Surah 30. Ar-Rum (The Romans) V60 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ الٓمّٓAlif Lam Meem ۟ۚ(1) غُلِبَتِHave been defeated الرُّوْمُthe Romans ۟ۙ(2) فِیْۤIn اَدْنَی(the) nearest الْاَرْضِland وَهُمْBut they مِّنْafter بَعْدِafter غَلَبِهِمْtheir defeat سَیَغْلِبُوْنَwill overcome ۟ۙ(3) فِیْWithin بِضْعِa few سِنِیْنَ ؕ۬years لِلّٰهِFor Allah الْاَمْرُ(is) the command مِنْbefore قَبْلُbefore وَمِنْand after بَعْدُ ؕand after وَیَوْمَىِٕذٍAnd that day یَّفْرَحُwill rejoice الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَthe believers ۟ۙ(4) بِنَصْرِWith (the) help اللّٰهِ ؕ(of) Allah یَنْصُرُHe helps مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُ ؕHe wills وَهُوَAnd He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟ۙ(5) Surah 30. Ar-Rum - Page 404 - Juz 21 وَعْدَ(It is the) Promise اللّٰهِ ؕ(of) Allah لَا(Does) not یُخْلِفُfail اللّٰهُAllah وَعْدَهٗ(in) His promise وَلٰكِنَّbut اَكْثَرَmost (of) النَّاسِ[the] people لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(6) یَعْلَمُوْنَThey know ظَاهِرًا(the) apparent مِّنَof الْحَیٰوةِthe life الدُّنْیَا ۖۚ(of) the world وَهُمْbut they عَنِabout الْاٰخِرَةِthe Hereafter هُمْ[they] غٰفِلُوْنَ(are) heedless ۟(7) اَوَلَمْDo not یَتَفَكَّرُوْاthey ponder فِیْۤwithin اَنْفُسِهِمْ ۫themselves مَاNot خَلَقَAllah (has) created اللّٰهُAllah (has) created السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth وَمَاand what بَیْنَهُمَاۤ(is) between them اِلَّاexcept بِالْحَقِّin truth وَاَجَلٍand (for) a term مُّسَمًّی ؕappointed وَاِنَّAnd indeed كَثِیْرًاmany مِّنَof النَّاسِthe people بِلِقَآئِin (the) meeting رَبِّهِمْ(with) their Lord لَكٰفِرُوْنَsurely (are) disbelievers ۟(8) اَوَلَمْHave not یَسِیْرُوْاthey traveled فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth فَیَنْظُرُوْاand observed كَیْفَhow كَانَwas عَاقِبَةُ(the) end الَّذِیْنَ(of) those مِنْbefore them قَبْلِهِمْ ؕbefore them كَانُوْۤاThey were اَشَدَّmightier مِنْهُمْthan them قُوَّةً(in) strength وَّاَثَارُواand they dug الْاَرْضَthe earth وَعَمَرُوْهَاۤand built (on) it اَكْثَرَmore مِمَّاthan what عَمَرُوْهَاthey have built (on) it وَجَآءَتْهُمْAnd came (to) them رُسُلُهُمْtheir Messengers بِالْبَیِّنٰتِ ؕwith clear proofs فَمَاSo not كَانَwas اللّٰهُAllah لِیَظْلِمَهُمْto wrong them وَلٰكِنْbut كَانُوْۤاthey were اَنْفُسَهُمْthemselves یَظْلِمُوْنَ(doing) wrong ۟ؕ(9) ثُمَّThen كَانَwas عَاقِبَةَ(the) end الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who اَسَآءُواdid evil السُّوْٓاٰۤیthe evil اَنْbecause كَذَّبُوْاthey denied بِاٰیٰتِ(the) Signs اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَكَانُوْاand were بِهَاof them یَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَmaking mockery ۟۠(10) اَللّٰهُAllah یَبْدَؤُاoriginates الْخَلْقَthe creation ثُمَّthen یُعِیْدُهٗHe repeats it ثُمَّthen اِلَیْهِto Him تُرْجَعُوْنَyou will be returned ۟(11) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day تَقُوْمُwill (be) established السَّاعَةُthe Hour یُبْلِسُwill (be in) despair الْمُجْرِمُوْنَthe criminals ۟(12) وَلَمْAnd not یَكُنْwill be لَّهُمْfor them مِّنْamong شُرَكَآىِٕهِمْtheirs partners شُفَعٰٓؤُاany intercessors وَكَانُوْاand they will be بِشُرَكَآىِٕهِمْin their partners كٰفِرِیْنَdisbelievers ۟(13) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day تَقُوْمُwill (be) established السَّاعَةُthe Hour یَوْمَىِٕذٍthat Day یَّتَفَرَّقُوْنَthey will become separated ۟(14) فَاَمَّاThen as for الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieved وَعَمِلُواand did الصَّلِحٰتِrighteous deeds فَهُمْso they فِیْin رَوْضَةٍa Garden یُّحْبَرُوْنَwill be delighted ۟(15) Surah 30. Ar-Rum - Page 405 - Juz 21 وَاَمَّاBut as for الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved وَكَذَّبُوْاand denied بِاٰیٰتِنَاOur Signs وَلِقَآئِand (the) meeting الْاٰخِرَةِ(of) the Hereafter فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen those فِیin الْعَذَابِthe punishment مُحْضَرُوْنَ(will be) brought forth ۟(16) فَسُبْحٰنَSo glory be to اللّٰهِAllah حِیْنَwhen تُمْسُوْنَyou reach the evening وَحِیْنَand when تُصْبِحُوْنَyou reach the morning ۟(17) وَلَهُAnd for Him الْحَمْدُ(are) all praises فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَعَشِیًّاand (at) night وَّحِیْنَand when تُظْهِرُوْنَyou are at noon ۟(18) یُخْرِجُHe brings forth الْحَیَّthe living مِنَfrom الْمَیِّتِthe dead وَیُخْرِجُand He brings forth الْمَیِّتَthe dead مِنَfrom الْحَیِّthe living وَیُحْیِand He gives life الْاَرْضَ(to) the earth بَعْدَafter مَوْتِهَا ؕits death وَكَذٰلِكَand thus تُخْرَجُوْنَyou will be brought forth ۟۠(19) وَمِنْAnd among اٰیٰتِهٖۤHis Signs اَنْ(is) that خَلَقَكُمْHe created you مِّنْfrom تُرَابٍdust ثُمَّthen اِذَاۤbehold اَنْتُمْYou بَشَرٌ(are) human beings تَنْتَشِرُوْنَdispersing ۟(20) وَمِنْAnd among اٰیٰتِهٖۤHis Signs اَنْ(is) that خَلَقَHe created لَكُمْfor you مِّنْfrom اَنْفُسِكُمْyourselves اَزْوَاجًاmates لِّتَسْكُنُوْۤاthat you may find tranquility اِلَیْهَاin them وَجَعَلَand He placed بَیْنَكُمْbetween you مَّوَدَّةًlove وَّرَحْمَةً ؕand mercy اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍsurely (are) Signs لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یَّتَفَكَّرُوْنَwho reflect ۟(21) وَمِنْAnd among اٰیٰتِهٖHis Signs خَلْقُ(is the) creation السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَاخْتِلَافُand the diversity اَلْسِنَتِكُمْ(of) your languages وَاَلْوَانِكُمْ ؕand your colors اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍsurely (are) Signs لِّلْعٰلِمِیْنَfor those of knowledge ۟(22) وَمِنْAnd among اٰیٰتِهٖHis Signs مَنَامُكُمْ(is) your sleep بِالَّیْلِby night وَالنَّهَارِand the day وَابْتِغَآؤُكُمْ[and] your seeking مِّنْof فَضْلِهٖ ؕHis Bounty اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍsurely (are) Signs لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یَّسْمَعُوْنَwho listen ۟(23) وَمِنْAnd among اٰیٰتِهٖHis Signs یُرِیْكُمُHe shows you الْبَرْقَthe lightning خَوْفًا(causing) fear وَّطَمَعًاand hope وَّیُنَزِّلُand He sends down مِنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe sky مَآءًwater فَیُحْیٖand gives life بِهِtherewith الْاَرْضَ(to) the earth بَعْدَafter مَوْتِهَا ؕits death اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍsurely (are) Signs لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یَّعْقِلُوْنَwho use intellect ۟(24) Surah 30. Ar-Rum - Page 406 - Juz 21 وَمِنْAnd among اٰیٰتِهٖۤHis Signs اَنْ(is) that تَقُوْمَstands السَّمَآءُthe heavens وَالْاَرْضُand the earth بِاَمْرِهٖ ؕby His Command ثُمَّThen اِذَاwhen دَعَاكُمْHe calls you دَعْوَةً ۖۗ(with) a call مِّنَfrom الْاَرْضِ ۖۗthe earth اِذَاۤbehold اَنْتُمْYou تَخْرُجُوْنَwill come forth ۟(25) وَلَهٗAnd to Him (belongs) مَنْwhoever فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth كُلٌّAll لَّهٗto Him قٰنِتُوْنَ(are) obedient ۟(26) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who یَبْدَؤُاoriginates الْخَلْقَthe creation ثُمَّthen یُعِیْدُهٗrepeats it وَهُوَand it اَهْوَنُ(is) easier عَلَیْهِ ؕfor Him وَلَهُAnd for Him الْمَثَلُ(is) the description الْاَعْلٰىthe highest فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ۚand the earth وَهُوَAnd He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الْحَكِیْمُthe All-Wise ۟۠(27) ضَرَبَHe sets forth لَكُمْto you مَّثَلًاan example مِّنْfrom اَنْفُسِكُمْ ؕyourselves هَلْIs لَّكُمْfor you مِّنْamong مَّاwhat مَلَكَتْpossess اَیْمَانُكُمْyour right hands مِّنْany شُرَكَآءَpartners فِیْin مَاwhat رَزَقْنٰكُمْWe have provided you فَاَنْتُمْso you فِیْهِin it سَوَآءٌ(are) equal تَخَافُوْنَهُمْyou fear them كَخِیْفَتِكُمْas you fear اَنْفُسَكُمْ ؕyourselves كَذٰلِكَThus نُفَصِّلُWe explain الْاٰیٰتِthe Verses لِقَوْمٍfor a people یَّعْقِلُوْنَ(who) use reason ۟(28) بَلِNay اتَّبَعَfollow الَّذِیْنَthose who ظَلَمُوْۤاdo wrong اَهْوَآءَهُمْtheir desires بِغَیْرِwithout عِلْمٍ ۚknowledge فَمَنْThen who یَّهْدِیْ(can) guide مَنْ(one) whom اَضَلَّAllah has let go astray اللّٰهُ ؕAllah has let go astray وَمَاAnd not لَهُمْfor them مِّنْany نّٰصِرِیْنَhelpers ۟(29) فَاَقِمْSo set وَجْهَكَyour face لِلدِّیْنِto the religion حَنِیْفًا ؕupright فِطْرَتَNature اللّٰهِ(made by) Allah الَّتِیْ(upon) which فَطَرَHe has created النَّاسَmankind عَلَیْهَا ؕ[on it] لَاNo تَبْدِیْلَchange لِخَلْقِ(should there be) in the creation اللّٰهِ ؕ(of) Allah ذٰلِكَThat الدِّیْنُ(is) the religion الْقَیِّمُ ۙۗthe correct وَلٰكِنَّbut اَكْثَرَmost النَّاسِmen لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟ۗۙ(30) مُنِیْبِیْنَTurning اِلَیْهِto Him وَاتَّقُوْهُand fear Him وَاَقِیْمُواand establish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَلَاand (do) not تَكُوْنُوْاbe مِنَof الْمُشْرِكِیْنَthe polytheists ۟ۙ(31) مِنَOf الَّذِیْنَthose who فَرَّقُوْاdivide دِیْنَهُمْtheir religion وَكَانُوْاand become شِیَعًا ؕsects كُلُّeach حِزْبٍparty بِمَاin what لَدَیْهِمْthey have فَرِحُوْنَrejoicing ۟(32) Surah 30. Ar-Rum - Page 407 - Juz 21 وَاِذَاAnd when مَسَّtouches النَّاسَpeople ضُرٌّhardship دَعَوْاthey call رَبَّهُمْtheir Lord مُّنِیْبِیْنَturning اِلَیْهِto Him ثُمَّThen اِذَاۤwhen اَذَاقَهُمْHe causes them to taste مِّنْهُfrom Him رَحْمَةًMercy اِذَاbehold فَرِیْقٌA party مِّنْهُمْof them بِرَبِّهِمْwith their Lord یُشْرِكُوْنَassociate partners ۟ۙ(33) لِیَكْفُرُوْاSo as to deny بِمَاۤ[in] what اٰتَیْنٰهُمْ ؕWe have granted them فَتَمَتَّعُوْا ۥThen enjoy فَسَوْفَbut soon تَعْلَمُوْنَyou will know ۟(34) اَمْOr اَنْزَلْنَاhave We sent عَلَیْهِمْto them سُلْطٰنًاan authority فَهُوَand it یَتَكَلَّمُspeaks بِمَاof what كَانُوْاthey were بِهٖwith Him یُشْرِكُوْنَassociating ۟(35) وَاِذَاۤAnd when اَذَقْنَاWe cause people to taste النَّاسَWe cause people to taste رَحْمَةًmercy فَرِحُوْاthey rejoice بِهَا ؕtherein وَاِنْBut if تُصِبْهُمْafflicts them سَیِّئَةٌan evil بِمَاfor what قَدَّمَتْhave sent forth اَیْدِیْهِمْtheir hands اِذَاbehold هُمْThey یَقْنَطُوْنَdespair ۟(36) اَوَلَمْDo not یَرَوْاthey see اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah یَبْسُطُextends الرِّزْقَthe provision لِمَنْfor whom یَّشَآءُHe wills وَیَقْدِرُ ؕand straitens (it) اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍsurely (are) Signs لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یُّؤْمِنُوْنَwho believe ۟(37) فَاٰتِSo give ذَاthe relative الْقُرْبٰىthe relative حَقَّهٗhis right وَالْمِسْكِیْنَand the poor وَابْنَand the wayfarer السَّبِیْلِ ؕand the wayfarer ذٰلِكَThat خَیْرٌ(is) best لِّلَّذِیْنَfor those who یُرِیْدُوْنَdesire وَجْهَ(the) Countenance اللّٰهِ ؗ(of) Allah وَاُولٰٓىِٕكَAnd those هُمُthey الْمُفْلِحُوْنَ(are) the successful ones ۟(38) وَمَاۤAnd what اٰتَیْتُمْyou give مِّنْfor رِّبًاusury لِّیَرْبُوَاۡto increase فِیْۤin اَمْوَالِ(the) wealth النَّاسِ(of) people فَلَاnot یَرْبُوْا(will) increase عِنْدَwith اللّٰهِ ۚAllah وَمَاۤBut what اٰتَیْتُمْyou give مِّنْof زَكٰوةٍzakah تُرِیْدُوْنَdesiring وَجْهَ(the) Countenance اللّٰهِ(of) Allah فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen those هُمُ[they] الْمُضْعِفُوْنَ(will) get manifold ۟(39) اَللّٰهُAllah الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who خَلَقَكُمْcreated you ثُمَّthen رَزَقَكُمْHe provided (for) you ثُمَّthen یُمِیْتُكُمْHe will cause you to die ثُمَّthen یُحْیِیْكُمْ ؕHe will give you life هَلْIs (there) مِنْany شُرَكَآىِٕكُمْ(of) your partners مَّنْwho یَّفْعَلُdoes مِنْof ذٰلِكُمْthat مِّنْany شَیْءٍ ؕthing سُبْحٰنَهٗGlory be to Him وَتَعٰلٰىand exalted is He عَمَّاabove what یُشْرِكُوْنَthey associate ۟۠(40) ظَهَرَHas appeared الْفَسَادُthe corruption فِیin الْبَرِّthe land وَالْبَحْرِand the sea بِمَاfor what كَسَبَتْhave earned اَیْدِی(the) hands النَّاسِ(of) people لِیُذِیْقَهُمْso that He may let them taste بَعْضَa part الَّذِیْ(of) that which عَمِلُوْاthey have done لَعَلَّهُمْso that they may یَرْجِعُوْنَreturn ۟(41) Surah 30. Ar-Rum - Page 408 - Juz 21 قُلْSay سِیْرُوْاTravel فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth فَانْظُرُوْاand see كَیْفَhow كَانَwas عَاقِبَةُ(the) end الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who مِنْ(were) before قَبْلُ ؕ(were) before كَانَMost of them were اَكْثَرُهُمْMost of them were مُّشْرِكِیْنَpolytheists ۟(42) فَاَقِمْSo set وَجْهَكَyour face لِلدِّیْنِto the religion الْقَیِّمِright مِنْbefore قَبْلِbefore اَنْ[that] یَّاْتِیَcomes یَوْمٌa Day لَّاnot مَرَدَّ(can be) averted لَهٗ[it] مِنَfrom اللّٰهِAllah یَوْمَىِٕذٍThat Day یَّصَّدَّعُوْنَthey will be divided ۟(43) مَنْWhoever كَفَرَdisbelieves فَعَلَیْهِthen against him كُفْرُهٗ ۚ(is) his disbelief وَمَنْAnd whoever عَمِلَdoes صَالِحًاrighteousness فَلِاَنْفُسِهِمْthen for themselves یَمْهَدُوْنَthey are preparing ۟ۙ(44) لِیَجْزِیَThat He may reward الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصَّلِحٰتِrighteous deeds مِنْ(out) of فَضْلِهٖ ؕHis Bounty اِنَّهٗIndeed, He لَا(does) not یُحِبُّlike الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers ۟(45) وَمِنْAnd among اٰیٰتِهٖۤHis Signs اَنْ(is) that یُّرْسِلَHe sends الرِّیَاحَthe winds مُبَشِّرٰتٍ(as) bearers of glad tidings وَّلِیُذِیْقَكُمْand to let you taste مِّنْof رَّحْمَتِهٖHis Mercy وَلِتَجْرِیَand that may sail الْفُلْكُthe ships بِاَمْرِهٖat His Command وَلِتَبْتَغُوْاand that you may seek مِنْof فَضْلِهٖHis Bounty وَلَعَلَّكُمْand that you may تَشْكُرُوْنَbe grateful ۟(46) وَلَقَدْAnd verily اَرْسَلْنَاWe sent مِنْbefore you قَبْلِكَbefore you رُسُلًاMessengers اِلٰىto قَوْمِهِمْtheir people فَجَآءُوْهُمْand they came to them بِالْبَیِّنٰتِwith clear proofs فَانْتَقَمْنَاthen We took retribution مِنَfrom الَّذِیْنَthose who اَجْرَمُوْا ؕcommitted crimes وَكَانَAnd it was حَقًّاincumbent عَلَیْنَاupon Us نَصْرُ(to) help الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(47) اَللّٰهُAllah الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who یُرْسِلُsends الرِّیٰحَthe winds فَتُثِیْرُso they raise سَحَابًا(the) clouds فَیَبْسُطُهٗthen He spreads them فِیin السَّمَآءِthe sky كَیْفَhow یَشَآءُHe wills وَیَجْعَلُهٗand He makes them كِسَفًاfragments فَتَرَیso you see الْوَدْقَthe rain یَخْرُجُcoming forth مِنْfrom خِلٰلِهٖ ۚtheir midst فَاِذَاۤThen when اَصَابَHe causes it to fall on بِهٖHe causes it to fall on مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُHe wills مِنْof عِبَادِهٖۤHis slaves اِذَاbehold هُمْThey یَسْتَبْشِرُوْنَrejoice ۟ۚ(48) وَاِنْAnd certainly كَانُوْاthey were مِنْbefore قَبْلِbefore اَنْ[that] یُّنَزَّلَit was sent down عَلَیْهِمْupon them مِّنْ[before it] قَبْلِهٖ[before it] لَمُبْلِسِیْنَsurely in despair ۟(49) فَانْظُرْSo look اِلٰۤیat اٰثٰرِ(the) effects رَحْمَتِ(of the) Mercy اللّٰهِ(of) Allah كَیْفَhow یُحْیِHe gives life الْاَرْضَ(to) the earth بَعْدَafter مَوْتِهَا ؕits death اِنَّIndeed ذٰلِكَthat لَمُحْیِsurely He (will) give life الْمَوْتٰى ۚ(to) the dead وَهُوَAnd He عَلٰى(is) on كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرٌAll-Powerful ۟(50) Surah 30. Ar-Rum - Page 409 - Juz 21 وَلَىِٕنْBut if اَرْسَلْنَاWe sent رِیْحًاa wind فَرَاَوْهُand they see it مُصْفَرًّاturn yellow لَّظَلُّوْاcertainly they continue مِنْafter it بَعْدِهٖafter it یَكْفُرُوْنَ(in) disbelief ۟(51) فَاِنَّكَSo indeed, you لَا(can) not تُسْمِعُmake the dead hear الْمَوْتٰىmake the dead hear وَلَاand not تُسْمِعُmake the deaf hear الصُّمَّmake the deaf hear الدُّعَآءَthe call اِذَاwhen وَلَّوْاthey turn مُدْبِرِیْنَretreating ۟(52) وَمَاۤAnd not اَنْتَyou بِهٰدِcan guide الْعُمْیِthe blind عَنْfrom ضَلٰلَتِهِمْ ؕtheir error اِنْNot تُسْمِعُyou can make hear اِلَّاexcept مَنْ(those) who یُّؤْمِنُbelieve بِاٰیٰتِنَاin Our Verses فَهُمْso they مُّسْلِمُوْنَsurrender ۟۠(53) اَللّٰهُAllah الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who خَلَقَكُمْcreated you مِّنْfrom ضُؔعْفٍweakness ثُمَّthen جَعَلَmade مِنْafter بَعْدِafter ضُؔعْفٍweakness قُوَّةًstrength ثُمَّthen جَعَلَmade مِنْafter بَعْدِafter قُوَّةٍstrength ضُؔعْفًاweakness وَّشَیْبَةً ؕand gray hair یَخْلُقُHe creates مَاwhat یَشَآءُ ۚHe wills وَهُوَand He الْعَلِیْمُ(is) the All-Knower الْقَدِیْرُthe All-Powerful ۟(54) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day تَقُوْمُwill (be) established السَّاعَةُthe Hour یُقْسِمُwill swear الْمُجْرِمُوْنَ ۙ۬the criminals مَاnot لَبِثُوْاthey remained غَیْرَbut سَاعَةٍ ؕan hour كَذٰلِكَThus كَانُوْاthey were یُؤْفَكُوْنَdeluded ۟(55) وَقَالَBut will say الَّذِیْنَthose who اُوْتُواwere given الْعِلْمَthe knowledge وَالْاِیْمَانَand the faith لَقَدْVerily لَبِثْتُمْyou remained فِیْby كِتٰبِ(the) Decree اللّٰهِ(of) Allah اِلٰىuntil یَوْمِ(the) Day الْبَعْثِ ؗ(of) Resurrection فَهٰذَاAnd this یَوْمُ(is the) Day الْبَعْثِ(of) the Resurrection وَلٰكِنَّكُمْbut you كُنْتُمْwere لَاnot تَعْلَمُوْنَknowing ۟(56) فَیَوْمَىِٕذٍSo that Day لَّاnot یَنْفَعُwill profit الَّذِیْنَthose who ظَلَمُوْاwronged مَعْذِرَتُهُمْtheir excuses