مَلَكَتْpossess اَیْمَانُكُمْyour right hands فَكَاتِبُوْهُمْthen give them (the) writing اِنْif عَلِمْتُمْyou know فِیْهِمْin them خَیْرًا ۖۗany good وَّاٰتُوْهُمْand give them مِّنْfrom مَّالِthe wealth of Allah اللّٰهِthe wealth of Allah الَّذِیْۤwhich اٰتٰىكُمْ ؕHe has given you وَلَاAnd (do) not تُكْرِهُوْاcompel فَتَیٰتِكُمْyour slave girls عَلَیto الْبِغَآءِ[the] prostitution اِنْif اَرَدْنَthey desire تَحَصُّنًاchastity لِّتَبْتَغُوْاthat you may seek عَرَضَtemporary gain الْحَیٰوةِ(of) the life الدُّنْیَا ؕ(of) the world وَمَنْAnd whoever یُّكْرِهْهُّنَّcompels them فَاِنَّthen indeed اللّٰهَAllah مِنْafter بَعْدِafter اِكْرَاهِهِنَّtheir compulsion غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(33) وَلَقَدْAnd verily اَنْزَلْنَاۤWe have sent down اِلَیْكُمْto you اٰیٰتٍVerses مُّبَیِّنٰتٍclear وَّمَثَلًاand an example مِّنَof الَّذِیْنَthose who خَلَوْاpassed away مِنْbefore you قَبْلِكُمْbefore you وَمَوْعِظَةًand an admonition لِّلْمُتَّقِیْنَfor those who fear (Allah) ۟۠(34) اَللّٰهُAllah نُوْرُ(is the) Light السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth مَثَلُ(The) example نُوْرِهٖ(of) His Light كَمِشْكٰوةٍ(is) like a niche فِیْهَاin it مِصْبَاحٌ ؕ(is) a lamp اَلْمِصْبَاحُthe lamp فِیْ(is) in زُجَاجَةٍ ؕa glass اَلزُّجَاجَةُthe glass كَاَنَّهَاas if it were كَوْكَبٌa star دُرِّیٌّbrilliant یُّوْقَدُ(which) is lit مِنْfrom شَجَرَةٍa tree مُّبٰرَكَةٍblessed زَیْتُوْنَةٍan olive لَّاnot شَرْقِیَّةٍ(of the) east وَّلَاand not غَرْبِیَّةٍ ۙ(of the) west یَّكَادُwould almost زَیْتُهَاits oil یُضِیْٓءُglow وَلَوْeven if لَمْnot تَمْسَسْهُtouched it نَارٌ ؕfire نُوْرٌLight عَلٰیupon نُوْرٍ ؕLight یَهْدِیAllah guides اللّٰهُAllah guides لِنُوْرِهٖto His Light مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُ ؕHe wills وَیَضْرِبُAnd Allah sets forth اللّٰهُAnd Allah sets forth الْاَمْثَالَthe examples لِلنَّاسِ ؕfor the mankind وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah بِكُلِّof every شَیْءٍthing عَلِیْمٌ(is) All-Knower ۟ۙ(35) فِیْIn بُیُوْتٍhouses اَذِنَ(which) Allah ordered اللّٰهُ(which) Allah ordered اَنْthat تُرْفَعَthey be raised وَیُذْكَرَand be mentioned فِیْهَاin them اسْمُهٗ ۙHis name یُسَبِّحُGlorify لَهٗ[to] Him فِیْهَاin them بِالْغُدُوِّin the mornings وَالْاٰصَالِand (in) the evenings ۟ۙ(36) Surah 24. An-Nur - Page 354 - Juz 18 رِجَالٌ ۙMen لَّاnot تُلْهِیْهِمْdistracts them تِجَارَةٌtrade وَّلَاand not بَیْعٌsale عَنْfrom ذِكْرِ(the) remembrance of Allah اللّٰهِ(the) remembrance of Allah وَاِقَامِand (from) establishing الصَّلٰوةِthe prayer وَاِیْتَآءِand giving الزَّكٰوةِzakah یَخَافُوْنَThey fear یَوْمًاa Day تَتَقَلَّبُwill turn about فِیْهِtherein الْقُلُوْبُthe hearts وَالْاَبْصَارُand the eyes ۟ۗۙ(37) لِیَجْزِیَهُمُThat Allah may reward them اللّٰهُThat Allah may reward them اَحْسَنَ(with the) best مَا(of) what عَمِلُوْاthey did وَیَزِیْدَهُمْand increase them مِّنْfrom فَضْلِهٖ ؕHis Bounty وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah یَرْزُقُprovides مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُHe wills بِغَیْرِwithout حِسَابٍmeasure ۟(38) وَالَّذِیْنَBut those who كَفَرُوْۤاdisbelieve اَعْمَالُهُمْtheir deeds كَسَرَابٍۭ(are) like a mirage بِقِیْعَةٍin a lowland یَّحْسَبُهُthinks it الظَّمْاٰنُthe thirsty one مَآءً ؕ(to be) water حَتّٰۤیuntil اِذَاwhen جَآءَهٗhe comes to it لَمْnot یَجِدْهُhe finds it شَیْـًٔا(to be) anything وَّوَجَدَbut he finds اللّٰهَAllah عِنْدَهٗbefore him فَوَفّٰىهُHe will pay him in full حِسَابَهٗ ؕhis due وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah سَرِیْعُ(is) swift الْحِسَابِ(in) the account ۟ۙ(39) اَوْOr كَظُلُمٰتٍ(is) like (the) darkness[es] فِیْin بَحْرٍa sea لُّجِّیٍّdeep یَّغْشٰىهُcovers it مَوْجٌa wave مِّنْon it فَوْقِهٖon it مَوْجٌa wave مِّنْon it فَوْقِهٖon it سَحَابٌ ؕa cloud ظُلُمٰتٌdarkness[es] بَعْضُهَاsome of it فَوْقَon بَعْضٍ ؕothers اِذَاۤWhen اَخْرَجَhe puts out یَدَهٗhis hand لَمْhardly یَكَدْhardly یَرٰىهَا ؕhe (can) see it وَمَنْAnd (for) whom لَّمْnot یَجْعَلِAllah (has) made اللّٰهُAllah (has) made لَهٗfor him نُوْرًاa light فَمَاthen not لَهٗfor him مِنْ(is) any نُّوْرٍlight ۟۠(40) اَلَمْDo not تَرَyou see اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah یُسَبِّحُglorify لَهٗHim مَنْwhoever فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَالطَّیْرُand the birds صٰٓفّٰتٍ ؕ(with) wings outspread كُلٌّEach one قَدْverily عَلِمَknows صَلَاتَهٗits prayer وَتَسْبِیْحَهٗ ؕand its glorification وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah عَلِیْمٌۢ(is) All-Knower بِمَاof what یَفْعَلُوْنَthey do ۟(41) وَلِلّٰهِAnd to Allah (belongs) مُلْكُ(the) dominion السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ۚand the earth وَاِلَیAnd to اللّٰهِAllah الْمَصِیْرُ(is) the destination ۟(42) اَلَمْDo not تَرَyou see اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah یُزْجِیْdrives سَحَابًاclouds ثُمَّthen یُؤَلِّفُjoins بَیْنَهٗbetween them ثُمَّthen یَجْعَلُهٗmakes them رُكَامًا(into) a mass فَتَرَیthen you see الْوَدْقَthe rain یَخْرُجُcome forth مِنْfrom خِلٰلِهٖ ۚtheir midst وَیُنَزِّلُAnd He sends down مِنَfrom السَّمَآءِ(the) sky مِنْ[from] جِبَالٍmountains فِیْهَاwithin it مِنْ[of] بَرَدٍ(is) hail فَیُصِیْبُand He strikes بِهٖwith it مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُHe wills وَیَصْرِفُهٗand averts it عَنْfrom مَّنْwhom یَّشَآءُ ؕHe wills یَكَادُNearly سَنَا(the) flash بَرْقِهٖ(of) its lighting یَذْهَبُtakes away بِالْاَبْصَارِthe sight ۟ؕ(43) Surah 24. An-Nur - Page 355 - Juz 18 یُقَلِّبُAllah alternates اللّٰهُAllah alternates الَّیْلَthe night وَالنَّهَارَ ؕand the day اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَعِبْرَةًsurely is a lesson لِّاُولِیfor those who have vision الْاَبْصَارِfor those who have vision ۟(44) وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah خَلَقَcreated كُلَّevery دَآبَّةٍmoving creature مِّنْfrom مَّآءٍ ۚwater فَمِنْهُمْOf them مَّنْ(is a kind) who یَّمْشِیْwalks عَلٰیon بَطْنِهٖ ۚits belly وَمِنْهُمْand of them مَّنْ(is a kind) who یَّمْشِیْwalks عَلٰیon رِجْلَیْنِ ۚtwo legs وَمِنْهُمْand of them مَّنْ(is a kind) who یَّمْشِیْwalks عَلٰۤیon اَرْبَعٍ ؕfour یَخْلُقُAllah creates اللّٰهُAllah creates مَاwhat یَشَآءُ ؕHe wills اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عَلٰیon كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرٌ(is) All-Powerful ۟(45) لَقَدْVerily اَنْزَلْنَاۤWe have sent down اٰیٰتٍVerses مُّبَیِّنٰتٍ ؕclear وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah یَهْدِیْguides مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُHe wills اِلٰیto صِرَاطٍa path مُّسْتَقِیْمٍstraight ۟(46) وَیَقُوْلُوْنَAnd they say اٰمَنَّاWe believe بِاللّٰهِin Allah وَبِالرَّسُوْلِand in the Messenger وَاَطَعْنَاand we obey ثُمَّThen یَتَوَلّٰیturns away فَرِیْقٌa party مِّنْهُمْof them مِّنْafter بَعْدِafter ذٰلِكَ ؕthat وَمَاۤAnd not اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose بِالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ(are) believers ۟(47) وَاِذَاAnd when دُعُوْۤاthey are called اِلَیto اللّٰهِAllah وَرَسُوْلِهٖand His Messenger لِیَحْكُمَto judge بَیْنَهُمْbetween them اِذَاbehold فَرِیْقٌa party مِّنْهُمْof them مُّعْرِضُوْنَ(is) averse ۟(48) وَاِنْBut if یَّكُنْis لَّهُمُwith them الْحَقُّthe truth یَاْتُوْۤاthey come اِلَیْهِto him مُذْعِنِیْنَ(as) promptly obedient ۟ؕ(49) اَفِیْIs (there) in قُلُوْبِهِمْtheir hearts مَّرَضٌa disease اَمِor ارْتَابُوْۤاdo they doubt اَمْor یَخَافُوْنَthey fear اَنْthat یَّحِیْفَAllah will be unjust اللّٰهُAllah will be unjust عَلَیْهِمْto them وَرَسُوْلُهٗ ؕand His Messenger بَلْNay اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose هُمُ[they] الظّٰلِمُوْنَ(are) the wrongdoers ۟۠(50) اِنَّمَاOnly كَانَis قَوْلَ(the) statement الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ(of) the believers اِذَاwhen دُعُوْۤاthey are called اِلَیto اللّٰهِAllah وَرَسُوْلِهٖand His Messenger لِیَحْكُمَto judge بَیْنَهُمْbetween them اَنْ(is) that یَّقُوْلُوْاthey say سَمِعْنَاWe hear وَاَطَعْنَا ؕand we obey وَاُولٰٓىِٕكَAnd those هُمُ[they] الْمُفْلِحُوْنَ(are) the successful ۟(51) وَمَنْAnd whoever یُّطِعِobeys اللّٰهَAllah وَرَسُوْلَهٗand His Messenger وَیَخْشَand fears اللّٰهَAllah وَیَتَّقْهِand (is) conscious of Him فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen those هُمُ[they] الْفَآىِٕزُوْنَ(are) the successful ones ۟(52) وَاَقْسَمُوْاAnd they swear بِاللّٰهِby Allah جَهْدَstrong اَیْمَانِهِمْtheir oaths لَىِٕنْthat if اَمَرْتَهُمْyou ordered them لَیَخْرُجُنَّ ؕsurely they (would) go forth قُلْSay لَّا(Do) not تُقْسِمُوْا ۚswear طَاعَةٌObedience مَّعْرُوْفَةٌ ؕ(is) known اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah خَبِیْرٌ(is) All-Aware بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do ۟(53) Surah 24. An-Nur - Page 356 - Juz 18 قُلْSay اَطِیْعُواObey اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُواand obey الرَّسُوْلَ ۚthe Messenger فَاِنْbut if تَوَلَّوْاyou turn away فَاِنَّمَاthen only عَلَیْهِupon him مَا(is) what حُمِّلَ(is) placed on him وَعَلَیْكُمْand on you مَّا(is) what حُمِّلْتُمْ ؕ(is) placed on you وَاِنْAnd if تُطِیْعُوْهُyou obey him تَهْتَدُوْا ؕyou will be guided وَمَاAnd not عَلَی(is) on الرَّسُوْلِthe Messenger اِلَّاexcept الْبَلٰغُthe conveyance الْمُبِیْنُ[the] clear ۟(54) وَعَدَAllah (has) promised اللّٰهُAllah (has) promised الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve مِنْكُمْamong you وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِrighteous deeds لَیَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْsurely He will grant them succession فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth كَمَاas اسْتَخْلَفَHe gave succession الَّذِیْنَto those who مِنْ(were) before them قَبْلِهِمْ ۪(were) before them وَلَیُمَكِّنَنَّand that He will surely establish لَهُمْfor them دِیْنَهُمُtheir religion الَّذِیwhich ارْتَضٰیHe has approved لَهُمْfor them وَلَیُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْand surely He will change for them مِّنْafter بَعْدِafter خَوْفِهِمْtheir fear اَمْنًا ؕsecurity یَعْبُدُوْنَنِیْ(for) they worship Me لَاnot یُشْرِكُوْنَthey associate بِیْwith Me شَیْـًٔا ؕanything وَمَنْBut whoever كَفَرَdisbelieved بَعْدَafter ذٰلِكَthat فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen those هُمُ[they] الْفٰسِقُوْنَ(are) the defiantly disobedient ۟(55) وَاَقِیْمُواAnd establish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَاٰتُواand give الزَّكٰوةَzakah وَاَطِیْعُواand obey الرَّسُوْلَthe Messenger لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تُرْحَمُوْنَreceive mercy ۟(56) لَا(Do) not تَحْسَبَنَّthink الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve مُعْجِزِیْنَ(can) escape فِیin الْاَرْضِ ۚthe earth وَمَاْوٰىهُمُAnd their abode النَّارُ ؕ(will be) the Fire وَلَبِئْسَand wretched is الْمَصِیْرُthe destination ۟۠(57) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you who believe الَّذِیْنَO you who believe اٰمَنُوْاO you who believe لِیَسْتَاْذِنْكُمُLet ask your permission الَّذِیْنَthose whom مَلَكَتْpossess اَیْمَانُكُمْyour right hands وَالَّذِیْنَand those who لَمْ(have) not یَبْلُغُواreached الْحُلُمَpuberty مِنْكُمْamong you ثَلٰثَ(at) three مَرّٰتٍ ؕtimes مِنْbefore قَبْلِbefore صَلٰوةِ(the) prayer الْفَجْرِ(of) dawn وَحِیْنَand when تَضَعُوْنَyou put aside ثِیَابَكُمْyour garments مِّنَat الظَّهِیْرَةِnoon وَمِنْand after بَعْدِand after صَلٰوةِ(the) prayer الْعِشَآءِ ؕ۫(of) night ثَلٰثُ(These) three عَوْرٰتٍ(are) times of privacy لَّكُمْ ؕfor you لَیْسَNot عَلَیْكُمْon you وَلَاand not عَلَیْهِمْon them جُنَاحٌany blame بَعْدَهُنَّ ؕafter that طَوّٰفُوْنَ(as) moving about عَلَیْكُمْamong you بَعْضُكُمْsome of you عَلٰیamong بَعْضٍ ؕothers كَذٰلِكَThus یُبَیِّنُAllah makes clear اللّٰهُAllah makes clear لَكُمُfor you الْاٰیٰتِ ؕthe Verses وَاللّٰهُand Allah عَلِیْمٌ(is) All-Knower حَكِیْمٌAll-Wise ۟(58) Surah 24. An-Nur - Page 357 - Juz 18 وَاِذَاAnd when بَلَغَreach الْاَطْفَالُthe children مِنْكُمُamong you الْحُلُمَthe puberty فَلْیَسْتَاْذِنُوْاthen let them ask permission كَمَاas اسْتَاْذَنَasked permission الَّذِیْنَthose who مِنْ(were) before them قَبْلِهِمْ ؕ(were) before them كَذٰلِكَThus یُبَیِّنُAllah makes clear اللّٰهُAllah makes clear لَكُمْfor you اٰیٰتِهٖ ؕHis Verses وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah عَلِیْمٌ(is) All-Knower حَكِیْمٌAll-Wise ۟(59) وَالْقَوَاعِدُAnd postmenopausal مِنَamong النِّسَآءِthe women الّٰتِیْwho لَا(do) not یَرْجُوْنَhave desire نِكَاحًا(for) marriage فَلَیْسَthen not is عَلَیْهِنَّon them جُنَاحٌany blame اَنْthat یَّضَعْنَthey put aside ثِیَابَهُنَّtheir (outer) garments غَیْرَnot مُتَبَرِّجٰتٍdisplaying بِزِیْنَةٍ ؕtheir adornment وَاَنْAnd that یَّسْتَعْفِفْنَthey modestly refrain خَیْرٌ(is) better لَّهُنَّ ؕfor them وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah سَمِیْعٌ(is) All-Hearer عَلِیْمٌAll-Knower ۟(60) لَیْسَNot is عَلَیon الْاَعْمٰیthe blind حَرَجٌany blame وَّلَاand not عَلَیon الْاَعْرَجِthe lame حَرَجٌany blame وَّلَاand not عَلَیon الْمَرِیْضِthe sick حَرَجٌany blame وَّلَاand not عَلٰۤیon اَنْفُسِكُمْyourselves اَنْthat تَاْكُلُوْاyou eat مِنْfrom بُیُوْتِكُمْyour houses اَوْor بُیُوْتِhouses اٰبَآىِٕكُمْ(of) your fathers اَوْor بُیُوْتِhouses اُمَّهٰتِكُمْ(of) your mothers اَوْor بُیُوْتِhouses اِخْوَانِكُمْ(of) your brothers اَوْor بُیُوْتِhouses اَخَوٰتِكُمْ(of) your sisters اَوْor بُیُوْتِhouses اَعْمَامِكُمْ(of) your paternal uncles اَوْor بُیُوْتِhouses عَمّٰتِكُمْ(of) your paternal aunts اَوْor بُیُوْتِhouses اَخْوَالِكُمْ(of) your maternal uncles اَوْor بُیُوْتِhouses خٰلٰتِكُمْ(of) your maternal aunts اَوْor مَاwhat مَلَكْتُمْyou possess مَّفَاتِحَهٗۤits keys اَوْor صَدِیْقِكُمْ ؕyour friend لَیْسَNot is عَلَیْكُمْon you جُنَاحٌany blame اَنْthat تَاْكُلُوْاyou eat جَمِیْعًاtogether اَوْor اَشْتَاتًا ؕseparately فَاِذَاBut when دَخَلْتُمْyou enter بُیُوْتًاhouses فَسَلِّمُوْاthen greet عَلٰۤی[on] اَنْفُسِكُمْyourselves تَحِیَّةًa greeting مِّنْfrom عِنْدِfrom اللّٰهِAllah مُبٰرَكَةًblessed طَیِّبَةً ؕ(and) good كَذٰلِكَThus یُبَیِّنُAllah makes clear اللّٰهُAllah makes clear لَكُمُfor you الْاٰیٰتِthe Verses لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَعْقِلُوْنَunderstand ۟۠(61) Surah 24. An-Nur - Page 358 - Juz 18 اِنَّمَاOnly الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَthe believers الَّذِیْنَ(are) those who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve بِاللّٰهِin Allah وَرَسُوْلِهٖand His Messenger وَاِذَاand when كَانُوْاthey are مَعَهٗwith him عَلٰۤیfor اَمْرٍa matter جَامِعٍ(of) collective action لَّمْnot یَذْهَبُوْاthey go حَتّٰیuntil یَسْتَاْذِنُوْهُ ؕthey (have) asked his permission اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who یَسْتَاْذِنُوْنَكَask your permission اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose الَّذِیْنَ[those who] یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve بِاللّٰهِin Allah وَرَسُوْلِهٖ ۚand His Messenger فَاِذَاSo when اسْتَاْذَنُوْكَthey ask your permission لِبَعْضِfor some شَاْنِهِمْaffair of theirs فَاْذَنْthen give permission لِّمَنْto whom شِئْتَyou will مِنْهُمْamong them وَاسْتَغْفِرْand ask forgiveness لَهُمُfor them اللّٰهَ ؕ(of) Allah اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(62) لَا(Do) not تَجْعَلُوْاmake دُعَآءَ(the) calling الرَّسُوْلِ(of) the Messenger بَیْنَكُمْamong you كَدُعَآءِas (the) call بَعْضِكُمْ(of) some of you بَعْضًا ؕ(to) others قَدْVerily یَعْلَمُAllah knows اللّٰهُAllah knows الَّذِیْنَthose who یَتَسَلَّلُوْنَslip away مِنْكُمْamong you لِوَاذًا ۚunder shelter فَلْیَحْذَرِSo let beware الَّذِیْنَthose who یُخَالِفُوْنَoppose عَنْ[from] اَمْرِهٖۤhis orders اَنْlest تُصِیْبَهُمْbefalls them فِتْنَةٌa trial اَوْor یُصِیْبَهُمْbefalls them عَذَابٌa punishment اَلِیْمٌpainful ۟(63) اَلَاۤNo doubt اِنَّIndeed لِلّٰهِto Allah (belongs) مَاwhatever فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth قَدْVerily یَعْلَمُHe knows مَاۤwhat اَنْتُمْyou عَلَیْهِ ؕ(are) on [it] وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یُرْجَعُوْنَthey will be returned اِلَیْهِto Him فَیُنَبِّئُهُمْthen He will inform them بِمَاof what عَمِلُوْا ؕthey did وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah بِكُلِّof every شَیْءٍthing عَلِیْمٌ(is) All-Knower ۟۠(64) Surah 25. Al-Furqan (The Criterian) V77 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ تَبٰرَكَBlessed is He الَّذِیْWho نَزَّلَsent down الْفُرْقَانَthe Criterion عَلٰیupon عَبْدِهٖHis slave لِیَكُوْنَthat he may be لِلْعٰلَمِیْنَto the worlds نَذِیْرَاa warner ۟ۙ(1) لَّذِیْThe One Who لَهٗto Him (belongs) مُلْكُ(the) dominion السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَلَمْand not یَتَّخِذْHe has taken وَلَدًاa son وَّلَمْand not یَكُنْHe has لَّهٗfor Him شَرِیْكٌa partner فِیin الْمُلْكِthe dominion وَخَلَقَand He (has) created كُلَّevery شَیْءٍthing فَقَدَّرَهٗand determined it تَقْدِیْرًا(with) determination ۟(2) Surah 25. Al-Furqan - Page 359 - Juz 18 وَاتَّخَذُوْاYet they have taken مِنْbesides Him دُوْنِهٖۤbesides Him اٰلِهَةًgods لَّاnot یَخْلُقُوْنَthey create شَیْـًٔاanything وَّهُمْwhile they یُخْلَقُوْنَare created وَلَاand not یَمْلِكُوْنَthey possess لِاَنْفُسِهِمْfor themselves ضَرًّاany harm وَّلَاand not نَفْعًاany benefit وَّلَاand not یَمْلِكُوْنَthey control مَوْتًاdeath وَّلَاand not حَیٰوةًlife وَّلَاand not نُشُوْرًاresurrection ۟(3) وَقَالَAnd say الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْۤاdisbelieve اِنْNot هٰذَاۤthis اِلَّاۤ(is) but اِفْكُa lie فْتَرٰىهُhe invented it وَاَعَانَهٗand helped him عَلَیْهِat it قَوْمٌpeople اٰخَرُوْنَ ۛۚother فَقَدْBut