وَلَاand not هُمْthey یُسْتَعْتَبُوْنَwill be allowed to make amends ۟(57) وَلَقَدْAnd verily ضَرَبْنَاWe (have) set forth لِلنَّاسِfor mankind فِیْin هٰذَاthis الْقُرْاٰنِ[the] Quran مِنْof كُلِّevery مَثَلٍ ؕexample وَلَىِٕنْBut if جِئْتَهُمْyou bring them بِاٰیَةٍa sign لَّیَقُوْلَنَّsurely will say الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْۤاdisbelieve اِنْNot اَنْتُمْyou اِلَّا(are) except مُبْطِلُوْنَfalsifiers ۟(58) كَذٰلِكَThus یَطْبَعُAllah seals اللّٰهُAllah seals عَلٰى[on] قُلُوْبِ(the) hearts الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(59) فَاصْبِرْSo be patient اِنَّIndeed وَعْدَ(the) Promise اللّٰهِ(of) Allah حَقٌّ(is) true وَّلَاAnd (let) not یَسْتَخِفَّنَّكَtake you in light estimation الَّذِیْنَthose who لَا(are) not یُوْقِنُوْنَcertain in faith ۟۠(60) Surah 30. Ar-Rum - Page 410 - Juz 21 Surah 31. Luqman (Luqman) V34 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ الٓمّٓAlif Lam Meem ۟ۚ(1) تِلْكَThese اٰیٰتُ(are) Verses الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book الْحَكِیْمِthe Wise ۟ۙ(2) هُدًیA guidance وَّرَحْمَةًand a mercy لِّلْمُحْسِنِیْنَfor the good-doers ۟ۙ(3) الَّذِیْنَThose who یُقِیْمُوْنَestablish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَیُؤْتُوْنَand give الزَّكٰوةَzakah وَهُمْand they بِالْاٰخِرَةِin the Hereafter هُمْ[they] یُوْقِنُوْنَbelieve firmly ۟ؕ(4) اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose عَلٰی(are) on هُدًیguidance مِّنْfrom رَّبِّهِمْtheir Lord وَاُولٰٓىِٕكَand those هُمُ[they] الْمُفْلِحُوْنَ(are) the successful ۟(5) وَمِنَAnd of النَّاسِthe mankind مَنْ(is he) who یَّشْتَرِیْpurchases لَهْوَidle tales الْحَدِیْثِidle tales لِیُضِلَّto mislead عَنْfrom سَبِیْلِ(the) path اللّٰهِ(of) Allah بِغَیْرِwithout عِلْمٍ ۖۗknowledge وَّیَتَّخِذَهَاand takes it هُزُوًا ؕ(in) ridicule اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose لَهُمْfor them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment مُّهِیْنٌhumiliating ۟(6) وَاِذَاAnd when تُتْلٰیare recited عَلَیْهِto him اٰیٰتُنَاOur Verses وَلّٰیhe turns away مُسْتَكْبِرًاarrogantly كَاَنْas if لَّمْnot یَسْمَعْهَاhe (had) heard them كَاَنَّas if فِیْۤin اُذُنَیْهِhis ears وَقْرًا ۚ(is) deafness فَبَشِّرْهُSo give him tidings بِعَذَابٍof a punishment اَلِیْمٍpainful ۟(7) اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِrighteous deeds لَهُمْfor them جَنّٰتُ(are) Gardens النَّعِیْمِ(of) Delight ۟ۙ(8) خٰلِدِیْنَ(To) abide forever فِیْهَا ؕin it وَعْدَ(The) Promise of Allah اللّٰهِ(The) Promise of Allah حَقًّا ؕ(is) true وَهُوَAnd He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الْحَكِیْمُthe All-Wise ۟(9) خَلَقَHe created السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens بِغَیْرِwithout عَمَدٍpillars تَرَوْنَهَاthat you see وَاَلْقٰیand has cast فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth رَوَاسِیَfirm mountains اَنْlest تَمِیْدَit (might) shake بِكُمْwith you وَبَثَّand He dispersed فِیْهَاin it مِنْfrom كُلِّevery دَآبَّةٍ ؕcreature وَاَنْزَلْنَاAnd We sent down مِنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe sky مَآءًwater فَاَنْۢبَتْنَاthen We caused to grow فِیْهَاtherein مِنْof كُلِّevery زَوْجٍkind كَرِیْمٍnoble ۟(10) هٰذَاThis خَلْقُ(is the) creation اللّٰهِ(of) Allah فَاَرُوْنِیْSo show Me مَاذَاwhat خَلَقَhave created الَّذِیْنَthose مِنْbesides Him دُوْنِهٖ ؕbesides Him بَلِNay الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers فِیْ(are) in ضَلٰلٍerror مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟۠(11) Surah 31. Luqman - Page 411 - Juz 21 وَلَقَدْAnd verily اٰتَیْنَاWe gave لُقْمٰنَLuqman الْحِكْمَةَthe wisdom اَنِthat اشْكُرْBe grateful لِلّٰهِ ؕto Allah وَمَنْAnd whoever یَّشْكُرْ(is) grateful فَاِنَّمَاthen only یَشْكُرُhe is grateful لِنَفْسِهٖ ۚfor himself وَمَنْAnd whoever كَفَرَ(is) ungrateful فَاِنَّthen indeed اللّٰهَAllah غَنِیٌّ(is) Free of need حَمِیْدٌPraiseworthy ۟(12) وَاِذْAnd when قَالَsaid لُقْمٰنُLuqman لِابْنِهٖto his son وَهُوَwhile he یَعِظُهٗ(was) instructing him یٰبُنَیَّO my son لَا(Do) not تُشْرِكْassociate partners بِاللّٰهِ ؔؕwith Allah اِنَّIndeed الشِّرْكَassociating partners لَظُلْمٌ(is) surely an injustice عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟(13) وَوَصَّیْنَاAnd We have enjoined الْاِنْسَانَ(upon) man بِوَالِدَیْهِ ۚfor his parents حَمَلَتْهُcarried him اُمُّهٗhis mother وَهْنًا(in) weakness عَلٰیupon وَهْنٍweakness وَّفِصٰلُهٗand his weaning فِیْ(is) in عَامَیْنِtwo years اَنِthat اشْكُرْBe grateful لِیْto Me وَلِوَالِدَیْكَ ؕand to your parents اِلَیَّtowards Me الْمَصِیْرُ(is) the destination ۟(14) وَاِنْBut if جَاهَدٰكَthey strive against you عَلٰۤیon اَنْthat تُشْرِكَyou associate partners بِیْwith Me مَاwhat لَیْسَnot لَكَyou have بِهٖof it عِلْمٌ ۙany knowledge فَلَاthen (do) not تُطِعْهُمَاobey both of them وَصَاحِبْهُمَاBut accompany them فِیin الدُّنْیَاthe world مَعْرُوْفًا ؗ(with) kindness وَّاتَّبِعْand follow سَبِیْلَ(the) path مَنْ(of him) who اَنَابَturns اِلَیَّ ۚto Me ثُمَّThen اِلَیَّtowards Me مَرْجِعُكُمْ(is) your return فَاُنَبِّئُكُمْthen I will inform you بِمَاof what كُنْتُمْyou used (to) تَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(15) یٰبُنَیَّO my son اِنَّهَاۤIndeed it اِنْif تَكُit be مِثْقَالَ(the) weight حَبَّةٍ(of) a grain مِّنْof خَرْدَلٍa mustard seed فَتَكُنْand it be فِیْin صَخْرَةٍa rock اَوْor فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens اَوْor فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth یَاْتِAllah will bring it forth بِهَاAllah will bring it forth اللّٰهُ ؕAllah will bring it forth اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَطِیْفٌ(is) All-Subtle خَبِیْرٌAll-Aware ۟(16) یٰبُنَیَّO my son اَقِمِEstablish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَاْمُرْand enjoin بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ[with] the right وَانْهَand forbid عَنِfrom الْمُنْكَرِthe wrong وَاصْبِرْand be patient عَلٰیover مَاۤwhat اَصَابَكَ ؕbefalls you اِنَّIndeed ذٰلِكَthat مِنْ(is) of عَزْمِthe matters requiring determination الْاُمُوْرِthe matters requiring determination ۟ۚ(17) وَلَاAnd (do) not تُصَعِّرْturn خَدَّكَyour cheek لِلنَّاسِfrom men وَلَاand (do) not تَمْشِwalk فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth مَرَحًا ؕexultantly اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَا(does) not یُحِبُّlike كُلَّevery مُخْتَالٍself-conceited فَخُوْرٍboaster ۟ۚ(18) وَاقْصِدْAnd be moderate فِیْin مَشْیِكَyour pace وَاغْضُضْand lower مِنْ[of] صَوْتِكَ ؕyour voice اِنَّIndeed اَنْكَرَ(the) harshest الْاَصْوَاتِ(of all) sounds لَصَوْتُ(is) surely (the) voice الْحَمِیْرِ(of) the donkeys ۟۠(19) Surah 31. Luqman - Page 412 - Juz 21 اَلَمْDo not تَرَوْاyou see اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah سَخَّرَhas subjected لَكُمْto you مَّاwhatever فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَمَاand whatever فِی(is) in الْاَرْضِthe earth وَاَسْبَغَand amply bestowed عَلَیْكُمْupon you نِعَمَهٗHis Bounties ظَاهِرَةًapparent وَّبَاطِنَةً ؕand hidden وَمِنَBut of النَّاسِthe people مَنْ(is he) who یُّجَادِلُdisputes فِیabout اللّٰهِAllah بِغَیْرِwithout عِلْمٍknowledge وَّلَاand not هُدًیguidance وَّلَاand not كِتٰبٍa book مُّنِیْرٍenlightening ۟(20) وَاِذَاAnd when قِیْلَit is said لَهُمُto them اتَّبِعُوْاFollow مَاۤwhat اَنْزَلَAllah (has) revealed اللّٰهُAllah (has) revealed قَالُوْاthey say بَلْNay نَتَّبِعُwe will follow مَاwhat وَجَدْنَاwe found عَلَیْهِon it اٰبَآءَنَا ؕour forefathers اَوَلَوْEven if كَانَShaitaan was الشَّیْطٰنُShaitaan was یَدْعُوْهُمْ(to) call them اِلٰیto عَذَابِ(the) punishment السَّعِیْرِ(of) the Blaze ۟(21) وَمَنْAnd whoever یُّسْلِمْsubmits وَجْهَهٗۤhis face اِلَیto اللّٰهِAllah وَهُوَwhile he مُحْسِنٌ(is) a good-doer فَقَدِthen indeed اسْتَمْسَكَhe has grasped بِالْعُرْوَةِthe handhold الْوُثْقٰی ؕthe most trustworthy وَاِلَیAnd to اللّٰهِAllah عَاقِبَةُ(is the) end الْاُمُوْرِ(of) the matters ۟(22) وَمَنْAnd whoever كَفَرَdisbelieves فَلَاlet not یَحْزُنْكَgrieve you كُفْرُهٗ ؕhis disbelief اِلَیْنَاTo Us مَرْجِعُهُمْ(is) their return فَنُنَبِّئُهُمْthen We will inform them بِمَاof what عَمِلُوْا ؕthey did اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عَلِیْمٌۢ(is) the All-Knower بِذَاتِof what الصُّدُوْرِ(is in) the breasts ۟(23) نُمَتِّعُهُمْWe grant them enjoyment قَلِیْلًا(for) a little ثُمَّthen نَضْطَرُّهُمْWe will force them اِلٰیto عَذَابٍa punishment غَلِیْظٍsevere ۟(24) وَلَىِٕنْAnd if سَاَلْتَهُمْyou ask them مَّنْWho خَلَقَcreated السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth لَیَقُوْلُنَّThey will surely say اللّٰهُ ؕAllah قُلِSay الْحَمْدُAll praises لِلّٰهِ ؕ(are) for Allah بَلْBut اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(25) لِلّٰهِTo Allah (belongs) مَاwhatever فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah هُوَHe الْغَنِیُّ(is) Free of need الْحَمِیْدُthe Praiseworthy ۟(26) وَلَوْAnd if اَنَّمَاwhatever فِی(is) in الْاَرْضِthe earth مِنْof شَجَرَةٍ(the) trees اَقْلَامٌ(were) pens وَّالْبَحْرُand the sea یَمُدُّهٗ(to) add to it مِنْafter it بَعْدِهٖafter it سَبْعَةُseven اَبْحُرٍseas مَّاnot نَفِدَتْwould be exhausted كَلِمٰتُ(the) Words اللّٰهِ ؕ(of) Allah اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عَزِیْزٌ(is) All-Mighty حَكِیْمٌAll-Wise ۟(27) مَاNot خَلْقُكُمْ(is) your creation وَلَاand not بَعْثُكُمْyour resurrection اِلَّاbut كَنَفْسٍas a soul وَّاحِدَةٍ ؕsingle اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah سَمِیْعٌ(is) All-Hearer بَصِیْرٌAll-Seer ۟(28) Surah 31. Luqman - Page 413 - Juz 21 اَلَمْDo not تَرَyou see اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah یُوْلِجُcauses to enter الَّیْلَthe night فِیinto النَّهَارِthe day وَیُوْلِجُand causes to enter النَّهَارَthe day فِیinto الَّیْلِthe night وَسَخَّرَand has subjected الشَّمْسَthe sun وَالْقَمَرَ ؗand the moon كُلٌّeach یَّجْرِیْۤmoving اِلٰۤیfor اَجَلٍa term مُّسَمًّیappointed وَّاَنَّand that اللّٰهَAllah بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do خَبِیْرٌ(is) All-Aware ۟(29) ذٰلِكَThat بِاَنَّ(is) because اللّٰهَAllah هُوَHe الْحَقُّ(is) the Truth وَاَنَّand that مَاwhat یَدْعُوْنَthey call مِنْbesides Him دُوْنِهِbesides Him الْبَاطِلُ ۙ(is) [the] falsehood وَاَنَّand that اللّٰهَAllah هُوَHe الْعَلِیُّ(is) the Most High الْكَبِیْرُthe Most Great ۟۠(30) اَلَمْDo not تَرَyou see اَنَّthat الْفُلْكَthe ships تَجْرِیْsail فِیthrough الْبَحْرِthe sea بِنِعْمَتِby (the) Grace اللّٰهِ(of) Allah لِیُرِیَكُمْthat He may show you مِّنْof اٰیٰتِهٖ ؕHis Signs اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍsurely (are) Signs لِّكُلِّfor everyone صَبَّارٍ(who is) patient شَكُوْرٍgrateful ۟(31) وَاِذَاAnd when غَشِیَهُمْcovers them مَّوْجٌa wave كَالظُّلَلِlike canopies دَعَوُاthey call اللّٰهَAllah مُخْلِصِیْنَ(being) sincere لَهُto Him الدِّیْنَ ۚ۬(in) religion فَلَمَّاBut when نَجّٰىهُمْHe delivers them اِلَیto الْبَرِّthe land فَمِنْهُمْthen among them مُّقْتَصِدٌ ؕ(some are) moderate وَمَاAnd not یَجْحَدُdeny بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤOur Signs اِلَّاexcept كُلُّevery خَتَّارٍtraitor كَفُوْرٍungrateful ۟(32) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO النَّاسُmankind اتَّقُوْاFear رَبَّكُمْyour Lord وَاخْشَوْاand fear یَوْمًاa Day لَّاnot یَجْزِیْcan avail وَالِدٌa father عَنْ[for] وَّلَدِهٖ ؗhis son وَلَاand not مَوْلُوْدٌa son هُوَhe جَازٍ(can) avail عَنْ[for] وَّالِدِهٖhis father شَیْـًٔا ؕanything اِنَّIndeed وَعْدَ(the) Promise اللّٰهِ(of) Allah حَقٌّ(is) True فَلَاso let not deceive you تَغُرَّنَّكُمُso let not deceive you الْحَیٰوةُthe life الدُّنْیَا ۥ(of) the world وَلَاand let not deceive you یَغُرَّنَّكُمْand let not deceive you بِاللّٰهِabout Allah الْغَرُوْرُthe deceiver ۟(33) اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عِنْدَهٗwith Him عِلْمُ(is the) knowledge السَّاعَةِ ۚ(of) the Hour وَیُنَزِّلُand He sends down الْغَیْثَ ۚthe rain وَیَعْلَمُand knows مَاwhat فِی(is) in الْاَرْحَامِ ؕthe wombs وَمَاAnd not تَدْرِیْknows نَفْسٌany soul مَّاذَاwhat تَكْسِبُit will earn غَدًا ؕtomorrow وَمَاand not تَدْرِیْknows نَفْسٌany soul بِاَیِّin what اَرْضٍland تَمُوْتُ ؕit will die اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عَلِیْمٌ(is) All-Knower خَبِیْرٌAll-Aware ۟۠(34) Surah 31. Luqman - Page 414 - Juz 21 Surah 32. As-Sajdah (The Prostration) بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ الٓمّٓAlif Lam Meem ۟ۚ(1) تَنْزِیْلُ(The) revelation الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book لَا(there is) no رَیْبَdoubt فِیْهِabout it مِنْfrom رَّبِّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ؕ(2) اَمْOr یَقُوْلُوْنَ(do) they say افْتَرٰىهُ ۚHe invented it بَلْNay هُوَit الْحَقُّ(is) the truth مِنْfrom رَّبِّكَyour Lord لِتُنْذِرَthat you may warn قَوْمًاa people مَّاۤnot اَتٰىهُمْhas come to them مِّنْany نَّذِیْرٍwarner مِّنْbefore you قَبْلِكَbefore you لَعَلَّهُمْso that they may یَهْتَدُوْنَbe guided ۟(3) اَللّٰهُAllah الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who خَلَقَcreated السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth وَمَاand whatever بَیْنَهُمَا(is) between them فِیْin سِتَّةِsix اَیَّامٍperiods ثُمَّThen اسْتَوٰیestablished Himself عَلَیon الْعَرْشِ ؕthe Throne مَاNot لَكُمْfor you مِّنْbesides Him دُوْنِهٖbesides Him مِنْany وَّلِیٍّprotector وَّلَاand not شَفِیْعٍ ؕany intercessor اَفَلَاThen will not تَتَذَكَّرُوْنَyou take heed ۟(4) یُدَبِّرُHe regulates الْاَمْرَthe affair مِنَof السَّمَآءِthe heaven اِلَیto الْاَرْضِthe earth ثُمَّthen یَعْرُجُit will ascend اِلَیْهِto Him فِیْin یَوْمٍa Day كَانَ(the) measure of which is مِقْدَارُهٗۤ(the) measure of which is اَلْفَa thousand سَنَةٍyears مِّمَّاof what تَعُدُّوْنَyou count ۟(5) ذٰلِكَThat عٰلِمُ(is the) Knower الْغَیْبِ(of) the hidden وَالشَّهَادَةِand the witnessed الْعَزِیْزُthe All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمُthe Most Merciful ۟ۙ(6) الَّذِیْۤThe One Who اَحْسَنَmade good كُلَّevery شَیْءٍthing خَلَقَهٗHe created وَبَدَاَand He began خَلْقَ(the) creation الْاِنْسَانِ(of) man مِنْfrom طِیْنٍclay ۟ۚ(7) ثُمَّThen جَعَلَHe made نَسْلَهٗhis progeny مِنْfrom سُلٰلَةٍan extract مِّنْof مَّآءٍwater مَّهِیْنٍdespised ۟ۚ(8) ثُمَّThen سَوّٰىهُHe fashioned him وَنَفَخَand breathed فِیْهِinto him مِنْfrom رُّوْحِهٖHis spirit وَجَعَلَand made لَكُمُfor you السَّمْعَthe hearing وَالْاَبْصَارَand the sight وَالْاَفْـِٕدَةَ ؕand feelings قَلِیْلًاlittle مَّا[what] تَشْكُرُوْنَthanks you give ۟(9) وَقَالُوْۤاAnd they say ءَاِذَاIs (it) when ضَلَلْنَاwe are lost فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth ءَاِنَّاwill we لَفِیْcertainly be in خَلْقٍa creation جَدِیْدٍ ؕ۬new بَلْNay هُمْthey بِلِقَآءِin (the) meeting رَبِّهِمْ(of) their Lord كٰفِرُوْنَ(are) disbelievers ۟(10) قُلْSay یَتَوَفّٰىكُمْWill take your soul مَّلَكُ(the) Angel الْمَوْتِ(of) the death الَّذِیْthe one who وُكِّلَhas been put in charge بِكُمْof you ثُمَّThen اِلٰیto رَبِّكُمْyour Lord تُرْجَعُوْنَyou will be returned ۟۠(11) Surah 32. As-Sajdah - Page 415 - Juz 21 وَلَوْAnd if تَرٰۤیyou (could) see اِذِwhen الْمُجْرِمُوْنَthe criminals نَاكِسُوْا(will) hang رُءُوْسِهِمْtheir heads عِنْدَbefore رَبِّهِمْ ؕtheir Lord رَبَّنَاۤOur Lord اَبْصَرْنَاwe have seen وَسَمِعْنَاand we have heard فَارْجِعْنَاso return us نَعْمَلْwe will do صَالِحًاrighteous (deeds) اِنَّاIndeed, we مُوْقِنُوْنَ(are now) certain ۟(12) وَلَوْAnd if شِئْنَاWe (had) willed لَاٰتَیْنَاsurely We (would) have given كُلَّevery نَفْسٍsoul هُدٰىهَاits guidance وَلٰكِنْbut حَقَّ(is) true الْقَوْلُthe Word مِنِّیْfrom Me لَاَمْلَـَٔنَّthat I will surely fill جَهَنَّمَHell مِنَwith الْجِنَّةِthe jinn وَالنَّاسِand the men اَجْمَعِیْنَtogether ۟(13) فَذُوْقُوْاSo taste بِمَاbecause نَسِیْتُمْyou forgot لِقَآءَ(the) meeting یَوْمِكُمْ(of) this Day of yours هٰذَا ۚ(of) this Day of yours اِنَّاIndeed, We نَسِیْنٰكُمْhave forgotten you وَذُوْقُوْاAnd taste عَذَابَ(the) punishment الْخُلْدِ(of) eternity بِمَاfor what كُنْتُمْyou used (to) تَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(14) اِنَّمَاOnly یُؤْمِنُbelieve بِاٰیٰتِنَاin Our Verses الَّذِیْنَthose who اِذَاwhen ذُكِّرُوْاthey are reminded بِهَاof them خَرُّوْاfall down سُجَّدًاprostrating وَّسَبَّحُوْاand glorify بِحَمْدِ(the) praises رَبِّهِمْ(of) their Lord وَهُمْand they لَاare not arrogant یَسْتَكْبِرُوْنَare not arrogant ۟(15) تَتَجَافٰیForsake جُنُوْبُهُمْtheir sides عَنِfrom الْمَضَاجِعِ(their) beds یَدْعُوْنَthey call رَبَّهُمْtheir Lord خَوْفًا(in) fear وَّطَمَعًا ؗand hope وَّمِمَّاand out of what رَزَقْنٰهُمْWe have provided them یُنْفِقُوْنَthey spend ۟(16) فَلَاAnd not تَعْلَمُknows نَفْسٌa soul مَّاۤwhat اُخْفِیَis hidden لَهُمْfor them مِّنْof قُرَّةِ(the) comfort اَعْیُنٍ ۚ(for) the eyes جَزَآءً(as) a reward بِمَاfor what