verily جَآءُوْthey (have) produced ظُلْمًاan injustice وَّزُوْرًاand a lie ۟ۚۛ(4) وَقَالُوْۤاAnd they say اَسَاطِیْرُTales الْاَوَّلِیْنَ(of) the former people اكْتَتَبَهَاwhich he has had written فَهِیَand they تُمْلٰیare dictated عَلَیْهِto him بُكْرَةًmorning وَّاَصِیْلًاand evening ۟(5) قُلْSay اَنْزَلَهُHas sent it down الَّذِیْthe One Who یَعْلَمُknows السِّرَّthe secret فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth اِنَّهٗIndeed, He كَانَis غَفُوْرًاOft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمًاMost Merciful ۟(6) وَقَالُوْاAnd they say مَالِWhy does هٰذَاthis الرَّسُوْلِMessenger یَاْكُلُeat الطَّعَامَ[the] food وَیَمْشِیْand walk فِیin الْاَسْوَاقِ ؕthe markets لَوْلَاۤWhy not اُنْزِلَis sent down اِلَیْهِto him مَلَكٌan Angel فَیَكُوْنَthen he be مَعَهٗwith him نَذِیْرًاa warner ۟ۙ(7) اَوْOr یُلْقٰۤیis delivered اِلَیْهِto him كَنْزٌa treasure اَوْor تَكُوْنُis لَهٗfor him جَنَّةٌa garden یَّاْكُلُhe may eat مِنْهَا ؕfrom it وَقَالَAnd say الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers اِنْNot تَتَّبِعُوْنَyou follow اِلَّاbut رَجُلًاa man مَّسْحُوْرًاbewitched ۟(8) اُنْظُرْSee كَیْفَhow ضَرَبُوْاthey set forth لَكَfor you الْاَمْثَالَthe similitudes فَضَلُّوْاbut they have gone astray فَلَاso not یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَthey are able (to find) سَبِیْلًاa way ۟۠(9) تَبٰرَكَBlessed is He الَّذِیْۤWho اِنْif شَآءَHe willed جَعَلَ(could have) made لَكَfor you خَیْرًاbetter مِّنْthan ذٰلِكَthat جَنّٰتٍgardens تَجْرِیْflow مِنْfrom تَحْتِهَاunderneath it الْاَنْهٰرُ ۙthe rivers وَیَجْعَلْand He (could) make لَّكَfor you قُصُوْرًاpalaces ۟(10) بَلْNay كَذَّبُوْاthey deny بِالسَّاعَةِ ۫the Hour وَاَعْتَدْنَاand We have prepared لِمَنْfor (those) who كَذَّبَdeny بِالسَّاعَةِthe Hour سَعِیْرًاa Blazing Fire ۟ۚ(11) Surah 25. Al-Furqan - Page 360 - Juz 18 اِذَاWhen رَاَتْهُمْit sees them مِّنْfrom مَّكَانٍa place بَعِیْدٍfar سَمِعُوْاthey will hear لَهَاits تَغَیُّظًاraging وَّزَفِیْرًاand roaring ۟(12) وَاِذَاۤAnd when اُلْقُوْاthey are thrown مِنْهَاthereof مَكَانًا(in) a place ضَیِّقًاnarrow مُّقَرَّنِیْنَbound in chains دَعَوْاthey will call هُنَالِكَthere ثُبُوْرًا(for) destruction ۟ؕ(13) لَا(Do) not تَدْعُواcall الْیَوْمَthis day ثُبُوْرًا(for) destruction وَّاحِدًاone وَّادْعُوْاbut call ثُبُوْرًا(for) destructions كَثِیْرًاmany ۟(14) قُلْSay اَذٰلِكَIs that خَیْرٌbetter اَمْor جَنَّةُGarden الْخُلْدِ(of) Eternity الَّتِیْwhich وُعِدَis promised الْمُتَّقُوْنَ ؕ(to) the righteous كَانَتْIt will be لَهُمْfor them جَزَآءًa reward وَّمَصِیْرًاand destination ۟(15) لَهُمْFor them فِیْهَاtherein مَا(is) whatever یَشَآءُوْنَthey wish خٰلِدِیْنَ ؕthey will abide forever كَانَIt is عَلٰیon رَبِّكَyour Lord وَعْدًاa promise مَّسْـُٔوْلًاrequested ۟(16) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یَحْشُرُهُمْHe will gather them وَمَاand what یَعْبُدُوْنَthey worship مِنْbesides Allah دُوْنِbesides Allah اللّٰهِbesides Allah فَیَقُوْلُand He will say ءَاَنْتُمْDid you اَضْلَلْتُمْ[you] mislead عِبَادِیْMy slaves هٰۤؤُلَآءِthese اَمْor هُمْthey ضَلُّواwent astray السَّبِیْلَ(from) the way ۟ؕ(17) قَالُوْاThey say سُبْحٰنَكَGlory be to You مَاNot كَانَit was proper یَنْۢبَغِیْit was proper لَنَاۤfor us اَنْthat نَّتَّخِذَwe take مِنْbesides You دُوْنِكَbesides You مِنْany اَوْلِیَآءَprotectors وَلٰكِنْBut مَّتَّعْتَهُمْYou gave them comforts وَاٰبَآءَهُمْand their forefathers حَتّٰیuntil نَسُواthey forgot الذِّكْرَ ۚthe Message وَكَانُوْاand became قَوْمًاa people بُوْرًاruined ۟(18) فَقَدْSo verily كَذَّبُوْكُمْthey deny you بِمَاin what تَقُوْلُوْنَ ۙyou say فَمَاso not تَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَyou are able صَرْفًا(to) avert وَّلَاand not نَصْرًا ۚ(to) help وَمَنْAnd whoever یَّظْلِمْdoes wrong مِّنْكُمْamong you نُذِقْهُWe will make him taste عَذَابًاa punishment كَبِیْرًاgreat ۟(19) وَمَاۤAnd not اَرْسَلْنَاWe sent قَبْلَكَbefore you مِنَany الْمُرْسَلِیْنَMessengers اِلَّاۤbut اِنَّهُمْindeed, they لَیَاْكُلُوْنَ[surely] ate الطَّعَامَfood وَیَمْشُوْنَand walked فِیin الْاَسْوَاقِ ؕthe markets وَجَعَلْنَاAnd We have made بَعْضَكُمْsome of you لِبَعْضٍfor others فِتْنَةً ؕa trial اَتَصْبِرُوْنَ ۚwill you have patience وَكَانَAnd is رَبُّكَyour Lord بَصِیْرًاAll-Seer ۟۠(20) Surah 25. Al-Furqan - Page 361 - Juz 18 وَقَالَAnd said الَّذِیْنَthose who لَا(do) not یَرْجُوْنَexpect لِقَآءَنَا(the) meeting with Us لَوْلَاۤWhy not اُنْزِلَare sent down عَلَیْنَاto us الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةُthe Angels اَوْor نَرٰیwe see رَبَّنَا ؕour Lord لَقَدِIndeed اسْتَكْبَرُوْاthey have become arrogant فِیْۤwithin اَنْفُسِهِمْthemselves وَعَتَوْand (become) insolent عُتُوًّا(with) insolence كَبِیْرًاgreat ۟(21) یَوْمَ(The) Day یَرَوْنَthey see الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةَthe Angels لَاno بُشْرٰیglad tidings یَوْمَىِٕذٍ(will be) that Day لِّلْمُجْرِمِیْنَfor the criminals وَیَقُوْلُوْنَand they will say حِجْرًاA partition مَّحْجُوْرًاforbidden ۟(22) وَقَدِمْنَاۤAnd We will proceed اِلٰیto مَاwhatever عَمِلُوْاthey did مِنْof عَمَلٍ(the) deed(s) فَجَعَلْنٰهُand We will make them هَبَآءً(as) dust مَّنْثُوْرًاdispersed ۟(23) اَصْحٰبُ(The) companions الْجَنَّةِ(of) Paradise یَوْمَىِٕذٍthat Day خَیْرٌ(will be in) a better مُّسْتَقَرًّاabode وَّاَحْسَنُand a better مَقِیْلًاresting-place ۟(24) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day تَشَقَّقُwill split open السَّمَآءُthe heavens بِالْغَمَامِwith the clouds وَنُزِّلَand (will be) sent down الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةُthe Angels تَنْزِیْلًاdescending ۟(25) اَلْمُلْكُThe Sovereignty یَوْمَىِٕذِthat Day لْحَقُّ(will be) truly لِلرَّحْمٰنِ ؕfor the Most Gracious وَكَانَAnd (it will) be یَوْمًاa Day عَلَیfor الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers عَسِیْرًاdifficult ۟(26) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یَعَضُّwill bite الظَّالِمُthe wrongdoer عَلٰی[on] یَدَیْهِhis hands یَقُوْلُhe will say یٰلَیْتَنِیO I wish اتَّخَذْتُI had taken مَعَwith الرَّسُوْلِthe Messenger سَبِیْلًاa way ۟(27) یٰوَیْلَتٰیO woe to me لَیْتَنِیْI wish لَمْnot اَتَّخِذْI had taken فُلَانًاthat one خَلِیْلًا(as) a friend ۟(28) لَقَدْVerily اَضَلَّنِیْhe led me astray عَنِfrom الذِّكْرِthe Reminder بَعْدَafter اِذْ[when] جَآءَنِیْ ؕit (had) come to me وَكَانَAnd is الشَّیْطٰنُthe Shaitaan لِلْاِنْسَانِto the man خَذُوْلًاa deserter ۟(29) وَقَالَAnd said الرَّسُوْلُthe Messenger یٰرَبِّO my Lord اِنَّIndeed قَوْمِیmy people اتَّخَذُوْاtook هٰذَاthis الْقُرْاٰنَthe Quran مَهْجُوْرًا(as) a forsaken thing ۟(30) وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus جَعَلْنَاWe have made لِكُلِّfor every نَبِیٍّProphet عَدُوًّاan enemy مِّنَamong الْمُجْرِمِیْنَ ؕthe criminals وَكَفٰیBut sufficient is بِرَبِّكَyour Lord هَادِیًا(as) a Guide وَّنَصِیْرًاand a Helper ۟(31) وَقَالَAnd said الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve لَوْلَاWhy not نُزِّلَwas revealed عَلَیْهِto him الْقُرْاٰنُthe Quran جُمْلَةًall at once وَّاحِدَةً ۛۚall at once كَذٰلِكَ ۛۚThus لِنُثَبِّتَthat We may strengthen بِهٖthereby فُؤَادَكَyour heart وَرَتَّلْنٰهُand We have recited it تَرْتِیْلًا(with distinct) recitation ۟(32) Surah 25. Al-Furqan - Page 362 - Juz 19 وَلَاAnd not یَاْتُوْنَكَthey come to you بِمَثَلٍwith an example اِلَّاbut جِئْنٰكَWe bring you بِالْحَقِّthe truth وَاَحْسَنَand (the) best تَفْسِیْرًاexplanation ۟ؕ(33) اَلَّذِیْنَThose who یُحْشَرُوْنَwill be gathered عَلٰیon وُجُوْهِهِمْtheir faces اِلٰیto جَهَنَّمَ ۙHell اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose شَرٌّ(are the) worst مَّكَانًا(in) position وَّاَضَلُّand most astray سَبِیْلًا(from the) way ۟۠(34) وَلَقَدْAnd verily اٰتَیْنَاWe gave مُوْسَیMusa الْكِتٰبَthe Scripture وَجَعَلْنَاand We appointed مَعَهٗۤwith him اَخَاهُhis brother هٰرُوْنَHarun وَزِیْرًا(as) an assistant ۟ۚۖ(35) فَقُلْنَاThen We said اذْهَبَاۤGo both of you اِلَیto الْقَوْمِthe people الَّذِیْنَthose who كَذَّبُوْاhave denied بِاٰیٰتِنَا ؕOur Signs فَدَمَّرْنٰهُمْThen We destroyed them تَدْمِیْرًا(with) destruction ۟ؕ(36) وَقَوْمَAnd (the) people نُوْحٍ(of) Nuh لَّمَّاwhen كَذَّبُواthey denied الرُّسُلَthe Messengers اَغْرَقْنٰهُمْWe drowned them وَجَعَلْنٰهُمْand We made them لِلنَّاسِfor mankind اٰیَةً ؕa sign وَاَعْتَدْنَاAnd We have prepared لِلظّٰلِمِیْنَfor the wrongdoers عَذَابًاa punishment اَلِیْمًاpainful ۟ۚۖ(37) وَّعَادًاAnd Ad وَّثَمُوْدَاۡand Thamud وَاَصْحٰبَand (the) dwellers الرَّسِّ(of) Ar-rass وَقُرُوْنًاand generations بَیْنَbetween ذٰلِكَthat كَثِیْرًاmany ۟(38) وَكُلًّاAnd each ضَرَبْنَاWe have set forth لَهُfor him الْاَمْثَالَ ؗthe examples وَكُلًّاand each تَبَّرْنَاWe destroyed تَتْبِیْرًا(with) destruction ۟(39) وَلَقَدْAnd verily اَتَوْاthey have come عَلَیupon الْقَرْیَةِthe town الَّتِیْۤwhich اُمْطِرَتْwas showered مَطَرَ(with) a rain السَّوْءِ ؕ(of) evil اَفَلَمْThen do not یَكُوْنُوْاthey [were] یَرَوْنَهَا ۚsee it بَلْNay كَانُوْاthey are لَاnot یَرْجُوْنَexpecting نُشُوْرًاResurrection ۟(40) وَاِذَاAnd when رَاَوْكَthey see you اِنْnot یَّتَّخِذُوْنَكَthey take you اِلَّاexcept هُزُوًا ؕ(in) mockery اَهٰذَاIs this الَّذِیْthe one whom بَعَثَAllah has sent اللّٰهُAllah has sent رَسُوْلًا(as) a Messenger ۟(41) اِنْHe would have almost كَادَHe would have almost لَیُضِلُّنَا[surely] misled us عَنْfrom اٰلِهَتِنَاour gods لَوْلَاۤif not اَنْthat صَبَرْنَاwe had been steadfast عَلَیْهَا ؕto them وَسَوْفَAnd soon یَعْلَمُوْنَwill know حِیْنَwhen یَرَوْنَthey will see الْعَذَابَthe punishment مَنْwho اَضَلُّ(is) more astray سَبِیْلًا(from the) way ۟(42) اَرَءَیْتَHave you seen مَنِ(one) who اتَّخَذَtakes اِلٰهَهٗ(as) his god هَوٰىهُ ؕhis own desire اَفَاَنْتَThen would you تَكُوْنُbe عَلَیْهِover him وَكِیْلًاa guardian ۟ۙ(43) Surah 25. Al-Furqan - Page 363 - Juz 19 اَمْOr تَحْسَبُdo you think اَنَّthat اَكْثَرَهُمْmost of them یَسْمَعُوْنَhear اَوْor یَعْقِلُوْنَ ؕunderstand اِنْNot هُمْthey اِلَّا(are) except كَالْاَنْعَامِlike cattle بَلْNay هُمْthey اَضَلُّ(are) more astray سَبِیْلًا(from the) way ۟۠(44) اَلَمْDo you not تَرَsee اِلٰی[to] رَبِّكَyour Lord كَیْفَhow مَدَّHe extends الظِّلَّ ۚthe shadow وَلَوْAnd if شَآءَHe willed لَجَعَلَهٗsurely He (could) have made it سَاكِنًا ۚstationary ثُمَّThen جَعَلْنَاWe made الشَّمْسَthe sun عَلَیْهِfor it دَلِیْلًاan indication ۟ۙ(45) ثُمَّThen قَبَضْنٰهُWe withdraw it اِلَیْنَاto Us قَبْضًاa withdrawal یَّسِیْرًاgradual ۟(46) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who جَعَلَmade لَكُمُfor you الَّیْلَthe night لِبَاسًا(as) a covering وَّالنَّوْمَand the sleep سُبَاتًاa rest وَّجَعَلَand made النَّهَارَthe day نُشُوْرًاa resurrection ۟(47) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْۤ(is) the One Who اَرْسَلَsends الرِّیٰحَthe winds بُشْرًاۢ(as) glad tidings بَیْنَbefore یَدَیْbefore رَحْمَتِهٖ ۚHis Mercy وَاَنْزَلْنَاand We send down مِنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe sky مَآءًwater طَهُوْرًاpure ۟ۙ(48) لِّنُحْیِThat We may give life بِهٖthereby بَلْدَةً(to) a land مَّیْتًاdead وَّنُسْقِیَهٗand We give drink مِمَّاthereof خَلَقْنَاۤ(to those) We created اَنْعَامًاcattle وَّاَنَاسِیَّand men كَثِیْرًاmany ۟(49) وَلَقَدْAnd verily صَرَّفْنٰهُWe have distributed it بَیْنَهُمْamong them لِیَذَّكَّرُوْا ۖؗthat they may remember فَاَبٰۤیbut refuse اَكْثَرُmost النَّاسِ(of) the people اِلَّاexcept كُفُوْرًاdisbelief ۟(50) وَلَوْAnd if شِئْنَاWe willed لَبَعَثْنَاsurely, We (would) have raised فِیْin كُلِّevery قَرْیَةٍtown نَّذِیْرًاa warner ۟ؗۖ(51) فَلَاSo (do) not تُطِعِobey الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers وَجَاهِدْهُمْand strive (against) them بِهٖwith it جِهَادًاa striving كَبِیْرًاgreat ۟(52) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who مَرَجَ(has) released الْبَحْرَیْنِthe two seas هٰذَا[this] (one) عَذْبٌpalatable فُرَاتٌand sweet وَّهٰذَاand [this] (one) مِلْحٌsalty اُجَاجٌ ۚ(and) bitter وَجَعَلَand He has made بَیْنَهُمَاbetween them بَرْزَخًاa barrier وَّحِجْرًاand a partition مَّحْجُوْرًاforbidden ۟(53) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who خَلَقَhas created مِنَfrom الْمَآءِthe water بَشَرًاhuman being فَجَعَلَهٗand has made (for) him نَسَبًاblood relationship وَّصِهْرًا ؕand marriage relationship وَكَانَAnd is رَبُّكَyour Lord قَدِیْرًاAll-Powerful ۟(54) وَیَعْبُدُوْنَBut they worship مِنْbesides Allah دُوْنِbesides Allah اللّٰهِbesides Allah مَاwhat لَاnot profits them یَنْفَعُهُمْnot profits them وَلَاand not یَضُرُّهُمْ ؕharms them وَكَانَand is الْكَافِرُthe disbeliever عَلٰیagainst رَبِّهٖhis Lord ظَهِیْرًاa helper ۟(55) Surah 25. Al-Furqan - Page 364 - Juz 19 وَمَاۤAnd not اَرْسَلْنٰكَWe sent you اِلَّاexcept مُبَشِّرًا(as) a bearer of glad tidings وَّنَذِیْرًاand a warner ۟(56) قُلْSay مَاۤNot اَسْـَٔلُكُمْI ask (of) you عَلَیْهِfor it مِنْany اَجْرٍpayment اِلَّاexcept مَنْ(that) whoever wills شَآءَ(that) whoever wills اَنْto یَّتَّخِذَtake اِلٰیto رَبِّهٖhis Lord سَبِیْلًاa way ۟(57) وَتَوَكَّلْAnd put your trust عَلَیin الْحَیِّthe Ever-Living الَّذِیْthe One Who لَاdoes not die یَمُوْتُdoes not die وَسَبِّحْand glorify بِحَمْدِهٖ ؕwith His Praise وَكَفٰیAnd sufficient is بِهٖHe بِذُنُوْبِregarding the sins عِبَادِهٖ(of) His slaves خَبِیْرَاAll-Aware ۟(58) لَّذِیْThe One Who خَلَقَcreated السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth وَمَاand whatever بَیْنَهُمَا(is) between them فِیْin سِتَّةِsix اَیَّامٍperiods ثُمَّthen اسْتَوٰیHe established Himself عَلَیover الْعَرْشِ ۛۚthe Throne اَلرَّحْمٰنُthe Most Gracious فَسْـَٔلْso ask بِهٖHim خَبِیْرًا(as He is) All-Aware ۟(59) وَاِذَاAnd when قِیْلَit is said لَهُمُto them اسْجُدُوْاProstrate لِلرَّحْمٰنِto the Most Gracious قَالُوْاThey say وَمَاAnd what الرَّحْمٰنُ ۗ(is) the Most Gracious اَنَسْجُدُShould we prostrate لِمَاto what تَاْمُرُنَاyou order us وَزَادَهُمْAnd it increases them نُفُوْرًا(in) aversion ۟(60) تَبٰرَكَBlessed is He الَّذِیْWho جَعَلَhas placed فِیin السَّمَآءِthe skies بُرُوْجًاconstellations وَّجَعَلَand has placed فِیْهَاtherein سِرٰجًاa lamp وَّقَمَرًاand a moon مُّنِیْرًاshining ۟(61) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who جَعَلَmade الَّیْلَthe night وَالنَّهَارَand the day خِلْفَةً(in) succession لِّمَنْfor whoever اَرَادَdesires اَنْto یَّذَّكَّرَremember اَوْor اَرَادَdesires شُكُوْرًاto be thankful ۟(62) وَعِبَادُAnd (the) slaves الرَّحْمٰنِ(of) the Most Gracious الَّذِیْنَ(are) those who یَمْشُوْنَwalk عَلَیon الْاَرْضِthe earth هَوْنًا(in) humbleness وَّاِذَاand when خَاطَبَهُمُaddress them الْجٰهِلُوْنَthe ignorant ones قَالُوْاthey say سَلٰمًاPeace ۟(63) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who یَبِیْتُوْنَspend (the) night لِرَبِّهِمْbefore their Lord سُجَّدًاprostrating وَّقِیَامًاand standing ۟(64) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who یَقُوْلُوْنَsay رَبَّنَاOur Lord اصْرِفْAvert عَنَّاfrom us عَذَابَthe punishment جَهَنَّمَ ۖۗ(of) Hell اِنَّIndeed عَذَابَهَاits punishment كَانَis غَرَامًاinseparable ۟ۗۖ(65) اِنَّهَاIndeed, it سَآءَتْ(is) an evil مُسْتَقَرًّاabode وَّمُقَامًاand resting place ۟(66) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who اِذَاۤwhen اَنْفَقُوْاthey spend لَمْ(are) not extravagant یُسْرِفُوْا(are) not extravagant وَلَمْand are not stingy یَقْتُرُوْاand are not stingy وَكَانَbut are بَیْنَbetween ذٰلِكَthat قَوَامًاmoderate ۟(67) Surah 25. Al-Furqan - Page 365 - Juz 19 وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who لَا(do) not یَدْعُوْنَinvoke مَعَwith اللّٰهِAllah اِلٰهًاgod اٰخَرَanother وَلَاand (do) not یَقْتُلُوْنَ[they] kill النَّفْسَthe soul الَّتِیْwhich حَرَّمَAllah has forbidden اللّٰهُAllah has forbidden اِلَّاexcept بِالْحَقِّby right وَلَاand (do) not یَزْنُوْنَ ۚcommit unlawful sexual intercourse وَمَنْAnd whoever یَّفْعَلْdoes ذٰلِكَthat یَلْقَwill meet اَثَامًاa penalty ۟ۙ(68) یُّضٰعَفْWill be doubled لَهُfor him الْعَذَابُthe punishment یَوْمَ(on the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) Resurrection وَیَخْلُدْand he will abide forever فِیْهٖtherein مُهَانًاhumiliated ۟ۗۖ(69) اِلَّاExcept مَنْ(he) who تَابَrepents وَاٰمَنَand believes وَعَمِلَand does عَمَلًاrighteous deeds صَالِحًاrighteous deeds فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen (for) those یُبَدِّلُAllah will replace اللّٰهُAllah will replace سَیِّاٰتِهِمْtheir evil deeds حَسَنٰتٍ ؕ(with) good ones وَكَانَAnd is اللّٰهُAllah غَفُوْرًاOft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمًاMost Merciful ۟(70) وَمَنْAnd whoever تَابَrepents وَعَمِلَand does صَالِحًاrighteous (deeds) فَاِنَّهٗthen indeed, he یَتُوْبُturns اِلَیto اللّٰهِAllah مَتَابًا(with) repentance ۟(71) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who لَا(do) not یَشْهَدُوْنَbear witness الزُّوْرَ ۙ(to) the falsehood وَاِذَاand when مَرُّوْاthey pass بِاللَّغْوِby futility مَرُّوْاthey pass كِرَامًا(as) dignified ones ۟(72) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who اِذَاwhen ذُكِّرُوْاthey are reminded بِاٰیٰتِof (the) Verses رَبِّهِمْ(of) their Lord لَمْ(do) not یَخِرُّوْاfall عَلَیْهَاupon them صُمًّاdeaf وَّعُمْیَانًاand blind ۟(73) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who یَقُوْلُوْنَsay رَبَّنَاOur Lord هَبْGrant لَنَاto us مِنْfrom اَزْوَاجِنَاour spouses وَذُرِّیّٰتِنَاand our offspring قُرَّةَcomfort اَعْیُنٍ(to) our eyes وَّاجْعَلْنَاand make us لِلْمُتَّقِیْنَfor the righteous اِمَامًاa leader ۟(74) اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose یُجْزَوْنَwill be awarded الْغُرْفَةَthe Chamber بِمَاbecause صَبَرُوْاthey were patient وَیُلَقَّوْنَand they will be met فِیْهَاtherein تَحِیَّةً(with) greetings