كَانُوْاthey used (to) یَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(17) اَفَمَنْThen is one who كَانَis مُؤْمِنًاa believer كَمَنْlike (him) who كَانَis فَاسِقًا ؔؕdefiantly disobedient لَاNot یَسْتَوٗنَthey are equal ۟(18) اَمَّاAs for الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِrighteous deeds فَلَهُمْthen for them جَنّٰتُ(are) Gardens الْمَاْوٰی ؗ(of) Refuge نُزُلًا(as) hospitality بِمَاfor what كَانُوْاthey used (to) یَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(19) وَاَمَّاBut as for الَّذِیْنَthose who فَسَقُوْاare defiantly disobedient فَمَاْوٰىهُمُthen their refuge النَّارُ ؕ(is) the Fire كُلَّمَاۤEvery time اَرَادُوْۤاthey wish اَنْto یَّخْرُجُوْاcome out مِنْهَاۤfrom it اُعِیْدُوْاthey (will) be returned فِیْهَاin it وَقِیْلَand it (will) be said لَهُمْto them ذُوْقُوْاTaste عَذَابَ(the) punishment النَّارِ(of) the Fire الَّذِیْwhich كُنْتُمْyou used (to) بِهٖ[in it] تُكَذِّبُوْنَdeny ۟(20) Surah 32. As-Sajdah - Page 416 - Juz 21 وَلَنُذِیْقَنَّهُمْAnd surely, We will let them taste مِّنَof الْعَذَابِthe punishment الْاَدْنٰیthe nearer دُوْنَbefore الْعَذَابِthe punishment الْاَكْبَرِthe greater لَعَلَّهُمْso that they may یَرْجِعُوْنَreturn ۟(21) وَمَنْAnd who اَظْلَمُ(is) more unjust مِمَّنْthan (he) who ذُكِّرَis reminded بِاٰیٰتِof (the) Verses رَبِّهٖ(of) his Lord ثُمَّthen اَعْرَضَhe turns away عَنْهَا ؕfrom them اِنَّاIndeed, We مِنَfrom الْمُجْرِمِیْنَthe criminals مُنْتَقِمُوْنَ(will) take retribution ۟۠(22) وَلَقَدْAnd certainly اٰتَیْنَاWe gave مُوْسَیMusa الْكِتٰبَthe Scripture فَلَاso (do) not تَكُنْbe فِیْin مِرْیَةٍdoubt مِّنْabout لِّقَآىِٕهٖreceiving it وَجَعَلْنٰهُAnd We made it هُدًیa guide لِّبَنِیْۤfor the Children of Israel اِسْرَآءِیْلَfor the Children of Israel ۟ۚ(23) وَجَعَلْنَاAnd We made مِنْهُمْfrom them اَىِٕمَّةًleaders یَّهْدُوْنَguiding بِاَمْرِنَاby Our Command لَمَّاwhen صَبَرُوْا ؕ۫they were patient وَكَانُوْاand they were بِاٰیٰتِنَاof Our Verses یُوْقِنُوْنَcertain ۟(24) اِنَّIndeed رَبَّكَyour Lord هُوَ[He] یَفْصِلُwill judge بَیْنَهُمْbetween them یَوْمَ(on the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) Resurrection فِیْمَاin what كَانُوْاthey used (to) فِیْهِ[in it] یَخْتَلِفُوْنَdiffer ۟(25) اَوَلَمْDoes it not یَهْدِguide لَهُمْ[for] them كَمْ(that) how many اَهْلَكْنَاWe have destroyed مِنْbefore them قَبْلِهِمْbefore them مِّنَof الْقُرُوْنِthe generations یَمْشُوْنَthey walk about فِیْin مَسٰكِنِهِمْ ؕtheir dwellings اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍ ؕsurely, are Signs اَفَلَاThen do not یَسْمَعُوْنَthey hear ۟(26) اَوَلَمْDo not یَرَوْاthey see اَنَّاthat We نَسُوْقُdrive الْمَآءَwater اِلَیto الْاَرْضِthe land الْجُرُزِ[the] barren فَنُخْرِجُthen We bring forth بِهٖthereby زَرْعًاcrops تَاْكُلُeat مِنْهُfrom it اَنْعَامُهُمْtheir cattle وَاَنْفُسُهُمْ ؕand they themselves اَفَلَاThen do not یُبْصِرُوْنَthey see ۟(27) وَیَقُوْلُوْنَAnd they say مَتٰیWhen (will be) هٰذَاthis الْفَتْحُdecision اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are صٰدِقِیْنَtruthful ۟(28) قُلْSay یَوْمَ(On the) Day الْفَتْحِ(of) the Decision لَاnot یَنْفَعُwill benefit الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْۤاdisbelieve اِیْمَانُهُمْtheir belief وَلَاand not هُمْthey یُنْظَرُوْنَwill be granted respite ۟(29) فَاَعْرِضْSo turn away عَنْهُمْfrom them وَانْتَظِرْand wait اِنَّهُمْIndeed, they مُّنْتَظِرُوْنَ(are) waiting ۟۠(30) Surah 32. As-Sajdah - Page 417 - Juz 21 Surah 33. Al-Ahzab (The Combined Forces) بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ یٰۤاَیُّهَاO Prophet النَّبِیُّO Prophet اتَّقِFear اللّٰهَAllah وَلَاand (do) not تُطِعِobey الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers وَالْمُنٰفِقِیْنَ ؕand the hypocrites اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah كَانَis عَلِیْمًاAll-Knower حَكِیْمًاAll-Wise ۟ۙ(1) وَّاتَّبِعْAnd follow مَاwhat یُوْحٰۤیis inspired اِلَیْكَto you مِنْfrom رَّبِّكَ ؕyour Lord اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah كَانَis بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do خَبِیْرًاAll-Aware ۟ۙ(2) وَّتَوَكَّلْAnd put your trust عَلَیin اللّٰهِ ؕAllah وَكَفٰیAnd Allah is sufficient بِاللّٰهِAnd Allah is sufficient وَكِیْلًا(as) Disposer of affairs ۟(3) مَاNot جَعَلَAllah (has) made اللّٰهُAllah (has) made لِرَجُلٍfor any man مِّنْ[of] قَلْبَیْنِtwo hearts فِیْin جَوْفِهٖ ۚhis interior وَمَاAnd not جَعَلَHe (has) made اَزْوَاجَكُمُyour wives الّٰٓـِٔیْwhom تُظٰهِرُوْنَyou declare unlawful مِنْهُنَّ[of them] اُمَّهٰتِكُمْ ۚ(as) your mothers وَمَاAnd not جَعَلَHe has made اَدْعِیَآءَكُمْyour adopted sons اَبْنَآءَكُمْ ؕyour sons ذٰلِكُمْThat قَوْلُكُمْ(is) your saying بِاَفْوَاهِكُمْ ؕby your mouths وَاللّٰهُbut Allah یَقُوْلُsays الْحَقَّthe truth وَهُوَand He یَهْدِیguides السَّبِیْلَ(to) the Way ۟(4) اُدْعُوْهُمْCall them لِاٰبَآىِٕهِمْby their fathers هُوَit اَقْسَطُ(is) more just عِنْدَnear اللّٰهِ ۚAllah فَاِنْBut if لَّمْnot تَعْلَمُوْۤاyou know اٰبَآءَهُمْtheir fathers فَاِخْوَانُكُمْthen (they are) your brothers فِیin الدِّیْنِ[the] religion وَمَوَالِیْكُمْ ؕand your friends وَلَیْسَBut not is عَلَیْكُمْupon you جُنَاحٌany blame فِیْمَاۤin what اَخْطَاْتُمْyou made a mistake بِهٖ ۙin it وَلٰكِنْbut مَّاwhat تَعَمَّدَتْintended قُلُوْبُكُمْ ؕyour hearts وَكَانَAnd Allah اللّٰهُAnd Allah غَفُوْرًا(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمًاMost Merciful ۟(5) اَلنَّبِیُّThe Prophet اَوْلٰی(is) closer بِالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَto the believers مِنْthan اَنْفُسِهِمْtheir own selves وَاَزْوَاجُهٗۤand his wives اُمَّهٰتُهُمْ ؕ(are) their mothers وَاُولُواAnd possessors الْاَرْحَامِ(of) relationships بَعْضُهُمْsome of them اَوْلٰی(are) closer بِبَعْضٍto another فِیْin كِتٰبِ(the) Decree اللّٰهِ(of) Allah مِنَthan الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers وَالْمُهٰجِرِیْنَand the emigrants اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْthat تَفْعَلُوْۤاyou do اِلٰۤیto اَوْلِیٰٓىِٕكُمْyour friends مَّعْرُوْفًا ؕa kindness كَانَThat is ذٰلِكَThat is فِیin الْكِتٰبِthe Book مَسْطُوْرًاwritten ۟(6) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 418 - Juz 21 وَاِذْAnd when اَخَذْنَاWe took مِنَfrom النَّبِیّٖنَthe Prophets مِیْثَاقَهُمْtheir Covenant وَمِنْكَand from you وَمِنْand from نُّوْحٍNuh وَّاِبْرٰهِیْمَand Ibrahim وَمُوْسٰیand Musa وَعِیْسَیand Isa ابْنِson مَرْیَمَ ۪(of) Maryam وَاَخَذْنَاAnd We took مِنْهُمْfrom them مِّیْثَاقًاa covenant غَلِیْظًاstrong ۟ۙ(7) لِّیَسْـَٔلَThat He may ask الصّٰدِقِیْنَthe truthful عَنْabout صِدْقِهِمْ ۚtheir truth وَاَعَدَّAnd He has prepared لِلْكٰفِرِیْنَfor the disbelievers عَذَابًاa punishment اَلِیْمًاpainful ۟۠(8) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُواbelieve اذْكُرُوْاRemember نِعْمَةَ(the) Favor اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْكُمْupon you اِذْwhen جَآءَتْكُمْcame to you جُنُوْدٌ(the) hosts فَاَرْسَلْنَاand We sent عَلَیْهِمْupon them رِیْحًاa wind وَّجُنُوْدًاand hosts لَّمْnot تَرَوْهَا ؕyou (could) see them وَكَانَAnd Allah is اللّٰهُAnd Allah is بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do بَصِیْرًاAll-Seer ۟ۚ(9) اِذْWhen جَآءُوْكُمْthey came upon you مِّنْfrom فَوْقِكُمْabove you وَمِنْand from اَسْفَلَbelow مِنْكُمْyou وَاِذْand when زَاغَتِgrew wild الْاَبْصَارُthe eyes وَبَلَغَتِand reached الْقُلُوْبُthe hearts الْحَنَاجِرَthe throats وَتَظُنُّوْنَand you assumed بِاللّٰهِabout Allah الظُّنُوْنَاthe assumptions ۟(10) هُنَالِكَThere ابْتُلِیَwere tried الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَthe believers وَزُلْزِلُوْاand shaken زِلْزَالًا(with a) shake شَدِیْدًاsevere ۟(11) وَاِذْAnd when یَقُوْلُsaid الْمُنٰفِقُوْنَthe hypocrites وَالَّذِیْنَand those فِیْin قُلُوْبِهِمْtheir hearts مَّرَضٌ(was) a disease مَّاNot وَعَدَنَاAllah promised us اللّٰهُAllah promised us وَرَسُوْلُهٗۤand His messenger اِلَّاexcept غُرُوْرًاdelusion ۟(12) وَاِذْAnd when قَالَتْsaid طَّآىِٕفَةٌa party مِّنْهُمْof them یٰۤاَهْلَO People یَثْرِبَ(of) Yathrib لَاNo مُقَامَstand لَكُمْfor you فَارْجِعُوْا ۚso return وَیَسْتَاْذِنُAnd asked permission فَرِیْقٌa group مِّنْهُمُof them النَّبِیَّ(from) the Prophet یَقُوْلُوْنَsaying اِنَّIndeed بُیُوْتَنَاour houses عَوْرَةٌ ۛؕ(are) exposed وَمَاand not هِیَthey بِعَوْرَةٍ ۛۚ(were) exposed اِنْNot یُّرِیْدُوْنَthey wished اِلَّاbut فِرَارًاto flee ۟(13) وَلَوْAnd if دُخِلَتْhad been entered عَلَیْهِمْupon them مِّنْfrom اَقْطَارِهَاall its sides ثُمَّthen سُىِٕلُواthey had been asked الْفِتْنَةَthe treachery لَاٰتَوْهَاthey (would) have certainly done it وَمَاand not تَلَبَّثُوْاthey (would) have hesitated بِهَاۤover it اِلَّاexcept یَسِیْرًاa little ۟(14) وَلَقَدْAnd certainly كَانُوْاthey had عَاهَدُواpromised اللّٰهَAllah مِنْbefore قَبْلُbefore لَاnot یُوَلُّوْنَthey would turn الْاَدْبَارَ ؕtheir backs وَكَانَAnd is عَهْدُ(the) promise اللّٰهِ(to) Allah مَسْـُٔوْلًاto be questioned ۟(15) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 419 - Juz 21 قُلْSay لَّنْNever یَّنْفَعَكُمُwill benefit you الْفِرَارُthe fleeing اِنْif فَرَرْتُمْyou flee مِّنَfrom الْمَوْتِdeath اَوِor الْقَتْلِkilling وَاِذًاand then لَّاnot تُمَتَّعُوْنَyou will be allowed to enjoy اِلَّاexcept قَلِیْلًاa little ۟(16) قُلْSay مَنْWho ذَا(is) it that الَّذِیْ(is) it that یَعْصِمُكُمْ(can) protect you مِّنَfrom اللّٰهِAllah اِنْIf اَرَادَHe intends بِكُمْfor you سُوْٓءًاany harm اَوْor اَرَادَHe intends بِكُمْfor you رَحْمَةً ؕa mercy وَلَاAnd not یَجِدُوْنَthey will find لَهُمْfor them مِّنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah وَلِیًّاany protector وَّلَاand not نَصِیْرًاany helper ۟(17) قَدْVerily یَعْلَمُAllah knows اللّٰهُAllah knows الْمُعَوِّقِیْنَthose who hinder مِنْكُمْamong you وَالْقَآىِٕلِیْنَand those who say لِاِخْوَانِهِمْto their brothers هَلُمَّCome اِلَیْنَا ۚto us وَلَاand not یَاْتُوْنَthey come الْبَاْسَ(to) the battle اِلَّاexcept قَلِیْلًاa few ۟ۙ(18) اَشِحَّةًMiserly عَلَیْكُمْ ۖۚtowards you فَاِذَاBut when جَآءَcomes الْخَوْفُthe fear رَاَیْتَهُمْyou see them یَنْظُرُوْنَlooking اِلَیْكَat you تَدُوْرُrevolving اَعْیُنُهُمْtheir eyes كَالَّذِیْlike one who یُغْشٰیfaints عَلَیْهِfaints مِنَfrom الْمَوْتِ ۚ[the] death فَاِذَاBut when ذَهَبَdeparts الْخَوْفُthe fear سَلَقُوْكُمْthey smite you بِاَلْسِنَةٍwith tongues حِدَادٍsharp اَشِحَّةًmiserly عَلَیtowards الْخَیْرِ ؕthe good اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose لَمْnot یُؤْمِنُوْاthey have believed فَاَحْبَطَso Allah made worthless اللّٰهُso Allah made worthless اَعْمَالَهُمْ ؕtheir deeds وَكَانَAnd is ذٰلِكَthat عَلَیfor اللّٰهِAllah یَسِیْرًاeasy ۟(19) یَحْسَبُوْنَThey think الْاَحْزَابَthe confederates لَمْ(have) not یَذْهَبُوْا ۚwithdrawn وَاِنْAnd if یَّاْتِ(should) come الْاَحْزَابُthe confederates یَوَدُّوْاthey would wish لَوْif اَنَّهُمْthat they (were) بَادُوْنَliving in (the) desert فِیamong الْاَعْرَابِthe Bedouins یَسْاَلُوْنَasking عَنْabout اَنْۢبَآىِٕكُمْ ؕyour news وَلَوْAnd if كَانُوْاthey were فِیْكُمْamong you مَّاnot قٰتَلُوْۤاthey would fight اِلَّاexcept قَلِیْلًاa little ۟۠(20) لَقَدْCertainly كَانَis لَكُمْfor you فِیْin رَسُوْلِ(the) Messenger اللّٰهِ(of) Allah اُسْوَةٌan excellent example حَسَنَةٌan excellent example لِّمَنْfor (one) who كَانَhas یَرْجُواhope اللّٰهَ(in) Allah وَالْیَوْمَand the Day الْاٰخِرَthe Last وَذَكَرَand remembers اللّٰهَAllah كَثِیْرًاmuch ۟ؕ(21) وَلَمَّاAnd when رَاَsaw الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَthe believers الْاَحْزَابَ ۙthe confederates قَالُوْاthey said هٰذَاThis مَا(is) what وَعَدَنَاAllah promised us اللّٰهُAllah promised us وَرَسُوْلُهٗand His Messenger وَصَدَقَand Allah spoke the truth اللّٰهُand Allah spoke the truth وَرَسُوْلُهٗ ؗand His Messenger وَمَاAnd not زَادَهُمْit increased them اِلَّاۤexcept اِیْمَانًا(in) faith وَّتَسْلِیْمًاand submission ۟ؕ(22) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 420 - Juz 21 مِنَAmong الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers رِجَالٌ(are) men صَدَقُوْا(who) have been true مَا(to) what عَاهَدُواthey promised Allah اللّٰهَthey promised Allah عَلَیْهِ ۚ[on it] فَمِنْهُمْAnd among them مَّنْ(is he) who قَضٰیhas fulfilled نَحْبَهٗhis vow وَمِنْهُمْand among them مَّنْ(is he) who یَّنْتَظِرُ ۖؗawaits وَمَاAnd not بَدَّلُوْاthey alter تَبْدِیْلًا(by) any alteration ۟ۙ(23) لِّیَجْزِیَThat Allah may reward اللّٰهُThat Allah may reward الصّٰدِقِیْنَthe truthful بِصِدْقِهِمْfor their truth وَیُعَذِّبَand punish الْمُنٰفِقِیْنَthe hypocrites اِنْif شَآءَHe wills اَوْor یَتُوْبَturn in mercy عَلَیْهِمْ ؕto them اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah كَانَis غَفُوْرًاOft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمًاMost Merciful ۟ۚ(24) وَرَدَّAnd Allah turned back اللّٰهُAnd Allah turned back الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved بِغَیْظِهِمْin their rage لَمْnot یَنَالُوْاthey obtained خَیْرًا ؕany good وَكَفَیAnd sufficient is اللّٰهُAllah الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ(for) the believers الْقِتَالَ ؕ(in) the battle وَكَانَand Allah is اللّٰهُand Allah is قَوِیًّاAll-Strong عَزِیْزًاAll-Mighty ۟ۚ(25) وَاَنْزَلَAnd He brought down الَّذِیْنَthose who ظَاهَرُوْهُمْbacked them مِّنْamong اَهْلِ(the) People الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Scripture مِنْfrom صَیَاصِیْهِمْtheir fortresses وَقَذَفَand cast فِیْinto قُلُوْبِهِمُtheir hearts الرُّعْبَ[the] terror فَرِیْقًاa group تَقْتُلُوْنَyou killed وَتَاْسِرُوْنَand you took captive فَرِیْقًاa group ۟ۚ(26) وَاَوْرَثَكُمْAnd He caused you to inherit اَرْضَهُمْtheir land وَدِیَارَهُمْand their houses وَاَمْوَالَهُمْand their properties وَاَرْضًاand a land لَّمْnot تَطَـُٔوْهَا ؕyou (had) trodden وَكَانَAnd Allah is اللّٰهُAnd Allah is عَلٰیon كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرًاAll-Powerful ۟۠(27) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO Prophet النَّبِیُّO Prophet قُلْSay لِّاَزْوَاجِكَto your wives اِنْIf كُنْتُنَّyou تُرِدْنَdesire الْحَیٰوةَthe life الدُّنْیَا(of) the world وَزِیْنَتَهَاand its adornment فَتَعَالَیْنَthen come اُمَتِّعْكُنَّI will provide for you وَاُسَرِّحْكُنَّand release you سَرَاحًا(with) a release جَمِیْلًاgood ۟(28) وَاِنْBut if كُنْتُنَّyou تُرِدْنَdesire اللّٰهَAllah وَرَسُوْلَهٗand His Messenger وَالدَّارَand the Home الْاٰخِرَةَ(of) the Hereafter فَاِنَّthen indeed اللّٰهَAllah اَعَدَّhas prepared لِلْمُحْسِنٰتِfor the good-doers مِنْكُنَّamong you اَجْرًاa reward عَظِیْمًاgreat ۟(29) یٰنِسَآءَO wives النَّبِیِّ(of) the Prophet مَنْWhoever یَّاْتِcommits مِنْكُنَّfrom you بِفَاحِشَةٍimmorality مُّبَیِّنَةٍclear یُّضٰعَفْwill be doubled لَهَاfor her الْعَذَابُthe punishment ضِعْفَیْنِ ؕtwo fold وَكَانَAnd that is ذٰلِكَAnd that is عَلَیfor اللّٰهِAllah یَسِیْرًاeasy ۟(30) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 421 - Juz 21 وَمَنْAnd whoever یَّقْنُتْis obedient مِنْكُنَّamong you لِلّٰهِto Allah وَرَسُوْلِهٖand His Messenger وَتَعْمَلْand does صَالِحًاrighteousness نُّؤْتِهَاۤWe will give her اَجْرَهَاher reward مَرَّتَیْنِ ۙtwice وَاَعْتَدْنَاand We have prepared لَهَاfor her رِزْقًاa provision كَرِیْمًاnoble ۟(31) یٰنِسَآءَO wives النَّبِیِّ(of) the Prophet لَسْتُنَّYou are not كَاَحَدٍlike anyone مِّنَamong النِّسَآءِthe women اِنِIf اتَّقَیْتُنَّyou fear (Allah) فَلَاthen (do) not تَخْضَعْنَbe soft بِالْقَوْلِin speech فَیَطْمَعَlest should be moved with desire الَّذِیْhe who فِیْin قَلْبِهٖhis heart مَرَضٌ(is) a disease وَّقُلْنَbut say قَوْلًاa word مَّعْرُوْفًاappropriate ۟ۚ(32) وَقَرْنَAnd stay فِیْin بُیُوْتِكُنَّyour houses وَلَاand (do) not تَبَرَّجْنَdisplay yourselves تَبَرُّجَ(as was the) display الْجَاهِلِیَّةِ(of the times of) ignorance الْاُوْلٰیthe former وَاَقِمْنَAnd establish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَاٰتِیْنَand give الزَّكٰوةَzakah وَاَطِعْنَand obey اللّٰهَAllah وَرَسُوْلَهٗ ؕand His Messenger اِنَّمَاOnly یُرِیْدُAllah wishes اللّٰهُAllah wishes لِیُذْهِبَto remove عَنْكُمُfrom you الرِّجْسَthe impurity اَهْلَ(O) People الْبَیْتِ(of) the House وَیُطَهِّرَكُمْAnd to purify you تَطْهِیْرًا(with thorough) purification ۟ۚ(33) وَاذْكُرْنَAnd remember مَاwhat یُتْلٰیis recited فِیْin بُیُوْتِكُنَّyour houses مِنْof اٰیٰتِ(the) Verses اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَالْحِكْمَةِ ؕand the wisdom اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah كَانَis لَطِیْفًاAll-Subtle خَبِیْرًاAll-Aware ۟۠(34) اِنَّIndeed الْمُسْلِمِیْنَthe Muslim men وَالْمُسْلِمٰتِand the Muslim women وَالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَand the believing men وَالْمُؤْمِنٰتِand the believing women وَالْقٰنِتِیْنَand the obedient men وَالْقٰنِتٰتِand the obedient women وَالصّٰدِقِیْنَand the truthful men وَالصّٰدِقٰتِand the truthful women وَالصّٰبِرِیْنَand the patient men وَالصّٰبِرٰتِand the patient women وَالْخٰشِعِیْنَand the humble men وَالْخٰشِعٰتِand the humble women وَالْمُتَصَدِّقِیْنَand the men who give charity وَالْمُتَصَدِّقٰتِand the women who give charity وَالصَّآىِٕمِیْنَand the men who fast وَالصّٰٓىِٕمٰتِand the women who fast وَالْحٰفِظِیْنَand the men who guard فُرُوْجَهُمْtheir chastity وَالْحٰفِظٰتِand the women who guard (it) وَالذّٰكِرِیْنَand the men who remember اللّٰهَAllah كَثِیْرًاmuch وَّالذّٰكِرٰتِ ۙand the women who remember اَعَدَّAllah has prepared اللّٰهُAllah has prepared لَهُمْfor them مَّغْفِرَةًforgiveness وَّاَجْرًاand a reward عَظِیْمًاgreat ۟(35) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 422 - Juz 22 وَمَاAnd not كَانَ(it) is لِمُؤْمِنٍfor a believing man وَّلَاand not مُؤْمِنَةٍ(for) a believing woman اِذَاwhen قَضَیAllah has decided اللّٰهُAllah has decided وَرَسُوْلُهٗۤand His Messenger اَمْرًاa matter اَنْthat یَّكُوْنَ(there) should be لَهُمُfor them الْخِیَرَةُ(any) choice مِنْabout اَمْرِهِمْ ؕtheir affair وَمَنْAnd whoever یَّعْصِdisobeys اللّٰهَAllah وَرَسُوْلَهٗand His Messenger فَقَدْcertainly ضَلَّhe (has) strayed ضَلٰلًا(into) error مُّبِیْنًاclear ۟ؕ(36) وَاِذْAnd when تَقُوْلُyou said لِلَّذِیْۤto the one اَنْعَمَAllah bestowed favor اللّٰهُAllah bestowed favor عَلَیْهِon him وَاَنْعَمْتَand you bestowed favor عَلَیْهِon him اَمْسِكْKeep عَلَیْكَto yourself زَوْجَكَyour wife وَاتَّقِand fear اللّٰهَAllah وَتُخْفِیْBut you concealed فِیْwithin نَفْسِكَyourself مَاwhat اللّٰهُAllah مُبْدِیْهِ(was to) disclose وَتَخْشَیAnd you fear النَّاسَ ۚthe people وَاللّٰهُwhile Allah اَحَقُّhas more right اَنْthat تَخْشٰىهُ ؕyou (should) fear Him فَلَمَّاSo when قَضٰیended زَیْدٌZaid مِّنْهَاfrom her وَطَرًاnecessary (formalities) زَوَّجْنٰكَهَاWe married her to you لِكَیْso that لَاnot یَكُوْنَthere be عَلَیon الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers حَرَجٌany discomfort فِیْۤconcerning اَزْوَاجِthe wives اَدْعِیَآىِٕهِمْ(of) their adopted sons اِذَاwhen قَضَوْاthey have ended مِنْهُنَّfrom them وَطَرًا ؕnecessary (formalities) وَكَانَAnd is اَمْرُ(the) Command اللّٰهِ(of) Allah مَفْعُوْلًاaccomplished ۟(37) مَاNot كَانَ(there can) be عَلَیupon النَّبِیِّthe Prophet مِنْany حَرَجٍdiscomfort فِیْمَاin what فَرَضَAllah has imposed اللّٰهُAllah has imposed لَهٗ ؕon him سُنَّةَ(That is the) Way اللّٰهِ(of) Allah فِیconcerning الَّذِیْنَthose who خَلَوْاpassed away مِنْbefore قَبْلُ ؕbefore وَكَانَAnd is اَمْرُ(the) Command اللّٰهِ(of) Allah قَدَرًاa decree مَّقْدُوْرَاdestined ۟ؗۙ(38) لَّذِیْنَThose who یُبَلِّغُوْنَconvey رِسٰلٰتِ(the) Messages اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَیَخْشَوْنَهٗand fear Him وَلَاand (do) not یَخْشَوْنَfear اَحَدًاanyone اِلَّاexcept اللّٰهَ ؕAllah وَكَفٰیAnd sufficient is Allah بِاللّٰهِAnd sufficient is Allah حَسِیْبًا(as) a Reckoner ۟(39) مَاNot كَانَis مُحَمَّدٌMuhammad اَبَاۤ(the) father اَحَدٍ(of) anyone مِّنْof رِّجَالِكُمْyour men وَلٰكِنْbut رَّسُوْلَ(he is the) Messenger اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَخَاتَمَand Seal النَّبِیّٖنَ ؕ(of) the Prophets وَكَانَAnd Allah is اللّٰهُAnd Allah is بِكُلِّof every شَیْءٍthing عَلِیْمًاAll-Knower ۟۠(40) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you who believe الَّذِیْنَO you who believe اٰمَنُواO you who believe اذْكُرُواRemember اللّٰهَAllah ذِكْرًا(with) remembrance كَثِیْرًاmuch ۟ۙ(41) وَّسَبِّحُوْهُAnd glorify Him بُكْرَةًmorning وَّاَصِیْلًاand evening ۟(42) هُوَHe الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who یُصَلِّیْsends His blessings عَلَیْكُمْupon you وَمَلٰٓىِٕكَتُهٗand His Angels لِیُخْرِجَكُمْso that He may bring you out مِّنَfrom الظُّلُمٰتِthe darkness[es] اِلَیto النُّوْرِ ؕthe light وَكَانَAnd He is بِالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَto the believers رَحِیْمًاMerciful ۟(43) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 423 - Juz 22 تَحِیَّتُهُمْTheir greetings یَوْمَ(on the) Day یَلْقَوْنَهٗthey will meet Him سَلٰمٌ ۚۖ(will be), "Peace وَّاَعَدَّand He has prepared لَهُمْfor them اَجْرًاa reward كَرِیْمًاnoble ۟(44) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO Prophet النَّبِیُّO Prophet اِنَّاۤIndeed, We اَرْسَلْنٰكَhave sent you شَاهِدًا(as) a witness وَّمُبَشِّرًاand a bearer of glad tidings وَّنَذِیْرًاand (as) a warner ۟ۙ(45) وَّدَاعِیًاAnd as one who invites اِلَیto اللّٰهِAllah بِاِذْنِهٖby His permission وَسِرَاجًاand (as) a lamp مُّنِیْرًاilluminating ۟(46) وَبَشِّرِAnd give glad tidings الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ(to) the believers بِاَنَّthat لَهُمْfor them مِّنَ(is) from اللّٰهِAllah فَضْلًاa Bounty كَبِیْرًاgreat ۟(47) وَلَاAnd (do) not تُطِعِobey الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers وَالْمُنٰفِقِیْنَand the hypocrites وَدَعْand disregard اَذٰىهُمْtheir harm وَتَوَكَّلْand put your trust عَلَیin اللّٰهِ ؕAllah وَكَفٰیAnd sufficient is Allah بِاللّٰهِAnd sufficient is Allah وَكِیْلًا(as) a Trustee ۟(48) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you who believe الَّذِیْنَO you who believe اٰمَنُوْۤاO you who believe اِذَاWhen نَكَحْتُمُyou marry الْمُؤْمِنٰتِbelieving women ثُمَّand then طَلَّقْتُمُوْهُنَّdivorce them مِنْbefore قَبْلِbefore اَنْ[that] تَمَسُّوْهُنَّyou have touched them فَمَاthen not لَكُمْfor you عَلَیْهِنَّon them مِنْany عِدَّةٍwaiting period تَعْتَدُّوْنَهَا ۚ(to) count concerning them فَمَتِّعُوْهُنَّSo provide for them وَسَرِّحُوْهُنَّand release them سَرَاحًا(with) a release جَمِیْلًاgood ۟(49) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO Prophet النَّبِیُّO Prophet اِنَّاۤIndeed, We اَحْلَلْنَا[We] have made lawful لَكَto you اَزْوَاجَكَyour wives الّٰتِیْۤ(to) whom اٰتَیْتَyou have given اُجُوْرَهُنَّtheir bridal money وَمَاand whom مَلَكَتْyou rightfully possess یَمِیْنُكَyou rightfully possess مِمَّاۤfrom those (whom) اَفَآءَAllah has given اللّٰهُAllah has given عَلَیْكَto you وَبَنٰتِand (the) daughters عَمِّكَ(of) your paternal uncles وَبَنٰتِand (the) daughters عَمّٰتِكَ(of) your paternal aunts وَبَنٰتِand (the) daughters خَالِكَ(of) your maternal uncles وَبَنٰتِand (the) daughters خٰلٰتِكَ(of) your maternal aunts الّٰتِیْwho هَاجَرْنَemigrated مَعَكَ ؗwith you وَامْرَاَةًand a woman مُّؤْمِنَةًbelieving اِنْif وَّهَبَتْshe gives نَفْسَهَاherself لِلنَّبِیِّto the Prophet اِنْif اَرَادَwishes النَّبِیُّthe Prophet اَنْto یَّسْتَنْكِحَهَا ۗmarry her خَالِصَةًonly لَّكَfor you مِنْexcluding دُوْنِexcluding الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ ؕthe believers قَدْCertainly عَلِمْنَاWe know مَاwhat فَرَضْنَاWe have made obligatory عَلَیْهِمْupon them فِیْۤconcerning اَزْوَاجِهِمْtheir wives وَمَاand whom مَلَكَتْthey rightfully possess اَیْمَانُهُمْthey rightfully possess لِكَیْلَاthat not یَكُوْنَshould be عَلَیْكَon you حَرَجٌ ؕany discomfort وَكَانَAnd Allah is اللّٰهُAnd Allah is غَفُوْرًاOft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمًاMost Merciful ۟(50) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 424 - Juz 22 تُرْجِیْYou may defer مَنْwhom تَشَآءُyou will مِنْهُنَّof them وَتُـْٔوِیْۤor you may take اِلَیْكَto yourself مَنْwhom تَشَآءُ ؕyou will وَمَنِAnd whoever ابْتَغَیْتَyou desire مِمَّنْof those whom عَزَلْتَyou (had) set aside فَلَاthen (there is) no جُنَاحَblame عَلَیْكَ ؕupon you ذٰلِكَThat اَدْنٰۤی(is) more suitable اَنْthat تَقَرَّmay be cooled اَعْیُنُهُنَّtheir eyes وَلَاand not یَحْزَنَّthey grieve وَیَرْضَیْنَand they may be pleased بِمَاۤwith what اٰتَیْتَهُنَّyou have given them كُلُّهُنَّ ؕall of them وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah یَعْلَمُknows مَاwhat فِیْ(is) in قُلُوْبِكُمْ ؕyour hearts وَكَانَAnd Allah is اللّٰهُAnd Allah is عَلِیْمًاAll-Knower حَلِیْمًاMost Forbearing ۟(51) لَا(It is) not یَحِلُّlawful لَكَfor you النِّسَآءُ(to marry) women مِنْafter (this) بَعْدُafter (this) وَلَاۤand not اَنْto تَبَدَّلَexchange بِهِنَّthem مِنْfor اَزْوَاجٍ(other) wives وَّلَوْeven if اَعْجَبَكَpleases you حُسْنُهُنَّtheir beauty اِلَّاexcept مَاwhom مَلَكَتْyou rightfully possess یَمِیْنُكَ ؕyou rightfully possess وَكَانَAnd Allah is اللّٰهُAnd Allah is عَلٰیover كُلِّall شَیْءٍthings رَّقِیْبًاan Observer ۟۠(52) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you who believe الَّذِیْنَO you who believe اٰمَنُوْاO you who believe لَا(Do) not تَدْخُلُوْاenter بُیُوْتَ(the) houses النَّبِیِّ(of) the Prophet اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْwhen یُّؤْذَنَpermission is given لَكُمْto you اِلٰیfor طَعَامٍa meal غَیْرَwithout نٰظِرِیْنَawaiting اِنٰىهُ ۙits preparation وَلٰكِنْBut اِذَاwhen دُعِیْتُمْyou are invited فَادْخُلُوْاthen enter فَاِذَاand when طَعِمْتُمْyou have eaten فَانْتَشِرُوْاthen disperse وَلَاand not مُسْتَاْنِسِیْنَseeking to remain لِحَدِیْثٍ ؕfor a conversation اِنَّIndeed ذٰلِكُمْthat كَانَwas یُؤْذِیtroubling النَّبِیَّthe Prophet فَیَسْتَحْیٖand he is shy مِنْكُمْ ؗof (dismissing) you وَاللّٰهُBut Allah لَاis not shy یَسْتَحْیٖis not shy مِنَof الْحَقِّ ؕthe truth وَاِذَاAnd when سَاَلْتُمُوْهُنَّyou ask them مَتَاعًا(for) anything فَسْـَٔلُوْهُنَّthen ask them مِنْfrom وَّرَآءِbehind حِجَابٍ ؕa screen ذٰلِكُمْThat اَطْهَرُ(is) purer لِقُلُوْبِكُمْfor your hearts وَقُلُوْبِهِنَّ ؕand their hearts وَمَاAnd not كَانَis لَكُمْfor you اَنْthat تُؤْذُوْاyou trouble رَسُوْلَ(the) Messenger اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَلَاۤand not اَنْthat تَنْكِحُوْۤاyou should marry اَزْوَاجَهٗhis wives مِنْafter him بَعْدِهٖۤafter him اَبَدًا ؕever اِنَّIndeed ذٰلِكُمْthat كَانَis عِنْدَnear اللّٰهِAllah عَظِیْمًاan enormity ۟(53) اِنْWhether تُبْدُوْاyou reveal شَیْـًٔاa thing اَوْor تُخْفُوْهُconceal it فَاِنَّindeed اللّٰهَAllah كَانَis بِكُلِّof all شَیْءٍthings عَلِیْمًاAll-Knower ۟(54) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 425 - Juz 22 لَا(There is) no جُنَاحَblame عَلَیْهِنَّupon them فِیْۤconcerning اٰبَآىِٕهِنَّtheir fathers وَلَاۤand not اَبْنَآىِٕهِنَّtheir sons وَلَاۤand not اِخْوَانِهِنَّtheir brothers وَلَاۤand not اَبْنَآءِsons اِخْوَانِهِنَّ(of) their brothers وَلَاۤand not اَبْنَآءِsons اَخَوٰتِهِنَّ(of) their sisters وَلَاand not نِسَآىِٕهِنَّtheir women وَلَاand not مَاwhat مَلَكَتْthey rightfully possess اَیْمَانُهُنَّ ۚthey rightfully possess وَاتَّقِیْنَAnd fear اللّٰهَ ؕAllah اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah كَانَis عَلٰیover كُلِّall شَیْءٍthings شَهِیْدًاa Witness ۟(55) اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah وَمَلٰٓىِٕكَتَهٗand His Angels یُصَلُّوْنَsend blessings عَلَیupon النَّبِیِّ ؕthe Prophet یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you who believe الَّذِیْنَO you who believe اٰمَنُوْاO you who believe صَلُّوْاSend blessings عَلَیْهِon him وَسَلِّمُوْاand greet him تَسْلِیْمًا(with) greetings ۟(56) اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who یُؤْذُوْنَannoy اللّٰهَAllah وَرَسُوْلَهٗand His Messenger لَعَنَهُمُAllah has cursed them اللّٰهُAllah has cursed them فِیin الدُّنْیَاthe world وَالْاٰخِرَةِand the Hereafter وَاَعَدَّand prepared لَهُمْfor them عَذَابًاa punishment مُّهِیْنًاhumiliating ۟(57) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who یُؤْذُوْنَharm الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believing men وَالْمُؤْمِنٰتِand the believing women بِغَیْرِfor other than مَاwhat اكْتَسَبُوْاthey have earned فَقَدِthen certainly احْتَمَلُوْاthey bear بُهْتَانًاfalse accusation وَّاِثْمًاand sin مُّبِیْنًاmanifest ۟۠(58) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO Prophet النَّبِیُّO Prophet قُلْSay لِّاَزْوَاجِكَto your wives وَبَنٰتِكَand your daughters وَنِسَآءِand (the) women الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ(of) the believers یُدْنِیْنَto draw عَلَیْهِنَّover themselves مِنْ[of] جَلَابِیْبِهِنَّ ؕtheir outer garments ذٰلِكَThat اَدْنٰۤی(is) more suitable اَنْthat یُّعْرَفْنَthey should be known فَلَاand not یُؤْذَیْنَ ؕharmed وَكَانَAnd is اللّٰهُAllah غَفُوْرًاOft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمًاMost Merciful ۟(59) لَىِٕنْIf لَّمْ(do) not یَنْتَهِcease الْمُنٰفِقُوْنَthe hypocrites وَالَّذِیْنَand those who فِیْin قُلُوْبِهِمْtheir hearts مَّرَضٌ(is) a disease وَّالْمُرْجِفُوْنَand those who spread rumors فِیin الْمَدِیْنَةِthe city لَنُغْرِیَنَّكَWe will let you overpower them بِهِمْWe will let you overpower them ثُمَّthen لَاnot یُجَاوِرُوْنَكَthey will remain your neighbors فِیْهَاۤtherein اِلَّاexcept قَلِیْلًا(for) a little ۟(60) مَّلْعُوْنِیْنَ ۛۚAccursed اَیْنَمَاwherever ثُقِفُوْۤاthey are found اُخِذُوْاthey are seized وَقُتِّلُوْاand massacred completely تَقْتِیْلًاand massacred completely ۟(61) سُنَّةَ(Such is the) Way اللّٰهِ(of) Allah فِیwith الَّذِیْنَthose who خَلَوْاpassed away مِنْbefore قَبْلُ ۚbefore وَلَنْand never تَجِدَyou will find لِسُنَّةِin (the) Way اللّٰهِ(of) Allah تَبْدِیْلًاany change ۟(62) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 426 - Juz 22 یَسْـَٔلُكَAsk you النَّاسُthe people عَنِabout السَّاعَةِ ؕthe Hour قُلْSay اِنَّمَاOnly عِلْمُهَاits knowledge عِنْدَ(is) with اللّٰهِ ؕAllah وَمَاAnd what یُدْرِیْكَwill make you know لَعَلَّPerhaps السَّاعَةَthe Hour تَكُوْنُis قَرِیْبًاnear ۟(63) اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَعَنَhas cursed الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers وَاَعَدَّand has prepared لَهُمْfor them سَعِیْرًاa Blaze ۟ۙ(64) خٰلِدِیْنَAbiding فِیْهَاۤtherein اَبَدًا ۚforever لَاnot یَجِدُوْنَthey will find وَلِیًّاany protector وَّلَاand not نَصِیْرًاany helper ۟ۚ(65) یَوْمَ(The) Day تُقَلَّبُwill be turned about وُجُوْهُهُمْtheir faces فِیin النَّارِthe Fire یَقُوْلُوْنَthey will say یٰلَیْتَنَاۤO we wish اَطَعْنَاwe (had) obeyed اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطَعْنَاand obeyed الرَّسُوْلَاthe Messenger ۟(66) وَقَالُوْاAnd they will say رَبَّنَاۤOur Lord اِنَّاۤIndeed, we اَطَعْنَا[we] obeyed سَادَتَنَاour chiefs وَكُبَرَآءَنَاand our great men فَاَضَلُّوْنَاand they misled us السَّبِیْلَا(from) the Way ۟(67) رَبَّنَاۤOur Lord اٰتِهِمْGive them ضِعْفَیْنِdouble مِنَ[of] الْعَذَابِpunishment وَالْعَنْهُمْand curse them لَعْنًا(with) a curse كَبِیْرًاgreat ۟۠(68) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you who believe الَّذِیْنَO you who believe اٰمَنُوْاO you who believe لَا(Do) not تَكُوْنُوْاbe كَالَّذِیْنَlike those who اٰذَوْاabused مُوْسٰیMusa فَبَرَّاَهُthen Allah cleared him اللّٰهُthen Allah cleared him مِمَّاof what قَالُوْا ؕthey said وَكَانَAnd he was عِنْدَnear اللّٰهِAllah وَجِیْهًاhonorable ۟ؕ(69) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you who believe الَّذِیْنَO you who believe اٰمَنُواO you who believe اتَّقُواFear اللّٰهَAllah وَقُوْلُوْاand speak قَوْلًاa word سَدِیْدًاright ۟ۙ(70) یُّصْلِحْHe will amend لَكُمْfor you اَعْمَالَكُمْyour deeds وَیَغْفِرْand forgive لَكُمْfor you ذُنُوْبَكُمْ ؕyour sins وَمَنْAnd whoever یُّطِعِobeys اللّٰهَAllah وَرَسُوْلَهٗand His Messenger فَقَدْcertainly فَازَhas attained فَوْزًاan attainment عَظِیْمًاgreat ۟(71) اِنَّاIndeed, We عَرَضْنَا[We] offered الْاَمَانَةَthe Trust عَلَیto السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَالْجِبَالِand the mountains فَاَبَیْنَbut they refused اَنْto یَّحْمِلْنَهَاbear it وَاَشْفَقْنَand they feared مِنْهَاfrom it وَحَمَلَهَاbut bore it الْاِنْسَانُ ؕthe man اِنَّهٗIndeed, he كَانَwas ظَلُوْمًاunjust جَهُوْلًاignorant ۟ۙ(72) لِّیُعَذِّبَSo that Allah may punish اللّٰهُSo that Allah may punish الْمُنٰفِقِیْنَthe hypocrite men وَالْمُنٰفِقٰتِand the hypocrite women وَالْمُشْرِكِیْنَand the polytheist men وَالْمُشْرِكٰتِand the polytheist women وَیَتُوْبَand Allah will turn (in Mercy) اللّٰهُand Allah will turn (in Mercy) عَلَیto الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believing men وَالْمُؤْمِنٰتِ ؕand the believing women وَكَانَAnd Allah is اللّٰهُAnd Allah is غَفُوْرًاOft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمًاMost Merciful ۟۠(73) Surah 33. Al-Ahzab - Page 427 - Juz 22 Surah 34. Saba (Sheba) V54 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ اَلْحَمْدُAll praises لِلّٰهِ(be) to Allah الَّذِیْthe One to Whom belongs لَهٗthe One to Whom belongs مَاwhatever فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَمَاand whatever فِی(is) in الْاَرْضِthe earth وَلَهُand for Him الْحَمْدُ(are) all praises فِیin الْاٰخِرَةِ ؕthe Hereafter وَهُوَAnd He الْحَكِیْمُ(is) the All-Wise الْخَبِیْرُthe All-Aware ۟(1) یَعْلَمُHe knows مَاwhat یَلِجُpenetrates فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth وَمَاand what یَخْرُجُcomes out مِنْهَاfrom it وَمَاand what یَنْزِلُdescends مِنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe heaven وَمَاand what یَعْرُجُascends فِیْهَا ؕtherein وَهُوَAnd He الرَّحِیْمُ(is) the