وَّسَلٰمًاand peace ۟ۙ(75) خٰلِدِیْنَWill abide forever فِیْهَا ؕin it حَسُنَتْGood مُسْتَقَرًّا(is) the settlement وَّمُقَامًاand a resting place ۟(76) قُلْSay مَاNot یَعْبَؤُاwill care بِكُمْfor you رَبِّیْmy Lord لَوْلَاif not دُعَآؤُكُمْ ۚyour prayer (is to Him) فَقَدْBut verily كَذَّبْتُمْyou have denied فَسَوْفَso soon یَكُوْنُwill be لِزَامًاthe inevitable (punishment) ۟۠(77) Surah 25. Al-Furqan - Page 366 - Juz 19 Surah 26. Ash-Shuara (The Poets) V227 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ طٰسٓمّٓTa Seem Meem ۟(1) تِلْكَThese اٰیٰتُ(are the) Verses الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book الْمُبِیْنِclear ۟(2) لَعَلَّكَPerhaps you بَاخِعٌ(would) kill نَّفْسَكَyourself اَلَّاthat not یَكُوْنُوْاthey become مُؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(3) اِنْIf نَّشَاْWe will نُنَزِّلْWe can send down عَلَیْهِمْto them مِّنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe sky اٰیَةًa Sign فَظَلَّتْso would bend اَعْنَاقُهُمْtheir necks لَهَاto it خٰضِعِیْنَ(in) humility ۟(4) وَمَاAnd (does) not یَاْتِیْهِمْcome to them مِّنْany ذِكْرٍreminder مِّنَfrom الرَّحْمٰنِthe Most Gracious مُحْدَثٍnew اِلَّاbut كَانُوْاthey عَنْهُfrom it مُعْرِضِیْنَturn away ۟(5) فَقَدْSo verily كَذَّبُوْاthey have denied فَسَیَاْتِیْهِمْthen will come to them اَنْۢبٰٓؤُاthe news مَا(of) what كَانُوْاthey used بِهٖat it یَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَ(to) mock ۟(6) اَوَلَمْDo not یَرَوْاthey see اِلَیat الْاَرْضِthe earth كَمْhow many اَنْۢبَتْنَاWe produced فِیْهَاin it مِنْof كُلِّevery زَوْجٍkind كَرِیْمٍnoble ۟(7) اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةً ؕsurely (is) a sign وَمَاbut not كَانَare اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(8) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَهُوَsurely, He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟۠(9) وَاِذْAnd when نَادٰیyour Lord called رَبُّكَyour Lord called مُوْسٰۤیMusa اَنِ[that] ائْتِGo الْقَوْمَ(to) the people الظّٰلِمِیْنَ(who are) wrongdoers ۟ۙ(10) قَوْمَ(The) people فِرْعَوْنَ ؕ(of) Firaun اَلَاWill not یَتَّقُوْنَthey fear ۟(11) قَالَHe said رَبِّMy Lord اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اَخَافُ[I] fear اَنْthat یُّكَذِّبُوْنِthey will deny me ۟ؕ(12) وَیَضِیْقُAnd straitens صَدْرِیْmy breast وَلَاand not یَنْطَلِقُexpresses well لِسَانِیْmy tongue فَاَرْسِلْso send اِلٰیfor هٰرُوْنَHarun ۟(13) وَلَهُمْAnd they have عَلَیَّagainst me ذَنْۢبٌa crime فَاَخَافُso I fear اَنْthat یَّقْتُلُوْنِthey will kill me ۟ۚۖ(14) قَالَHe said كَلَّا ۚNay فَاذْهَبَاgo both of you بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤwith Our Signs اِنَّاIndeed, We مَعَكُمْ(are) with you مُّسْتَمِعُوْنَlistening ۟(15) فَاْتِیَاSo go both of you فِرْعَوْنَ(to) Firaun فَقُوْلَاۤand say اِنَّا'Indeed, we رَسُوْلُ(are the) Messenger رَبِّ(of the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ۙ(16) اَنْ[That] اَرْسِلْsend مَعَنَاwith us بَنِیْۤ(the) Children of Israel.' اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(the) Children of Israel.' ۟ؕ(17) قَالَHe said اَلَمْDid not نُرَبِّكَwe bring you up فِیْنَاamong us وَلِیْدًا(as) a child وَّلَبِثْتَand you remained فِیْنَاamong us مِنْof عُمُرِكَyour life سِنِیْنَyears ۟ۙ(18) وَفَعَلْتَAnd you did فَعْلَتَكَyour deed الَّتِیْwhich فَعَلْتَyou did وَاَنْتَand you مِنَ(were) of الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe ungrateful ۟(19) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 367 - Juz 19 قَالَHe said فَعَلْتُهَاۤI did it اِذًاwhen وَّاَنَاI مِنَ(was) of الضَّآلِّیْنَthose who are astray ۟ؕ(20) فَفَرَرْتُSo I fled مِنْكُمْfrom you لَمَّاwhen خِفْتُكُمْI feared you فَوَهَبَBut granted لِیْto me رَبِّیْmy Lord حُكْمًاjudgment وَّجَعَلَنِیْand made me مِنَof الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟(21) وَتِلْكَAnd this نِعْمَةٌ(is the) favor تَمُنُّهَاwith which you reproach عَلَیَّ[on] me اَنْthat عَبَّدْتَّyou have enslaved بَنِیْۤ(the) Children of Israel اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(the) Children of Israel ۟ؕ(22) قَالَFiraun said فِرْعَوْنُFiraun said وَمَاAnd what رَبُّ(is the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ؕ(23) قَالَHe said رَبُّLord السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَمَاand whatever بَیْنَهُمَا ؕ(is) between them اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou (should) be مُّوْقِنِیْنَconvinced ۟(24) قَالَHe said لِمَنْto those حَوْلَهٗۤaround him اَلَاDo not تَسْتَمِعُوْنَyou hear ۟(25) قَالَHe said رَبُّكُمْYour Lord وَرَبُّand (the) Lord اٰبَآىِٕكُمُ(of) your forefathers الْاَوَّلِیْنَ(of) your forefathers ۟(26) قَالَHe said اِنَّIndeed رَسُوْلَكُمُyour Messenger الَّذِیْۤwho اُرْسِلَhas been sent اِلَیْكُمْto you لَمَجْنُوْنٌ(is) surely mad ۟(27) قَالَHe said رَبُّLord الْمَشْرِقِ(of) the east وَالْمَغْرِبِand the west وَمَاand whatever بَیْنَهُمَا ؕ(is) between them اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou were تَعْقِلُوْنَ(to) reason ۟(28) قَالَHe said لَىِٕنِIf اتَّخَذْتَyou take اِلٰهًاa god غَیْرِیْother than me لَاَجْعَلَنَّكَI will surely make you مِنَamong الْمَسْجُوْنِیْنَthose imprisoned ۟(29) قَالَHe said اَوَلَوْEven if جِئْتُكَI bring you بِشَیْءٍsomething مُّبِیْنٍmanifest ۟ۚ(30) قَالَHe said فَاْتِThen bring بِهٖۤit اِنْif كُنْتَyou are مِنَof الصّٰدِقِیْنَthe truthful ۟(31) فَاَلْقٰیSo he threw عَصَاهُhis staff فَاِذَاand behold هِیَIt ثُعْبَانٌ(was) a serpent مُّبِیْنٌmanifest ۟ۚۖ(32) وَّنَزَعَAnd he drew out یَدَهٗhis hand فَاِذَاand behold هِیَIt بَیْضَآءُ(was) white لِلنّٰظِرِیْنَfor the observers ۟۠(33) قَالَHe said لِلْمَلَاِto the chiefs حَوْلَهٗۤaround him اِنَّIndeed هٰذَاthis لَسٰحِرٌ(is) surely a magician عَلِیْمٌlearned ۟ۙ(34) یُّرِیْدُHe wants اَنْto یُّخْرِجَكُمْdrive you out مِّنْfrom اَرْضِكُمْyour land بِسِحْرِهٖ ۖۗby his magic فَمَاذَاso what تَاْمُرُوْنَ(do) you advise ۟(35) قَالُوْۤاThey said اَرْجِهْPostpone him وَاَخَاهُand his brother وَابْعَثْand send فِیin الْمَدَآىِٕنِthe cities حٰشِرِیْنَgatherers ۟ۙ(36) یَاْتُوْكَThey (will) bring to you بِكُلِّevery سَحَّارٍmagician عَلِیْمٍlearned ۟(37) فَجُمِعَSo were assembled السَّحَرَةُthe magicians لِمِیْقَاتِfor (the) appointment یَوْمٍ(on) a day مَّعْلُوْمٍwell-known ۟ۙ(38) وَّقِیْلَAnd it was said لِلنَّاسِto the people هَلْWill اَنْتُمْyou مُّجْتَمِعُوْنَassemble ۟ۙ(39) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 368 - Juz 19 لَعَلَّنَاThat we may نَتَّبِعُfollow السَّحَرَةَthe magicians اِنْif كَانُوْاthey are هُمُthey are الْغٰلِبِیْنَthe victorious ۟(40) فَلَمَّاSo when جَآءَcame السَّحَرَةُthe magicians قَالُوْاthey said لِفِرْعَوْنَto Firaun اَىِٕنَّIs there لَنَاfor us لَاَجْرًاa reward اِنْif كُنَّاwe are نَحْنُwe are الْغٰلِبِیْنَthe victorious ۟(41) قَالَHe said نَعَمْYes وَاِنَّكُمْand indeed you اِذًاthen لَّمِنَsurely (will be) of الْمُقَرَّبِیْنَthe ones who are brought near ۟(42) قَالَSaid لَهُمْto them مُّوْسٰۤیMusa اَلْقُوْاThrow مَاۤwhat اَنْتُمْyou مُّلْقُوْنَ(are) going to throw ۟(43) فَاَلْقَوْاSo they threw حِبَالَهُمْtheir ropes وَعِصِیَّهُمْand their staffs وَقَالُوْاand said بِعِزَّةِBy the might فِرْعَوْنَ(of) Firaun اِنَّاindeed, we لَنَحْنُsurely, we الْغٰلِبُوْنَ(are) the victorious ۟(44) فَاَلْقٰیThen threw مُوْسٰیMusa عَصَاهُhis staff فَاِذَاand behold هِیَIt تَلْقَفُswallowed مَاwhat یَاْفِكُوْنَthey falsified ۟ۚۖ(45) فَاُلْقِیَThen fell down السَّحَرَةُthe magicians سٰجِدِیْنَprostrate ۟ۙ(46) قَالُوْۤاThey said اٰمَنَّاWe believe بِرَبِّin (the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ۙ(47) رَبِّLord مُوْسٰی(of) Musa وَهٰرُوْنَand Harun ۟(48) قَالَHe said اٰمَنْتُمْYou believed لَهٗin him قَبْلَbefore اَنْ[that] اٰذَنَI gave permission لَكُمْ ۚto you اِنَّهٗIndeed, he لَكَبِیْرُكُمُ(is) surely your chief الَّذِیْwho عَلَّمَكُمُhas taught you السِّحْرَ ۚthe magic فَلَسَوْفَso surely soon تَعْلَمُوْنَ ؕ۬you will know لَاُقَطِّعَنَّI will surely cut off اَیْدِیَكُمْyour hands وَاَرْجُلَكُمْand your feet مِّنْof خِلَافٍopposite sides وَّلَاُوصَلِّبَنَّكُمْand I will surely crucify you اَجْمَعِیْنَall ۟ۚ(49) قَالُوْاThey said لَاNo ضَیْرَ ؗharm اِنَّاۤIndeed, we اِلٰیto رَبِّنَاour Lord مُنْقَلِبُوْنَ(will) return ۟ۚ(50) اِنَّاIndeed, we نَطْمَعُhope اَنْthat یَّغْفِرَwill forgive لَنَاus رَبُّنَاour Lord خَطٰیٰنَاۤour sins اَنْbecause كُنَّاۤwe are اَوَّلَ(the) first الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ(of) the believers ۟ؕ۠(51) وَاَوْحَیْنَاۤAnd We inspired اِلٰیto مُوْسٰۤیMusa اَنْ[that] اَسْرِTravel by night بِعِبَادِیْۤwith My slaves اِنَّكُمْindeed, you مُّتَّبَعُوْنَ(will be) followed ۟(52) فَاَرْسَلَThen sent فِرْعَوْنُFiraun فِیin الْمَدَآىِٕنِthe cities حٰشِرِیْنَgatherers ۟ۚ(53) اِنَّIndeed هٰۤؤُلَآءِthese لَشِرْذِمَةٌ(are) certainly a band قَلِیْلُوْنَsmall ۟ۙ(54) وَاِنَّهُمْAnd indeed, they لَنَا[to] us لَغَآىِٕظُوْنَ(are) surely enraging ۟ۙ(55) وَاِنَّاAnd indeed, we لَجَمِیْعٌ(are) surely a multitude حٰذِرُوْنَforewarned ۟ؕ(56) فَاَخْرَجْنٰهُمْSo We expelled them مِّنْfrom جَنّٰتٍgardens وَّعُیُوْنٍand springs ۟ۙ(57) وَّكُنُوْزٍAnd treasures وَّمَقَامٍand a place كَرِیْمٍhonorable ۟ۙ(58) كَذٰلِكَ ؕThus وَاَوْرَثْنٰهَاAnd We caused to inherit them بَنِیْۤ(the) Children of Israel اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(the) Children of Israel ۟ؕ(59) فَاَتْبَعُوْهُمْSo they followed them مُّشْرِقِیْنَ(at) sunrise ۟(60) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 369 - Juz 19 فَلَمَّاThen when تَرَآءَsaw each other الْجَمْعٰنِthe two hosts قَالَsaid اَصْحٰبُ(the) companions مُوْسٰۤی(of) Musa اِنَّاIndeed, we لَمُدْرَكُوْنَ(are) surely to be overtaken ۟ۚ(61) قَالَHe said كَلَّا ۚNay اِنَّindeed مَعِیَwith me رَبِّیْ(is) my Lord سَیَهْدِیْنِHe will guide me ۟(62) فَاَوْحَیْنَاۤThen We inspired اِلٰیto مُوْسٰۤیMusa اَنِ[that] اضْرِبْStrike بِّعَصَاكَwith your staff الْبَحْرَ ؕthe sea فَانْفَلَقَSo it parted فَكَانَand became كُلُّeach فِرْقٍpart كَالطَّوْدِlike the mountain الْعَظِیْمِ[the] great ۟ۚ(63) وَاَزْلَفْنَاAnd We brought near ثَمَّthere الْاٰخَرِیْنَthe others ۟ۚ(64) وَاَنْجَیْنَاAnd We saved مُوْسٰیMusa وَمَنْand who مَّعَهٗۤ(were) with him اَجْمَعِیْنَall ۟ۚ(65) ثُمَّThen اَغْرَقْنَاWe drowned الْاٰخَرِیْنَthe others ۟ؕ(66) اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةً ؕsurely (is) a Sign وَمَاbut not كَانَare اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(67) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَهُوَsurely He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟۠(68) وَاتْلُAnd recite عَلَیْهِمْto them نَبَاَ(the) news اِبْرٰهِیْمَ(of) Ibrahim ۟ۘ(69) اِذْWhen قَالَhe said لِاَبِیْهِto his father وَقَوْمِهٖand his people مَاWhat تَعْبُدُوْنَ(do) you worship ۟(70) قَالُوْاThey said نَعْبُدُWe worship اَصْنَامًاidols فَنَظَلُّso we will remain لَهَاto them عٰكِفِیْنَdevoted ۟(71) قَالَHe said هَلْDo یَسْمَعُوْنَكُمْthey hear you اِذْwhen تَدْعُوْنَyou call ۟ۙ(72) اَوْOr یَنْفَعُوْنَكُمْ(do) they benefit you اَوْor یَضُرُّوْنَthey harm (you) ۟(73) قَالُوْاThey said بَلْNay وَجَدْنَاۤbut we found اٰبَآءَنَاour forefathers كَذٰلِكَlike that یَفْعَلُوْنَdoing ۟(74) قَالَHe said اَفَرَءَیْتُمْDo you see مَّاwhat كُنْتُمْyou have been تَعْبُدُوْنَworshipping ۟ۙ(75) اَنْتُمْYou وَاٰبَآؤُكُمُand your forefathers الْاَقْدَمُوْنَand your forefathers ۟ؗۖ(76) فَاِنَّهُمْIndeed, they عَدُوٌّ(are) enemies لِّیْۤto me اِلَّاexcept رَبَّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ۙ(77) الَّذِیْThe One Who خَلَقَنِیْcreated me فَهُوَand He یَهْدِیْنِguides me ۟ۙ(78) وَالَّذِیْAnd the One Who هُوَ[He] یُطْعِمُنِیْgives me food وَیَسْقِیْنِand gives me drink ۟ۙ(79) وَاِذَاAnd when مَرِضْتُI am ill فَهُوَthen He یَشْفِیْنِcures me ۟(80) وَالَّذِیْAnd the One Who یُمِیْتُنِیْwill cause me to die ثُمَّthen یُحْیِیْنِhe will give me life ۟ۙ(81) وَالَّذِیْۤAnd the One Who اَطْمَعُI hope اَنْthat یَّغْفِرَHe will forgive لِیْfor me خَطِیْٓـَٔتِیْmy faults یَوْمَ(on the) Day الدِّیْنِ(of) the Judgment ۟ؕ(82) رَبِّMy Lord هَبْGrant لِیْ[for] me حُكْمًاwisdom وَّاَلْحِقْنِیْand join me بِالصّٰلِحِیْنَwith the righteous ۟ۙ(83) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 370 - Juz 19 وَاجْعَلْAnd grant لِّیْ[for] me لِسَانَa mention صِدْقٍ(of) honor فِیamong الْاٰخِرِیْنَthe later (generations) ۟ۙ(84) وَاجْعَلْنِیْAnd make me مِنْof وَّرَثَةِ(the) inheritors جَنَّةِ(of) Garden(s) النَّعِیْمِ(of) Delight ۟ۙ(85) وَاغْفِرْAnd forgive لِاَبِیْۤmy father اِنَّهٗIndeed, he كَانَis مِنَof الضَّآلِّیْنَthose astray ۟ۙ(86) وَلَاAnd (do) not تُخْزِنِیْdisgrace me یَوْمَ(on the) Day یُبْعَثُوْنَthey are resurrected ۟ۙ(87) یَوْمَ(The) Day لَاnot یَنْفَعُwill benefit مَالٌwealth وَّلَاand not بَنُوْنَsons ۟ۙ(88) اِلَّاExcept مَنْ(he) who اَتَیcomes اللّٰهَ(to) Allah بِقَلْبٍwith a heart سَلِیْمٍsound ۟ؕ(89) وَاُزْلِفَتِAnd (will be) brought near الْجَنَّةُthe Paradise لِلْمُتَّقِیْنَfor the righteous ۟ۙ(90) وَبُرِّزَتِAnd (will be) made manifest الْجَحِیْمُthe Hellfire لِلْغٰوِیْنَto the deviators ۟ۙ(91) وَقِیْلَAnd it will be said لَهُمْto them اَیْنَWhere مَا(is) that كُنْتُمْyou used تَعْبُدُوْنَ(to) worship ۟ۙ(92) مِنْBesides Allah دُوْنِBesides Allah اللّٰهِ ؕBesides Allah هَلْCan یَنْصُرُوْنَكُمْthey help you اَوْor یَنْتَصِرُوْنَhelp themselves ۟ؕ(93) فَكُبْكِبُوْاThen they will be overturned فِیْهَاinto it هُمْthey وَالْغَاوٗنَand the deviators ۟ۙ(94) وَجُنُوْدُAnd (the) hosts اِبْلِیْسَ(of) Iblis اَجْمَعُوْنَall together ۟ؕ(95) قَالُوْاThey (will) say وَهُمْwhile they فِیْهَاin it یَخْتَصِمُوْنَ(are) disputing ۟ۙ(96) تَاللّٰهِBy Allah اِنْindeed كُنَّاwe were لَفِیْsurely in ضَلٰلٍerror مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟ۙ(97) اِذْWhen نُسَوِّیْكُمْwe equated you بِرَبِّwith (the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟(98) وَمَاۤAnd not اَضَلَّنَاۤmisguided us اِلَّاexcept الْمُجْرِمُوْنَthe criminals ۟(99) فَمَاSo (now) not لَنَاwe have مِنْany شَافِعِیْنَintercessors ۟ۙ(100) وَلَاAnd not صَدِیْقٍa friend حَمِیْمٍclose ۟(101) فَلَوْThen if اَنَّthat لَنَاwe had كَرَّةًa return فَنَكُوْنَthen we could be مِنَof الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(102) اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةً ؕsurely is a Sign وَمَاbut not كَانَare اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(103) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَهُوَsurely He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟۠(104) كَذَّبَتْDenied قَوْمُ(the) people نُوْحِ(of) Nuh لْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ۚۖ(105) اِذْWhen قَالَsaid لَهُمْto them اَخُوْهُمْtheir brother نُوْحٌNuh اَلَاWill not تَتَّقُوْنَyou fear (Allah) ۟ۚ(106) اِنِّیْIndeed, I am لَكُمْto you رَسُوْلٌa Messenger اَمِیْنٌtrustworthy ۟ۙ(107) فَاتَّقُواSo fear اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُوْنِand obey me ۟ۚ(108) وَمَاۤAnd not اَسْـَٔلُكُمْI ask (of) you عَلَیْهِfor it مِنْany اَجْرٍ ۚpayment اِنْNot اَجْرِیَ(is) my payment اِلَّاbut عَلٰیfrom رَبِّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ۚ(109) فَاتَّقُواSo fear اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُوْنِand obey me ۟ؕ(110) قَالُوْۤاThey said اَنُؤْمِنُShould we believe لَكَin you وَاتَّبَعَكَwhile followed you الْاَرْذَلُوْنَthe lowest ۟ؕ(111) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 371 - Juz 19 قَالَHe said وَمَاAnd what عِلْمِیْ(do) I know بِمَاof what كَانُوْاthey used یَعْمَلُوْنَ(to) do ۟ۚ(112) اِنْVerily حِسَابُهُمْtheir account اِلَّا(is) but عَلٰیupon رَبِّیْmy Lord لَوْif تَشْعُرُوْنَyou perceive ۟ۚ(113) وَمَاۤAnd not اَنَاI am بِطَارِدِthe one to drive away الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟ۚ(114) اِنْNot اَنَاI am اِلَّاbut نَذِیْرٌa warner مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟ؕ(115) قَالُوْاThey said لَىِٕنْIf لَّمْnot تَنْتَهِyou desist یٰنُوْحُO Nuh لَتَكُوْنَنَّSurely you will be مِنَof الْمَرْجُوْمِیْنَthose who are stoned ۟ؕ(116) قَالَHe said رَبِّMy Lord اِنَّIndeed قَوْمِیْmy people كَذَّبُوْنِhave denied me ۟ۚۖ(117) فَافْتَحْSo judge بَیْنِیْbetween me وَبَیْنَهُمْand between them فَتْحًا(with decisive) judgment وَّنَجِّنِیْand save me وَمَنْand who مَّعِیَ(are) with me مِنَof الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(118) فَاَنْجَیْنٰهُSo We saved him وَمَنْand who مَّعَهٗ(were) with him فِیin الْفُلْكِthe ship الْمَشْحُوْنِladen ۟ۚ(119) ثُمَّThen اَغْرَقْنَاWe drowned بَعْدُthereafter الْبٰقِیْنَthe remaining ones ۟ؕ(120) اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةً ؕsurely, (is) a sign وَمَاbut not كَانَare اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(121) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَهُوَsurely, He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟۠(122) كَذَّبَتْDenied عَادُ(the people) of Aad لْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ۚۖ(123) اِذْWhen قَالَsaid لَهُمْto them اَخُوْهُمْtheir brother هُوْدٌHud اَلَاWill not تَتَّقُوْنَyou fear (Allah) ۟ۚ(124) اِنِّیْIndeed, I am لَكُمْto you رَسُوْلٌa Messenger اَمِیْنٌtrustworthy ۟ۙ(125) فَاتَّقُواSo fear اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُوْنِand obey me ۟ۚ(126) وَمَاۤAnd not اَسْـَٔلُكُمْI ask you عَلَیْهِfor it مِنْany اَجْرٍ ۚpayment اِنْNot اَجْرِیَ(is) my payment اِلَّاexcept عَلٰیfrom رَبِّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ؕ(127) اَتَبْنُوْنَDo you construct بِكُلِّon every رِیْعٍelevation اٰیَةًa sign تَعْبَثُوْنَamusing yourselves ۟ۙ(128) وَتَتَّخِذُوْنَAnd take for yourselves مَصَانِعَstrongholds لَعَلَّكُمْthat you may تَخْلُدُوْنَlive forever ۟ۚ(129) وَاِذَاAnd when بَطَشْتُمْyou seize بَطَشْتُمْyou seize جَبَّارِیْنَ(as) tyrants ۟ۚ(130) فَاتَّقُواSo fear اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُوْنِand obey me ۟ۚ(131) وَاتَّقُواAnd fear الَّذِیْۤthe One Who اَمَدَّكُمْhas aided you بِمَاwith what تَعْلَمُوْنَyou know ۟ۚ(132) اَمَدَّكُمْHe has aided you بِاَنْعَامٍwith cattle وَّبَنِیْنَand children ۟ۚۙ(133) وَجَنّٰتٍAnd gardens وَّعُیُوْنٍand springs ۟ۚ(134) اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اَخَافُ[I] fear عَلَیْكُمْfor you عَذَابَ(the) punishment یَوْمٍ(of) a Day عَظِیْمٍGreat ۟ؕ(135) قَالُوْاThey said سَوَآءٌ(It is) same عَلَیْنَاۤto us اَوَعَظْتَwhether you advise اَمْor لَمْnot تَكُنْyou are مِّنَof الْوٰعِظِیْنَthe advisors ۟ۙ(136) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 372 - Juz 19 اِنْNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاbut خُلُقُ(the) custom الْاَوَّلِیْنَ(of) the former (people) ۟ۙ(137) وَمَاAnd not نَحْنُwe بِمُعَذَّبِیْنَ(are) the ones to be punished ۟ۚ(138) فَكَذَّبُوْهُSo they denied him فَاَهْلَكْنٰهُمْ ؕthen We destroyed them اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةً ؕsurely, is a sign وَمَاbut not كَانَare اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(139) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَهُوَsurely, He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟۠(140) كَذَّبَتْDenied ثَمُوْدُThamud الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ۚۖ(141) اِذْWhen قَالَsaid لَهُمْto them اَخُوْهُمْtheir brother صٰلِحٌSalih اَلَاWill not تَتَّقُوْنَyou fear (Allah) ۟ۚ(142) اِنِّیْIndeed, I am لَكُمْto you رَسُوْلٌa Messenger اَمِیْنٌtrustworthy ۟ۙ(143) فَاتَّقُواSo fear اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُوْنِand obey me ۟ۚ(144) وَمَاۤAnd not اَسْـَٔلُكُمْI ask you عَلَیْهِfor it مِنْany اَجْرٍ ۚpayment اِنْNot اَجْرِیَ(is) my payment اِلَّاexcept عَلٰیfrom رَبِّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ؕ(145) اَتُتْرَكُوْنَWill you be left فِیْin مَاwhat هٰهُنَاۤ(is) here اٰمِنِیْنَsecure ۟ۙ(146) فِیْIn جَنّٰتٍgardens وَّعُیُوْنٍand springs ۟ۙ(147) وَّزُرُوْعٍAnd cornfields وَّنَخْلٍand date-palms طَلْعُهَاits spadix هَضِیْمٌsoft ۟ۚ(148) وَتَنْحِتُوْنَAnd you carve مِنَof الْجِبَالِthe mountains بُیُوْتًاhouses فٰرِهِیْنَskillfully ۟ۚ(149) فَاتَّقُواSo fear اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُوْنِand obey me ۟ۚ(150) وَلَاAnd (do) not تُطِیْعُوْۤاobey اَمْرَ(the) command الْمُسْرِفِیْنَ(of) the transgressors ۟ۙ(151) الَّذِیْنَThose who یُفْسِدُوْنَspread corruption فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth وَلَاand (do) not یُصْلِحُوْنَreform ۟(152) قَالُوْۤاThey said اِنَّمَاۤOnly اَنْتَyou مِنَ(are) of الْمُسَحَّرِیْنَthose bewitched ۟ۚ(153) مَاۤNot اَنْتَyou اِلَّا(are) except بَشَرٌa man مِّثْلُنَا ۖۚlike us فَاْتِso bring بِاٰیَةٍa sign اِنْif كُنْتَyou مِنَ(are) of الصّٰدِقِیْنَthe truthful ۟(154) قَالَHe said هٰذِهٖThis نَاقَةٌ(is) a she-camel لَّهَاFor her شِرْبٌ(is a share of) drink وَّلَكُمْand for you شِرْبُ(is a share of) drink یَوْمٍ(on) a day مَّعْلُوْمٍknown ۟ۚ(155) وَلَاAnd (do) not تَمَسُّوْهَاtouch her بِسُوْٓءٍwith harm فَیَاْخُذَكُمْlest seize you عَذَابُ(the) punishment یَوْمٍ(of) a Day عَظِیْمٍGreat ۟(156) فَعَقَرُوْهَاBut they hamstrung her فَاَصْبَحُوْاthen they became نٰدِمِیْنَregretful ۟ۙ(157) فَاَخَذَهُمُSo seized them الْعَذَابُ ؕthe punishment اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةً ؕsurely is a sign وَمَاbut not كَانَare اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(158) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَهُوَsurely He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟۠(159) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 373 - Juz 19 كَذَّبَتْDenied قَوْمُ(the) people لُوْطِ(of) Lut لْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ۚۖ(160) اِذْWhen قَالَsaid لَهُمْto them اَخُوْهُمْtheir brother لُوْطٌLut اَلَاWill not تَتَّقُوْنَyou fear (Allah) ۟ۚ(161) اِنِّیْIndeed, I am لَكُمْto you رَسُوْلٌa Messenger اَمِیْنٌtrustworthy ۟ۙ(162) فَاتَّقُواSo fear اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُوْنِand obey me ۟ۚ(163) وَمَاۤAnd not اَسْـَٔلُكُمْI ask you عَلَیْهِfor it مِنْany اَجْرٍ ۚpayment اِنْNot اَجْرِیَ(is) my payment اِلَّاexcept عَلٰیfrom رَبِّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ؕ(164) اَتَاْتُوْنَDo you approach الذُّكْرَانَthe males مِنَamong الْعٰلَمِیْنَthe worlds ۟ۙ(165) وَتَذَرُوْنَAnd you leave مَاwhat خَلَقَcreated لَكُمْfor you رَبُّكُمْyour Lord مِّنْof اَزْوَاجِكُمْ ؕyour mates بَلْNay اَنْتُمْyou قَوْمٌ(are) a people عٰدُوْنَtransgressing ۟(166) قَالُوْاThey said لَىِٕنْIf لَّمْnot تَنْتَهِyou desist یٰلُوْطُO Lut لَتَكُوْنَنَّSurely, you will be مِنَof الْمُخْرَجِیْنَthe ones driven out ۟(167) قَالَHe said اِنِّیْIndeed, I am لِعَمَلِكُمْ(of) your deed مِّنَof الْقَالِیْنَthose who detest ۟ؕ(168) رَبِّMy Lord نَجِّنِیْSave me وَاَهْلِیْand my family مِمَّاfrom what یَعْمَلُوْنَthey do ۟(169) فَنَجَّیْنٰهُSo We saved him وَاَهْلَهٗۤand his family اَجْمَعِیْنَall ۟ۙ(170) اِلَّاExcept عَجُوْزًاan old woman فِی(was) among الْغٰبِرِیْنَthose who remained behind ۟ۚ(171) ثُمَّThen دَمَّرْنَاWe destroyed الْاٰخَرِیْنَthe others ۟ۚ(172) وَاَمْطَرْنَاAnd We rained عَلَیْهِمْupon them مَّطَرًا ۚa rain فَسَآءَand evil was مَطَرُ(was) the rain الْمُنْذَرِیْنَ(on) those who were warned ۟(173) اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةً ؕsurely is a sign وَمَاbut not كَانَare اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(174) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَهُوَsurely, He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟۠(175) كَذَّبَDenied اَصْحٰبُ(the) companions لْـَٔیْكَةِ(of the) Wood الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ۚۖ(176) اِذْWhen قَالَsaid لَهُمْto them شُعَیْبٌShuaib اَلَاWill not تَتَّقُوْنَyou fear (Allah) ۟ۚ(177) اِنِّیْIndeed, I am لَكُمْto you رَسُوْلٌa Messenger اَمِیْنٌtrustworthy ۟ۙ(178) فَاتَّقُواSo fear اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُوْنِand obey me ۟ۚ(179) وَمَاۤAnd not اَسْـَٔلُكُمْI ask (of) you عَلَیْهِfor it مِنْany اَجْرٍ ۚpayment اِنْNot اَجْرِیَ(is) my payment اِلَّاexcept عَلٰیfrom رَبِّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ؕ(180) اَوْفُواGive full الْكَیْلَmeasure وَلَاand (do) not تَكُوْنُوْاbe مِنَof الْمُخْسِرِیْنَthose who cause loss ۟ۚ(181) وَزِنُوْاAnd weigh بِالْقِسْطَاسِwith a balance الْمُسْتَقِیْمِ[the] even ۟ۚ(182) وَلَاAnd (do) not تَبْخَسُواdeprive النَّاسَpeople اَشْیَآءَهُمْ(of) their things وَلَاand (do) not تَعْثَوْاcommit evil فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth مُفْسِدِیْنَspreading corruption ۟ۚ(183) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 374 - Juz 19 وَاتَّقُواAnd fear الَّذِیْthe One Who خَلَقَكُمْcreated you وَالْجِبِلَّةَand the generations الْاَوَّلِیْنَthe former ۟ؕ(184) قَالُوْۤاThey said اِنَّمَاۤOnly اَنْتَyou مِنَ(are) of الْمُسَحَّرِیْنَthose bewitched ۟ۙ(185) وَمَاۤAnd not اَنْتَyou اِلَّا(are) except بَشَرٌa man مِّثْلُنَاlike us وَاِنْand indeed نَّظُنُّكَwe think you لَمِنَsurely (are) of الْكٰذِبِیْنَthe liars ۟ۚ(186) فَاَسْقِطْThen cause to fall عَلَیْنَاupon us كِسَفًاfragments مِّنَof السَّمَآءِthe sky اِنْif كُنْتَyou are مِنَof الصّٰدِقِیْنَthe truthful ۟ؕ(187) قَالَHe said رَبِّیْۤMy Lord اَعْلَمُknows best بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do ۟(188) فَكَذَّبُوْهُBut they denied him فَاَخَذَهُمْso seized them عَذَابُ(the) punishment یَوْمِ(of the) day الظُّلَّةِ ؕ(of) the shadow اِنَّهٗIndeed, it كَانَwas عَذَابَ(the) punishment یَوْمٍ(of) a Day عَظِیْمٍGreat ۟(189) اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةً ؕsurely, is a sign وَمَاbut not كَانَare اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(190) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَهُوَsurely, He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟۠(191) وَاِنَّهٗAnd indeed, it لَتَنْزِیْلُsurely, is a Revelation رَبِّ(of the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ؕ(192) نَزَلَHas brought it down بِهِHas brought it down الرُّوْحُthe Spirit الْاَمِیْنُ[the] Trustworthy ۟ۙ(193) عَلٰیUpon قَلْبِكَyour heart لِتَكُوْنَthat you may be مِنَof الْمُنْذِرِیْنَthe warners ۟ۙ(194) بِلِسَانٍIn language عَرَبِیٍّArabic مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟ؕ(195) وَاِنَّهٗAnd indeed, it لَفِیْsurely, (is) in زُبُرِ(the) Scriptures الْاَوَّلِیْنَ(of) the former (people) ۟(196) اَوَلَمْIs it not یَكُنْIs it not لَّهُمْto them اٰیَةًa sign اَنْthat یَّعْلَمَهٗknow it عُلَمٰٓؤُا(the) scholars بَنِیْۤ(of the) Children اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(of) Israel ۟ؕ(197) وَلَوْAnd if نَزَّلْنٰهُWe (had) revealed it عَلٰیto بَعْضِany الْاَعْجَمِیْنَ(of) the non-Arabs ۟ۙ(198) فَقَرَاَهٗAnd he (had) recited it عَلَیْهِمْto them مَّاnot كَانُوْاthey would بِهٖin it مُؤْمِنِیْنَ(be) believers ۟ؕ(199) كَذٰلِكَThus سَلَكْنٰهُWe have inserted it فِیْinto قُلُوْبِ(the) hearts الْمُجْرِمِیْنَ(of) the criminals ۟ؕ(200) لَاNot یُؤْمِنُوْنَthey will believe بِهٖin it حَتّٰیuntil یَرَوُاthey see الْعَذَابَthe punishment الْاَلِیْمَ[the] painful ۟ۙ(201) فَیَاْتِیَهُمْAnd it will come to them بَغْتَةًsuddenly وَّهُمْwhile they لَا(do) not یَشْعُرُوْنَperceive ۟ۙ(202) فَیَقُوْلُوْاThen they will say هَلْAre نَحْنُwe مُنْظَرُوْنَ(to be) reprieved ۟ؕ(203) اَفَبِعَذَابِنَاSo is it for Our punishment یَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَthey wish to hasten ۟(204) اَفَرَءَیْتَThen have you seen اِنْif مَّتَّعْنٰهُمْWe let them enjoy سِنِیْنَ(for) years ۟ۙ(205) ثُمَّThen جَآءَهُمْcomes to them مَّاwhat كَانُوْاthey were یُوْعَدُوْنَpromised ۟ۙ(206) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 375 - Juz 19 مَاۤNot اَغْنٰی(will) avail عَنْهُمْthem مَّاwhat كَانُوْاenjoyment they were given یُمَتَّعُوْنَenjoyment they were given ۟ؕ(207) وَمَاۤAnd not اَهْلَكْنَاWe destroyed مِنْany قَرْیَةٍtown اِلَّاbut لَهَاit had مُنْذِرُوْنَwarners ۟(208) ذِكْرٰی ۛ۫(To) remind وَمَاand not كُنَّاWe are ظٰلِمِیْنَunjust ۟(209) وَمَاAnd not تَنَزَّلَتْhave brought it down بِهِhave brought it down الشَّیٰطِیْنُthe devils ۟(210) وَمَاAnd not یَنْۢبَغِیْ(it) suits لَهُمْ[for] them وَمَاand not یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَthey are able ۟ؕ(211) اِنَّهُمْIndeed, they عَنِfrom السَّمْعِthe hearing لَمَعْزُوْلُوْنَ(are) surely banished ۟ؕ(212) فَلَاSo (do) not تَدْعُinvoke مَعَwith اللّٰهِAllah اِلٰهًاgod اٰخَرَanother فَتَكُوْنَlest you be مِنَof الْمُعَذَّبِیْنَthose punished ۟ۚ(213) وَاَنْذِرْAnd warn عَشِیْرَتَكَyour kindred الْاَقْرَبِیْنَ[the] closest ۟ۙ(214) وَاخْفِضْAnd lower جَنَاحَكَyour wing لِمَنِto (those) who اتَّبَعَكَfollow you مِنَof الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟ۚ(215) فَاِنْThen if عَصَوْكَthey disobey you فَقُلْthen say اِنِّیْIndeed, I am بَرِیْٓءٌinnocent مِّمَّاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do ۟ۚ(216) وَتَوَكَّلْAnd put (your) trust عَلَیin الْعَزِیْزِthe All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمِthe Most Merciful ۟ۙ(217) الَّذِیْThe One Who یَرٰىكَsees you حِیْنَwhen تَقُوْمُyou stand up ۟ۙ(218) وَتَقَلُّبَكَAnd your movements فِیamong السّٰجِدِیْنَthose who prostrate ۟(219) اِنَّهٗIndeed, He هُوَ[He] السَّمِیْعُ(is) the All-Hearer الْعَلِیْمُthe All-Knower ۟(220) هَلْShall اُنَبِّئُكُمْI inform you عَلٰیupon مَنْwhom تَنَزَّلُdescend الشَّیٰطِیْنُthe devils ۟ؕ(221) تَنَزَّلُThey descend عَلٰیupon كُلِّevery اَفَّاكٍliar اَثِیْمٍsinful ۟ۙ(222) یُّلْقُوْنَThey pass on السَّمْعَ(what is) heard وَاَكْثَرُهُمْand most of them كٰذِبُوْنَ(are) liars ۟ؕ(223) وَالشُّعَرَآءُAnd the poets یَتَّبِعُهُمُfollow them الْغَاوٗنَthe deviators ۟ؕ(224) اَلَمْDo not تَرَyou see اَنَّهُمْthat they فِیْin كُلِّevery وَادٍvalley یَّهِیْمُوْنَ[they] roam ۟ۙ(225) وَاَنَّهُمْAnd that they یَقُوْلُوْنَsay مَاwhat لَاnot یَفْعَلُوْنَthey do ۟ۙ(226) اِلَّاExcept الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِrighteous deeds وَذَكَرُواand remember اللّٰهَAllah كَثِیْرًاmuch وَّانْتَصَرُوْاand defend themselves مِنْafter بَعْدِafter مَاafter ظُلِمُوْا ؕthey were wronged وَسَیَعْلَمُAnd will come to know الَّذِیْنَthose who ظَلَمُوْۤاhave wronged اَیَّ(to) what مُنْقَلَبٍreturn یَّنْقَلِبُوْنَthey will return ۟۠(227) Surah 26. Ash-Shuara - Page 376 - Juz 19 Surah 27. An-Naml (The Ant) V93 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ طٰسٓ ۫Ta Seen تِلْكَThese اٰیٰتُ(are the) Verses الْقُرْاٰنِ(of) the Quran وَكِتَابٍand a Book مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟ۙ(1) هُدًیA guidance وَّبُشْرٰیand glad tidings لِلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَfor the believers ۟ۙ(2) الَّذِیْنَThose who یُقِیْمُوْنَestablish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَیُؤْتُوْنَand give الزَّكٰوةَzakah وَهُمْand they بِالْاٰخِرَةِin the Hereafter هُمْ[they] یُوْقِنُوْنَbelieve with certainty ۟(3) اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who لَا(do) not یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve بِالْاٰخِرَةِin the Hereafter زَیَّنَّاWe have made fair-seeming لَهُمْto them اَعْمَالَهُمْtheir deeds فَهُمْso they یَعْمَهُوْنَwander blindly ۟ؕ(4) اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose الَّذِیْنَ(are) the ones لَهُمْfor them سُوْٓءُ(is) an evil الْعَذَابِ[the] punishment وَهُمْand they فِیin الْاٰخِرَةِthe Hereafter هُمُ[they] الْاَخْسَرُوْنَ(will be) the greatest losers ۟(5) وَاِنَّكَAnd indeed, you لَتُلَقَّیsurely, receive الْقُرْاٰنَthe Quran مِنْfrom [near] لَّدُنْfrom [near] حَكِیْمٍthe All-Wise عَلِیْمٍthe All-Knower ۟(6) اِذْWhen قَالَsaid مُوْسٰیMusa لِاَهْلِهٖۤto his family اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اٰنَسْتُperceive نَارًا ؕa fire سَاٰتِیْكُمْI will bring you مِّنْهَاfrom it بِخَبَرٍsome information اَوْor اٰتِیْكُمْI will bring you بِشِهَابٍa torch قَبَسٍburning لَّعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَصْطَلُوْنَwarm yourselves ۟(7) فَلَمَّاBut when جَآءَهَاhe came to it نُوْدِیَhe was called اَنْ[that] بُوْرِكَBlessed is مَنْwho فِی(is) at النَّارِthe fire وَمَنْand whoever حَوْلَهَا ؕ(is) around it وَسُبْحٰنَAnd glory be اللّٰهِ(to) Allah رَبِّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟(8) یٰمُوْسٰۤیO Musa اِنَّهٗۤIndeed اَنَاI Am اللّٰهُAllah الْعَزِیْزُthe All-Mighty الْحَكِیْمُthe All-Wise ۟ۙ(9) وَاَلْقِAnd, "Throw عَصَاكَ ؕyour staff فَلَمَّاBut when رَاٰهَاhe saw it تَهْتَزُّmoving كَاَنَّهَاas if it جَآنٌّ(were) a snake وَّلّٰیhe turned back مُدْبِرًا(in) flight وَّلَمْand (did) not یُعَقِّبْ ؕlook back یٰمُوْسٰیO Musa لَا(Do) not تَخَفْ ۫fear اِنِّیْIndeed, [I] لَا(do) not یَخَافُfear لَدَیَّ(in) My presence الْمُرْسَلُوْنَthe Messengers ۟ۗۖ(10) اِلَّاExcept مَنْwho ظَلَمَwrongs ثُمَّthen بَدَّلَsubstitutes حُسْنًاgood بَعْدَafter سُوْٓءٍevil فَاِنِّیْthen indeed, I Am غَفُوْرٌOft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(11) وَاَدْخِلْAnd enter یَدَكَyour hand فِیْinto جَیْبِكَyour bosom تَخْرُجْit will come forth بَیْضَآءَwhite مِنْwithout غَیْرِwithout سُوْٓءٍ ۫harm فِیْ(These are) among تِسْعِnine اٰیٰتٍsigns اِلٰیto فِرْعَوْنَFiraun وَقَوْمِهٖ ؕand his people اِنَّهُمْIndeed, they كَانُوْاare قَوْمًاa people فٰسِقِیْنَdefiantly disobedient ۟(12) فَلَمَّاBut when جَآءَتْهُمْcame to them اٰیٰتُنَاOur Signs مُبْصِرَةًvisible قَالُوْاthey said هٰذَاThis سِحْرٌ(is) a magic مُّبِیْنٌmanifest ۟ۚ(13) Surah 27. An-Naml - Page 377 - Juz 19 وَجَحَدُوْاAnd they rejected بِهَاthem وَاسْتَیْقَنَتْهَاۤthough were convinced with them (signs) اَنْفُسُهُمْthemselves ظُلْمًا(out of) injustice وَّعُلُوًّا ؕand haughtiness فَانْظُرْSo see كَیْفَhow كَانَwas عَاقِبَةُ(the) end الْمُفْسِدِیْنَ(of) the corrupters ۟۠(14) وَلَقَدْAnd verily اٰتَیْنَاWe gave دَاوٗدَDawood وَسُلَیْمٰنَand Sulaiman عِلْمًا ۚknowledge وَقَالَاand they said الْحَمْدُPraise be لِلّٰهِto Allah الَّذِیْthe One Who فَضَّلَنَاhas favored us عَلٰیover كَثِیْرٍmany مِّنْof عِبَادِهِHis servants الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(15) وَوَرِثَAnd inherited سُلَیْمٰنُSulaiman دَاوٗدَDawood وَقَالَAnd he said یٰۤاَیُّهَاO النَّاسُpeople عُلِّمْنَاWe have been taught مَنْطِقَ(the) language الطَّیْرِ(of) the birds وَاُوْتِیْنَاand we have been given مِنْfrom كُلِّevery شَیْءٍ ؕthing اِنَّIndeed هٰذَاthis لَهُوَsurely, it الْفَضْلُ(is) the favor الْمُبِیْنُevident ۟(16) وَحُشِرَAnd were gathered لِسُلَیْمٰنَfor Sulaiman جُنُوْدُهٗhis hosts مِنَof الْجِنِّjinn وَالْاِنْسِand the men وَالطَّیْرِand the birds فَهُمْand they یُوْزَعُوْنَ(were) set in rows ۟(17) حَتّٰۤیUntil اِذَاۤwhen اَتَوْاthey came عَلٰیto وَادِ(the) valley النَّمْلِ ۙ(of) the ants قَالَتْsaid نَمْلَةٌan ant یّٰۤاَیُّهَاO النَّمْلُants ادْخُلُوْاEnter مَسٰكِنَكُمْ ۚyour dwellings لَاlest not crush you یَحْطِمَنَّكُمْlest not crush you سُلَیْمٰنُSulaiman وَجُنُوْدُهٗ ۙand his hosts وَهُمْwhile they لَا(do) not perceive یَشْعُرُوْنَ(do) not perceive ۟(18) فَتَبَسَّمَSo he smiled ضَاحِكًاlaughing مِّنْat قَوْلِهَاher speech وَقَالَand said رَبِّMy Lord اَوْزِعْنِیْۤGrant me (the) power اَنْthat اَشْكُرَI may thank You نِعْمَتَكَ(for) Your Favor الَّتِیْۤwhich اَنْعَمْتَYou have bestowed عَلَیَّon me وَعَلٰیand on وَالِدَیَّmy parents وَاَنْand that اَعْمَلَI may do صَالِحًاrighteous (deeds) تَرْضٰىهُthat will please You وَاَدْخِلْنِیْAnd admit me بِرَحْمَتِكَby Your Mercy فِیْamong عِبَادِكَYour slaves الصّٰلِحِیْنَrighteous ۟(19) وَتَفَقَّدَAnd he inspected الطَّیْرَthe birds فَقَالَand said مَاWhy لِیَWhy لَاۤnot اَرَیI see الْهُدْهُدَ ۖؗthe hoopoe اَمْor كَانَis he مِنَfrom الْغَآىِٕبِیْنَthe absent ۟(20) لَاُعَذِّبَنَّهٗI will surely punish him عَذَابًا(with) a punishment شَدِیْدًاsevere