Most Merciful الْغَفُوْرُthe Oft-Forgiving ۟(2) وَقَالَBut say الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve لَاNot تَاْتِیْنَاwill come to us السَّاعَةُ ؕthe Hour قُلْSay بَلٰیNay وَرَبِّیْby my Lord لَتَاْتِیَنَّكُمْ ۙsurely it will come to you عٰلِمِ(He is the) Knower الْغَیْبِ ۚ(of) the unseen لَاNot یَعْزُبُescapes عَنْهُfrom Him مِثْقَالُ(the) weight ذَرَّةٍ(of) an atom فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَلَاand not فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth وَلَاۤand not اَصْغَرُsmaller مِنْthan ذٰلِكَthat وَلَاۤand not اَكْبَرُgreater اِلَّاbut فِیْ(is) in كِتٰبٍa Record مُّبِیْنٍClear ۟ۗۙ(3) لِّیَجْزِیَThat He may reward الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِ ؕrighteous deeds اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose لَهُمْfor them مَّغْفِرَةٌ(will be) forgiveness وَّرِزْقٌand a provision كَرِیْمٌnoble ۟(4) وَالَّذِیْنَBut those who سَعَوْstrive فِیْۤagainst اٰیٰتِنَاOur Verses مُعٰجِزِیْنَ(to) cause failure اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose لَهُمْfor them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment مِّنْof رِّجْزٍfoul nature اَلِیْمٌpainful ۟(5) وَیَرَیAnd see الَّذِیْنَthose who اُوْتُواhave been given الْعِلْمَthe knowledge الَّذِیْۤ(that) what اُنْزِلَis revealed اِلَیْكَto you مِنْfrom رَّبِّكَyour Lord هُوَ[it] الْحَقَّ ۙ(is) the Truth وَیَهْدِیْۤand it guides اِلٰیto صِرَاطِ(the) Path الْعَزِیْزِ(of) the All-Mighty الْحَمِیْدِthe Praiseworthy ۟(6) وَقَالَBut say الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve هَلْShall نَدُلُّكُمْwe direct you عَلٰیto رَجُلٍa man یُّنَبِّئُكُمْwho informs you اِذَاwhen مُزِّقْتُمْyou have disintegrated كُلَّ(in) total مُمَزَّقٍ ۙdisintegration اِنَّكُمْindeed you لَفِیْsurely (will be) in خَلْقٍa creation جَدِیْدٍnew ۟ۚ(7) Surah 34. Saba - Page 428 - Juz 22 اَفْتَرٰیHas he invented عَلَیabout اللّٰهِAllah كَذِبًاa lie اَمْor بِهٖin him جِنَّةٌ ؕ(is) madness بَلِNay الَّذِیْنَthose who لَا(do) not یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve بِالْاٰخِرَةِin the Hereafter فِی(will be) in الْعَذَابِthe punishment وَالضَّلٰلِand error الْبَعِیْدِfar ۟(8) اَفَلَمْThen, do not یَرَوْاthey see اِلٰیtowards مَاwhat بَیْنَ(is) before them اَیْدِیْهِمْ(is) before them وَمَاand what خَلْفَهُمْ(is) behind them مِّنَof السَّمَآءِthe heaven وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth اِنْIf نَّشَاْWe will نَخْسِفْWe (could) cause to swallow them بِهِمُWe (could) cause to swallow them الْاَرْضَthe earth اَوْor نُسْقِطْcause to fall عَلَیْهِمْupon them كِسَفًاfragments مِّنَfrom السَّمَآءِ ؕthe sky اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیَةًsurely, is a Sign لِّكُلِّfor every عَبْدٍslave مُّنِیْبٍwho turns (to Allah) ۟۠(9) وَلَقَدْAnd certainly اٰتَیْنَاWe gave دَاوٗدَDawood مِنَّاfrom Us فَضْلًا ؕBounty یٰجِبَالُO mountains اَوِّبِیْRepeat praises مَعَهٗwith him وَالطَّیْرَ ۚand the birds وَاَلَنَّاAnd We made pliable لَهُfor him الْحَدِیْدَ[the] iron ۟ۙ(10) اَنِThat اعْمَلْmake سٰبِغٰتٍfull coats of mail وَّقَدِّرْand measure precisely فِی[of] السَّرْدِthe links (of armor) وَاعْمَلُوْاand work صَالِحًا ؕrighteousness اِنِّیْIndeed, I Am بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do بَصِیْرٌAll-Seer ۟(11) وَلِسُلَیْمٰنَAnd to Sulaiman الرِّیْحَthe wind غُدُوُّهَاits morning course شَهْرٌ(was) a month وَّرَوَاحُهَاand its afternoon course شَهْرٌ ۚ(was) a month وَاَسَلْنَاand We caused to flow لَهٗfor him عَیْنَa spring الْقِطْرِ ؕ(of) molten copper وَمِنَAnd [of] الْجِنِّthe jinn مَنْwho یَّعْمَلُworked بَیْنَbefore him یَدَیْهِbefore him بِاِذْنِby the permission رَبِّهٖ ؕ(of) his Lord وَمَنْAnd whoever یَّزِغْdeviated مِنْهُمْamong them عَنْfrom اَمْرِنَاOur Command نُذِقْهُWe will make him taste مِنْof عَذَابِ(the) punishment السَّعِیْرِ(of) the Blaze ۟(12) یَعْمَلُوْنَThey worked لَهٗfor him مَاwhat یَشَآءُhe willed مِنْof مَّحَارِیْبَelevated chambers وَتَمَاثِیْلَand statues وَجِفَانٍand bowls كَالْجَوَابِlike reservoirs وَقُدُوْرٍand cooking-pots رّٰسِیٰتٍ ؕfixed اِعْمَلُوْۤاWork اٰلَO family دَاوٗدَ(of) Dawood شُكْرًا ؕ(in) gratitude وَقَلِیْلٌBut few مِّنْof عِبَادِیَMy slaves الشَّكُوْرُ(are) grateful ۟(13) فَلَمَّاThen when قَضَیْنَاWe decreed عَلَیْهِfor him الْمَوْتَthe death مَاnot دَلَّهُمْindicated to them عَلٰی[on] مَوْتِهٖۤhis death اِلَّاexcept دَآبَّةُa creature الْاَرْضِ(of) the earth تَاْكُلُeating مِنْسَاَتَهٗ ۚhis staff فَلَمَّاBut when خَرَّhe fell down تَبَیَّنَتِbecame clear الْجِنُّ(to) the jinn اَنْthat لَّوْif كَانُوْاthey had یَعْلَمُوْنَknown الْغَیْبَthe unseen مَاnot لَبِثُوْاthey (would have) remained فِیin الْعَذَابِthe punishment الْمُهِیْنِhumiliating ۟ؕ(14) Surah 34. Saba - Page 429 - Juz 22 لَقَدْCertainly كَانَ(there) was لِسَبَاٍfor Saba فِیْin مَسْكَنِهِمْtheir dwelling place اٰیَةٌ ۚa sign: جَنَّتٰنِTwo gardens عَنْon یَّمِیْنٍ(the) right وَّشِمَالٍ ؕ۬and (on the) left كُلُوْاEat مِنْfrom رِّزْقِ(the) provision رَبِّكُمْ(of) your Lord وَاشْكُرُوْاand be grateful لَهٗ ؕto Him بَلْدَةٌA land طَیِّبَةٌgood وَّرَبٌّand a Lord غَفُوْرٌOft-Forgiving ۟(15) فَاَعْرَضُوْاBut they turned away فَاَرْسَلْنَاso We sent عَلَیْهِمْupon them سَیْلَ(the) flood الْعَرِمِ(of) the dam وَبَدَّلْنٰهُمْand We changed for them بِجَنَّتَیْهِمْtheir two gardens جَنَّتَیْنِ(with) two gardens ذَوَاتَیْproducing fruit اُكُلٍproducing fruit خَمْطٍbitter وَّاَثْلٍand tamarisks وَّشَیْءٍand (some)thing مِّنْof سِدْرٍlote trees قَلِیْلٍfew ۟(16) ذٰلِكَThat جَزَیْنٰهُمْWe recompensed them بِمَاbecause كَفَرُوْا ؕthey disbelieved وَهَلْAnd not نُجٰزِیْۤWe recompense اِلَّاexcept الْكَفُوْرَthe ungrateful ۟(17) وَجَعَلْنَاAnd We made بَیْنَهُمْbetween them وَبَیْنَand between الْقُرَیthe towns الَّتِیْwhich بٰرَكْنَاWe had blessed فِیْهَاin it قُرًیtowns ظَاهِرَةًvisible وَّقَدَّرْنَاAnd We determined فِیْهَاbetween them السَّیْرَ ؕthe journey سِیْرُوْاTravel فِیْهَاbetween them لَیَالِیَ(by) night وَاَیَّامًاand (by) day اٰمِنِیْنَsafely ۟(18) فَقَالُوْاBut they said رَبَّنَاOur Lord بٰعِدْlengthen (the distance) بَیْنَbetween اَسْفَارِنَاour journeys وَظَلَمُوْۤاAnd they wronged اَنْفُسَهُمْthemselves فَجَعَلْنٰهُمْso We made them اَحَادِیْثَnarrations وَمَزَّقْنٰهُمْand We dispersed them كُلَّ(in) a total مُمَزَّقٍ ؕdispersion اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكَthat لَاٰیٰتٍsurely (are) Signs لِّكُلِّfor everyone صَبَّارٍpatient شَكُوْرٍ(and) grateful ۟(19) وَلَقَدْAnd certainly صَدَّقَfound true عَلَیْهِمْabout them اِبْلِیْسُIblis ظَنَّهٗhis assumption فَاتَّبَعُوْهُso they followed him اِلَّاexcept فَرِیْقًاa group مِّنَof الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(20) وَمَاAnd not كَانَwas لَهٗfor him عَلَیْهِمْover them مِّنْany سُلْطٰنٍauthority اِلَّاexcept لِنَعْلَمَthat We (might) make evident مَنْwho یُّؤْمِنُbelieves بِالْاٰخِرَةِin the Hereafter مِمَّنْfrom (one) who هُوَ[he] مِنْهَاabout it فِیْ(is) in شَكٍّ ؕdoubt وَرَبُّكَAnd your Lord عَلٰیover كُلِّall شَیْءٍthings حَفِیْظٌ(is) a Guardian ۟۠(21) قُلِSay ادْعُواCall upon الَّذِیْنَthose whom زَعَمْتُمْyou claim مِّنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِ ۚAllah لَاNot یَمْلِكُوْنَthey possess مِثْقَالَ(the) weight ذَرَّةٍ(of) an atom فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَلَاand not فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth وَمَاand not لَهُمْfor them فِیْهِمَاin both of them مِنْany شِرْكٍpartnership وَّمَاand not لَهٗfor Him مِنْهُمْfrom them مِّنْany ظَهِیْرٍsupporter ۟(22) Surah 34. Saba - Page 430 - Juz 22 وَلَاAnd not تَنْفَعُbenefits الشَّفَاعَةُthe intercession عِنْدَهٗۤwith Him اِلَّاexcept لِمَنْfor (one) whom اَذِنَHe permits لَهٗ ؕfor him حَتّٰۤیUntil اِذَاwhen فُزِّعَfear is removed عَنْon قُلُوْبِهِمْtheir hearts قَالُوْاthey will say مَاذَا ۙWhat is that قَالَyour Lord has said رَبُّكُمْ ؕyour Lord has said قَالُواThey will say الْحَقَّ ۚThe truth وَهُوَAnd He الْعَلِیُّ(is) the Most High الْكَبِیْرُthe Most Great ۟(23) قُلْSay مَنْWho یَّرْزُقُكُمْprovides (for) you مِّنَfrom السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth قُلِSay اللّٰهُ ۙAllah وَاِنَّاۤAnd indeed, we اَوْor اِیَّاكُمْyou لَعَلٰی(are) surely upon هُدًیguidance اَوْor فِیْin ضَلٰلٍerror مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟(24) قُلْSay لَّاNot تُسْـَٔلُوْنَyou will be asked عَمَّاۤabout what اَجْرَمْنَاsins we committed وَلَاand not نُسْـَٔلُwe will be asked عَمَّاabout what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do ۟(25) قُلْSay یَجْمَعُWill gather بَیْنَنَاus together رَبُّنَاour Lord ثُمَّthen یَفْتَحُHe will judge بَیْنَنَاbetween us بِالْحَقِّ ؕin truth وَهُوَAnd He الْفَتَّاحُ(is) the Judge الْعَلِیْمُthe All-Knowing ۟(26) قُلْSay اَرُوْنِیَShow me الَّذِیْنَthose whom اَلْحَقْتُمْyou have joined بِهٖwith Him شُرَكَآءَ(as) partners كَلَّا ؕBy no means بَلْNay هُوَHe اللّٰهُ(is) Allah الْعَزِیْزُthe All-Mighty الْحَكِیْمُthe All-Wise ۟(27) وَمَاۤAnd not اَرْسَلْنٰكَWe have sent you اِلَّاexcept كَآفَّةًcomprehensively لِّلنَّاسِto mankind بَشِیْرًا(as) a giver of glad tidings وَّنَذِیْرًاand (as) a warner وَّلٰكِنَّBut اَكْثَرَmost النَّاسِ[the] people لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(28) وَیَقُوْلُوْنَAnd they say مَتٰیWhen هٰذَا(is) this الْوَعْدُpromise اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are صٰدِقِیْنَtruthful ۟(29) قُلْSay لَّكُمْFor you مِّیْعَادُ(is the) appointment یَوْمٍ(of) a Day لَّاnot تَسْتَاْخِرُوْنَyou can postpone عَنْهُ[of] it سَاعَةً(for) an hour وَّلَاand not تَسْتَقْدِمُوْنَ(can) you precede (it) ۟۠(30) وَقَالَAnd say الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve لَنْNever will نُّؤْمِنَwe believe بِهٰذَاin this الْقُرْاٰنِQuran وَلَاand not بِالَّذِیْin (that) which بَیْنَ(was) before it یَدَیْهِ ؕ(was) before it وَلَوْBut if تَرٰۤیyou (could) see اِذِwhen الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers مَوْقُوْفُوْنَwill be made to stand عِنْدَbefore رَبِّهِمْ ۖۚtheir Lord یَرْجِعُwill throw back بَعْضُهُمْsome of them اِلٰیto بَعْضِothers لْقَوْلَ ۚthe word یَقُوْلُWill say الَّذِیْنَthose who اسْتُضْعِفُوْاwere oppressed لِلَّذِیْنَto those who اسْتَكْبَرُوْاwere arrogant لَوْلَاۤIf not اَنْتُمْ(for) you لَكُنَّاcertainly we (would) have been مُؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(31) Surah 34. Saba - Page 431 - Juz 22 قَالَWill say الَّذِیْنَthose who اسْتَكْبَرُوْاwere arrogant لِلَّذِیْنَto those اسْتُضْعِفُوْۤاwho were oppressed اَنَحْنُDid we صَدَدْنٰكُمْavert you عَنِfrom الْهُدٰیthe guidance بَعْدَafter اِذْwhen جَآءَكُمْit had come to you بَلْNay كُنْتُمْyou were مُّجْرِمِیْنَcriminals ۟(32) وَقَالَAnd will say الَّذِیْنَthose who اسْتُضْعِفُوْاwere oppressed لِلَّذِیْنَto those who اسْتَكْبَرُوْاwere arrogant بَلْNay مَكْرُ(it was) a plot الَّیْلِ(by) night وَالنَّهَارِand (by) day اِذْwhen تَاْمُرُوْنَنَاۤyou were ordering us اَنْthat نَّكْفُرَwe disbelieve بِاللّٰهِin Allah وَنَجْعَلَand we set up لَهٗۤfor Him اَنْدَادًا ؕequals وَاَسَرُّواBut they will conceal النَّدَامَةَthe regret لَمَّاwhen رَاَوُاthey see الْعَذَابَ ؕthe punishment وَجَعَلْنَاAnd We will put الْاَغْلٰلَshackles فِیْۤon اَعْنَاقِ(the) necks الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who كَفَرُوْا ؕdisbelieved هَلْWill یُجْزَوْنَthey be recompensed اِلَّاexcept مَا(for) what كَانُوْاthey used to یَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(33) وَمَاۤAnd not اَرْسَلْنَاWe sent فِیْto قَرْیَةٍa town مِّنْany نَّذِیْرٍwarner اِلَّاbut قَالَsaid مُتْرَفُوْهَاۤ ۙits wealthy ones اِنَّاIndeed we بِمَاۤin what اُرْسِلْتُمْyou have been sent بِهٖwith كٰفِرُوْنَ(are) disbelievers ۟(34) وَقَالُوْاAnd they say نَحْنُWe اَكْثَرُ(have) more اَمْوَالًاwealth وَّاَوْلَادًا ۙand children وَّمَاand not نَحْنُwe بِمُعَذَّبِیْنَwill be punished ۟(35) قُلْSay اِنَّIndeed رَبِّیْmy Lord یَبْسُطُextends الرِّزْقَthe provision لِمَنْfor whom یَّشَآءُHe wills وَیَقْدِرُand restricts وَلٰكِنَّbut اَكْثَرَmost النَّاسِ[the] people لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟۠(36) وَمَاۤAnd not اَمْوَالُكُمْyour wealth وَلَاۤand not اَوْلَادُكُمْyour children بِالَّتِیْ[that] تُقَرِّبُكُمْwill bring you close عِنْدَنَاto Us زُلْفٰۤی(in) position اِلَّاbut مَنْwhoever اٰمَنَbelieves وَعَمِلَand does صَالِحًا ؗrighteousness فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen those لَهُمْfor them جَزَآءُ(will be) reward الضِّعْفِtwo-fold بِمَاfor what عَمِلُوْاthey did وَهُمْand they فِی(will be) in الْغُرُفٰتِthe high dwellings اٰمِنُوْنَsecure ۟(37) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who یَسْعَوْنَstrive فِیْۤagainst اٰیٰتِنَاOur Verses مُعٰجِزِیْنَ(to) cause failure اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose فِیinto الْعَذَابِthe punishment مُحْضَرُوْنَ(will be) brought ۟(38) قُلْSay اِنَّIndeed رَبِّیْmy Lord یَبْسُطُextends الرِّزْقَthe provision لِمَنْfor whom یَّشَآءُHe wills مِنْof عِبَادِهٖHis slaves وَیَقْدِرُand restricts لَهٗ ؕfor him وَمَاۤBut what اَنْفَقْتُمْyou spend مِّنْof شَیْءٍanything فَهُوَthen He یُخْلِفُهٗ ۚwill compensate it وَهُوَand He خَیْرُ(is the) Best الرّٰزِقِیْنَ(of) the Providers ۟(39) Surah 34. Saba - Page 432 - Juz 22 وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یَحْشُرُهُمْHe will gather them جَمِیْعًاall ثُمَّthen یَقُوْلُHe will say لِلْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةِto the Angels اَهٰۤؤُلَآءِWere these you اِیَّاكُمْWere these you كَانُوْاthey were یَعْبُدُوْنَworshipping ۟(40) قَالُوْاThey will say سُبْحٰنَكَGlory be to You اَنْتَYou وَلِیُّنَا(are) our Protector مِنْnot them دُوْنِهِمْ ۚnot them بَلْNay كَانُوْاthey used یَعْبُدُوْنَ(to) worship الْجِنَّ ۚthe jinn اَكْثَرُهُمْmost of them بِهِمْin them مُّؤْمِنُوْنَ(were) believers ۟(41) فَالْیَوْمَBut today لَاnot یَمْلِكُpossess power بَعْضُكُمْsome of you لِبَعْضٍon others نَّفْعًاto benefit وَّلَاand not ضَرًّا ؕto harm وَنَقُوْلُand We will say لِلَّذِیْنَto those ظَلَمُوْاwho wronged ذُوْقُوْاTaste عَذَابَ(the) punishment النَّارِ(of) the Fire الَّتِیْwhich كُنْتُمْyou used بِهَاto [it] تُكَذِّبُوْنَdeny ۟(42) وَاِذَاAnd when تُتْلٰیare recited عَلَیْهِمْto them اٰیٰتُنَاOur Verses بَیِّنٰتٍclear قَالُوْاthey say مَاNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاbut رَجُلٌa man یُّرِیْدُwho wishes اَنْto یَّصُدَّكُمْhinder you عَمَّاfrom what كَانَused یَعْبُدُ(to) worship اٰبَآؤُكُمْ ۚyour forefathers وَقَالُوْاAnd they say مَاNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاۤexcept اِفْكٌa lie مُّفْتَرًی ؕinvented وَقَالَAnd said الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved لِلْحَقِّabout the truth لَمَّاwhen جَآءَهُمْ ۙit came to them اِنْNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاexcept سِحْرٌa magic مُّبِیْنٌobvious ۟(43) وَمَاۤAnd not اٰتَیْنٰهُمْWe (had) given them مِّنْany كُتُبٍScriptures یَّدْرُسُوْنَهَاwhich they could study وَمَاۤand not اَرْسَلْنَاۤWe sent اِلَیْهِمْto them قَبْلَكَbefore you مِنْany نَّذِیْرٍwarner ۟ؕ(44) وَكَذَّبَAnd denied الَّذِیْنَthose who مِنْ(were) before them قَبْلِهِمْ ۙ(were) before them وَمَاand not بَلَغُوْاthey have attained مِعْشَارَa tenth مَاۤ(of) what اٰتَیْنٰهُمْWe (had) given them فَكَذَّبُوْاBut they denied رُسُلِیْ ۫My Messengers فَكَیْفَso how كَانَwas نَكِیْرِMy rejection ۟۠(45) قُلْSay اِنَّمَاۤOnly اَعِظُكُمْI advise you بِوَاحِدَةٍ ۚfor one (thing) اَنْthat تَقُوْمُوْاyou stand لِلّٰهِfor Allah مَثْنٰی(in) pairs وَفُرَادٰیand (as) individuals ثُمَّthen تَتَفَكَّرُوْا ۫reflect مَاNot بِصَاحِبِكُمْ(is in) your companion مِّنْany جِنَّةٍ ؕmadness اِنْNot هُوَhe اِلَّا(is) except نَذِیْرٌa warner لَّكُمْfor you بَیْنَbefore یَدَیْbefore عَذَابٍa punishment شَدِیْدٍsevere ۟(46) قُلْSay مَاNot سَاَلْتُكُمْI ask you مِّنْfor اَجْرٍany payment فَهُوَbut it (is) لَكُمْ ؕfor you اِنْNot اَجْرِیَ(is) my payment اِلَّاbut عَلَیfrom اللّٰهِ ۚAllah وَهُوَAnd He عَلٰی(is) over كُلِّall شَیْءٍthings شَهِیْدٌa Witness ۟(47) قُلْSay اِنَّIndeed رَبِّیْmy Lord یَقْذِفُprojects بِالْحَقِّ ۚthe truth عَلَّامُ(the) All-Knower الْغُیُوْبِ(of) the unseen ۟(48) Surah 34. Saba - Page 433 - Juz 22 قُلْSay جَآءَHas come الْحَقُّthe truth وَمَاand not یُبْدِئُ(can) originate الْبَاطِلُthe falsehood وَمَاand not یُعِیْدُrepeat ۟(49) قُلْSay اِنْIf ضَلَلْتُI err فَاِنَّمَاۤthen only اَضِلُّI will err عَلٰیagainst نَفْسِیْ ۚmyself وَاِنِBut if اهْتَدَیْتُI am guided فَبِمَاthen it is by what یُوْحِیْۤreveals اِلَیَّto me رَبِّیْ ؕmy Lord اِنَّهٗIndeed, He سَمِیْعٌ(is) All-Hearer قَرِیْبٌEver-Near ۟(50) وَلَوْAnd if تَرٰۤیyou (could) see اِذْwhen فَزِعُوْاthey will be terrified فَلَاbut (there will be) no فَوْتَescape وَاُخِذُوْاand they will be seized مِنْfrom مَّكَانٍa place قَرِیْبٍnear ۟ۙ(51) وَّقَالُوْۤاAnd they will say اٰمَنَّاWe believe بِهٖ ۚin