اَوْor لَاۡاَذْبَحَنَّهٗۤI will surely slaughter him اَوْunless لَیَاْتِیَنِّیْhe brings me بِسُلْطٰنٍa reason مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟(21) فَمَكَثَSo he stayed غَیْرَnot بَعِیْدٍlong فَقَالَand he said اَحَطْتُّI have encompassed بِمَاthat which لَمْnot تُحِطْyou have encompassed بِهٖit وَجِئْتُكَand I have come to you مِنْfrom سَبَاٍۭSaba بِنَبَاٍwith news یَّقِیْنٍcertain ۟(22) Surah 27. An-Naml - Page 378 - Juz 19 اِنِّیْIndeed, I وَجَدْتُّfound امْرَاَةًa woman تَمْلِكُهُمْruling them وَاُوْتِیَتْand she has been given مِنْof كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing وَّلَهَاand for her عَرْشٌ(is) a throne عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟(23) وَجَدْتُّهَاAnd I found her وَقَوْمَهَاand her people یَسْجُدُوْنَprostrating لِلشَّمْسِto the sun مِنْinstead of Allah دُوْنِinstead of Allah اللّٰهِinstead of Allah وَزَیَّنَand has made fair-seeming لَهُمُto them الشَّیْطٰنُthe Shaitaan اَعْمَالَهُمْtheir deeds فَصَدَّهُمْand averted them عَنِfrom السَّبِیْلِthe Way فَهُمْso they لَا(are) not یَهْتَدُوْنَguided ۟ۙ(24) اَلَّاThat not یَسْجُدُوْاthey prostrate لِلّٰهِto Allah الَّذِیْthe One Who یُخْرِجُbrings forth الْخَبْءَthe hidden فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَیَعْلَمُand knows مَاwhat تُخْفُوْنَyou conceal وَمَاand what تُعْلِنُوْنَyou declare ۟(25) اَللّٰهُAllah لَاۤ(there is) no اِلٰهَgod اِلَّاbut هُوَHe رَبُّ(the) Lord الْعَرْشِ(of) the Throne الْعَظِیْمِthe Great ۟(26) قَالَHe said سَنَنْظُرُWe will see اَصَدَقْتَwhether you speak (the) truth اَمْor كُنْتَyou are مِنَof الْكٰذِبِیْنَthe liars ۟(27) اِذْهَبْGo بِّكِتٰبِیْwith my letter هٰذَاthis فَاَلْقِهْand deliver it اِلَیْهِمْto them ثُمَّThen تَوَلَّturn away عَنْهُمْfrom them فَانْظُرْand see مَاذَاwhat یَرْجِعُوْنَthey return ۟(28) قَالَتْShe said یٰۤاَیُّهَاO الْمَلَؤُاchiefs اِنِّیْۤIndeed [I] اُلْقِیَis delivered اِلَیَّto me كِتٰبٌa letter كَرِیْمٌnoble ۟(29) اِنَّهٗIndeed, it مِنْ(is) from سُلَیْمٰنَSulaiman وَاِنَّهٗand indeed it (is) بِسْمِIn the name اللّٰهِ(of) Allah الرَّحْمٰنِthe Most Gracious الرَّحِیْمِthe Most Merciful ۟ۙ(30) اَلَّاThat not تَعْلُوْاexalt yourselves عَلَیَّagainst me وَاْتُوْنِیْbut come to me مُسْلِمِیْنَ(in) submission ۟۠(31) قَالَتْShe said یٰۤاَیُّهَاO الْمَلَؤُاchiefs اَفْتُوْنِیْAdvise me فِیْۤin اَمْرِیْ ۚmy affair مَاNot كُنْتُI would be قَاطِعَةًthe one to decide اَمْرًاany matter حَتّٰیuntil تَشْهَدُوْنِyou are present with me ۟(32) قَالُوْاThey said نَحْنُWe اُولُوْا(are) possessors قُوَّةٍ(of) strength وَّاُولُوْاand possessors بَاْسٍ(of) might شَدِیْدٍ ۙ۬great وَّالْاَمْرُand the command اِلَیْكِ(is) up to you فَانْظُرِیْso look مَاذَاwhat تَاْمُرِیْنَyou will command ۟(33) قَالَتْShe said اِنَّIndeed الْمُلُوْكَthe kings اِذَاwhen دَخَلُوْاthey enter قَرْیَةًa town اَفْسَدُوْهَاthey ruin it وَجَعَلُوْۤاand make اَعِزَّةَ(the) most honorable اَهْلِهَاۤ(of) its people اَذِلَّةً ۚ(the) lowest وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus یَفْعَلُوْنَthey do ۟(34) وَاِنِّیْBut indeed, I am مُرْسِلَةٌgoing to send اِلَیْهِمْto them بِهَدِیَّةٍa gift فَنٰظِرَةٌand see بِمَwith what یَرْجِعُreturn الْمُرْسَلُوْنَthe messengers ۟(35) Surah 27. An-Naml - Page 379 - Juz 19 فَلَمَّاSo when جَآءَcame سُلَیْمٰنَ(to) Sulaiman قَالَhe said اَتُمِدُّوْنَنِWill you provide me بِمَالٍ ؗwith wealth فَمَاۤBut what اٰتٰىنِAllah has given me اللّٰهُAllah has given me خَیْرٌ(is) better مِّمَّاۤthan what اٰتٰىكُمْ ۚHe has given you بَلْNay اَنْتُمْyou بِهَدِیَّتِكُمْin your gift تَفْرَحُوْنَrejoice ۟(36) اِرْجِعْReturn اِلَیْهِمْto them فَلَنَاْتِیَنَّهُمْsurely, we will come to them بِجُنُوْدٍwith hosts لَّاnot قِبَلَ(is) resistance لَهُمْfor them بِهَاof it وَلَنُخْرِجَنَّهُمْand surely, we will drive them out مِّنْهَاۤfrom there اَذِلَّةً(in) humiliation وَّهُمْand they صٰغِرُوْنَ(will be) abased ۟(37) قَالَHe said یٰۤاَیُّهَاO الْمَلَؤُاchiefs اَیُّكُمْWhich of you یَاْتِیْنِیْwill bring me بِعَرْشِهَاher throne قَبْلَbefore اَنْthat یَّاْتُوْنِیْthey come to me مُسْلِمِیْنَ(in) submission ۟(38) قَالَSaid عِفْرِیْتٌa strong one مِّنَof الْجِنِّthe jinn اَنَاI اٰتِیْكَwill bring it to you بِهٖwill bring it to you قَبْلَbefore اَنْ[that] تَقُوْمَyou rise مِنْfrom مَّقَامِكَ ۚyour place وَاِنِّیْAnd indeed, I am عَلَیْهِfor it لَقَوِیٌّsurely, strong اَمِیْنٌtrustworthy ۟(39) قَالَSaid الَّذِیْone who عِنْدَهٗwith him عِلْمٌ(was) knowledge مِّنَof الْكِتٰبِthe Scripture اَنَاI اٰتِیْكَwill bring it to you بِهٖwill bring it to you قَبْلَbefore اَنْ[that] یَّرْتَدَّreturns اِلَیْكَto you طَرْفُكَ ؕyour glance فَلَمَّاThen when رَاٰهُhe saw it مُسْتَقِرًّاplaced عِنْدَهٗbefore him قَالَhe said هٰذَاThis مِنْ(is) from فَضْلِ(the) Favor رَبِّیْ ۖ۫(of) my Lord لِیَبْلُوَنِیْۤto test me ءَاَشْكُرُwhether I am grateful اَمْor اَكْفُرُ ؕI am ungrateful وَمَنْAnd whoever شَكَرَ(is) grateful فَاِنَّمَاthen only یَشْكُرُhe is grateful لِنَفْسِهٖ ۚfor his own soul وَمَنْAnd whoever كَفَرَ(is) ungrateful فَاِنَّthen indeed رَبِّیْmy Lord غَنِیٌّ(is) Self-sufficient كَرِیْمٌNoble ۟(40) قَالَHe said نَكِّرُوْاDisguise لَهَاfor her عَرْشَهَاher throne نَنْظُرْwe will see اَتَهْتَدِیْۤwhether she will be guided اَمْor تَكُوْنُwill be مِنَof الَّذِیْنَthose who لَاare not guided یَهْتَدُوْنَare not guided ۟(41) فَلَمَّاSo when جَآءَتْshe came قِیْلَit was said اَهٰكَذَاIs like this عَرْشُكِ ؕyour throne قَالَتْShe said كَاَنَّهٗIt is like هُوَ ۚit وَاُوْتِیْنَاAnd we were given الْعِلْمَthe knowledge مِنْbefore her قَبْلِهَاbefore her وَكُنَّاand we have been مُسْلِمِیْنَMuslims ۟(42) وَصَدَّهَاAnd has averted her مَاwhat كَانَتْshe used (to) تَّعْبُدُworship مِنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِ ؕAllah اِنَّهَاIndeed, she كَانَتْwas مِنْfrom قَوْمٍa people كٰفِرِیْنَwho disbelieve ۟(43) قِیْلَIt was said لَهَاto her ادْخُلِیEnter الصَّرْحَ ۚthe palace فَلَمَّاThen when رَاَتْهُshe saw it حَسِبَتْهُshe thought it لُجَّةً(was) a pool وَّكَشَفَتْand she uncovered عَنْ[on] سَاقَیْهَا ؕher shins قَالَHe said اِنَّهٗIndeed, it صَرْحٌ(is) a palace مُّمَرَّدٌmade smooth مِّنْof قَوَارِیْرَ ؕ۬glass قَالَتْShe said رَبِّMy Lord اِنِّیْindeed, I ظَلَمْتُ[I] have wronged نَفْسِیْmyself وَاَسْلَمْتُand I submit مَعَwith سُلَیْمٰنَSulaiman لِلّٰهِto Allah رَبِّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟۠(44) Surah 27. An-Naml - Page 380 - Juz 19 وَلَقَدْAnd certainly اَرْسَلْنَاۤWe sent اِلٰیto ثَمُوْدَThamud اَخَاهُمْtheir brother صٰلِحًاSalih اَنِthat اعْبُدُواWorship اللّٰهَAllah فَاِذَاThen behold هُمْThey فَرِیْقٰنِ(became) two parties یَخْتَصِمُوْنَquarreling ۟(45) قَالَHe said یٰقَوْمِO my people لِمَWhy تَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَ(do) you seek to hasten بِالسَّیِّئَةِthe evil قَبْلَbefore الْحَسَنَةِ ۚthe good لَوْلَاWhy not تَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَyou ask forgiveness اللّٰهَ(of) Allah لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تُرْحَمُوْنَreceive mercy ۟(46) قَالُواThey said اطَّیَّرْنَاWe consider you a bad omen بِكَWe consider you a bad omen وَبِمَنْand those مَّعَكَ ؕwith you قَالَHe said طٰٓىِٕرُكُمْYour bad omen عِنْدَ(is) with اللّٰهِAllah بَلْNay اَنْتُمْyou قَوْمٌ(are) a people تُفْتَنُوْنَbeing tested ۟(47) وَكَانَAnd were فِیin الْمَدِیْنَةِthe city تِسْعَةُnine رَهْطٍfamily heads یُّفْسِدُوْنَthey were spreading corruption فِیin الْاَرْضِthe land وَلَاand not یُصْلِحُوْنَreforming ۟(48) قَالُوْاThey said تَقَاسَمُوْاSwear to each other بِاللّٰهِby Allah لَنُبَیِّتَنَّهٗsurely, we will attack him by night وَاَهْلَهٗand his family ثُمَّThen لَنَقُوْلَنَّwe will surely say لِوَلِیِّهٖto his heir مَاNot شَهِدْنَاwe witnessed مَهْلِكَ(the) destruction اَهْلِهٖ(of) his family وَاِنَّاand indeed, we لَصٰدِقُوْنَ(are) surely truthful ۟(49) وَمَكَرُوْاSo they plotted مَكْرًاa plot وَّمَكَرْنَاand We planned مَكْرًاa plan وَّهُمْwhile they لَا(did) not یَشْعُرُوْنَperceive ۟(50) فَانْظُرْThen see كَیْفَhow كَانَwas عَاقِبَةُ(the) end مَكْرِهِمْ ۙ(of) their plot اَنَّاthat We دَمَّرْنٰهُمْdestroyed them وَقَوْمَهُمْand their people اَجْمَعِیْنَall ۟(51) فَتِلْكَSo, these بُیُوْتُهُمْ(are) their houses خَاوِیَةًruined بِمَاbecause ظَلَمُوْا ؕthey wronged اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةًsurely, is a sign لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یَّعْلَمُوْنَwho know ۟(52) وَاَنْجَیْنَاAnd We saved الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieved وَكَانُوْاand used (to) یَتَّقُوْنَfear (Allah) ۟(53) وَلُوْطًاAnd Lut اِذْwhen قَالَhe said لِقَوْمِهٖۤto his people اَتَاْتُوْنَDo you commit الْفَاحِشَةَ[the] immorality وَاَنْتُمْwhile you تُبْصِرُوْنَsee ۟(54) اَىِٕنَّكُمْWhy do you لَتَاْتُوْنَapproach الرِّجَالَthe men شَهْوَةً(with) lust مِّنْinstead of دُوْنِinstead of النِّسَآءِ ؕthe women بَلْNay اَنْتُمْyou قَوْمٌ(are) a people تَجْهَلُوْنَignorant ۟(55) Surah 27. An-Naml - Page 381 - Juz 19 فَمَاBut not كَانَwas جَوَابَ(the) answer قَوْمِهٖۤ(of) his people اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْthat قَالُوْۤاthey said اَخْرِجُوْۤاDrive out اٰلَ(the) family لُوْطٍ(of) Lut مِّنْfrom قَرْیَتِكُمْ ۚyour town اِنَّهُمْIndeed, they اُنَاسٌ(are) people یَّتَطَهَّرُوْنَwho keep clean and pure ۟(56) فَاَنْجَیْنٰهُSo We saved him وَاَهْلَهٗۤand his family اِلَّاexcept امْرَاَتَهٗ ؗhis wife قَدَّرْنٰهَاWe destined her مِنَ(to be) of الْغٰبِرِیْنَthose who remained behind ۟(57) وَاَمْطَرْنَاAnd We rained عَلَیْهِمْupon them مَّطَرًا ۚa rain فَسَآءَand was evil مَطَرُ(the) rain الْمُنْذَرِیْنَ(on) those who were warned ۟۠(58) قُلِSay الْحَمْدُAll praise (be) لِلّٰهِto Allah وَسَلٰمٌand peace (be) عَلٰیupon عِبَادِهِHis slaves الَّذِیْنَthose whom اصْطَفٰی ؕHe has chosen ءٰٓاللّٰهُIs Allah خَیْرٌbetter اَمَّاor what یُشْرِكُوْنَthey associate (with Him) ۟(59) اَمَّنْOr Who خَلَقَhas created السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth وَاَنْزَلَand sent down لَكُمْfor you مِّنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe sky مَآءً ۚwater فَاَنْۢبَتْنَاAnd We caused to grow بِهٖthereby حَدَآىِٕقَgardens ذَاتَof beauty (and delight) بَهْجَةٍ ۚof beauty (and delight) مَاnot كَانَit is لَكُمْfor you اَنْthat تُنْۢبِتُوْاyou cause to grow شَجَرَهَا ؕtheir trees ءَاِلٰهٌIs there any god مَّعَwith اللّٰهِ ؕAllah بَلْNay هُمْthey قَوْمٌ(are) a people یَّعْدِلُوْنَwho ascribe equals ۟ؕ(60) اَمَّنْOr Who جَعَلَmade الْاَرْضَthe earth قَرَارًاa firm abode وَّجَعَلَand made خِلٰلَهَاۤ(in) its midst اَنْهٰرًاrivers وَّجَعَلَand made لَهَاfor it رَوَاسِیَfirm mountains وَجَعَلَand made بَیْنَbetween الْبَحْرَیْنِthe two seas حَاجِزًا ؕa barrier ءَاِلٰهٌIs there any god مَّعَwith اللّٰهِ ؕAllah بَلْNay اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟ؕ(61) اَمَّنْOr Who یُّجِیْبُresponds الْمُضْطَرَّ(to) the distressed one اِذَاwhen دَعَاهُhe calls Him وَیَكْشِفُand He removes السُّوْٓءَthe evil وَیَجْعَلُكُمْand makes you خُلَفَآءَinheritors الْاَرْضِ ؕ(of) the earth ءَاِلٰهٌIs there any god مَّعَwith اللّٰهِ ؕAllah قَلِیْلًاLittle مَّا(is) what تَذَكَّرُوْنَyou remember ۟ؕ(62) اَمَّنْOr Who یَّهْدِیْكُمْguides you فِیْin ظُلُمٰتِ(the) darkness[es] الْبَرِّ(of) the land وَالْبَحْرِand the sea وَمَنْand Who یُّرْسِلُsends الرِّیٰحَthe winds بُشْرًاۢ(as) glad tidings بَیْنَbefore یَدَیْbefore رَحْمَتِهٖ ؕHis Mercy ءَاِلٰهٌIs there any god مَّعَwith اللّٰهِ ؕAllah تَعٰلَیHigh is اللّٰهُAllah عَمَّاabove what یُشْرِكُوْنَthey associate (with Him) ۟ؕ(63) Surah 27. An-Naml - Page 382 - Juz 20 اَمَّنْOr Who یَّبْدَؤُاoriginates الْخَلْقَthe creation ثُمَّthen یُعِیْدُهٗrepeats it وَمَنْand Who یَّرْزُقُكُمْprovides you مِّنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth ءَاِلٰهٌIs there any god مَّعَwith اللّٰهِ ؕAllah قُلْSay هَاتُوْاBring forth بُرْهَانَكُمْyour proof اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are صٰدِقِیْنَtruthful ۟(64) قُلْSay لَّاNo (one) یَعْلَمُknows مَنْwhoever فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth الْغَیْبَ(of) the unseen اِلَّاexcept اللّٰهُ ؕAllah وَمَاand not یَشْعُرُوْنَthey perceive اَیَّانَwhen یُبْعَثُوْنَthey will be resurrected ۟(65) بَلِNay ادّٰرَكَis arrested عِلْمُهُمْtheir knowledge فِیof الْاٰخِرَةِ ۫the Hereafter بَلْNay هُمْthey فِیْ(are) in شَكٍّdoubt مِّنْهَا ۫ؗabout it بَلْNay هُمْthey مِّنْهَاabout it عَمُوْنَ(are) blind ۟۠(66) وَقَالَAnd say الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْۤاdisbelieve ءَاِذَاWhat, when كُنَّاwe have become تُرٰبًاdust وَّاٰبَآؤُنَاۤand our forefathers اَىِٕنَّاwill we لَمُخْرَجُوْنَsurely be brought out ۟(67) لَقَدْCertainly وُعِدْنَاwe have been promised هٰذَاthis نَحْنُwe وَاٰبَآؤُنَاand our forefathers مِنْbefore قَبْلُ ۙbefore اِنْNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاۤexcept اَسَاطِیْرُtales الْاَوَّلِیْنَ(of) the former (people) ۟(68) قُلْSay سِیْرُوْاTravel فِیin الْاَرْضِthe land فَانْظُرُوْاand see كَیْفَhow كَانَwas عَاقِبَةُ(the) end الْمُجْرِمِیْنَ(of) the criminals ۟(69) وَلَاAnd (do) not تَحْزَنْgrieve عَلَیْهِمْover them وَلَاand not تَكُنْbe فِیْin ضَیْقٍdistress مِّمَّاfrom what یَمْكُرُوْنَthey plot ۟(70) وَیَقُوْلُوْنَAnd they say مَتٰیWhen هٰذَا(will) this الْوَعْدُpromise (be fulfilled) اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are صٰدِقِیْنَtruthful ۟(71) قُلْSay عَسٰۤیPerhaps اَنْthat یَّكُوْنَis رَدِفَclose behind لَكُمْyou بَعْضُsome الَّذِیْ(of) that which تَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَyou seek to hasten ۟(72) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَذُوْ(is) full of Bounty فَضْلٍ(is) full of Bounty عَلَیfor النَّاسِthe mankind وَلٰكِنَّbut اَكْثَرَهُمْmost of them لَا(are) not یَشْكُرُوْنَgrateful ۟(73) وَاِنَّAnd indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord لَیَعْلَمُsurely knows مَاwhat تُكِنُّconceals صُدُوْرُهُمْtheir breasts وَمَاand what یُعْلِنُوْنَthey declare ۟(74) وَمَاAnd not (is) مِنْany (thing) غَآىِٕبَةٍhidden فِیin السَّمَآءِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth اِلَّاbut فِیْ(is) in كِتٰبٍa Record مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟(75) اِنَّIndeed هٰذَاthis الْقُرْاٰنَ[the] Quran یَقُصُّrelates عَلٰیto بَنِیْۤ(the) Children اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(of) Israel اَكْثَرَmost الَّذِیْ(of) that هُمْthey فِیْهِin it یَخْتَلِفُوْنَdiffer ۟(76) Surah 27. An-Naml - Page 383 - Juz 20 وَاِنَّهٗAnd indeed, it لَهُدًی(is) surely a guidance وَّرَحْمَةٌand a mercy لِّلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَfor the believers ۟(77) اِنَّIndeed رَبَّكَyour Lord یَقْضِیْwill judge بَیْنَهُمْbetween them بِحُكْمِهٖ ۚby His Judgment وَهُوَand He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الْعَلِیْمُthe All-Knower ۟ۙۚ(78) فَتَوَكَّلْSo put your trust عَلَیin اللّٰهِ ؕAllah اِنَّكَindeed, you عَلَی(are) on الْحَقِّthe truth الْمُبِیْنِmanifest ۟(79) اِنَّكَIndeed, you لَا(can) not تُسْمِعُcause to hear الْمَوْتٰیthe dead وَلَاand not تُسْمِعُcan you cause to hear الصُّمَّthe deaf الدُّعَآءَthe call اِذَاwhen وَلَّوْاthey turn back مُدْبِرِیْنَretreating ۟(80) وَمَاۤAnd not اَنْتَ(can) you بِهٰدِیguide الْعُمْیِthe blind عَنْfrom ضَلٰلَتِهِمْ ؕtheir error اِنْNot تُسْمِعُyou can cause to hear اِلَّاexcept مَنْ(those) who یُّؤْمِنُbelieve بِاٰیٰتِنَاin Our Signs فَهُمْso they مُّسْلِمُوْنَ(are) Muslims ۟(81) وَاِذَاAnd when وَقَعَ(is) fulfilled الْقَوْلُthe word عَلَیْهِمْagainst them اَخْرَجْنَاWe will bring forth لَهُمْfor them دَآبَّةًa creature مِّنَfrom الْاَرْضِthe earth تُكَلِّمُهُمْ ۙspeaking to them اَنَّthat النَّاسَthe people كَانُوْاwere بِاٰیٰتِنَاof Our Signs لَاnot یُوْقِنُوْنَcertain ۟۠(82) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day نَحْشُرُWe will gather مِنْfrom كُلِّevery اُمَّةٍnation فَوْجًاa troop مِّمَّنْof (those) who یُّكَذِّبُdeny بِاٰیٰتِنَاOur Signs فَهُمْand they یُوْزَعُوْنَwill be set in rows ۟(83) حَتّٰۤیUntil اِذَاwhen جَآءُوْthey come قَالَHe will say اَكَذَّبْتُمْDid you deny بِاٰیٰتِیْMy Signs وَلَمْwhile not تُحِیْطُوْاyou encompassed بِهَاthem عِلْمًا(in) knowledge اَمَّاذَاor what كُنْتُمْyou used (to) تَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(84) وَوَقَعَAnd (will be) fulfilled الْقَوْلُthe word عَلَیْهِمْagainst them بِمَاbecause ظَلَمُوْاthey wronged فَهُمْand they لَا(will) not یَنْطِقُوْنَspeak ۟(85) اَلَمْDo not یَرَوْاthey see اَنَّاthat We جَعَلْنَا[We] have made الَّیْلَthe night لِیَسْكُنُوْاthat they may rest فِیْهِin it وَالنَّهَارَand the day مُبْصِرًا ؕgiving visibility اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍsurely (are) Signs لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یُّؤْمِنُوْنَwho believe ۟(86) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یُنْفَخُwill be blown فِی[in] الصُّوْرِthe trumpet فَفَزِعَand will be terrified مَنْwhoever فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَمَنْand whoever فِی(is) in الْاَرْضِthe earth اِلَّاexcept مَنْwhom شَآءَAllah wills اللّٰهُ ؕAllah wills وَكُلٌّAnd all اَتَوْهُ(will) come to Him دٰخِرِیْنَhumbled ۟(87) وَتَرَیAnd you see الْجِبَالَthe mountains تَحْسَبُهَاthinking them جَامِدَةًfirmly fixed وَّهِیَwhile they تَمُرُّwill pass مَرَّ(as the) passing السَّحَابِ ؕ(of) the clouds صُنْعَ(The) Work اللّٰهِ(of) Allah الَّذِیْۤWho اَتْقَنَperfected كُلَّall شَیْءٍ ؕthings اِنَّهٗIndeed, He خَبِیْرٌ(is) All-Aware بِمَاof what تَفْعَلُوْنَyou do ۟(88) Surah 27. An-Naml - Page 384 - Juz 20 مَنْWhoever جَآءَcomes بِالْحَسَنَةِwith the good فَلَهٗthen for him خَیْرٌ(will be) better مِّنْهَا ۚthan it وَهُمْand they مِّنْfrom فَزَعٍ(the) terror یَّوْمَىِٕذٍ(of) that Day اٰمِنُوْنَ(will be) safe ۟(89) وَمَنْAnd whoever جَآءَcomes بِالسَّیِّئَةِwith the evil فَكُبَّتْwill be cast down وُجُوْهُهُمْtheir faces فِیin النَّارِ ؕthe Fire هَلْAre تُجْزَوْنَyou recompensed اِلَّاexcept مَا(for) what كُنْتُمْyou used (to) تَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(90) اِنَّمَاۤOnly اُمِرْتُI am commanded اَنْthat اَعْبُدَI worship رَبَّ(the) Lord هٰذِهِ(of) this الْبَلْدَةِcity الَّذِیْthe One Who حَرَّمَهَاmade it sacred وَلَهٗand to Him (belongs) كُلُّall شَیْءٍ ؗthings وَّاُمِرْتُAnd I am commanded اَنْthat اَكُوْنَI be مِنَof الْمُسْلِمِیْنَthe Muslims ۟ۙ(91) وَاَنْAnd that اَتْلُوَاI recite الْقُرْاٰنَ ۚthe Quran فَمَنِAnd whoever اهْتَدٰیaccepts guidance فَاِنَّمَاthen only یَهْتَدِیْhe accepts guidance لِنَفْسِهٖ ۚfor himself وَمَنْand whoever ضَلَّgoes astray فَقُلْthen say اِنَّمَاۤOnly اَنَاI am مِنَof الْمُنْذِرِیْنَthe warners ۟(92) وَقُلِAnd say الْحَمْدُAll praise (be) لِلّٰهِto Allah سَیُرِیْكُمْHe will show you اٰیٰتِهٖHis Signs فَتَعْرِفُوْنَهَا ؕand you will recognize them وَمَاAnd your Lord is not رَبُّكَAnd your Lord is not بِغَافِلٍunaware عَمَّاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do ۟۠(93) Surah 28. Al-Qasas (The Stories) V88 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ طٰسٓمّٓTa Seem Meem ۟(1) تِلْكَThese اٰیٰتُ(are the) Verses الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book الْمُبِیْنِthe clear ۟(2) نَتْلُوْاWe recite عَلَیْكَto you مِنْfrom نَّبَاِ(the) news مُوْسٰی(of) Musa وَفِرْعَوْنَand Firaun بِالْحَقِّin truth لِقَوْمٍfor a people یُّؤْمِنُوْنَwho believe ۟(3) اِنَّIndeed فِرْعَوْنَFiraun عَلَاexalted himself فِیin الْاَرْضِthe land وَجَعَلَand made اَهْلَهَاits people شِیَعًا(into) sects یَّسْتَضْعِفُoppressing طَآىِٕفَةًa group مِّنْهُمْamong them یُذَبِّحُslaughtering اَبْنَآءَهُمْtheir sons وَیَسْتَحْیٖand letting live نِسَآءَهُمْ ؕtheir women اِنَّهٗIndeed, he كَانَwas مِنَof الْمُفْسِدِیْنَthe corrupters ۟(4) وَنُرِیْدُAnd We wanted اَنْto نَّمُنَّbestow a favor عَلَیupon الَّذِیْنَthose who اسْتُضْعِفُوْاwere oppressed فِیin الْاَرْضِthe land وَنَجْعَلَهُمْand make them اَىِٕمَّةًleaders وَّنَجْعَلَهُمُand make them الْوٰرِثِیْنَthe inheritors ۟ۙ(5) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 385 - Juz 20 وَنُمَكِّنَAnd [We] establish لَهُمْthem فِیin الْاَرْضِthe land وَنُرِیَand show فِرْعَوْنَFiraun وَهَامٰنَand Haman وَجُنُوْدَهُمَاand their hosts مِنْهُمْthrough them مَّاwhat كَانُوْاthey were یَحْذَرُوْنَfearing ۟(6) وَاَوْحَیْنَاۤAnd We inspired اِلٰۤی[to] اُمِّ(the) mother مُوْسٰۤی(of) Musa اَنْthat اَرْضِعِیْهِ ۚSuckle him فَاِذَاbut when خِفْتِyou fear عَلَیْهِfor him فَاَلْقِیْهِthen cast him فِیin(to) الْیَمِّthe river وَلَاand (do) not تَخَافِیْfear وَلَاand (do) not تَحْزَنِیْ ۚgrieve اِنَّاIndeed, We رَآدُّوْهُ(will) restore him اِلَیْكِto you وَجَاعِلُوْهُand (will) make him مِنَof الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟(7) فَالْتَقَطَهٗۤThen picked him up اٰلُ(the) family فِرْعَوْنَ(of) Firaun لِیَكُوْنَso that he might become لَهُمْto them عَدُوًّاan enemy وَّحَزَنًا ؕand a grief اِنَّIndeed فِرْعَوْنَFiraun وَهَامٰنَand Haman وَجُنُوْدَهُمَاand their hosts كَانُوْاwere خٰطِـِٕیْنَsinners ۟(8) وَقَالَتِAnd said امْرَاَتُ(the) wife فِرْعَوْنَ(of) Firaun قُرَّتُA comfort عَیْنٍ(of the) eye لِّیْfor me وَلَكَ ؕand for you لَا(Do) not تَقْتُلُوْهُ ۖۗkill him عَسٰۤیperhaps اَنْ(that) یَّنْفَعَنَاۤhe may benefit us اَوْor نَتَّخِذَهٗwe may take him وَلَدًا(as) a son وَّهُمْAnd they لَا(did) not یَشْعُرُوْنَperceive ۟(9) وَاَصْبَحَAnd became فُؤَادُ(the) heart اُمِّ(of the) mother مُوْسٰی(of) Musa فٰرِغًا ؕempty اِنْThat كَادَتْshe was near لَتُبْدِیْ(to) disclosing بِهٖabout him لَوْلَاۤif not اَنْthat رَّبَطْنَاWe strengthened عَلٰی[over] قَلْبِهَاher heart لِتَكُوْنَso that she would be مِنَof الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(10) وَقَالَتْAnd she said لِاُخْتِهٖto his sister قُصِّیْهِ ؗFollow him فَبَصُرَتْSo she watched بِهٖhim عَنْfrom جُنُبٍa distance وَّهُمْwhile they لَا(did) not یَشْعُرُوْنَperceive ۟ۙ(11) وَحَرَّمْنَاAnd We had forbidden عَلَیْهِfor him الْمَرَاضِعَthe wet nurses مِنْbefore قَبْلُbefore فَقَالَتْso she said هَلْShall I اَدُلُّكُمْdirect you عَلٰۤیto اَهْلِ(the) people بَیْتٍ(of) a house یَّكْفُلُوْنَهٗwho will rear him لَكُمْfor you وَهُمْwhile they لَهٗto him نٰصِحُوْنَ(will be) sincere ۟(12) فَرَدَدْنٰهُSo We restored him اِلٰۤیto اُمِّهٖhis mother كَیْthat تَقَرَّmight be comforted عَیْنُهَاher eye وَلَاand not تَحْزَنَshe may grieve وَلِتَعْلَمَand that she would know اَنَّthat وَعْدَthe Promise of Allah اللّٰهِthe Promise of Allah حَقٌّ(is) true وَّلٰكِنَّBut اَكْثَرَهُمْmost of them لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟۠(13) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 386 - Juz 20 وَلَمَّاAnd when بَلَغَhe reached اَشُدَّهٗhis full strength وَاسْتَوٰۤیand became mature اٰتَیْنٰهُWe bestowed upon him حُكْمًاwisdom وَّعِلْمًا ؕand knowledge وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus نَجْزِیWe reward الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟(14) وَدَخَلَAnd he entered الْمَدِیْنَةَthe city عَلٰیat حِیْنِa time غَفْلَةٍ(of) inattention مِّنْof اَهْلِهَاits people فَوَجَدَand found فِیْهَاtherein رَجُلَیْنِtwo men یَقْتَتِلٰنِ ؗۗfighting each other هٰذَاthis مِنْof شِیْعَتِهٖhis party وَهٰذَاand this مِنْof عَدُوِّهٖ ۚhis enemy فَاسْتَغَاثَهُAnd called him for help الَّذِیْthe one who مِنْ(was) from شِیْعَتِهٖhis party عَلَیagainst الَّذِیْthe one who مِنْ(was) from عَدُوِّهٖ ۙhis enemy فَوَكَزَهٗso Musa struck him with his fist مُوْسٰیso Musa struck him with his fist فَقَضٰیand killed him عَلَیْهِ ؗۗand killed him قَالَHe said هٰذَاThis (is) مِنْof عَمَلِ(the) deed الشَّیْطٰنِ ؕ(of) Shaitaan اِنَّهٗIndeed, he عَدُوٌّ(is) an enemy مُّضِلٌّone who misleads مُّبِیْنٌclearly ۟(15) قَالَHe said رَبِّMy Lord اِنِّیْIndeed, I ظَلَمْتُ[I] have wronged نَفْسِیْmy soul فَاغْفِرْso forgive لِیْ[for] me فَغَفَرَThen He forgave لَهٗ ؕ[for] him اِنَّهٗIndeed He هُوَHe (is) الْغَفُوْرُthe Oft-Forgiving الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟(16) قَالَHe said رَبِّMy Lord بِمَاۤBecause اَنْعَمْتَYou have favored عَلَیَّ[on] me فَلَنْso not اَكُوْنَI will be ظَهِیْرًاa supporter لِّلْمُجْرِمِیْنَ(of) the criminals ۟(17) فَاَصْبَحَIn the morning he was فِیin الْمَدِیْنَةِthe city خَآىِٕفًاfearful یَّتَرَقَّبُ(and) was vigilant فَاِذَاwhen behold الَّذِیThe one who اسْتَنْصَرَهٗsought his help بِالْاَمْسِthe previous day یَسْتَصْرِخُهٗ ؕcried out to him for help قَالَSaid لَهٗto him مُوْسٰۤیMusa اِنَّكَIndeed, you لَغَوِیٌّ(are) surely a deviator مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟(18) فَلَمَّاۤThen when اَنْ[that] اَرَادَhe wanted اَنْto یَّبْطِشَstrike بِالَّذِیْthe one who هُوَ[he] (was) عَدُوٌّan enemy لَّهُمَا ۙto both of them قَالَhe said یٰمُوْسٰۤیO Musa اَتُرِیْدُDo you intend اَنْto تَقْتُلَنِیْkill me كَمَاas قَتَلْتَyou killed نَفْسًاa person بِالْاَمْسِ ۖۗyesterday اِنْNot تُرِیْدُyou want اِلَّاۤbut اَنْthat تَكُوْنَyou become جَبَّارًاa tyrant فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth وَمَاand not تُرِیْدُyou want اَنْthat تَكُوْنَyou be مِنَof الْمُصْلِحِیْنَthe reformers ۟(19) وَجَآءَAnd came رَجُلٌa man مِّنْfrom اَقْصَا(the) farthest end الْمَدِیْنَةِ(of) the city یَسْعٰی ؗrunning قَالَHe said یٰمُوْسٰۤیO Musa اِنَّIndeed الْمَلَاَthe chiefs یَاْتَمِرُوْنَare taking counsel بِكَabout you لِیَقْتُلُوْكَto kill you فَاخْرُجْso leave اِنِّیْindeed, I am لَكَto you مِنَof النّٰصِحِیْنَthe sincere advisors ۟(20) فَخَرَجَSo he left مِنْهَاfrom it خَآىِٕفًاfearing یَّتَرَقَّبُ ؗ(and) vigilant قَالَHe said رَبِّMy Lord نَجِّنِیْSave me مِنَfrom الْقَوْمِthe people الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoers ۟۠(21) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 387 - Juz 20 وَلَمَّاAnd when تَوَجَّهَhe turned his face تِلْقَآءَtowards مَدْیَنَMadyan قَالَhe said عَسٰیPerhaps رَبِّیْۤmy Lord اَنْ[that] یَّهْدِیَنِیْwill guide me سَوَآءَ(to the) sound السَّبِیْلِway ۟(22) وَلَمَّاAnd when وَرَدَhe came مَآءَ(to the) water مَدْیَنَ(of) Madyan وَجَدَhe found عَلَیْهِon it اُمَّةًa group مِّنَof النَّاسِmen یَسْقُوْنَ ؗ۬watering وَوَجَدَand he found مِنْbesides them دُوْنِهِمُbesides them امْرَاَتَیْنِtwo women تَذُوْدٰنِ ۚkeeping back قَالَHe said مَاWhat خَطْبُكُمَا ؕ(is the) matter with both of you قَالَتَاThey said لَاWe cannot water نَسْقِیْWe cannot water حَتّٰیuntil یُصْدِرَtake away الرِّعَآءُ ٚthe shepherds وَاَبُوْنَاand our father شَیْخٌ(is) a very old man كَبِیْرٌ(is) a very old man ۟(23) فَسَقٰیSo he watered لَهُمَاfor them ثُمَّThen تَوَلّٰۤیhe turned back اِلَیto الظِّلِّthe shade فَقَالَand said رَبِّMy Lord اِنِّیْIndeed, I am لِمَاۤof whatever اَنْزَلْتَYou send اِلَیَّto me مِنْof خَیْرٍgood فَقِیْرٌ(in) need ۟(24) فَجَآءَتْهُThen came to him اِحْدٰىهُمَاone of the two women تَمْشِیْwalking عَلَیwith اسْتِحْیَآءٍ ؗshyness قَالَتْShe said اِنَّIndeed اَبِیْmy father یَدْعُوْكَcalls you لِیَجْزِیَكَthat he may reward you اَجْرَ(the) reward مَا(for) what سَقَیْتَyou watered لَنَا ؕfor us فَلَمَّاSo when جَآءَهٗhe came to him وَقَصَّand narrated عَلَیْهِto him الْقَصَصَ ۙthe story قَالَhe said لَا(Do) not تَخَفْ ۫ۥfear نَجَوْتَYou have escaped مِنَfrom الْقَوْمِthe people الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoers ۟(25) قَالَتْSaid اِحْدٰىهُمَاone of them یٰۤاَبَتِO my father اسْتَاْجِرْهُ ؗHire him اِنَّIndeed خَیْرَ(the) best مَنِwhom اسْتَاْجَرْتَyou (can) hire الْقَوِیُّ(is) the strong الْاَمِیْنُthe trustworthy ۟(26) قَالَHe said اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اُرِیْدُ[I] wish اَنْto اُنْكِحَكَmarry you to اِحْدَیone ابْنَتَیَّ(of) my daughters هٰتَیْنِ(of) these two عَلٰۤیon اَنْthat تَاْجُرَنِیْyou serve me ثَمٰنِیَ(for) eight حِجَجٍ ۚyears فَاِنْbut if اَتْمَمْتَyou complete عَشْرًاten فَمِنْthen from عِنْدِكَ ۚyou وَمَاۤAnd not اُرِیْدُI wish اَنْto اَشُقَّmake it difficult عَلَیْكَ ؕfor you سَتَجِدُنِیْۤYou will find me اِنْif شَآءَAllah wills اللّٰهُAllah wills مِنَof الصّٰلِحِیْنَthe righteous ۟(27) قَالَHe said ذٰلِكَThat بَیْنِیْ(is) between me وَبَیْنَكَ ؕand between you اَیَّمَاWhichever الْاَجَلَیْنِ(of) the two terms قَضَیْتُI complete فَلَاthen no عُدْوَانَinjustice عَلَیَّ ؕto me وَاللّٰهُand Allah عَلٰیover مَاwhat نَقُوْلُwe say وَكِیْلٌ(is) a Witness ۟۠(28) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 388 - Juz 20 فَلَمَّاThen when قَضٰیMusa fulfilled مُوْسَیMusa fulfilled الْاَجَلَthe term وَسَارَand was traveling بِاَهْلِهٖۤwith his family اٰنَسَhe saw مِنْin جَانِبِ(the) direction الطُّوْرِ(of) Mount Tur نَارًا ۚa fire قَالَHe said لِاَهْلِهِto his family امْكُثُوْۤاStay here اِنِّیْۤindeed, I اٰنَسْتُ[I] perceive نَارًاa fire لَّعَلِّیْۤPerhaps اٰتِیْكُمْI will bring you مِّنْهَاfrom there بِخَبَرٍsome information اَوْor جَذْوَةٍa burning wood مِّنَfrom النَّارِthe fire لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَصْطَلُوْنَwarm yourselves ۟(29) فَلَمَّاۤBut when اَتٰىهَاhe came (to) it نُوْدِیَhe was called مِنْfrom شَاطِئِ(the) side الْوَادِ(of) the valley الْاَیْمَنِthe right فِیin الْبُقْعَةِthe place even الْمُبٰرَكَةِblessed مِنَfrom الشَّجَرَةِthe tree اَنْthat یّٰمُوْسٰۤیO Musa اِنِّیْۤIndeed اَنَاI Am اللّٰهُAllah رَبُّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ۙ(30) وَاَنْAnd [that] اَلْقِthrow عَصَاكَ ؕyour staff فَلَمَّاBut when رَاٰهَاhe saw it تَهْتَزُّmoving كَاَنَّهَاas if it جَآنٌّ(were) a snake وَّلّٰیhe turned مُدْبِرًا(in) flight وَّلَمْand (did) not یُعَقِّبْ ؕreturn یٰمُوْسٰۤیO Musa اَقْبِلْDraw near وَلَاand (do) not تَخَفْ ۫fear اِنَّكَIndeed, you مِنَ(are) of الْاٰمِنِیْنَthe secure ۟(31) اُسْلُكْInsert یَدَكَyour hand فِیْin جَیْبِكَyour bosom تَخْرُجْit will come forth بَیْضَآءَwhite مِنْwithout غَیْرِwithout سُوْٓءٍ ؗany harm وَّاضْمُمْAnd draw اِلَیْكَto yourselves جَنَاحَكَyour hand مِنَagainst الرَّهْبِfear فَذٰنِكَSo these بُرْهَانٰنِ(are) two evidences مِنْfrom رَّبِّكَyour Lord اِلٰیto فِرْعَوْنَFiraun وَمَلَاۡىِٕهٖ ؕand his chiefs اِنَّهُمْIndeed, they كَانُوْاare قَوْمًاa people فٰسِقِیْنَdefiantly disobedient ۟(32) قَالَHe said رَبِّMy Lord اِنِّیْIndeed قَتَلْتُI killed مِنْهُمْof them نَفْسًاa man فَاَخَافُand I fear اَنْthat یَّقْتُلُوْنِthey will kill me ۟(33) وَاَخِیْAnd my brother هٰرُوْنُHarun هُوَhe اَفْصَحُ(is) more eloquent مِنِّیْthan me لِسَانًا(in) speech فَاَرْسِلْهُso send him مَعِیَwith me رِدْاً(as) a helper یُّصَدِّقُنِیْۤ ؗwho will confirm me اِنِّیْۤIndeed اَخَافُI fear اَنْthat یُّكَذِّبُوْنِthey will deny me ۟(34) قَالَHe said سَنَشُدُّWe will strengthen عَضُدَكَyour arm بِاَخِیْكَthrough your brother وَنَجْعَلُand We will make لَكُمَاfor both of you سُلْطٰنًاan authority فَلَاso not یَصِلُوْنَthey will reach اِلَیْكُمَا ۛۚto both of you بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤ ۛۚThrough Our Signs اَنْتُمَاyou two وَمَنِand (those) who اتَّبَعَكُمَاfollow you الْغٰلِبُوْنَ(will) be the dominant ۟(35) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 389 - Juz 20 فَلَمَّاBut when جَآءَهُمْcame to them مُّوْسٰیMusa بِاٰیٰتِنَاwith Our Signs بَیِّنٰتٍclear قَالُوْاthey said مَاNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاexcept سِحْرٌa magic مُّفْتَرًیinvented وَّمَاand not سَمِعْنَاwe heard بِهٰذَاof this فِیْۤamong اٰبَآىِٕنَاour forefathers الْاَوَّلِیْنَour forefathers ۟(36) وَقَالَAnd Musa said مُوْسٰیAnd Musa said رَبِّیْۤMy Lord اَعْلَمُknows best بِمَنْof who جَآءَhas come بِالْهُدٰیwith [the] guidance مِنْfrom Him عِنْدِهٖfrom Him وَمَنْand who تَكُوْنُwill be لَهٗfor him عَاقِبَةُthe good end in the Hereafter الدَّارِ ؕthe good end in the Hereafter اِنَّهٗIndeed لَاnot یُفْلِحُwill be successful الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers ۟(37) وَقَالَAnd Firaun said فِرْعَوْنُAnd Firaun said یٰۤاَیُّهَاO chiefs الْمَلَاُO chiefs مَاNot عَلِمْتُI know لَكُمْfor you مِّنْany اِلٰهٍgod غَیْرِیْ ۚother than me فَاَوْقِدْSo kindle لِیْfor me یٰهَامٰنُO Haman عَلَیUpon الطِّیْنِthe clay فَاجْعَلْand make لِّیْfor me صَرْحًاa lofty tower لَّعَلِّیْۤso that [I] اَطَّلِعُI may look اِلٰۤیat اِلٰهِ(the) God مُوْسٰی ۙ(of) Musa وَاِنِّیْAnd indeed, I لَاَظُنُّهٗ[I] think that he مِنَ(is) of الْكٰذِبِیْنَthe liars ۟(38) وَاسْتَكْبَرَAnd he was arrogant هُوَAnd he was arrogant وَجُنُوْدُهٗand his hosts فِیin الْاَرْضِthe land بِغَیْرِwithout الْحَقِّright وَظَنُّوْۤاand they thought اَنَّهُمْthat they اِلَیْنَاto Us لَاnot یُرْجَعُوْنَwill be returned ۟(39) فَاَخَذْنٰهُSo We seized him وَجُنُوْدَهٗand his hosts فَنَبَذْنٰهُمْand We threw them فِیin الْیَمِّ ۚthe sea فَانْظُرْSo see كَیْفَhow كَانَwas عَاقِبَةُ(the) end الظّٰلِمِیْنَ(of) the wrongdoers ۟(40) وَجَعَلْنٰهُمْAnd We made them اَىِٕمَّةًleaders یَّدْعُوْنَinviting اِلَیto النَّارِ ۚthe Fire وَیَوْمَand (on the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection لَاnot یُنْصَرُوْنَthey will be helped ۟(41) وَاَتْبَعْنٰهُمْAnd We caused to follow them فِیْin هٰذِهِthis الدُّنْیَاworld لَعْنَةً ۚa curse وَیَوْمَand (on the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection هُمْthey مِّنَ(will be) of الْمَقْبُوْحِیْنَthe despised ۟۠(42) وَلَقَدْAnd verily اٰتَیْنَاWe gave مُوْسَیMusa الْكِتٰبَthe Scripture مِنْafter [what] بَعْدِafter [what] مَاۤafter [what] اَهْلَكْنَاWe had destroyed الْقُرُوْنَthe generations الْاُوْلٰیformer بَصَآىِٕرَ(as) an enlightenment لِلنَّاسِfor the mankind وَهُدًیand a guidance وَّرَحْمَةًand mercy لَّعَلَّهُمْthat they may یَتَذَكَّرُوْنَremember ۟(43) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 390 - Juz 20 وَمَاAnd not كُنْتَyou were بِجَانِبِon (the) side الْغَرْبِیِّwestern اِذْwhen قَضَیْنَاۤWe decreed اِلٰیto مُوْسَیMusa الْاَمْرَthe Commandment وَمَاand not كُنْتَyou were مِنَamong الشّٰهِدِیْنَthe witnesses ۟ۙ(44) وَلٰكِنَّاۤBut We اَنْشَاْنَا[We] produced قُرُوْنًاgenerations فَتَطَاوَلَand prolonged عَلَیْهِمُfor them الْعُمُرُ ۚthe life وَمَاAnd not كُنْتَyou were ثَاوِیًاa dweller فِیْۤamong اَهْلِ(the) people مَدْیَنَ(of) Madyan تَتْلُوْاreciting عَلَیْهِمْto them اٰیٰتِنَا ۙOur Verses وَلٰكِنَّاbut We كُنَّا[We] were مُرْسِلِیْنَthe Senders ۟(45) وَمَاAnd not كُنْتَyou were بِجَانِبِat (the) side الطُّوْرِ(of) the Tur اِذْwhen نَادَیْنَاWe called وَلٰكِنْBut رَّحْمَةً(as) a mercy مِّنْfrom رَّبِّكَyour Lord لِتُنْذِرَso that you warn قَوْمًاa people مَّاۤnot اَتٰىهُمْ(had) come to them مِّنْany نَّذِیْرٍwarner مِّنْbefore you قَبْلِكَbefore you لَعَلَّهُمْso that they may یَتَذَكَّرُوْنَremember ۟(46) وَلَوْلَاۤAnd if not اَنْ[that] تُصِیْبَهُمْstruck them مُّصِیْبَةٌa disaster بِمَاfor what قَدَّمَتْhad sent forth اَیْدِیْهِمْtheir hands فَیَقُوْلُوْاand they would say رَبَّنَاOur Lord لَوْلَاۤWhy not اَرْسَلْتَYou sent اِلَیْنَاto us رَسُوْلًاa Messenger فَنَتَّبِعَso we (could have) followed اٰیٰتِكَYour Verses وَنَكُوْنَand we (would) have been مِنَof الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(47) فَلَمَّاBut when جَآءَهُمُcame to them الْحَقُّthe truth مِنْfrom Us عِنْدِنَاfrom Us قَالُوْاthey said لَوْلَاۤWhy not اُوْتِیَhe was given مِثْلَ(the) like مَاۤ(of) what اُوْتِیَwas given مُوْسٰی ؕ(to) Musa اَوَلَمْDid not یَكْفُرُوْاthey disbelieve بِمَاۤin what اُوْتِیَwas given مُوْسٰی(to) Musa مِنْbefore قَبْلُ ۚbefore قَالُوْاThey said سِحْرٰنِTwo magic (works) تَظَاهَرَا ۥ۫supporting each other وَقَالُوْۤاAnd they said اِنَّاIndeed, we بِكُلٍّin all كٰفِرُوْنَ(are) disbelievers ۟(48) قُلْSay فَاْتُوْاThen bring بِكِتٰبٍa Book مِّنْfrom Allah عِنْدِfrom Allah اللّٰهِfrom Allah هُوَwhich اَهْدٰی(is) a better guide مِنْهُمَاۤthan both of them اَتَّبِعْهُthat I may follow it اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are صٰدِقِیْنَtruthful ۟(49) فَاِنْBut if لَّمْnot یَسْتَجِیْبُوْاthey respond لَكَto you فَاعْلَمْthen know اَنَّمَاthat only یَتَّبِعُوْنَthey follow اَهْوَآءَهُمْ ؕtheir desires وَمَنْAnd who اَضَلُّ(is) more astray مِمَّنِthan (one) who اتَّبَعَfollows هَوٰىهُhis own desire بِغَیْرِwithout هُدًیguidance مِّنَfrom اللّٰهِ ؕAllah اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَا(does) not یَهْدِیguide الْقَوْمَthe people الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoers ۟۠(50) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 391 - Juz 20 وَلَقَدْAnd indeed وَصَّلْنَاWe have conveyed لَهُمُto them الْقَوْلَthe Word لَعَلَّهُمْso that they may یَتَذَكَّرُوْنَremember ۟ؕ(51) اَلَّذِیْنَThose who اٰتَیْنٰهُمُWe gave them الْكِتٰبَthe Scripture مِنْbefore it قَبْلِهٖbefore it هُمْthey بِهٖin it یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve ۟(52) وَاِذَاAnd when یُتْلٰیit is recited عَلَیْهِمْto them قَالُوْۤاthey say اٰمَنَّاWe believe بِهٖۤin it اِنَّهُIndeed, it الْحَقُّ(is) the truth مِنْfrom رَّبِّنَاۤour Lord اِنَّاIndeed, we كُنَّا[we] were مِنْbefore it قَبْلِهٖbefore it مُسْلِمِیْنَMuslims ۟(53) اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose یُؤْتَوْنَwill be given اَجْرَهُمْtheir reward مَّرَّتَیْنِtwice بِمَاbecause صَبَرُوْاthey are patient وَیَدْرَءُوْنَand they repel بِالْحَسَنَةِwith good السَّیِّئَةَthe evil وَمِمَّاand from what رَزَقْنٰهُمْWe have provided them یُنْفِقُوْنَthey spend ۟(54) وَاِذَاAnd when سَمِعُواthey hear اللَّغْوَvain talk اَعْرَضُوْاthey turn away عَنْهُfrom it وَقَالُوْاand say لَنَاۤFor us اَعْمَالُنَاour deeds وَلَكُمْand for you اَعْمَالُكُمْ ؗyour deeds سَلٰمٌPeace (be) عَلَیْكُمْ ؗon you لَاnot نَبْتَغِیwe seek الْجٰهِلِیْنَthe ignorant ۟(55) اِنَّكَIndeed, you لَا(can) not تَهْدِیْguide مَنْwhom اَحْبَبْتَyou love وَلٰكِنَّbut اللّٰهَAllah یَهْدِیْguides مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُ ۚHe wills وَهُوَAnd He اَعْلَمُ(is) most knowing بِالْمُهْتَدِیْنَ(of) the guided ones ۟(56) وَقَالُوْۤاAnd they say اِنْIf نَّتَّبِعِwe follow الْهُدٰیthe guidance مَعَكَwith you نُتَخَطَّفْwe would be swept مِنْfrom اَرْضِنَا ؕour land اَوَلَمْHave not نُمَكِّنْWe established لَّهُمْfor them حَرَمًاa sanctuary اٰمِنًاsecure یُّجْبٰۤیare brought اِلَیْهِto it ثَمَرٰتُfruits كُلِّ(of) all شَیْءٍthings رِّزْقًاa provision مِّنْfrom لَّدُنَّاUs وَلٰكِنَّBut اَكْثَرَهُمْmost of them لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(57) وَكَمْAnd how many اَهْلَكْنَاWe have destroyed مِنْof قَرْیَةٍa town بَطِرَتْwhich exulted مَعِیْشَتَهَا ۚ(in) its means of livelihood فَتِلْكَAnd these مَسٰكِنُهُمْ(are) their dwellings لَمْnot تُسْكَنْhave been inhabited مِّنْafter them بَعْدِهِمْafter them اِلَّاexcept قَلِیْلًا ؕa little وَكُنَّاAnd indeed, [We] نَحْنُWe الْوٰرِثِیْنَ(are) the inheritors ۟(58) وَمَاAnd not كَانَwas رَبُّكَyour Lord مُهْلِكَ(the) one to destroy الْقُرٰیthe towns حَتّٰیuntil یَبْعَثَHe (had) sent فِیْۤin اُمِّهَاtheir mother (town) رَسُوْلًاa Messenger یَّتْلُوْاreciting عَلَیْهِمْto them اٰیٰتِنَا ۚOur Verses وَمَاAnd not كُنَّاWe would be مُهْلِكِی(the) one to destroy الْقُرٰۤیthe towns اِلَّاexcept وَاَهْلُهَاwhile their people ظٰلِمُوْنَ(were) wrongdoers ۟(59) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 392 - Juz 20 وَمَاۤAnd whatever اُوْتِیْتُمْyou have been given مِّنْfrom شَیْءٍthings فَمَتَاعُ(is) an enjoyment الْحَیٰوةِ(of the) life الدُّنْیَا(of) the world وَزِیْنَتُهَا ۚand its adornment وَمَاAnd what عِنْدَ(is) with اللّٰهِAllah خَیْرٌ(is) better وَّاَبْقٰی ؕand more lasting اَفَلَاSo (will) not تَعْقِلُوْنَyou use intellect ۟۠(60) اَفَمَنْThen is (he) whom وَّعَدْنٰهُWe have promised him وَعْدًاa promise حَسَنًاgood فَهُوَand he لَاقِیْهِ(will) meet it كَمَنْlike (the one) whom مَّتَّعْنٰهُWe provided him مَتَاعَenjoyment الْحَیٰوةِ(of the) life الدُّنْیَا(of) the world ثُمَّthen هُوَhe یَوْمَ(on the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection مِنَ(will be) among الْمُحْضَرِیْنَthose presented ۟(61) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یُنَادِیْهِمْHe will call them فَیَقُوْلُand say اَیْنَWhere شُرَكَآءِیَ(are) My partners الَّذِیْنَwhom كُنْتُمْyou used (to) تَزْعُمُوْنَclaim ۟(62) قَالَ(Will) say الَّذِیْنَthose حَقَّ(has) come true عَلَیْهِمُagainst whom الْقَوْلُthe Word رَبَّنَاOur Lord هٰۤؤُلَآءِThese الَّذِیْنَ(are) those whom اَغْوَیْنَا ۚwe led astray اَغْوَیْنٰهُمْWe led them astray كَمَاas غَوَیْنَا ۚwe were astray تَبَرَّاْنَاۤWe declare our innocence اِلَیْكَ ؗbefore You مَاNot كَانُوْۤاthey used (to) اِیَّانَاworship us یَعْبُدُوْنَworship us ۟(63) وَقِیْلَAnd it will be said ادْعُوْاCall شُرَكَآءَكُمْyour partners فَدَعَوْهُمْAnd they will call them فَلَمْbut not یَسْتَجِیْبُوْاthey will respond لَهُمْto them وَرَاَوُاand they will see الْعَذَابَ ۚthe punishment لَوْIf only اَنَّهُمْ[that] they كَانُوْاhad been یَهْتَدُوْنَguided ۟(64) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یُنَادِیْهِمْHe will call them فَیَقُوْلُand say مَاذَاۤWhat اَجَبْتُمُdid you answer الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟(65) فَعَمِیَتْBut (will) be obscure عَلَیْهِمُto them الْاَنْۢبَآءُthe information یَوْمَىِٕذٍthat day فَهُمْso they لَاwill not ask one another یَتَسَآءَلُوْنَwill not ask one another ۟(66) فَاَمَّاBut as for مَنْ(him) who تَابَrepented وَاٰمَنَand believed وَعَمِلَand did صَالِحًاrighteousness فَعَسٰۤیthen perhaps اَنْ[that] یَّكُوْنَhe will be مِنَof الْمُفْلِحِیْنَthe successful ones ۟(67) وَرَبُّكَAnd your Lord یَخْلُقُcreates مَاwhat یَشَآءُHe wills وَیَخْتَارُ ؕand chooses مَاNot كَانَthey have لَهُمُfor them الْخِیَرَةُ ؕthe choice سُبْحٰنَGlory be اللّٰهِ(to) Allah وَتَعٰلٰیand High is He عَمَّاabove what یُشْرِكُوْنَthey associate (with Him) ۟(68) وَرَبُّكَAnd your Lord یَعْلَمُknows مَاwhat تُكِنُّconceals صُدُوْرُهُمْtheir breasts وَمَاand what یُعْلِنُوْنَthey declare ۟(69) وَهُوَAnd He اللّٰهُ(is) Allah لَاۤ(there is) no اِلٰهَgod اِلَّاbut هُوَ ؕHe لَهُTo Him الْحَمْدُ(are due) all praises فِیin الْاُوْلٰیthe first وَالْاٰخِرَةِ ؗand the last وَلَهُAnd for Him الْحُكْمُ(is) the Decision وَاِلَیْهِand to Him تُرْجَعُوْنَyou will be returned ۟(70) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 393 - Juz 20 قُلْSay اَرَءَیْتُمْHave you seen اِنْif جَعَلَAllah made اللّٰهُAllah made عَلَیْكُمُfor you الَّیْلَthe night سَرْمَدًاcontinuous اِلٰیtill یَوْمِ(the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection مَنْwho اِلٰهٌ(is the) god غَیْرُbesides اللّٰهِAllah یَاْتِیْكُمْwho could bring you بِضِیَآءٍ ؕlight اَفَلَاThen will not تَسْمَعُوْنَyou hear ۟(71) قُلْSay اَرَءَیْتُمْHave you seen اِنْif جَعَلَAllah made اللّٰهُAllah made عَلَیْكُمُfor you النَّهَارَthe day سَرْمَدًاcontinuous اِلٰیtill یَوْمِ(the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection مَنْwho اِلٰهٌ(is the) god غَیْرُbesides اللّٰهِAllah یَاْتِیْكُمْwho could bring you بِلَیْلٍnight تَسْكُنُوْنَ(for) you (to) rest فِیْهِ ؕin it اَفَلَاThen will not تُبْصِرُوْنَyou see ۟(72) وَمِنْAnd from رَّحْمَتِهٖHis Mercy جَعَلَHe made لَكُمُfor you الَّیْلَthe night وَالنَّهَارَand the day لِتَسْكُنُوْاthat you may rest فِیْهِtherein وَلِتَبْتَغُوْاand that you may seek مِنْfrom فَضْلِهٖHis Bounty وَلَعَلَّكُمْand so that you may تَشْكُرُوْنَbe grateful ۟(73) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یُنَادِیْهِمْHe will call them فَیَقُوْلُand say اَیْنَWhere شُرَكَآءِیَ(are) My partners الَّذِیْنَwhom كُنْتُمْyou used (to) تَزْعُمُوْنَclaim ۟(74) وَنَزَعْنَاAnd We will draw forth مِنْfrom كُلِّevery اُمَّةٍnation شَهِیْدًاa witness فَقُلْنَاand We will say هَاتُوْاBring بُرْهَانَكُمْyour proof فَعَلِمُوْۤاThen they will know اَنَّthat الْحَقَّthe truth لِلّٰهِ(is) for Allah وَضَلَّand (will be) lost عَنْهُمْfrom them مَّاwhat كَانُوْاthey used (to) یَفْتَرُوْنَinvent ۟۠(75) اِنَّIndeed قَارُوْنَQarun كَانَwas مِنْfrom قَوْمِ(the) people مُوْسٰی(of) Musa فَبَغٰیbut he oppressed عَلَیْهِمْ ۪[on] them وَاٰتَیْنٰهُAnd We gave him مِنَof الْكُنُوْزِthe treasures مَاۤwhich اِنَّindeed مَفَاتِحَهٗ(the) keys of it لَتَنُوْٓاُwould burden بِالْعُصْبَةِa company (of men) اُولِیpossessors of great strength الْقُوَّةِ ۗpossessors of great strength اِذْWhen قَالَsaid لَهٗto him قَوْمُهٗhis people لَا(Do) not تَفْرَحْexult اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَا(does) not یُحِبُّlove الْفَرِحِیْنَthe exultant ۟(76) وَابْتَغِBut seek فِیْمَاۤthrough what اٰتٰىكَAllah has given you اللّٰهُAllah has given you الدَّارَthe home الْاٰخِرَةَ(of) the Hereafter وَلَاand (do) not تَنْسَforget نَصِیْبَكَyour share مِنَof الدُّنْیَاthe world وَاَحْسِنْAnd do good كَمَاۤas اَحْسَنَAllah has been good اللّٰهُAllah has been good اِلَیْكَto you وَلَاAnd (do) not تَبْغِseek الْفَسَادَcorruption فِیin الْاَرْضِ ؕthe earth اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَا(does) not یُحِبُّlove الْمُفْسِدِیْنَthe corrupters ۟(77) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 394 - Juz 20 قَالَHe said اِنَّمَاۤOnly اُوْتِیْتُهٗI have been given it عَلٰیon (account) عِلْمٍ(of) knowledge عِنْدِیْ ؕI have اَوَلَمْDid not یَعْلَمْhe know اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah قَدْindeed اَهْلَكَdestroyed مِنْbefore him قَبْلِهٖbefore him مِنَof الْقُرُوْنِthe generations مَنْwho هُوَ[they] اَشَدُّ(were) stronger مِنْهُthan him قُوَّةً(in) strength وَّاَكْثَرُand greater جَمْعًا ؕ(in) accumulation وَلَاAnd not یُسْـَٔلُwill be questioned عَنْabout ذُنُوْبِهِمُtheir sins الْمُجْرِمُوْنَthe criminals ۟(78) فَخَرَجَSo he went forth عَلٰیto قَوْمِهٖhis people فِیْin زِیْنَتِهٖ ؕhis adornment قَالَSaid الَّذِیْنَthose who یُرِیْدُوْنَdesire الْحَیٰوةَthe life الدُّنْیَا(of) the world یٰلَیْتَO! Would that لَنَاfor us مِثْلَ(the) like مَاۤ(of) what اُوْتِیَhas been given قَارُوْنُ ۙ(to) Qarun اِنَّهٗIndeed, he لَذُوْ(is the) owner حَظٍّ(of) fortune عَظِیْمٍgreat ۟(79) وَقَالَBut said الَّذِیْنَthose who اُوْتُواwere given الْعِلْمَthe knowledge وَیْلَكُمْWoe to you ثَوَابُ(The) reward اللّٰهِ(of) Allah خَیْرٌ(is) better لِّمَنْfor (he) who اٰمَنَbelieves وَعَمِلَand does صَالِحًا ۚrighteous (deeds) وَلَاAnd not یُلَقّٰىهَاۤit is granted اِلَّاexcept الصّٰبِرُوْنَ(to) the patient ones ۟(80) فَخَسَفْنَاThen We caused to swallow up بِهٖhim وَبِدَارِهِand his home الْاَرْضَ ۫the earth فَمَاThen not كَانَwas لَهٗfor him مِنْany فِئَةٍgroup یَّنْصُرُوْنَهٗ(to) help him مِنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِ ۗAllah وَمَاand not كَانَwas مِنَ(he) of الْمُنْتَصِرِیْنَthose who (could) defend themselves ۟(81) وَاَصْبَحَAnd began الَّذِیْنَthose who تَمَنَّوْا(had) wished مَكَانَهٗhis position بِالْاَمْسِthe day before یَقُوْلُوْنَ(to) say وَیْكَاَنَّAh! That اللّٰهَAllah یَبْسُطُextends الرِّزْقَthe provision لِمَنْfor whom یَّشَآءُHe wills مِنْof عِبَادِهٖHis slaves وَیَقْدِرُ ۚand restricts it لَوْلَاۤIf not اَنْthat مَّنَّAllah had favored اللّٰهُAllah had favored عَلَیْنَا[to] us لَخَسَفَHe would have caused it to swallow us بِنَا ؕHe would have caused it to swallow us وَیْكَاَنَّهٗAh! That لَاnot یُفْلِحُwill succeed الْكٰفِرُوْنَthe disbelievers ۟۠(82) تِلْكَThat الدَّارُthe Home الْاٰخِرَةُ(of) the Hereafter نَجْعَلُهَاWe assign it لِلَّذِیْنَto those who لَا(do) not یُرِیْدُوْنَdesire عُلُوًّاexaltedness فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth وَلَاand not فَسَادًا ؕcorruption وَالْعَاقِبَةُAnd the good end لِلْمُتَّقِیْنَ(is) for the righteous ۟(83) مَنْWhoever جَآءَcomes بِالْحَسَنَةِwith a good (deed) فَلَهٗthen for him خَیْرٌ(will be) better مِّنْهَا ۚthan it وَمَنْand whoever جَآءَcomes بِالسَّیِّئَةِwith an evil (deed) فَلَاthen not یُجْزَیwill be recompensed الَّذِیْنَthose who عَمِلُواdo السَّیِّاٰتِthe evil (deeds) اِلَّاexcept مَاwhat كَانُوْاthey used (to) یَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(84) Surah 28. Al-Qasas - Page 395 - Juz 20 اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْHe Who فَرَضَordained عَلَیْكَupon you الْقُرْاٰنَthe Quran لَرَآدُّكَ(will) surely take you back اِلٰیto مَعَادٍ ؕa place of return قُلْSay رَّبِّیْۤMy Lord اَعْلَمُ(is) most knowing مَنْ(of him) who جَآءَcomes بِالْهُدٰیwith the guidance وَمَنْand who هُوَhe فِیْ(is) in ضَلٰلٍan error مُّبِیْنٍmanifest ۟(85) وَمَاAnd not كُنْتَyou were تَرْجُوْۤاexpecting اَنْthat یُّلْقٰۤیwould be sent down اِلَیْكَto you الْكِتٰبُthe Book اِلَّاexcept رَحْمَةً(as) a mercy مِّنْfrom رَّبِّكَyour Lord فَلَاSo (do) not تَكُوْنَنَّbe ظَهِیْرًاan assistant لِّلْكٰفِرِیْنَto the disbelievers ۟ؗ(86) وَلَاAnd (let) not یَصُدُّنَّكَavert you عَنْfrom اٰیٰتِ(the) Verses اللّٰهِ(of) Allah بَعْدَafter اِذْ[when] اُنْزِلَتْthey have been revealed اِلَیْكَto you وَادْعُAnd invite (people) اِلٰیto رَبِّكَyour Lord وَلَاAnd (do) not تَكُوْنَنَّbe مِنَof الْمُشْرِكِیْنَthe polytheists ۟ۚ(87) وَلَاAnd (do) not تَدْعُinvoke مَعَwith اللّٰهِAllah اِلٰهًاgod اٰخَرَ ۘother لَاۤ(There is) no اِلٰهَgod اِلَّاexcept هُوَ ۫Him كُلُّEvery شَیْءٍthing هَالِكٌ(will be) destroyed اِلَّاexcept وَجْهَهٗ ؕHis Face لَهُTo Him الْحُكْمُ(is) the Decision وَاِلَیْهِand to Him تُرْجَعُوْنَyou will be returned ۟۠(88) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut (The Spider) V69 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ الٓمّٓAlif Laam Meem ۟ۚ(1) اَحَسِبَDo think النَّاسُthe people اَنْthat یُّتْرَكُوْۤاthey will be left اَنْbecause یَّقُوْلُوْۤاthey say اٰمَنَّاWe believe وَهُمْand they لَاwill not be tested یُفْتَنُوْنَwill not be tested ۟(2) وَلَقَدْAnd indeed فَتَنَّاWe tested الَّذِیْنَthose who مِنْ(were) before them قَبْلِهِمْ(were) before them فَلَیَعْلَمَنَّAnd Allah will surely make evident اللّٰهُAnd Allah will surely make evident الَّذِیْنَthose who صَدَقُوْا(are) truthful وَلَیَعْلَمَنَّand He will surely make evident الْكٰذِبِیْنَthe liars ۟(3) اَمْOr حَسِبَthink الَّذِیْنَthose who یَعْمَلُوْنَdo السَّیِّاٰتِevil deeds اَنْthat یَّسْبِقُوْنَا ؕthey can outrun Us سَآءَEvil is مَاwhat یَحْكُمُوْنَthey judge ۟(4) مَنْWhoever كَانَ[is] یَرْجُوْاhopes لِقَآءَ(for the) meeting اللّٰهِ(with) Allah فَاِنَّthen indeed اَجَلَ(the) Term اللّٰهِ(of) Allah لَاٰتٍ ؕ(is) surely coming وَهُوَAnd He السَّمِیْعُ(is) the All-Hearer الْعَلِیْمُthe All-Knower ۟(5) وَمَنْAnd whoever جَاهَدَstrives فَاِنَّمَاthen only یُجَاهِدُhe strives لِنَفْسِهٖ ؕfor himself اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَغَنِیٌّ(is) Free from need عَنِof الْعٰلَمِیْنَthe worlds ۟(6) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut - Page 396 - Juz 20 وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِrighteous (deeds) لَنُكَفِّرَنَّsurely, We will remove عَنْهُمْfrom them سَیِّاٰتِهِمْtheir evil deeds وَلَنَجْزِیَنَّهُمْand We will surely reward them اَحْسَنَ(the) best الَّذِیْ(of) what كَانُوْاthey used یَعْمَلُوْنَ(to) do ۟(7) وَوَصَّیْنَاAnd We have enjoined الْاِنْسَانَ(on) man بِوَالِدَیْهِgoodness to his parents حُسْنًا ؕgoodness to his parents وَاِنْbut if جَاهَدٰكَthey both strive against you لِتُشْرِكَto make you associate بِیْwith Me مَاwhat لَیْسَnot لَكَyou have بِهٖof it عِلْمٌany knowledge فَلَاthen (do) not تُطِعْهُمَا ؕobey both of them اِلَیَّTo Me مَرْجِعُكُمْ(is) your return فَاُنَبِّئُكُمْand I will inform you بِمَاabout what كُنْتُمْyou used تَعْمَلُوْنَ(to) do ۟(8) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِrighteous deeds لَنُدْخِلَنَّهُمْWe will surely admit them فِیamong الصّٰلِحِیْنَthe righteous ۟(9) وَمِنَAnd of النَّاسِthe people مَنْ(is he) who یَّقُوْلُsays اٰمَنَّاWe believe بِاللّٰهِin Allah فَاِذَاۤBut when اُوْذِیَhe is harmed فِیin اللّٰهِ(the Way of) Allah جَعَلَhe considers فِتْنَةَ(the) trial النَّاسِ(of) the people كَعَذَابِas (the) punishment اللّٰهِ ؕ(of) Allah وَلَىِٕنْBut if جَآءَcomes نَصْرٌvictory مِّنْfrom رَّبِّكَyour Lord لَیَقُوْلُنَّsurely they say اِنَّاIndeed, we كُنَّاwere مَعَكُمْ ؕwith you اَوَلَیْسَIs not اللّٰهُAllah بِاَعْلَمَmost knowing بِمَاof what فِیْ(is) in صُدُوْرِ(the) breasts الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟(10) وَلَیَعْلَمَنَّAnd Allah will surely make evident اللّٰهُAnd Allah will surely make evident الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَلَیَعْلَمَنَّAnd He will surely make evident الْمُنٰفِقِیْنَthe hypocrites ۟(11) وَقَالَAnd said الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve لِلَّذِیْنَto those who اٰمَنُواbelieve اتَّبِعُوْاFollow سَبِیْلَنَاour way وَلْنَحْمِلْand we will carry خَطٰیٰكُمْ ؕyour sins وَمَاBut not هُمْthey بِحٰمِلِیْنَ(are) going to carry مِنْof خَطٰیٰهُمْtheir sins مِّنْany شَیْءٍ ؕthing اِنَّهُمْIndeed, they لَكٰذِبُوْنَ(are) surely liars ۟(12) وَلَیَحْمِلُنَّBut surely they will carry اَثْقَالَهُمْtheir burdens وَاَثْقَالًاand burdens مَّعَwith اَثْقَالِهِمْ ؗtheir burdens وَلَیُسْـَٔلُنَّand surely they will be questioned یَوْمَ(on the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection عَمَّاabout what كَانُوْاthey used یَفْتَرُوْنَ(to) invent ۟۠(13) وَلَقَدْAnd verily اَرْسَلْنَاWe sent نُوْحًاNuh اِلٰیto قَوْمِهٖhis people فَلَبِثَand he remained فِیْهِمْamong them اَلْفَa thousand سَنَةٍyear(s) اِلَّاsave خَمْسِیْنَfifty عَامًا ؕyear(s) فَاَخَذَهُمُthen seized them الطُّوْفَانُthe flood وَهُمْwhile they ظٰلِمُوْنَ(were) wrongdoers ۟(14) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut - Page 397 - Juz 20 فَاَنْجَیْنٰهُBut We saved him وَاَصْحٰبَand (the) people السَّفِیْنَةِ(of) the ship وَجَعَلْنٰهَاۤand We made it اٰیَةًa Sign لِّلْعٰلَمِیْنَfor the worlds ۟(15) وَاِبْرٰهِیْمَAnd Ibrahim اِذْwhen قَالَhe said لِقَوْمِهِto his people اعْبُدُواWorship