it وَاَنّٰیBut how لَهُمُfor them التَّنَاوُشُ(will be) the receiving مِنْfrom مَّكَانٍa place بَعِیْدٍfar off ۟ۚۖ(52) وَّقَدْAnd certainly كَفَرُوْاthey disbelieved بِهٖin it مِنْbefore قَبْلُ ۚbefore وَیَقْذِفُوْنَAnd they utter conjectures بِالْغَیْبِabout the unseen مِنْfrom مَّكَانٍa place بَعِیْدٍfar off ۟(53) وَحِیْلَAnd a barrier will be placed بَیْنَهُمْbetween them وَبَیْنَand between مَاwhat یَشْتَهُوْنَthey desire كَمَاas فُعِلَwas done بِاَشْیَاعِهِمْwith their kind مِّنْbefore قَبْلُ ؕbefore اِنَّهُمْIndeed, they كَانُوْاwere فِیْin شَكٍّdoubt مُّرِیْبٍdisquieting ۟۠(54) Surah 35. Fatir (Originator) V45 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ اَلْحَمْدُAll praises لِلّٰهِ(be) to Allah فَاطِرِOriginator السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth جَاعِلِ(Who) makes الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةِthe Angels رُسُلًاmessengers اُولِیْۤhaving wings اَجْنِحَةٍhaving wings مَّثْنٰیtwo وَثُلٰثَor three وَرُبٰعَ ؕor four یَزِیْدُHe increases فِیin الْخَلْقِthe creation مَاwhat یَشَآءُ ؕHe wills اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عَلٰی(is) on كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرٌAll-Powerful ۟(1) مَاWhat یَفْتَحِAllah grants اللّٰهُAllah grants لِلنَّاسِto mankind مِنْof رَّحْمَةٍMercy فَلَاthen none مُمْسِكَ(can) withhold لَهَا ۚit وَمَاAnd what یُمْسِكْ ۙHe withholds فَلَاthen none مُرْسِلَ(can) release لَهٗit مِنْthereafter بَعْدِهٖ ؕthereafter وَهُوَAnd He الْعَزِیْزُ(is) the All-Mighty الْحَكِیْمُthe All-Wise ۟(2) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO النَّاسُmankind اذْكُرُوْاRemember نِعْمَتَ(the) Favor اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْكُمْ ؕupon you هَلْIs مِنْ(there) any خَالِقٍcreator غَیْرُother (than) Allah اللّٰهِother (than) Allah یَرْزُقُكُمْwho provides for you مِّنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe sky وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth لَاۤ(There is) no اِلٰهَgod اِلَّاbut هُوَ ۖؗHe فَاَنّٰیThen, how تُؤْفَكُوْنَ(are) you deluded ۟(3) Surah 35. Fatir - Page 434 - Juz 22 وَاِنْAnd if یُّكَذِّبُوْكَthey deny you فَقَدْthen certainly كُذِّبَتْwere denied رُسُلٌMessengers مِّنْbefore you قَبْلِكَ ؕbefore you وَاِلَیAnd to اللّٰهِAllah تُرْجَعُreturn الْاُمُوْرُthe matters ۟(4) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO النَّاسُmankind اِنَّIndeed وَعْدَ(the) promise اللّٰهِ(of) Allah حَقٌّ(is) true فَلَاSo (let) not تَغُرَّنَّكُمُdeceive you الْحَیٰوةُthe life الدُّنْیَا ۥ(of) the world وَلَاand (let) not یَغُرَّنَّكُمْdeceive you بِاللّٰهِabout Allah الْغَرُوْرُthe Deceiver ۟(5) اِنَّIndeed الشَّیْطٰنَthe Shaitaan لَكُمْ(is) to you عَدُوٌّan enemy فَاتَّخِذُوْهُso take him عَدُوًّا ؕ(as) an enemy اِنَّمَاOnly یَدْعُوْاhe invites حِزْبَهٗhis party لِیَكُوْنُوْاthat they may be مِنْamong اَصْحٰبِ(the) companions السَّعِیْرِ(of) the Blaze ۟ؕ(6) اَلَّذِیْنَThose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve لَهُمْfor them عَذَابٌ(will be) a punishment شَدِیْدٌ ؕ۬severe وَالَّذِیْنَand those اٰمَنُوْاwho believe وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِrighteous deeds لَهُمْfor them مَّغْفِرَةٌ(will be) forgiveness وَّاَجْرٌand a reward كَبِیْرٌgreat ۟۠(7) اَفَمَنْThen is (he) who زُیِّنَis made fair-seeming لَهٗto him سُوْٓءُ(the) evil عَمَلِهٖ(of) his deed فَرَاٰهُso that he sees it حَسَنًا ؕ(as) good فَاِنَّFor indeed اللّٰهَAllah یُضِلُّlets go astray مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُHe wills وَیَهْدِیْand guides مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُ ۖؗHe wills فَلَاSo (let) not تَذْهَبْgo out نَفْسُكَyour soul عَلَیْهِمْfor them حَسَرٰتٍ ؕ(in) regrets اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عَلِیْمٌۢ(is) All-Knower بِمَاof what یَصْنَعُوْنَthey do ۟(8) وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah الَّذِیْۤ(is) the One Who اَرْسَلَsends الرِّیٰحَthe winds فَتُثِیْرُso that they raise سَحَابًا(the) clouds فَسُقْنٰهُand We drive them اِلٰیto بَلَدٍa land مَّیِّتٍdead فَاَحْیَیْنَاand We revive بِهِtherewith الْاَرْضَthe earth بَعْدَafter مَوْتِهَا ؕits death كَذٰلِكَThus النُّشُوْرُ(will be) the Resurrection ۟(9) مَنْWhoever كَانَ[is] desires یُرِیْدُ[is] desires الْعِزَّةَthe honor فَلِلّٰهِthen for Allah الْعِزَّةُ(is) the Honor جَمِیْعًا ؕall اِلَیْهِTo Him یَصْعَدُascends الْكَلِمُthe words الطَّیِّبُgood وَالْعَمَلُand the deed الصَّالِحُrighteous یَرْفَعُهٗ ؕraises it وَالَّذِیْنَBut those who یَمْكُرُوْنَplot السَّیِّاٰتِthe evil لَهُمْfor them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment شَدِیْدٌ ؕsevere وَمَكْرُand (the) plotting اُولٰٓىِٕكَ(of) those هُوَit یَبُوْرُ(will) perish ۟(10) وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah خَلَقَكُمْcreated you مِّنْfrom تُرَابٍdust ثُمَّthen مِنْfrom نُّطْفَةٍa semen-drop ثُمَّthen جَعَلَكُمْHe made you اَزْوَاجًا ؕpairs وَمَاAnd not تَحْمِلُconceives مِنْany اُfemale وَلَاand not تَضَعُgives birth اِلَّاexcept بِعِلْمِهٖ ؕwith His knowledge وَمَاAnd not یُعَمَّرُis granted life مِنْany مُّعَمَّرٍaged person وَّلَاand not یُنْقَصُis lessened مِنْfrom عُمُرِهٖۤhis life اِلَّاbut فِیْ(is) in كِتٰبٍ ؕa Register اِنَّIndeed ذٰلِكَthat عَلَیfor اللّٰهِAllah یَسِیْرٌ(is) easy ۟(11) Surah 35. Fatir - Page 435 - Juz 22 وَمَاAnd not یَسْتَوِیare alike الْبَحْرٰنِ ۖۗthe two seas هٰذَاThis عَذْبٌ(is) fresh فُرَاتٌsweet سَآىِٕغٌpleasant شَرَابُهٗits drink وَهٰذَاand this مِلْحٌsalty اُجَاجٌ ؕ(and) bitter وَمِنْAnd from كُلٍّeach تَاْكُلُوْنَyou eat لَحْمًاmeat طَرِیًّاfresh وَّتَسْتَخْرِجُوْنَand you extract حِلْیَةًornaments تَلْبَسُوْنَهَا ۚyou wear them وَتَرَیand you see الْفُلْكَthe ships فِیْهِin it مَوَاخِرَcleaving لِتَبْتَغُوْاso that you may seek مِنْof فَضْلِهٖHis Bounty وَلَعَلَّكُمْand that you may تَشْكُرُوْنَbe grateful ۟(12) یُوْلِجُHe causes to enter الَّیْلَthe night فِیin (to) النَّهَارِthe day وَیُوْلِجُand He causes to enter النَّهَارَthe day فِیin (to) الَّیْلِ ۙthe night وَسَخَّرَand He has subjected الشَّمْسَthe sun وَالْقَمَرَ ۖؗand the moon كُلٌّeach یَّجْرِیْrunning لِاَجَلٍfor a term مُّسَمًّی ؕappointed ذٰلِكُمُThat (is) اللّٰهُAllah رَبُّكُمْyour Lord لَهُfor Him الْمُلْكُ ؕ(is) the Dominion وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those whom تَدْعُوْنَyou invoke مِنْbesides Him دُوْنِهٖbesides Him مَاnot یَمْلِكُوْنَthey possess مِنْeven قِطْمِیْرٍ(as much as) the membrane of a date-seed ۟ؕ(13) اِنْIf تَدْعُوْهُمْyou invoke them لَاnot یَسْمَعُوْاthey hear دُعَآءَكُمْ ۚyour call وَلَوْand if سَمِعُوْاthey heard مَاnot اسْتَجَابُوْاthey (would) respond لَكُمْ ؕto you وَیَوْمَAnd (on the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection یَكْفُرُوْنَthey will deny بِشِرْكِكُمْ ؕyour association وَلَاAnd none یُنَبِّئُكَcan inform you مِثْلُlike خَبِیْرٍ(the) All-Aware ۟۠(14) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO النَّاسُmankind اَنْتُمُYou الْفُقَرَآءُ(are) those in need اِلَیof اللّٰهِ ۚAllah وَاللّٰهُwhile Allah هُوَHe الْغَنِیُّ(is) Free of need الْحَمِیْدُthe Praiseworthy ۟(15) اِنْIf یَّشَاْHe wills یُذْهِبْكُمْHe (can) do away with you وَیَاْتِand bring بِخَلْقٍin a creation جَدِیْدٍnew ۟ۚ(16) وَمَاAnd not ذٰلِكَthat عَلَی(is) on اللّٰهِAllah بِعَزِیْزٍdifficult ۟(17) وَلَاAnd not تَزِرُwill bear وَازِرَةٌbearer of burdens وِّزْرَburden اُخْرٰی ؕ(of) another وَاِنْAnd if تَدْعُcalls مُثْقَلَةٌa heavily laden اِلٰیto حِمْلِهَا(carry) its load لَاnot یُحْمَلْwill be carried مِنْهُof it شَیْءٌanything وَّلَوْeven if كَانَhe be ذَاnear of kin قُرْبٰی ؕnear of kin اِنَّمَاOnly تُنْذِرُyou can warn الَّذِیْنَthose who یَخْشَوْنَfear رَبَّهُمْtheir Lord بِالْغَیْبِunseen وَاَقَامُواand establish الصَّلٰوةَ ؕthe prayer وَمَنْAnd whoever تَزَكّٰیpurifies himself فَاِنَّمَاthen only یَتَزَكّٰیhe purifies لِنَفْسِهٖ ؕfor his own self وَاِلَیAnd to اللّٰهِAllah الْمَصِیْرُ(is) the destination ۟(18) Surah 35. Fatir - Page 436 - Juz 22 وَمَاAnd not یَسْتَوِیequal الْاَعْمٰی(are) the blind وَالْبَصِیْرُand the seeing ۟ۙ(19) وَلَاAnd not الظُّلُمٰتُthe darkness[es] وَلَاand not النُّوْرُ[the] light ۟ۙ(20) وَلَاAnd not الظِّلُّthe shade وَلَاand not الْحَرُوْرُthe heat ۟ۚ(21) وَمَاAnd not یَسْتَوِیequal الْاَحْیَآءُ(are) the living وَلَاand not الْاَمْوَاتُ ؕthe dead اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah یُسْمِعُcauses to hear مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُ ۚHe wills وَمَاۤand not اَنْتَyou بِمُسْمِعٍcan make hear مَّنْ(those) who فِی(are) in الْقُبُوْرِthe graves ۟(22) اِنْNot اَنْتَyou (are) اِلَّاbut نَذِیْرٌa warner ۟(23) اِنَّاۤIndeed, We اَرْسَلْنٰكَ[We] have sent you بِالْحَقِّwith the truth بَشِیْرًا(as) a bearer of glad tidings وَّنَذِیْرًا ؕand (as) a warner وَاِنْAnd not مِّنْ(was) any اُمَّةٍnation اِلَّاbut خَلَاhad passed فِیْهَاwithin it نَذِیْرٌa warner ۟(24) وَاِنْAnd if یُّكَذِّبُوْكَthey deny you فَقَدْthen certainly كَذَّبَdenied الَّذِیْنَthose who مِنْ(were) before them قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ(were) before them جَآءَتْهُمْCame to them رُسُلُهُمْtheir Messengers بِالْبَیِّنٰتِwith clear signs وَبِالزُّبُرِand with Scriptures وَبِالْكِتٰبِand with the Book الْمُنِیْرِ[the] enlightening ۟(25) ثُمَّThen اَخَذْتُI seized الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved فَكَیْفَand how كَانَwas نَكِیْرِMy rejection ۟۠(26) اَلَمْDo not تَرَyou see اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah اَنْزَلَsends down مِنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe sky مَآءً ۚwater فَاَخْرَجْنَاthen We bring forth بِهٖtherewith ثَمَرٰتٍfruits مُّخْتَلِفًا(of) various اَلْوَانُهَا ؕ[their] colors وَمِنَAnd in الْجِبَالِthe mountains جُدَدٌ(are) tracts بِیْضٌwhite وَّحُمْرٌand red مُّخْتَلِفٌ(of) various اَلْوَانُهَا[their] colors وَغَرَابِیْبُand intensely black سُوْدٌand intensely black ۟(27) وَمِنَAnd among النَّاسِmen وَالدَّوَآبِّand moving creatures وَالْاَنْعَامِand the cattle مُخْتَلِفٌ(are) various اَلْوَانُهٗ[their] colors كَذٰلِكَ ؕlikewise اِنَّمَاOnly یَخْشَیfear اللّٰهَAllah مِنْamong عِبَادِهِHis slaves الْعُلَمٰٓؤُا ؕthose who have knowledge اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عَزِیْزٌ(is) All-Mighty غَفُوْرٌOft-Forgiving ۟(28) اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who یَتْلُوْنَrecite كِتٰبَ(the) Book اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَاَقَامُواand establish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَاَنْفَقُوْاand spend مِمَّاout of what رَزَقْنٰهُمْWe have provided them سِرًّاsecretly وَّعَلَانِیَةًand openly یَّرْجُوْنَhope تِجَارَةً(for) a commerce لَّنْnever تَبُوْرَit will perish ۟ۙ(29) لِیُوَفِّیَهُمْThat He may give them in full اُجُوْرَهُمْtheir rewards وَیَزِیْدَهُمْand increase for them مِّنْof فَضْلِهٖ ؕHis Bounty اِنَّهٗIndeed, He غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving شَكُوْرٌMost Appreciative ۟(30) Surah 35. Fatir - Page 437 - Juz 22 وَالَّذِیْۤAnd (that) which اَوْحَیْنَاۤWe have revealed اِلَیْكَto you مِنَof الْكِتٰبِthe Book هُوَit الْحَقُّ(is) the truth مُصَدِّقًاconfirming لِّمَاwhat (was) بَیْنَbefore it یَدَیْهِ ؕbefore it اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah بِعِبَادِهٖof His slaves لَخَبِیْرٌsurely, (is) All-Aware بَصِیْرٌAll-Seer ۟(31) ثُمَّThen اَوْرَثْنَاWe caused to inherit الْكِتٰبَthe Book الَّذِیْنَthose whom اصْطَفَیْنَاWe have chosen مِنْof عِبَادِنَا ۚOur slaves فَمِنْهُمْand among them ظَالِمٌ(is he) who wrongs لِّنَفْسِهٖ ۚhimself وَمِنْهُمْand among them مُّقْتَصِدٌ ۚ(is he who is) moderate وَمِنْهُمْand among them سَابِقٌ(is he who is) foremost بِالْخَیْرٰتِin good deeds بِاِذْنِby permission اللّٰهِ ؕ(of) Allah ذٰلِكَThat هُوَis الْفَضْلُthe Bounty الْكَبِیْرُthe great ۟ؕ(32) جَنّٰتُGardens عَدْنٍ(of) Eternity یَّدْخُلُوْنَهَاthey will enter them یُحَلَّوْنَThey will be adorned فِیْهَاtherein مِنْwith اَسَاوِرَbracelets مِنْof ذَهَبٍgold وَّلُؤْلُؤًا ۚand pearls وَلِبَاسُهُمْand their garments فِیْهَاtherein حَرِیْرٌ(will be of) silk ۟(33) وَقَالُواAnd they (will) say الْحَمْدُAll praises لِلّٰهِ(be) to Allah الَّذِیْۤthe One Who اَذْهَبَ(has) removed عَنَّاfrom us الْحَزَنَ ؕthe sorrow اِنَّIndeed رَبَّنَاour Lord لَغَفُوْرٌ(is) surely Oft-Forgiving شَكُوْرُMost Appreciative ۟ۙ(34) لَّذِیْۤThe One Who اَحَلَّنَاhas settled us دَارَ(in) a Home الْمُقَامَةِ(of) Eternity مِنْ(out) of فَضْلِهٖ ۚHis Bounty لَاNot یَمَسُّنَاtouches us فِیْهَاtherein نَصَبٌany fatigue وَّلَاand not یَمَسُّنَاtouches فِیْهَاtherein لُغُوْبٌweariness ۟(35) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve لَهُمْfor them نَارُ(will be the) Fire جَهَنَّمَ ۚ(of) Hell لَاNot یُقْضٰیis decreed عَلَیْهِمْfor them فَیَمُوْتُوْاthat they die وَلَاand not یُخَفَّفُwill be lightened عَنْهُمْfor them مِّنْof عَذَابِهَا ؕits torment كَذٰلِكَThus نَجْزِیْWe recompense كُلَّevery كَفُوْرٍungrateful one ۟ۚ(36) وَهُمْAnd they یَصْطَرِخُوْنَwill cry فِیْهَا ۚtherein رَبَّنَاۤOur Lord اَخْرِجْنَاBring us out نَعْمَلْwe will do صَالِحًاrighteous (deeds) غَیْرَother than الَّذِیْ(that) which كُنَّاwe used نَعْمَلُ ؕ(to) do اَوَلَمْDid not نُعَمِّرْكُمْWe give you life long enough مَّاthat یَتَذَكَّرُ(would) receive admonition فِیْهِtherein مَنْwhoever تَذَكَّرَreceives admonition وَجَآءَكُمُAnd came to you النَّذِیْرُ ؕthe warner فَذُوْقُوْاSo taste فَمَاthen not لِلظّٰلِمِیْنَ(is) for the wrongdoers مِنْany نَّصِیْرٍhelper ۟۠(37) اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عٰلِمُ(is the) Knower غَیْبِ(of the) unseen السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth اِنَّهٗIndeed, He عَلِیْمٌۢ(is the) All-Knower بِذَاتِof what (is) in the breasts الصُّدُوْرِof what (is) in the breasts ۟(38) Surah 35. Fatir - Page 438 - Juz 22 هُوَHe الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who جَعَلَكُمْmade you خَلٰٓىِٕفَsuccessors فِیin الْاَرْضِ ؕthe earth فَمَنْAnd whoever كَفَرَdisbelieves فَعَلَیْهِthen upon him كُفْرُهٗ ؕ(is) his disbelief وَلَاAnd not یَزِیْدُincrease الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers كُفْرُهُمْtheir disbelief عِنْدَnear رَبِّهِمْtheir Lord اِلَّاexcept مَقْتًا ۚ(in) hatred وَلَاand not یَزِیْدُincrease الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers كُفْرُهُمْtheir disbelief اِلَّاexcept خَسَارًا(in) loss ۟(39) قُلْSay اَرَءَیْتُمْHave you seen شُرَكَآءَكُمُyour partners الَّذِیْنَthose whom تَدْعُوْنَyou call مِنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِ ؕAllah اَرُوْنِیْShow Me مَاذَاwhat خَلَقُوْاthey have created مِنَfrom الْاَرْضِthe earth اَمْor لَهُمْfor them شِرْكٌ(is) a share فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِ ۚthe heavens اَمْOr اٰتَیْنٰهُمْhave We given them كِتٰبًاa Book فَهُمْso they عَلٰی(are) on بَیِّنَتٍa clear proof مِّنْهُ ۚtherefrom بَلْNay اِنْnot یَّعِدُpromise الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers بَعْضُهُمْsome of them بَعْضًا(to) others اِلَّاexcept غُرُوْرًاdelusion ۟(40) اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah یُمْسِكُupholds السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth اَنْlest تَزُوْلَا ۚ۬they cease وَلَىِٕنْAnd if زَالَتَاۤthey should cease اِنْnot اَمْسَكَهُمَاcan uphold them مِنْany اَحَدٍone مِّنْafter Him بَعْدِهٖ ؕafter Him اِنَّهٗIndeed, He كَانَis حَلِیْمًاMost Forbearing غَفُوْرًاOft-Forgiving ۟(41) وَاَقْسَمُوْاAnd they swore بِاللّٰهِby Allah جَهْدَ(the) strongest اَیْمَانِهِمْ(of) their oaths لَىِٕنْthat if جَآءَهُمْcame to them نَذِیْرٌa warner لَّیَكُوْنُنَّsurely, they would be اَهْدٰیmore guided مِنْthan اِحْدَیany الْاُمَمِ ۚ(of) the nations فَلَمَّاBut when جَآءَهُمْcame to them نَذِیْرٌa warner مَّاnot زَادَهُمْit increased them اِلَّاbut نُفُوْرَا(in) aversion ۟ۙ(42) سْتِكْبَارًا(Due to) arrogance فِیin الْاَرْضِthe land وَمَكْرَand plotting السَّیِّىءِ ؕ(of) the evil وَلَاbut not یَحِیْقُencompasses الْمَكْرُthe plot السَّیِّئُ(of) the evil اِلَّاexcept بِاَهْلِهٖ ؕits own people فَهَلْThen do یَنْظُرُوْنَthey wait اِلَّاexcept سُنَّتَ(the) way الْاَوَّلِیْنَ ۚ(of) the former (people) فَلَنْBut never تَجِدَyou will find لِسُنَّتِin (the) way اللّٰهِ(of) Allah تَبْدِیْلًا ۚ۬any change وَلَنْand never تَجِدَyou will find لِسُنَّتِin (the) way اللّٰهِ(of) Allah تَحْوِیْلًاany alteration ۟(43) اَوَلَمْHave they not یَسِیْرُوْاtraveled فِیin الْاَرْضِthe land فَیَنْظُرُوْاand seen كَیْفَhow كَانَwas عَاقِبَةُ(the) end الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who مِنْ(were) before them قَبْلِهِمْ(were) before them وَكَانُوْۤاAnd they were اَشَدَّstronger مِنْهُمْthan them قُوَّةً ؕ(in) power وَمَاBut not كَانَis اللّٰهُAllah لِیُعْجِزَهٗthat can escape (from) Him مِنْany شَیْءٍthing فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَلَاand not فِیin الْاَرْضِ ؕthe earth اِنَّهٗIndeed, He كَانَis عَلِیْمًاAll-Knower