اللّٰهَAllah وَاتَّقُوْهُ ؕand fear Him ذٰلِكُمْThat خَیْرٌ(is) better لَّكُمْfor you اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou تَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(16) اِنَّمَاOnly تَعْبُدُوْنَyou worship مِنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah اَوْثَانًاidols وَّتَخْلُقُوْنَand you create اِفْكًا ؕfalsehood اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose whom تَعْبُدُوْنَyou worship مِنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah لَا(do) not یَمْلِكُوْنَpossess لَكُمْfor you رِزْقًاany provision فَابْتَغُوْاSo seek عِنْدَfrom اللّٰهِAllah الرِّزْقَthe provision وَاعْبُدُوْهُand worship Him وَاشْكُرُوْاand be grateful لَهٗ ؕto Him اِلَیْهِTo Him تُرْجَعُوْنَyou will be returned ۟(17) وَاِنْAnd if تُكَذِّبُوْاyou deny فَقَدْthen verily كَذَّبَdenied اُمَمٌ(the) nations مِّنْbefore you قَبْلِكُمْ ؕbefore you وَمَاAnd not عَلَی(is) on الرَّسُوْلِthe Messenger اِلَّاexcept الْبَلٰغُthe conveyance الْمُبِیْنُclear ۟(18) اَوَلَمْDo not یَرَوْاthey see كَیْفَhow یُبْدِئُAllah originates اللّٰهُAllah originates الْخَلْقَthe creation ثُمَّthen یُعِیْدُهٗ ؕrepeats it اِنَّIndeed ذٰلِكَthat عَلَیfor اللّٰهِAllah یَسِیْرٌ(is) easy ۟(19) قُلْSay سِیْرُوْاTravel فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth فَانْظُرُوْاand see كَیْفَhow بَدَاَHe originated الْخَلْقَthe creation ثُمَّThen اللّٰهُAllah یُنْشِئُwill produce النَّشْاَةَthe creation الْاٰخِرَةَ ؕthe last اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عَلٰىon كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرٌ(is) All-Powerful ۟ۚ(20) یُعَذِّبُHe punishes مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُHe wills وَیَرْحَمُand has mercy مَنْ(on) whom یَّشَآءُ ۚHe wills وَاِلَیْهِand to Him تُقْلَبُوْنَyou will be returned ۟(21) وَمَاۤAnd not اَنْتُمْyou بِمُعْجِزِیْنَcan escape فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth وَلَاand not فِیin السَّمَآءِ ؗthe heaven وَمَاAnd not لَكُمْfor you مِّنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah مِنْany وَّلِیٍّprotector وَّلَاand not نَصِیْرٍa helper ۟۠(22) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve بِاٰیٰتِin (the) Signs اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَلِقَآىِٕهٖۤand (the) meeting (with) Him اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose یَىِٕسُوْا(have) despaired مِنْof رَّحْمَتِیْMy Mercy وَاُولٰٓىِٕكَAnd those لَهُمْfor them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment اَلِیْمٌpainful ۟(23) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut - Page 398 - Juz 20 فَمَاAnd not كَانَwas جَوَابَ(the) answer قَوْمِهٖۤ(of) his people اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْthat قَالُواthey said اقْتُلُوْهُKill him اَوْor حَرِّقُوْهُburn him فَاَنْجٰىهُBut Allah saved him اللّٰهُBut Allah saved him مِنَfrom النَّارِ ؕthe fire اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍsurely (are) Signs لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یُّؤْمِنُوْنَwho believe ۟(24) وَقَالَAnd he said اِنَّمَاOnly اتَّخَذْتُمْyou have taken مِّنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah اَوْثَانًا ۙidols مَّوَدَّةَ(out of) love بَیْنِكُمْamong you فِیin الْحَیٰوةِthe life الدُّنْیَا ۚ(of) the world ثُمَّThen یَوْمَ(on the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection یَكْفُرُyou will deny بَعْضُكُمْone another بِبَعْضٍone another وَّیَلْعَنُand curse بَعْضُكُمْone another بَعْضًا ؗone another وَّمَاْوٰىكُمُand your abode النَّارُ(will be) the Fire وَمَاand not لَكُمْfor you مِّنْany نّٰصِرِیْنَhelpers ۟ۗۙ(25) فَاٰمَنَAnd believed لَهٗ[in] him لُوْطٌ ۘLut وَقَالَand he said اِنِّیْIndeed I (am) مُهَاجِرٌemigrating اِلٰیto رَبِّیْ ؕmy Lord اِنَّهٗIndeed, He هُوَ[He] (is) الْعَزِیْزُthe All-Mighty الْحَكِیْمُthe All-Wise ۟(26) وَوَهَبْنَاAnd We granted لَهٗۤto him اِسْحٰقَIsaac وَیَعْقُوْبَand Yaqub وَجَعَلْنَاand We placed فِیْin ذُرِّیَّتِهِhis offsprings النُّبُوَّةَthe Prophethood وَالْكِتٰبَand the Book وَاٰتَیْنٰهُAnd We gave him اَجْرَهٗhis reward فِیin الدُّنْیَا ۚthe world وَاِنَّهٗAnd indeed, he فِیin الْاٰخِرَةِthe Hereafter لَمِنَ(is) surely, among الصّٰلِحِیْنَthe righteous ۟(27) وَلُوْطًاAnd Lut اِذْwhen قَالَhe said لِقَوْمِهٖۤto his people اِنَّكُمْIndeed, you لَتَاْتُوْنَcommit الْفَاحِشَةَ ؗthe immorality مَاnot سَبَقَكُمْhas preceded you بِهَاwith it مِنْany اَحَدٍone مِّنَfrom الْعٰلَمِیْنَthe worlds ۟(28) اَىِٕنَّكُمْIndeed, you لَتَاْتُوْنَapproach الرِّجَالَthe men وَتَقْطَعُوْنَand you cut off السَّبِیْلَ ۙ۬the road وَتَاْتُوْنَand commit فِیْin نَادِیْكُمُyour meetings الْمُنْكَرَ ؕevil فَمَاAnd not كَانَwas جَوَابَ(the) answer قَوْمِهٖۤ(of) his people اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْthat قَالُواthey said ائْتِنَاBring upon us بِعَذَابِ(the) punishment اللّٰهِ(of) Allah اِنْif كُنْتَyou are مِنَof الصّٰدِقِیْنَthe truthful ۟(29) قَالَHe said رَبِّMy Lord انْصُرْنِیْHelp me عَلَیagainst الْقَوْمِthe people الْمُفْسِدِیْنَthe corrupters ۟۠(30) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut - Page 399 - Juz 20 وَلَمَّاAnd when جَآءَتْcame رُسُلُنَاۤOur messengers اِبْرٰهِیْمَ(to) Ibrahim بِالْبُشْرٰی ۙwith the glad tidings قَالُوْۤاthey said اِنَّاIndeed, we مُهْلِكُوْۤا(are) going to destroy اَهْلِ(the) people هٰذِهِ(of) this الْقَرْیَةِ ۚtown اِنَّIndeed اَهْلَهَاits people كَانُوْاare ظٰلِمِیْنَwrongdoers ۟ۚۖ(31) قَالَHe said اِنَّIndeed فِیْهَاin it لُوْطًا ؕ(is) Lut قَالُوْاThey said نَحْنُWe اَعْلَمُknow better بِمَنْwho فِیْهَا ؗۥ(is) in it لَنُنَجِّیَنَّهٗWe will surely save him وَاَهْلَهٗۤand his family اِلَّاexcept امْرَاَتَهٗ ؗۗhis wife كَانَتْShe مِنَ(is) of الْغٰبِرِیْنَthose who remain behind ۟(32) وَلَمَّاۤAnd when اَنْ[that] جَآءَتْcame رُسُلُنَاOur messengers لُوْطًا(to) Lut سِیْٓءَhe was distressed بِهِمْfor them وَضَاقَand felt straitened بِهِمْfor them ذَرْعًا(and) uneasy وَّقَالُوْاAnd they said لَا(Do) not تَخَفْfear وَلَاand (do) not تَحْزَنْ ۫grieve اِنَّاIndeed, we مُنَجُّوْكَ(will) save you وَاَهْلَكَand your family اِلَّاexcept امْرَاَتَكَyour wife كَانَتْShe مِنَ(is) of الْغٰبِرِیْنَthose who remain behind ۟(33) اِنَّاIndeed, we مُنْزِلُوْنَ(will) bring down عَلٰۤیon اَهْلِ(the) people هٰذِهِ(of) this الْقَرْیَةِtown رِجْزًاa punishment مِّنَfrom السَّمَآءِ(the) sky بِمَاbecause كَانُوْاthey have been یَفْسُقُوْنَdefiantly disobedient ۟(34) وَلَقَدْAnd verily تَّرَكْنَاWe have left مِنْهَاۤabout it اٰیَةًa sign بَیِّنَةً(as) evidence لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یَّعْقِلُوْنَwho use reason ۟(35) وَاِلٰیAnd to مَدْیَنَMadyan اَخَاهُمْtheir brother شُعَیْبًا ۙShuaib فَقَالَAnd he said یٰقَوْمِO my people اعْبُدُواWorship اللّٰهَAllah وَارْجُواand expect الْیَوْمَthe Day الْاٰخِرَthe Last وَلَاand (do) not تَعْثَوْاcommit evil فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth مُفْسِدِیْنَ(as) corrupters ۟(36) فَكَذَّبُوْهُBut they denied him فَاَخَذَتْهُمُso seized them الرَّجْفَةُthe earthquake فَاَصْبَحُوْاand they became فِیْin دَارِهِمْtheir home جٰثِمِیْنَfallen prone ۟ؗ(37) وَعَادًاAnd Aad وَّثَمُوْدَاۡand Thamud وَقَدْand verily تَّبَیَّنَ(has) become clear لَكُمْto you مِّنْfrom مَّسٰكِنِهِمْ ۫their dwellings وَزَیَّنَAnd made fair-seeming لَهُمُto them الشَّیْطٰنُthe Shaitaan اَعْمَالَهُمْtheir deeds فَصَدَّهُمْand averted them عَنِfrom السَّبِیْلِthe Way وَكَانُوْاthough they were مُسْتَبْصِرِیْنَendowed with insight ۟ۙ(38) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut - Page 400 - Juz 20 وَقَارُوْنَAnd Qarun وَفِرْعَوْنَand Firaun وَهَامٰنَ ۫and Haman وَلَقَدْAnd certainly جَآءَهُمْcame to them مُّوْسٰیMusa بِالْبَیِّنٰتِwith clear evidences فَاسْتَكْبَرُوْاbut they were arrogant فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth وَمَاand not كَانُوْاthey could سٰبِقِیْنَoutstrip Us ۟ۚۖ(39) فَكُلًّاSo each اَخَذْنَاWe seized بِذَنْۢبِهٖ ۚfor his sin فَمِنْهُمْThen of them مَّنْ(was he) who اَرْسَلْنَاWe sent عَلَیْهِon him حَاصِبًا ۚa violent storm وَمِنْهُمْand of them مَّنْ(was he) who اَخَذَتْهُseized him الصَّیْحَةُ ۚthe awful cry وَمِنْهُمْand of them مَّنْ(was he) who خَسَفْنَاWe caused to swallow بِهِhim الْاَرْضَ ۚthe earth وَمِنْهُمْand of them مَّنْ(was he) who اَغْرَقْنَا ۚWe drowned وَمَاAnd not كَانَwas اللّٰهُAllah لِیَظْلِمَهُمْto wrong them وَلٰكِنْbut كَانُوْۤاthey were اَنْفُسَهُمْthemselves یَظْلِمُوْنَdoing wrong ۟(40) مَثَلُ(The) example الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who اتَّخَذُوْاtake مِنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah اَوْلِیَآءَprotectors كَمَثَلِ(is) like الْعَنْكَبُوْتِ ۚۖthe spider اِتَّخَذَتْwho takes بَیْتًا ؕa house وَاِنَّAnd indeed اَوْهَنَthe weakest الْبُیُوْتِ(of) houses لَبَیْتُ(is) surely (the) house الْعَنْكَبُوْتِ ۘ(of) the spider لَوْif (only) كَانُوْاthey یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(41) اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah یَعْلَمُknows مَاwhat یَدْعُوْنَthey invoke مِنْbesides Him دُوْنِهٖbesides Him مِنْany شَیْءٍ ؕthing وَهُوَAnd He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الْحَكِیْمُthe All-Wise ۟(42) وَتِلْكَAnd these الْاَمْثَالُexamples نَضْرِبُهَاWe set forth لِلنَّاسِ ۚto mankind وَمَاbut not یَعْقِلُهَاۤwill understand them اِلَّاexcept الْعٰلِمُوْنَthose of knowledge ۟(43) خَلَقَAllah created اللّٰهُAllah created السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth بِالْحَقِّ ؕin truth اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةً(is) surely a Sign لِّلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَfor the believers ۟۠(44) اُتْلُRecite مَاۤwhat اُوْحِیَhas been revealed اِلَیْكَto you مِنَof الْكِتٰبِthe Book وَاَقِمِand establish الصَّلٰوةَ ؕthe prayer اِنَّIndeed الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer تَنْهٰیprevents عَنِfrom الْفَحْشَآءِthe immorality وَالْمُنْكَرِ ؕand evil deeds وَلَذِكْرُand surely (the) remembrance اللّٰهِ(of) Allah اَكْبَرُ ؕ(is) greatest وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah یَعْلَمُknows مَاwhat تَصْنَعُوْنَyou do ۟(45) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut - Page 401 - Juz 20 وَلَاAnd (do) not تُجَادِلُوْۤاargue اَهْلَ(with the) People of the Book الْكِتٰبِ(with the) People of the Book اِلَّاexcept بِالَّتِیْby which هِیَ[it] اَحْسَنُ ۖۗ(is) best اِلَّاexcept الَّذِیْنَthose who ظَلَمُوْا(do) wrong مِنْهُمْamong them وَقُوْلُوْۤاand say اٰمَنَّاWe believe بِالَّذِیْۤin that (which) اُنْزِلَhas been revealed اِلَیْنَاto us وَاُنْزِلَand was revealed اِلَیْكُمْto you وَاِلٰهُنَاAnd our God وَاِلٰهُكُمْand your God وَاحِدٌ(is) One وَّنَحْنُand we لَهٗto Him مُسْلِمُوْنَsubmit ۟(46) وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus اَنْزَلْنَاۤWe (have) revealed اِلَیْكَto you الْكِتٰبَ ؕthe Book فَالَّذِیْنَSo those اٰتَیْنٰهُمُWe gave [them] الْكِتٰبَthe Book یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve بِهٖ ۚtherein وَمِنْAnd among هٰۤؤُلَآءِthese مَنْ(are some) who یُّؤْمِنُbelieve بِهٖ ؕtherein وَمَاAnd none یَجْحَدُreject بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤOur Verses اِلَّاexcept الْكٰفِرُوْنَthe disbelievers ۟(47) وَمَاAnd not كُنْتَ(did) you تَتْلُوْاrecite مِنْbefore it قَبْلِهٖbefore it مِنْany كِتٰبٍBook وَّلَاand not تَخُطُّهٗ(did) you write it بِیَمِیْنِكَwith your right hand اِذًاin that case لَّارْتَابَsurely (would) have doubted الْمُبْطِلُوْنَthe falsifiers ۟(48) بَلْNay هُوَit اٰیٰتٌۢ(is) Verses بَیِّنٰتٌclear فِیْin صُدُوْرِ(the) breasts الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who اُوْتُواare given الْعِلْمَ ؕthe knowledge وَمَاAnd not یَجْحَدُreject بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤOur Verses اِلَّاexcept الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers ۟(49) وَقَالُوْاAnd they say لَوْلَاۤWhy not اُنْزِلَare sent down عَلَیْهِto him اٰیٰتٌ(the) Signs مِّنْfrom رَّبِّهٖ ؕhis Lord قُلْSay اِنَّمَاOnly الْاٰیٰتُthe Signs عِنْدَ(are) with اللّٰهِ ؕAllah وَاِنَّمَاۤand only اَنَاI (am) نَذِیْرٌa warner مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟(50) اَوَلَمْAnd is (it) not یَكْفِهِمْsufficient for them اَنَّاۤthat We اَنْزَلْنَاrevealed عَلَیْكَto you الْكِتٰبَthe Book یُتْلٰی(which) is recited عَلَیْهِمْ ؕto them اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَرَحْمَةًsurely is a mercy وَّذِكْرٰیand a reminder لِقَوْمٍfor a people یُّؤْمِنُوْنَwho believe ۟۠(51) قُلْSay كَفٰیSufficient is بِاللّٰهِAllah بَیْنِیْbetween me وَبَیْنَكُمْand between you شَهِیْدًا ۚ(as) a Witness یَعْلَمُHe knows مَاwhat فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve بِالْبَاطِلِin [the] falsehood وَكَفَرُوْاand disbelieve بِاللّٰهِ ۙin Allah اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose هُمُthey الْخٰسِرُوْنَ(are) the losers ۟(52) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut - Page 402 - Juz 21 وَیَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَكَAnd they ask you to hasten بِالْعَذَابِ ؕ[with] the punishment وَلَوْلَاۤAnd if not اَجَلٌ(for) a term مُّسَمًّیappointed لَّجَآءَهُمُsurely (would) have come to them الْعَذَابُ ؕthe punishment وَلَیَاْتِیَنَّهُمْBut it will surely come to them بَغْتَةًsuddenly وَّهُمْwhile they لَا(do) not یَشْعُرُوْنَperceive ۟(53) یَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَكَThey ask you to hasten بِالْعَذَابِ ؕthe punishment وَاِنَّAnd indeed جَهَنَّمَHell لَمُحِیْطَةٌwill surely, encompass بِالْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers ۟ۙ(54) یَوْمَOn (the) Day یَغْشٰىهُمُwill cover them الْعَذَابُthe punishment مِنْfrom فَوْقِهِمْabove them وَمِنْand from تَحْتِbelow اَرْجُلِهِمْtheir feet وَیَقُوْلُand He will say ذُوْقُوْاTaste مَاwhat كُنْتُمْyou used تَعْمَلُوْنَ(to) do ۟(55) یٰعِبَادِیَO My servants الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْۤاbelieve اِنَّIndeed اَرْضِیْMy earth وَاسِعَةٌ(is) spacious فَاِیَّایَso only فَاعْبُدُوْنِworship Me ۟(56) كُلُّEvery نَفْسٍsoul ذَآىِٕقَةُ(will) taste الْمَوْتِ ۫the death ثُمَّThen اِلَیْنَاto Us تُرْجَعُوْنَyou will be returned ۟(57) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِ[the] righteous deeds لَنُبَوِّئَنَّهُمْsurely We will give them a place مِّنَin الْجَنَّةِParadise غُرَفًاlofty dwellings تَجْرِیْflow مِنْfrom تَحْتِهَاunderneath it الْاَنْهٰرُthe rivers خٰلِدِیْنَwill abide forever فِیْهَا ؕin it نِعْمَExcellent is اَجْرُ(the) reward الْعٰمِلِیْنَ(of) the workers ۟ۗۖ(58) الَّذِیْنَThose who صَبَرُوْا(are) patient وَعَلٰیand upon رَبِّهِمْtheir Lord یَتَوَكَّلُوْنَput their trust ۟(59) وَكَاَیِّنْAnd how many مِّنْof دَآبَّةٍa creature لَّا(does) not تَحْمِلُcarry رِزْقَهَا ۗۖits provision اَللّٰهُAllah یَرْزُقُهَاprovides (for) it وَاِیَّاكُمْ ۖؗand (for) you وَهُوَAnd He السَّمِیْعُ(is) the All-Hearer الْعَلِیْمُthe All-Knower ۟(60) وَلَىِٕنْAnd if سَاَلْتَهُمْyou ask them مَّنْWho خَلَقَcreated السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth وَسَخَّرَand subjected الشَّمْسَthe sun وَالْقَمَرَand the moon لَیَقُوْلُنَّSurely they would say اللّٰهُ ۚAllah فَاَنّٰیThen how یُؤْفَكُوْنَare they deluded ۟(61) اَللّٰهُAllah یَبْسُطُextends الرِّزْقَthe provision لِمَنْfor whom یَّشَآءُHe wills مِنْof عِبَادِهٖHis slaves وَیَقْدِرُand restricts لَهٗ ؕfor him اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah بِكُلِّof every شَیْءٍthing عَلِیْمٌ(is) All-Knower ۟(62) وَلَىِٕنْAnd if سَاَلْتَهُمْyou ask them مَّنْWho نَّزَّلَsends down مِنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe sky مَآءًwater فَاَحْیَاand gives life بِهِthereby الْاَرْضَ(to) the earth مِنْafter بَعْدِafter مَوْتِهَاits death لَیَقُوْلُنَّSurely, they would say اللّٰهُ ؕAllah قُلِSay الْحَمْدُAll Praises لِلّٰهِ ؕ(are) for Allah بَلْBut اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them لَا(do) not یَعْقِلُوْنَuse reason ۟۠(63) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut - Page 403 - Juz 21 وَمَاAnd not هٰذِهِ(is) this الْحَیٰوةُlife الدُّنْیَاۤ(of) the world اِلَّاbut لَهْوٌamusement وَّلَعِبٌ ؕand play وَاِنَّAnd indeed الدَّارَthe Home الْاٰخِرَةَ(of) the Hereafter لَهِیَsurely, it الْحَیَوَانُ ۘ(is) the life لَوْif only كَانُوْاthey یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(64) فَاِذَاAnd when رَكِبُوْاthey embark فِی[in] الْفُلْكِthe ship دَعَوُاthey call اللّٰهَAllah مُخْلِصِیْنَ(being) sincere لَهُto Him الدِّیْنَ ۚ۬(in) the religion فَلَمَّاBut when نَجّٰىهُمْHe delivers them اِلَیto الْبَرِّthe land اِذَاbehold هُمْthey یُشْرِكُوْنَassociate partners (with Him) ۟ۙ(65) لِیَكْفُرُوْاSo that they may deny بِمَاۤ[in] what اٰتَیْنٰهُمْ ۙۚWe have given them وَلِیَتَمَتَّعُوْا ۥand they may enjoy (themselves) فَسَوْفَBut soon یَعْلَمُوْنَthey will know ۟(66) اَوَلَمْDo not یَرَوْاthey see اَنَّاthat We جَعَلْنَاhave made حَرَمًاa Sanctuary اٰمِنًاsecure وَّیُتَخَطَّفُwhile are being taken away النَّاسُthe people مِنْaround them حَوْلِهِمْ ؕaround them اَفَبِالْبَاطِلِThen do in (the) falsehood یُؤْمِنُوْنَthey believe وَبِنِعْمَةِand in (the) Favor اللّٰهِ(of) Allah یَكْفُرُوْنَthey disbelieve ۟(67) وَمَنْAnd who اَظْلَمُ(is) more unjust مِمَّنِthan (he) who افْتَرٰیinvents عَلَیagainst اللّٰهِAllah كَذِبًاa lie اَوْor كَذَّبَdenies بِالْحَقِّthe truth لَمَّاwhen جَآءَهٗ ؕit has come to him اَلَیْسَIs there not فِیْin جَهَنَّمَHell مَثْوًیan abode لِّلْكٰفِرِیْنَfor the disbelievers ۟(68) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who جَاهَدُوْاstrive فِیْنَاfor Us لَنَهْدِیَنَّهُمْWe will surely, guide them سُبُلَنَا ؕ(to) Our ways وَاِنَّAnd indeed اللّٰهَAllah لَمَعَsurely (is) with الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟۠(69) Surah 29. Al-Ankabut - Page 404 - Juz 21