قَدِیْرًاAll-Powerful ۟(44) Surah 35. Fatir - Page 439 - Juz 22 وَلَوْAnd if یُؤَاخِذُAllah (were to) punish اللّٰهُAllah (were to) punish النَّاسَthe people بِمَاfor what كَسَبُوْاthey have earned مَاnot تَرَكَHe would leave عَلٰیon ظَهْرِهَاits back مِنْany دَآبَّةٍcreature وَّلٰكِنْBut یُّؤَخِّرُهُمْHe gives them respite اِلٰۤیtill اَجَلٍa term مُّسَمًّی ۚappointed فَاِذَاAnd when جَآءَcomes اَجَلُهُمْtheir term فَاِنَّthen indeed اللّٰهَAllah كَانَis بِعِبَادِهٖof His slaves بَصِیْرًاAll-Seer ۟۠(45) Surah 36. Ya-Sin (Ya Sin) V83 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ یٰسٓYa Seen ۟ۚ(1) وَالْقُرْاٰنِBy the Quran الْحَكِیْمِthe Wise ۟ۙ(2) اِنَّكَIndeed, you لَمِنَ(are) among الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ۙ(3) عَلٰیOn صِرَاطٍa Path مُّسْتَقِیْمٍStraight ۟ؕ(4) تَنْزِیْلَA revelation الْعَزِیْزِ(of) the All-Mighty الرَّحِیْمِthe Most Merciful ۟ۙ(5) لِتُنْذِرَThat you may warn قَوْمًاa people مَّاۤnot اُنْذِرَwere warned اٰبَآؤُهُمْtheir forefathers فَهُمْso they غٰفِلُوْنَ(are) heedless ۟(6) لَقَدْCertainly حَقَّ(has) proved true الْقَوْلُthe word عَلٰۤیupon اَكْثَرِهِمْmost of them فَهُمْso they لَا(do) not یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve ۟(7) اِنَّاIndeed, We جَعَلْنَا[We] have placed فِیْۤon اَعْنَاقِهِمْtheir necks اَغْلٰلًاiron collars فَهِیَand they اِلَی(are up) to الْاَذْقَانِthe chins فَهُمْso they مُّقْمَحُوْنَ(are with) heads raised up ۟(8) وَجَعَلْنَاAnd We have made مِنْbefore them بَیْنِbefore them اَیْدِیْهِمْbefore them سَدًّاa barrier وَّمِنْand behind them خَلْفِهِمْand behind them سَدًّاa barrier فَاَغْشَیْنٰهُمْand We covered them فَهُمْso they لَا(do) not یُبْصِرُوْنَsee ۟(9) وَسَوَآءٌAnd it (is) same عَلَیْهِمْto them ءَاَنْذَرْتَهُمْwhether you warn them اَمْor لَمْ(do) not تُنْذِرْهُمْwarn them لَاnot یُؤْمِنُوْنَthey will believe ۟(10) اِنَّمَاOnly تُنْذِرُyou (can) warn مَنِ(him) who اتَّبَعَfollows الذِّكْرَthe Reminder وَخَشِیَand fears الرَّحْمٰنَthe Most Gracious بِالْغَیْبِ ۚin the unseen فَبَشِّرْهُSo give him glad tidings بِمَغْفِرَةٍof forgiveness وَّاَجْرٍand a reward كَرِیْمٍnoble ۟(11) اِنَّاIndeed, We نَحْنُ[We] نُحْیِ[We] give life الْمَوْتٰی(to) the dead وَنَكْتُبُand We record مَاwhat قَدَّمُوْاthey have sent before وَاٰثَارَهُمْ ؔؕand their footprints وَكُلَّand every شَیْءٍthing اَحْصَیْنٰهُWe have enumerated it فِیْۤin اِمَامٍa Register مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟۠(12) Surah 36. Ya-Sin - Page 440 - Juz 22 وَاضْرِبْAnd set forth لَهُمْto them مَّثَلًاan example اَصْحٰبَ(of the) companions الْقَرْیَةِ ۘ(of) the city اِذْwhen جَآءَهَاcame to it الْمُرْسَلُوْنَthe Messengers ۟ۚ(13) اِذْWhen اَرْسَلْنَاۤWe sent اِلَیْهِمُto them اثْنَیْنِtwo (Messengers) فَكَذَّبُوْهُمَاbut they denied both of them فَعَزَّزْنَاso We strengthened them بِثَالِثٍwith a third فَقَالُوْۤاand they said اِنَّاۤIndeed, We اِلَیْكُمْto you مُّرْسَلُوْنَ(are) Messengers ۟(14) قَالُوْاThey said مَاۤNot اَنْتُمْyou اِلَّا(are) but بَشَرٌhuman beings مِّثْلُنَا ۙlike us وَمَاۤand not اَنْزَلَhas revealed الرَّحْمٰنُthe Most Gracious مِنْany شَیْءٍ ۙthing اِنْNot اَنْتُمْyou اِلَّا(are) but تَكْذِبُوْنَlying ۟(15) قَالُوْاThey said رَبُّنَاOur Lord یَعْلَمُknows اِنَّاۤthat we اِلَیْكُمْto you لَمُرْسَلُوْنَ(are) surely Messengers ۟(16) وَمَاAnd not عَلَیْنَاۤ(is) on us اِلَّاexcept الْبَلٰغُthe conveyance الْمُبِیْنُclear ۟(17) قَالُوْۤاThey said اِنَّاIndeed, we تَطَیَّرْنَا[we] see an evil omen بِكُمْ ۚfrom you لَىِٕنْIf لَّمْnot تَنْتَهُوْاyou desist لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْsurely, we will stone you وَلَیَمَسَّنَّكُمْand surely will touch you مِّنَّاfrom us عَذَابٌa punishment اَلِیْمٌpainful ۟(18) قَالُوْاThey said طَآىِٕرُكُمْYour evil omen مَّعَكُمْ ؕ(be) with you اَىِٕنْIs it because ذُكِّرْتُمْ ؕyou are admonished بَلْNay اَنْتُمْyou قَوْمٌ(are) a people مُّسْرِفُوْنَtransgressing ۟(19) وَجَآءَAnd came مِنْfrom اَقْصَا(the) farthest end الْمَدِیْنَةِ(of) the city رَجُلٌa man یَّسْعٰیrunning قَالَHe said یٰقَوْمِO my People اتَّبِعُواFollow الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ۙ(20) اتَّبِعُوْاFollow مَنْ(those) who لَّا(do) not یَسْـَٔلُكُمْask (of) you اَجْرًاany payment وَّهُمْand they مُّهْتَدُوْنَ(are) rightly guided ۟(21) وَمَاAnd what لِیَ(is) for me لَاۤ(that) not اَعْبُدُI worship الَّذِیْthe One Who فَطَرَنِیْcreated me وَاِلَیْهِand to Whom تُرْجَعُوْنَyou will be returned ۟(22) ءَاَتَّخِذُShould I take مِنْbesides Him دُوْنِهٖۤbesides Him اٰلِهَةًgods اِنْIf یُّرِدْنِintends for me الرَّحْمٰنُthe Most Gracious بِضُرٍّany harm لَّاnot تُغْنِwill avail عَنِّیْ[from] me شَفَاعَتُهُمْtheir intercession شَیْـًٔا(in) anything وَّلَاand not یُنْقِذُوْنِthey (can) save me ۟ۚ(23) اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اِذًاthen لَّفِیْsurely would be in ضَلٰلٍan error مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟(24) اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اٰمَنْتُ[I] have believed بِرَبِّكُمْin your Lord فَاسْمَعُوْنِso listen to me ۟ؕ(25) قِیْلَIt was said ادْخُلِEnter الْجَنَّةَ ؕParadise قَالَHe said یٰلَیْتَI wish قَوْمِیْmy people یَعْلَمُوْنَknew ۟ۙ(26) بِمَاOf how غَفَرَhas forgiven لِیْme رَبِّیْmy Lord وَجَعَلَنِیْand placed me مِنَamong الْمُكْرَمِیْنَthe honored ones ۟(27) Surah 36. Ya-Sin - Page 441 - Juz 22 وَمَاۤAnd not اَنْزَلْنَاWe sent down عَلٰیupon قَوْمِهٖhis people مِنْafter him بَعْدِهٖafter him مِنْany جُنْدٍhost مِّنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe heaven وَمَاand not كُنَّاwere We مُنْزِلِیْنَ(to) send down ۟(28) اِنْNot كَانَتْit was اِلَّاbut صَیْحَةًa shout وَّاحِدَةًone فَاِذَاthen behold هُمْThey خٰمِدُوْنَ(were) extinguished ۟(29) یٰحَسْرَةًAlas عَلَیfor الْعِبَادِ ؔۚthe servants مَاNot یَاْتِیْهِمْcame to them مِّنْany رَّسُوْلٍMessenger اِلَّاbut كَانُوْاthey did بِهٖmock at him یَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَmock at him ۟(30) اَلَمْDo not یَرَوْاthey see كَمْhow many اَهْلَكْنَاWe destroyed قَبْلَهُمْbefore them مِّنَof الْقُرُوْنِthe generations اَنَّهُمْThat they اِلَیْهِمْto them لَاwill not return یَرْجِعُوْنَwill not return ۟ؕ(31) وَاِنْAnd surely كُلٌّall لَّمَّاthen جَمِیْعٌtogether لَّدَیْنَاbefore Us مُحْضَرُوْنَ(will be) brought ۟۠(32) وَاٰیَةٌAnd a Sign لَّهُمُfor them الْاَرْضُ(is) the earth الْمَیْتَةُ ۖۚdead اَحْیَیْنٰهَاWe give it life وَاَخْرَجْنَاand We bring forth مِنْهَاfrom it حَبًّاgrain فَمِنْهُand from it یَاْكُلُوْنَthey eat ۟(33) وَجَعَلْنَاAnd We placed فِیْهَاtherein جَنّٰتٍgardens مِّنْof نَّخِیْلٍdate-palms وَّاَعْنَابٍand grapevines وَّفَجَّرْنَاand We caused to gush forth فِیْهَاin it مِنَof الْعُیُوْنِthe springs ۟ۙ(34) لِیَاْكُلُوْاThat they may eat مِنْof ثَمَرِهٖ ۙits fruit وَمَاAnd not عَمِلَتْهُmade it اَیْدِیْهِمْ ؕtheir hands اَفَلَاSo will not یَشْكُرُوْنَthey be grateful ۟(35) سُبْحٰنَGlory be الَّذِیْ(to) the One Who خَلَقَcreated الْاَزْوَاجَ(in) pairs كُلَّهَاall مِمَّاof what تُنْۢبِتُgrows الْاَرْضُthe earth وَمِنْand of اَنْفُسِهِمْthemselves وَمِمَّاand of what لَاnot یَعْلَمُوْنَthey know ۟(36) وَاٰیَةٌAnd a Sign لَّهُمُfor them الَّیْلُ ۖۚ(is) the night نَسْلَخُWe withdraw مِنْهُfrom it النَّهَارَthe day فَاِذَاThen behold هُمْThey مُّظْلِمُوْنَ(are) those in darkness ۟ۙ(37) وَالشَّمْسُAnd the sun تَجْرِیْruns لِمُسْتَقَرٍّto a term appointed لَّهَا ؕfor it ذٰلِكَThat تَقْدِیْرُ(is the) Decree الْعَزِیْزِ(of) the All-Mighty الْعَلِیْمِthe All-Knowing ۟ؕ(38) وَالْقَمَرَAnd the moon قَدَّرْنٰهُWe have ordained for it مَنَازِلَphases حَتّٰیuntil عَادَit returns كَالْعُرْجُوْنِlike the date stalk الْقَدِیْمِthe old ۟(39) لَاNot الشَّمْسُthe sun یَنْۢبَغِیْis permitted لَهَاۤfor it اَنْthat تُدْرِكَit overtakes الْقَمَرَthe moon وَلَاand not الَّیْلُthe night سَابِقُ(can) outstrip النَّهَارِ ؕthe day وَكُلٌّbut all فِیْin فَلَكٍan orbit یَّسْبَحُوْنَthey are floating ۟(40) Surah 36. Ya-Sin - Page 442 - Juz 23 وَاٰیَةٌAnd a Sign لَّهُمْfor them اَنَّا(is) that حَمَلْنَاWe carried ذُرِّیَّتَهُمْtheir offspring فِیin الْفُلْكِthe ship الْمَشْحُوْنِladen ۟ۙ(41) وَخَلَقْنَاAnd We created لَهُمْfor them مِّنْfrom مِّثْلِهٖ(the) likes of it مَاwhat یَرْكَبُوْنَthey ride ۟(42) وَاِنْAnd if نَّشَاْWe will نُغْرِقْهُمْWe could drown them فَلَاthen not صَرِیْخَ(would be) a responder to a cry لَهُمْfor them وَلَاand not هُمْthey یُنْقَذُوْنَwould be saved ۟ۙ(43) اِلَّاExcept رَحْمَةً(by) Mercy مِّنَّاfrom Us وَمَتَاعًاand provision اِلٰیfor حِیْنٍa time ۟(44) وَاِذَاAnd when قِیْلَit is said لَهُمُto them اتَّقُوْاFear مَاwhat بَیْنَ(is) before you اَیْدِیْكُمْ(is) before you وَمَاand what خَلْفَكُمْ(is) behind you لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تُرْحَمُوْنَreceive mercy ۟(45) وَمَاAnd not تَاْتِیْهِمْcomes to them مِّنْof اٰیَةٍa Sign مِّنْfrom اٰیٰتِ(the) Signs رَبِّهِمْ(of) their Lord اِلَّاbut كَانُوْاthey عَنْهَاfrom it مُعْرِضِیْنَturn away ۟(46) وَاِذَاAnd when قِیْلَit is said لَهُمْto them اَنْفِقُوْاSpend مِمَّاfrom what رَزَقَكُمُ(has) provided you اللّٰهُ ۙAllah قَالَSaid الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved لِلَّذِیْنَto those who اٰمَنُوْۤاbelieved اَنُطْعِمُShould we feed مَنْwhom لَّوْif یَشَآءُAllah willed اللّٰهُAllah willed اَطْعَمَهٗۤ ۖۗHe would have fed him اِنْNot اَنْتُمْ(are) you اِلَّاexcept فِیْin ضَلٰلٍan error مُّبِیْنٍclear ۟(47) وَیَقُوْلُوْنَAnd they say مَتٰیWhen (is) هٰذَاthis الْوَعْدُpromise اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are صٰدِقِیْنَtruthful ۟(48) مَاNot یَنْظُرُوْنَthey await اِلَّاexcept صَیْحَةًa shout وَّاحِدَةًone تَاْخُذُهُمْit will seize them وَهُمْwhile they یَخِصِّمُوْنَare disputing ۟(49) فَلَاThen not یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَthey will be able تَوْصِیَةً(to) make a will وَّلَاۤand not اِلٰۤیto اَهْلِهِمْtheir people یَرْجِعُوْنَthey (can) return ۟۠(50) وَنُفِخَAnd will be blown فِی[in] الصُّوْرِthe trumpet فَاِذَاand behold هُمْThey مِّنَfrom الْاَجْدَاثِthe graves اِلٰیto رَبِّهِمْtheir Lord یَنْسِلُوْنَ[they] will hasten ۟(51) قَالُوْاThey [will] say یٰوَیْلَنَاO woe to us مَنْWho بَعَثَنَاhas raised us مِنْfrom مَّرْقَدِنَا ؔٚۘour sleeping place هٰذَاThis (is) مَاWhat وَعَدَ(had) promised الرَّحْمٰنُthe Most Gracious وَصَدَقَand told (the) truth الْمُرْسَلُوْنَthe Messengers ۟(52) اِنْNot كَانَتْit will be اِلَّاbut صَیْحَةًa shout وَّاحِدَةًsingle فَاِذَاso behold هُمْThey جَمِیْعٌall لَّدَیْنَاbefore Us مُحْضَرُوْنَ(will be) brought ۟(53) فَالْیَوْمَSo this Day لَاnot تُظْلَمُwill be wronged نَفْسٌa soul شَیْـًٔا(in) anything وَّلَاand not تُجْزَوْنَyou will be recompensed اِلَّاexcept مَا(for) what كُنْتُمْyou used (to) تَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(54) Surah 36. Ya-Sin - Page 443 - Juz 23 اِنَّIndeed اَصْحٰبَ(the) companions الْجَنَّةِ(of) Paradise الْیَوْمَthis Day فِیْ[in] شُغُلٍwill be occupied فٰكِهُوْنَ(in) amusement ۟ۚ(55) هُمْThey وَاَزْوَاجُهُمْand their spouses فِیْin ظِلٰلٍshades عَلَیon الْاَرَآىِٕكِ[the] couches مُتَّكِـُٔوْنَreclining ۟(56) لَهُمْFor them فِیْهَاtherein فَاكِهَةٌ(are) fruits وَّلَهُمْand for them مَّا(is) whatever یَدَّعُوْنَthey call for ۟ۚۖ(57) سَلٰمٌ ۫Peace قَوْلًاA word مِّنْfrom رَّبٍّa Lord رَّحِیْمٍMost Merciful ۟(58) وَامْتَازُواBut stand apart الْیَوْمَtoday اَیُّهَاO criminals الْمُجْرِمُوْنَO criminals ۟(59) اَلَمْDid not اَعْهَدْI enjoin اِلَیْكُمْupon you یٰبَنِیْۤO Children of Adam اٰدَمَO Children of Adam اَنْThat لَّا(do) not تَعْبُدُواworship الشَّیْطٰنَ ۚthe Shaitaan اِنَّهٗindeed, he لَكُمْ(is) for you عَدُوٌّan enemy مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟ۙ(60) وَّاَنِAnd that اعْبُدُوْنِیْ ؔؕyou worship Me هٰذَاThis صِرَاطٌ(is) a Path مُّسْتَقِیْمٌStraight ۟(61) وَلَقَدْAnd indeed اَضَلَّhe led astray مِنْكُمْfrom you جِبِلًّاa multitude كَثِیْرًا ؕgreat اَفَلَمْThen did not تَكُوْنُوْاyou تَعْقِلُوْنَuse reason ۟(62) هٰذِهٖThis (is) جَهَنَّمُ(the) Hell الَّتِیْwhich كُنْتُمْyou were تُوْعَدُوْنَpromised ۟(63) اِصْلَوْهَاBurn therein الْیَوْمَtoday بِمَاbecause كُنْتُمْyou used to تَكْفُرُوْنَdisbelieve ۟(64) اَلْیَوْمَThis Day نَخْتِمُWe will seal عَلٰۤی[on] اَفْوَاهِهِمْtheir mouths وَتُكَلِّمُنَاۤand will speak to Us اَیْدِیْهِمْtheir hands وَتَشْهَدُand will bear witness اَرْجُلُهُمْtheir feet بِمَاabout what كَانُوْاthey used to یَكْسِبُوْنَearn ۟(65) وَلَوْAnd if نَشَآءُWe willed لَطَمَسْنَاWe (would have) surely obliterated عَلٰۤی[over] اَعْیُنِهِمْtheir eyes فَاسْتَبَقُواthen they (would) race الصِّرَاطَ(to find) the path فَاَنّٰیthen how یُبْصِرُوْنَ(could) they see ۟(66) وَلَوْAnd if نَشَآءُWe willed لَمَسَخْنٰهُمْsurely, We (would have) transformed them عَلٰیin مَكَانَتِهِمْtheir places فَمَاthen not اسْتَطَاعُوْاthey would have been able مُضِیًّاto proceed وَّلَاand not یَرْجِعُوْنَreturn ۟۠(67) وَمَنْAnd (he) whom نُّعَمِّرْهُWe grant him long life نُنَكِّسْهُWe reverse him فِیin الْخَلْقِ ؕthe creation اَفَلَاThen will not یَعْقِلُوْنَthey use intellect ۟(68) وَمَاAnd not عَلَّمْنٰهُWe taught him الشِّعْرَ[the] poetry وَمَاand not یَنْۢبَغِیْit is befitting لَهٗ ؕfor him اِنْNot هُوَit اِلَّا(is) except ذِكْرٌa Reminder وَّقُرْاٰنٌand a Quran مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟ۙ(69) لِّیُنْذِرَTo warn مَنْ(him) who كَانَis حَیًّاalive وَّیَحِقَّand may be proved true الْقَوْلُthe Word عَلَیagainst الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelievers ۟(70) Surah 36. Ya-Sin - Page 444 - Juz 23 اَوَلَمْDo not یَرَوْاthey see اَنَّاthat We خَلَقْنَا[We] created لَهُمْfor them مِّمَّاfrom what عَمِلَتْhave made اَیْدِیْنَاۤOur hands اَنْعَامًاcattle فَهُمْthen they لَهَا[for them] مٰلِكُوْنَ(are the) owners ۟(71) وَذَلَّلْنٰهَاAnd We have tamed them لَهُمْfor them فَمِنْهَاso some of them رَكُوْبُهُمْthey ride them وَمِنْهَاand some of them یَاْكُلُوْنَthey eat ۟(72) وَلَهُمْAnd for them فِیْهَاtherein مَنَافِعُ(are) benefits وَمَشَارِبُ ؕand drinks اَفَلَاso (will) not یَشْكُرُوْنَthey give thanks ۟(73) وَاتَّخَذُوْاBut they have taken مِنْbesides دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah اٰلِهَةًgods لَّعَلَّهُمْthat they may یُنْصَرُوْنَbe helped ۟ؕ(74) لَاNot یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَthey are able نَصْرَهُمْ ۙto help them وَهُمْbut they لَهُمْfor them جُنْدٌ(are) hosts مُّحْضَرُوْنَ(who will) be brought ۟(75) فَلَاSo (let) not یَحْزُنْكَgrieve you قَوْلُهُمْ ۘtheir speech اِنَّاIndeed, We نَعْلَمُ[We] know مَاwhat یُسِرُّوْنَthey conceal وَمَاand what یُعْلِنُوْنَthey declare ۟(76) اَوَلَمْDoes not یَرَsee الْاِنْسَانُ[the] man اَنَّاthat We خَلَقْنٰهُ[We] created him مِنْfrom نُّطْفَةٍa semen-drop فَاِذَاThen behold هُوَHe خَصِیْمٌ(is) an opponent مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟(77) وَضَرَبَAnd he sets forth لَنَاfor Us مَثَلًاan example وَّنَسِیَand forgets خَلْقَهٗ ؕhis (own) creation قَالَHe says مَنْWho یُّحْیِwill give life الْعِظَامَ(to) the bones وَهِیَwhile they رَمِیْمٌ(are) decomposed ۟(78) قُلْSay یُحْیِیْهَاHe will give them life الَّذِیْۤWho اَنْشَاَهَاۤproduced them اَوَّلَ(the) first مَرَّةٍ ؕtime وَهُوَand He بِكُلِّ(is) of every خَلْقٍcreation عَلِیْمُAll-Knower ۟ۙ(79) لَّذِیْThe One Who جَعَلَmade لَكُمْfor you مِّنَfrom الشَّجَرِthe tree الْاَخْضَرِ[the] green نَارًاfire فَاِذَاۤand behold اَنْتُمْYou مِّنْهُfrom it تُوْقِدُوْنَignite ۟(80) اَوَلَیْسَIs it not الَّذِیْ(He) Who خَلَقَcreated السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth بِقٰدِرٍAble عَلٰۤیto اَنْ[that] یَّخْلُقَcreate مِثْلَهُمْ ؔؕ(the) like of them بَلٰی ۗYes, indeed وَهُوَand He الْخَلّٰقُ(is) the Supreme Creator الْعَلِیْمُthe All-Knower ۟(81) اِنَّمَاۤOnly اَمْرُهٗۤHis Command اِذَاۤwhen اَرَادَHe intends شَیْـًٔاa thing اَنْthat یَّقُوْلَHe says لَهٗto it كُنْBe فَیَكُوْنُand it is ۟(82) فَسُبْحٰنَSo glory be الَّذِیْ(to) the One who بِیَدِهٖin Whose hand مَلَكُوْتُis (the) dominion كُلِّ(of) all شَیْءٍthings وَّاِلَیْهِand to Him تُرْجَعُوْنَyou will be returned ۟۠(83) Surah 36. Ya-Sin - Page 445 - Juz 23 Surah 37. As-Saffat (Those who set the Ranks) بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ وَالصّٰٓفّٰتِBy those lined صَفًّا(in) rows ۟ۙ(1) فَالزّٰجِرٰتِAnd those who drive زَجْرًاstrongly ۟ۙ(2) فَالتّٰلِیٰتِAnd those who recite ذِكْرًا(the) Message ۟ۙ(3) اِنَّIndeed اِلٰهَكُمْyour Lord لَوَاحِدٌ(is) surely One ۟ؕ(4) رَبُّLord السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَمَاand what بَیْنَهُمَا(is) between both of them وَرَبُّand Lord الْمَشَارِقِ(of) each point of sunrise ۟ؕ(5) اِنَّاIndeed, We زَیَّنَّا[We] adorned السَّمَآءَthe sky الدُّنْیَا[the world] بِزِیْنَةِwith an adornment لْكَوَاكِبِ(of) the stars ۟ۙ(6) وَحِفْظًاAnd (to) guard مِّنْagainst كُلِّevery شَیْطٰنٍdevil مَّارِدٍrebellious ۟ۚ(7) لَاNot یَسَّمَّعُوْنَthey may listen اِلَیto الْمَلَاِthe assembly الْاَعْلٰی[the] exalted وَیُقْذَفُوْنَare pelted مِنْfrom كُلِّevery جَانِبٍside ۟ۗۖ(8) دُحُوْرًاRepelled وَّلَهُمْand for them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment وَّاصِبٌperpetual ۟ۙ(9) اِلَّاExcept مَنْ(him) who خَطِفَsnatches الْخَطْفَةَ(by) theft فَاَتْبَعَهٗbut follows him شِهَابٌa burning flame ثَاقِبٌpiercing ۟(10) فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْThen ask them اَهُمْAre they اَشَدُّa stronger خَلْقًاcreation اَمْor مَّنْ(those) whom خَلَقْنَا ؕWe have created اِنَّاIndeed, We خَلَقْنٰهُمْcreated them مِّنْfrom طِیْنٍa clay لَّازِبٍsticky ۟(11) بَلْNay عَجِبْتَyou wonder وَیَسْخَرُوْنَwhile they mock ۪۟(12) وَاِذَاAnd when ذُكِّرُوْاthey are reminded لَاnot یَذْكُرُوْنَthey receive admonition ۪۟(13) وَاِذَاAnd when رَاَوْاthey see اٰیَةًa Sign یَّسْتَسْخِرُوْنَthey mock ۪۟(14) وَقَالُوْۤاAnd they say اِنْNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاexcept سِحْرٌa magic مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟ۚۖ(15) ءَاِذَاIs it when مِتْنَاwe are dead وَكُنَّاand have become تُرَابًاdust وَّعِظَامًاand bones ءَاِنَّاshall we then لَمَبْعُوْثُوْنَbe certainly resurrected ۟ۙ(16) اَوَاٰبَآؤُنَاOr our fathers الْاَوَّلُوْنَformer ۟ؕ(17) قُلْSay نَعَمْYes وَاَنْتُمْand you دَاخِرُوْنَ(will be) humiliated ۟ۚ(18) فَاِنَّمَاThen only هِیَit زَجْرَةٌ(will be) a cry وَّاحِدَةٌsingle فَاِذَاthen, behold هُمْThey یَنْظُرُوْنَwill see ۟(19) وَقَالُوْاAnd they will say یٰوَیْلَنَاO woe to us هٰذَاThis یَوْمُ(is the) Day الدِّیْنِ(of) the Recompense ۟(20) هٰذَاThis یَوْمُ(is the) Day الْفَصْلِ(of) Judgment الَّذِیْwhich كُنْتُمْyou used to بِهٖ[of it] تُكَذِّبُوْنَdeny ۟۠(21) اُحْشُرُواGather الَّذِیْنَthose who ظَلَمُوْاwronged وَاَزْوَاجَهُمْand their kinds وَمَاand what كَانُوْاthey used (to) یَعْبُدُوْنَworship ۟ۙ(22) مِنْBesides دُوْنِBesides اللّٰهِAllah فَاهْدُوْهُمْthen lead them اِلٰیto صِرَاطِ(the) Path الْجَحِیْمِ(of) the Hellfire ۟(23) وَقِفُوْهُمْAnd stop them اِنَّهُمْindeed, they مَّسْـُٔوْلُوْنَ(are) to be questioned ۟ۙ(24) Surah 37. As-Saffat - Page 446 - Juz 23 مَاWhat لَكُمْ(is) for you لَا(Why) not تَنَاصَرُوْنَyou help one another ۟(25) بَلْNay هُمُthey الْیَوْمَ(on) that Day مُسْتَسْلِمُوْنَ(will) surrender ۟(26) وَاَقْبَلَAnd will approach بَعْضُهُمْsome of them عَلٰیto بَعْضٍothers یَّتَسَآءَلُوْنَquestioning one another ۟(27) قَالُوْۤاThey will say اِنَّكُمْIndeed, you كُنْتُمْ[you] used (to) تَاْتُوْنَنَاcome (to) us عَنِfrom الْیَمِیْنِthe right ۟(28) قَالُوْاThey will say بَلْNay لَّمْnot تَكُوْنُوْاyou were مُؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟ۚ(29) وَمَاAnd not كَانَwas لَنَاfor us عَلَیْكُمْover you مِّنْany سُلْطٰنٍ ۚauthority بَلْNay كُنْتُمْyou were قَوْمًاa people طٰغِیْنَtransgressing ۟(30) فَحَقَّSo has been proved true عَلَیْنَاagainst us قَوْلُ(the) Word رَبِّنَاۤ ۖۗ(of) our Lord اِنَّاindeed, we لَذَآىِٕقُوْنَ(will) certainly taste ۟(31) فَاَغْوَیْنٰكُمْSo we led you astray اِنَّاindeed, we كُنَّاwere غٰوِیْنَastray ۟(32) فَاِنَّهُمْThen indeed, they یَوْمَىِٕذٍthat Day فِیin الْعَذَابِthe punishment مُشْتَرِكُوْنَ(will be) sharers ۟(33) اِنَّاIndeed, We كَذٰلِكَthus نَفْعَلُWe deal بِالْمُجْرِمِیْنَwith the criminals ۟(34) اِنَّهُمْIndeed, they كَانُوْۤاwere اِذَاwhen قِیْلَit was said لَهُمْto them لَاۤ(There is) no اِلٰهَgod اِلَّاexcept اللّٰهُAllah یَسْتَكْبِرُوْنَwere arrogant ۟ۙ(35) وَیَقُوْلُوْنَAnd they say اَىِٕنَّاAre we لَتَارِكُوْۤاto leave اٰلِهَتِنَاour gods لِشَاعِرٍfor a poet مَّجْنُوْنٍmad ۟ؕ(36) بَلْNay جَآءَhe has brought بِالْحَقِّthe truth وَصَدَّقَand confirmed الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟(37) اِنَّكُمْIndeed, you لَذَآىِٕقُوا(will) surely taste الْعَذَابِthe punishment الْاَلِیْمِpainful ۟ۚ(38) وَمَاAnd not تُجْزَوْنَyou will be recompensed اِلَّاexcept مَاwhat كُنْتُمْyou used to تَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟ۙ(39) اِلَّاExcept عِبَادَ(the) slaves اللّٰهِ(of) Allah الْمُخْلَصِیْنَthe chosen ones ۟(40) اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose لَهُمْfor them رِزْقٌ(will be) a provision مَّعْلُوْمٌdetermined ۟ۙ(41) فَوَاكِهُ ۚFruits وَهُمْand they مُّكْرَمُوْنَ(will) be honored ۟ۙ(42) فِیْIn جَنّٰتِGardens النَّعِیْمِ(of) Delight ۟ۙ(43) عَلٰیOn سُرُرٍthrones مُّتَقٰبِلِیْنَfacing each other ۟(44) یُطَافُWill be circulated عَلَیْهِمْamong them بِكَاْسٍa cup مِّنْfrom مَّعِیْنٍa flowing spring ۟ۙ(45) بَیْضَآءَWhite لَذَّةٍdelicious لِّلشّٰرِبِیْنَfor the drinkers ۟ۚۖ(46) لَاNot فِیْهَاin it غَوْلٌ(is) bad effect وَّلَاand not هُمْthey عَنْهَاfrom it یُنْزَفُوْنَwill be intoxicated ۟(47) وَعِنْدَهُمْAnd with them قٰصِرٰتُ(will be) companions of modest gaze الطَّرْفِ(will be) companions of modest gaze عِیْنٌ(having) beautiful eyes ۟ۙ(48) كَاَنَّهُنَّAs if they were بَیْضٌeggs مَّكْنُوْنٌwell protected ۟(49) فَاَقْبَلَAnd (will) approach بَعْضُهُمْsome of them عَلٰیto بَعْضٍothers یَّتَسَآءَلُوْنَquestioning one another ۟(50) قَالَWill say قَآىِٕلٌa speaker مِّنْهُمْamong them اِنِّیْIndeed, I كَانَhad لِیْfor me قَرِیْنٌa companion ۟ۙ(51) Surah 37. As-Saffat - Page 447 - Juz 23 یَّقُوْلُWho (would) say اَىِٕنَّكَAre you indeed لَمِنَsurely of الْمُصَدِّقِیْنَthose who believe ۟(52) ءَاِذَاIs (it) when مِتْنَاwe have died وَكُنَّاand become تُرَابًاdust وَّعِظَامًاand bones ءَاِنَّاwill we لَمَدِیْنُوْنَsurely be brought to Judgment ۟(53) قَالَHe (will) say هَلْWill اَنْتُمْyou مُّطَّلِعُوْنَbe looking ۟(54) فَاطَّلَعَThen he (will) look فَرَاٰهُand see him فِیْin سَوَآءِ(the) midst الْجَحِیْمِ(of) the Hellfire ۟(55) قَالَHe (will) say تَاللّٰهِBy Allah اِنْverily كِدْتَّyou almost لَتُرْدِیْنِruined me ۟ۙ(56) وَلَوْلَاAnd if not نِعْمَةُ(for the) Grace رَبِّیْ(of) my Lord لَكُنْتُcertainly, I (would) have been مِنَamong الْمُحْضَرِیْنَthose brought ۟(57) اَفَمَاThen are not نَحْنُwe بِمَیِّتِیْنَ(to) die ۟ۙ(58) اِلَّاExcept مَوْتَتَنَاour death الْاُوْلٰیthe first وَمَاand not نَحْنُwe بِمُعَذَّبِیْنَwill be punished ۟(59) اِنَّIndeed هٰذَاthis لَهُوَsurely الْفَوْزُ(is) the attainment الْعَظِیْمُgreat ۟(60) لِمِثْلِFor (the) like هٰذَا(of) this فَلْیَعْمَلِlet work الْعٰمِلُوْنَthe workers ۟(61) اَذٰلِكَIs that خَیْرٌbetter نُّزُلًا(as) hospitality اَمْor شَجَرَةُ(the) tree الزَّقُّوْمِ(of) Zaqqum ۟(62) اِنَّاIndeed, We جَعَلْنٰهَا[We] have made it فِتْنَةًa trial لِّلظّٰلِمِیْنَfor the wrongdoers ۟(63) اِنَّهَاIndeed, it شَجَرَةٌ(is) a tree تَخْرُجُthat grows فِیْۤin اَصْلِ(the) bottom الْجَحِیْمِ(of) the Hellfire ۟ۙ(64) طَلْعُهَاIts emerging fruit كَاَنَّهٗ(is) as if it رُءُوْسُ(was) heads الشَّیٰطِیْنِ(of) the devils ۟(65) فَاِنَّهُمْAnd indeed, they لَاٰكِلُوْنَ(will) surely eat مِنْهَاfrom it فَمَالِـُٔوْنَand fill مِنْهَاwith it الْبُطُوْنَ(their) bellies ۟ؕ(66) ثُمَّThen اِنَّindeed لَهُمْfor them عَلَیْهَاin it لَشَوْبًا(is) a mixture مِّنْof حَمِیْمٍboiling water ۟ۚ(67) ثُمَّThen اِنَّindeed مَرْجِعَهُمْtheir return لَاۡاِلَی(will) surely be to الْجَحِیْمِthe Hellfire ۟(68) اِنَّهُمْIndeed, they اَلْفَوْاfound اٰبَآءَهُمْtheir fathers ضَآلِّیْنَastray ۟ۙ(69) فَهُمْSo they عَلٰۤیon اٰثٰرِهِمْtheir footsteps یُهْرَعُوْنَthey hastened ۟(70) وَلَقَدْAnd verily ضَلَّwent astray قَبْلَهُمْbefore them اَكْثَرُmost الْاَوَّلِیْنَ(of) the former (people) ۟ۙ(71) وَلَقَدْAnd verily اَرْسَلْنَاWe sent فِیْهِمْamong them مُّنْذِرِیْنَwarners ۟(72) فَانْظُرْThen see كَیْفَhow كَانَwas عَاقِبَةُ(the) end الْمُنْذَرِیْنَ(of) those who were warned ۟ۙ(73) اِلَّاExcept عِبَادَ(the) slaves اللّٰهِ(of) Allah الْمُخْلَصِیْنَthe chosen ones ۟۠(74) وَلَقَدْAnd verily نَادٰىنَاcalled Us نُوْحٌNuh فَلَنِعْمَand Best الْمُجِیْبُوْنَ(are We as) Responders ۟ؗۖ(75) وَنَجَّیْنٰهُAnd We saved him وَاَهْلَهٗand his family مِنَfrom الْكَرْبِthe distress الْعَظِیْمِthe great ۟ؗۖ(76) Surah 37. As-Saffat - Page 447 - Juz 23 وَجَعَلْنَاAnd We made ذُرِّیَّتَهٗhis offspring هُمُ[they] الْبٰقِیْنَthe survivors ۟ؗۖ(77) وَتَرَكْنَاAnd We left عَلَیْهِfor him فِیamong الْاٰخِرِیْنَthe later generations ۟ؗۖ(78) سَلٰمٌPeace be عَلٰیupon نُوْحٍNuh فِیamong الْعٰلَمِیْنَthe worlds ۟(79) اِنَّاIndeed, We كَذٰلِكَthus نَجْزِی[We] reward الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟(80) اِنَّهٗIndeed, he مِنْ(was) of عِبَادِنَاOur slaves الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَbelieving ۟(81) ثُمَّThen اَغْرَقْنَاWe drowned الْاٰخَرِیْنَthe others ۟(82) وَاِنَّAnd indeed مِنْamong شِیْعَتِهٖhis kind لَاِبْرٰهِیْمَ(was) surely Ibrahim ۟ۘ(83) اِذْWhen جَآءَhe came رَبَّهٗ(to) his Lord بِقَلْبٍwith a heart سَلِیْمٍsound ۟(84) اِذْWhen قَالَhe said لِاَبِیْهِto his father وَقَوْمِهٖand his people مَاذَاWhat is it تَعْبُدُوْنَyou worship ۟ۚ(85) اَىِٕفْكًاIs it falsehood اٰلِهَةًgods دُوْنَother than اللّٰهِAllah تُرِیْدُوْنَ(that) you desire ۟ؕ(86) فَمَاThen what ظَنُّكُمْ(do) you think بِرَبِّabout (the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟(87) فَنَظَرَThen he glanced نَظْرَةًa glance فِیat النُّجُوْمِthe stars ۟ۙ(88) فَقَالَAnd he said اِنِّیْIndeed, I am سَقِیْمٌsick ۟(89) فَتَوَلَّوْاSo they turned away عَنْهُfrom him مُدْبِرِیْنَdeparting ۟(90) فَرَاغَThen he turned اِلٰۤیto اٰلِهَتِهِمْtheir gods فَقَالَand said اَلَاDo not تَاْكُلُوْنَyou eat ۟ۚ(91) مَاWhat (is) لَكُمْfor you لَاnot تَنْطِقُوْنَyou speak ۟(92) فَرَاغَThen he turned عَلَیْهِمْupon them ضَرْبًاstriking بِالْیَمِیْنِwith the right hand ۟(93) فَاَقْبَلُوْۤاThen they advanced اِلَیْهِtowards him یَزِفُّوْنَhastening ۟(94) قَالَHe said اَتَعْبُدُوْنَDo you worship مَاwhat تَنْحِتُوْنَyou carve ۟ۙ(95) وَاللّٰهُWhile Allah خَلَقَكُمْcreated you وَمَاand what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou make ۟(96) قَالُواThey said ابْنُوْاBuild لَهٗfor him بُنْیَانًاa structure فَاَلْقُوْهُand throw him فِیinto الْجَحِیْمِthe blazing Fire ۟(97) فَاَرَادُوْاAnd they intended بِهٖfor him كَیْدًاa plot فَجَعَلْنٰهُمُbut We made them الْاَسْفَلِیْنَthe lowest ۟(98) وَقَالَAnd he said اِنِّیْIndeed, I am ذَاهِبٌgoing اِلٰیto رَبِّیْmy Lord سَیَهْدِیْنِHe will guide me ۟(99) رَبِّMy Lord هَبْgrant لِیْme مِنَof الصّٰلِحِیْنَthe righteous ۟(100) فَبَشَّرْنٰهُSo We gave him the glad tidings بِغُلٰمٍof a boy حَلِیْمٍforbearing ۟(101) فَلَمَّاThen when بَلَغَhe reached مَعَهُthe (age of) working with him السَّعْیَthe (age of) working with him قَالَhe said یٰبُنَیَّO my son اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اَرٰیhave seen فِیin الْمَنَامِthe dream اَنِّیْۤthat I am اَذْبَحُكَsacrificing you فَانْظُرْso look مَاذَاwhat تَرٰی ؕyou see قَالَHe said یٰۤاَبَتِO my father افْعَلْDo مَاwhat تُؤْمَرُ ؗyou are commanded سَتَجِدُنِیْۤYou will find me اِنْif شَآءَAllah wills اللّٰهُAllah wills مِنَof الصّٰبِرِیْنَthe patient ones ۟(102) Surah 37. As-Saffat - Page 449 - Juz 23 فَلَمَّاۤThen when اَسْلَمَاboth of them had submitted وَتَلَّهٗand he put him down لِلْجَبِیْنِupon his forehead ۟ۚ(103) وَنَادَیْنٰهُAnd We called out to him اَنْthat یّٰۤاِبْرٰهِیْمُO Ibrahim ۟ۙ(104) قَدْVerily صَدَّقْتَyou have fulfilled الرُّءْیَا ۚthe vision اِنَّاIndeed, We كَذٰلِكَthus نَجْزِی[We] reward الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟(105) اِنَّIndeed هٰذَاthis لَهُوَ(was) surely [it] الْبَلٰٓؤُاthe trial الْمُبِیْنُclear ۟(106) وَفَدَیْنٰهُAnd We ransomed him بِذِبْحٍwith a sacrifice عَظِیْمٍgreat ۟(107) وَتَرَكْنَاAnd We left عَلَیْهِfor him فِیamong الْاٰخِرِیْنَthe later generations ۟ۖ(108) سَلٰمٌPeace be عَلٰۤیon اِبْرٰهِیْمَIbrahim ۟(109) كَذٰلِكَThus نَجْزِیWe reward الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟(110) اِنَّهٗIndeed, he (was) مِنْof عِبَادِنَاOur slaves الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَbelieving ۟(111) وَبَشَّرْنٰهُAnd We gave him glad tidings بِاِسْحٰقَof Isaac نَبِیًّاa Prophet مِّنَamong الصّٰلِحِیْنَthe righteous ۟(112) وَبٰرَكْنَاAnd We blessed عَلَیْهِhim وَعَلٰۤیand [on] اِسْحٰقَ ؕIsaac وَمِنْAnd of ذُرِّیَّتِهِمَاtheir offspring مُحْسِنٌ(are) good-doers وَّظَالِمٌand unjust لِّنَفْسِهٖto himself مُبِیْنٌclear ۟۠(113) وَلَقَدْAnd verily مَنَنَّاWe conferred Favor عَلٰیupon مُوْسٰیMusa وَهٰرُوْنَand Harun ۟ۚ(114) وَنَجَّیْنٰهُمَاAnd We saved both of them وَقَوْمَهُمَاand their people مِنَfrom الْكَرْبِthe distress الْعَظِیْمِthe great ۟ۚ(115) وَنَصَرْنٰهُمْAnd We helped them فَكَانُوْاso they became هُمُso they became الْغٰلِبِیْنَthe victors ۟ۚ(116) وَاٰتَیْنٰهُمَاAnd We gave both of them الْكِتٰبَthe Book الْمُسْتَبِیْنَthe clear ۟ۚ(117) وَهَدَیْنٰهُمَاAnd We guided both of them الصِّرَاطَ(to) the Path الْمُسْتَقِیْمَthe Straight ۟ۚ(118) وَتَرَكْنَاAnd We left عَلَیْهِمَاfor both of them فِیamong الْاٰخِرِیْنَthe later generations ۟ۙ(119) سَلٰمٌPeace be عَلٰیupon مُوْسٰیMusa وَهٰرُوْنَand Harun ۟(120) Surah 37. As-Saffat - Page 450 - Juz 23 اِنَّاIndeed, We كَذٰلِكَthus نَجْزِیreward الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟(121) اِنَّهُمَاIndeed, both of them مِنْ(were) of عِبَادِنَاOur slaves الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَbelieving ۟(122) وَاِنَّAnd indeed اِلْیَاسَElijah لَمِنَ(was) surely of الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ؕ(123) اِذْWhen قَالَhe said لِقَوْمِهٖۤto his people اَلَاWill not تَتَّقُوْنَyou fear ۟(124) اَتَدْعُوْنَDo you call بَعْلًاBaal وَّتَذَرُوْنَand you forsake اَحْسَنَ(the) Best الْخَالِقِیْنَ(of) Creators ۟ۙ(125) اللّٰهَAllah رَبَّكُمْyour Lord وَرَبَّand (the) Lord اٰبَآىِٕكُمُ(of) your forefathers الْاَوَّلِیْنَ(of) your forefathers ۟(126) فَكَذَّبُوْهُBut they denied him فَاِنَّهُمْso indeed, they لَمُحْضَرُوْنَ(will) surely be brought ۟ۙ(127) اِلَّاExcept عِبَادَ(the) slaves اللّٰهِ(of) Allah الْمُخْلَصِیْنَthe chosen ones ۟(128) وَتَرَكْنَاAnd We left عَلَیْهِfor him فِیamong الْاٰخِرِیْنَthe later generations ۟ۙ(129) سَلٰمٌPeace be عَلٰۤیupon اِلْ یَاسِیْنَElijah ۟(130) اِنَّاIndeed, We كَذٰلِكَthus نَجْزِیreward الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟(131) اِنَّهٗIndeed, he (was) مِنْof عِبَادِنَاOur slaves الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَbelieving ۟(132) وَاِنَّAnd indeed لُوْطًاLut لَّمِنَ(was) of الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ؕ(133) اِذْWhen نَجَّیْنٰهُWe saved him وَاَهْلَهٗۤand his family اَجْمَعِیْنَall ۟ۙ(134) اِلَّاExcept عَجُوْزًاan old woman فِی(was) among الْغٰبِرِیْنَthose who remained behind ۟(135) ثُمَّThen دَمَّرْنَاWe destroyed الْاٰخَرِیْنَthe others ۟(136) وَاِنَّكُمْAnd indeed, you لَتَمُرُّوْنَsurely pass عَلَیْهِمْby them مُّصْبِحِیْنَ(in the) morning ۟ۙ(137) وَبِالَّیْلِ ؕAnd at night اَفَلَاThen will not تَعْقِلُوْنَyou use reason ۟۠(138) وَاِنَّAnd indeed یُوْنُسَYunus لَمِنَ(was) surely of الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ؕ(139) اِذْWhen اَبَقَhe ran away اِلَیto الْفُلْكِthe ship الْمَشْحُوْنِladen ۟ۙ(140) فَسَاهَمَThen he drew lots فَكَانَand was مِنَof الْمُدْحَضِیْنَthe losers ۟ۚ(141) فَالْتَقَمَهُThen swallowed him الْحُوْتُthe fish وَهُوَwhile he مُلِیْمٌ(was) blameworthy ۟(142) فَلَوْلَاۤAnd if not اَنَّهٗthat he كَانَwas مِنَof الْمُسَبِّحِیْنَthose who glorify ۟ۙ(143) لَلَبِثَCertainly, he (would have) remained فِیْin بَطْنِهٖۤits belly اِلٰیuntil یَوْمِthe Day یُبْعَثُوْنَthey are resurrected ۟ۚ(144) فَنَبَذْنٰهُBut We cast him بِالْعَرَآءِonto the open shore وَهُوَwhile he سَقِیْمٌ(was) ill ۟ۚ(145) وَاَنْۢبَتْنَاAnd We caused to grow عَلَیْهِover him شَجَرَةًa plant مِّنْof یَّقْطِیْنٍgourd ۟ۚ(146) وَاَرْسَلْنٰهُAnd We sent him اِلٰیto مِائَةِa hundred اَلْفٍthousand اَوْor یَزِیْدُوْنَmore ۟ۚ(147) فَاٰمَنُوْاAnd they believed فَمَتَّعْنٰهُمْso We gave them enjoyment اِلٰیfor حِیْنٍa while ۟ؕ(148) فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْThen ask them اَلِرَبِّكَDoes your Lord الْبَنَاتُ(have) daughters وَلَهُمُwhile for them الْبَنُوْنَ(are) sons ۟ۙ(149) اَمْOr خَلَقْنَاdid We create الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةَthe Angels اِنَاثًاfemales وَّهُمْwhile they شٰهِدُوْنَ(were) witnesses ۟(150) اَلَاۤNo doubt اِنَّهُمْindeed, they مِّنْof اِفْكِهِمْtheir falsehood لَیَقُوْلُوْنَ[they] say ۟ۙ(151) وَلَدَAllah has begotten اللّٰهُ ۙAllah has begotten وَاِنَّهُمْand indeed, they لَكٰذِبُوْنَsurely (are) liars ۟(152) اَصْطَفَیHas He chosen الْبَنَاتِ[the] daughters عَلَیover الْبَنِیْنَsons ۟ؕ(153) Surah 37. As-Saffat - Page 451 - Juz 23 مَاWhat is with you لَكُمْ ۫What is with you كَیْفَHow تَحْكُمُوْنَyou judge ۟(154) اَفَلَاThen will not تَذَكَّرُوْنَyou pay heed ۟ۚ(155) اَمْOr لَكُمْ(is) for you سُلْطٰنٌan authority مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟ۙ(156) فَاْتُوْاThen bring بِكِتٰبِكُمْyour book اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are صٰدِقِیْنَtruthful ۟(157) وَجَعَلُوْاAnd they have made بَیْنَهٗbetween Him وَبَیْنَand between الْجِنَّةِthe jinn نَسَبًا ؕa relationship وَلَقَدْbut certainly عَلِمَتِknow الْجِنَّةُthe jinn اِنَّهُمْthat they لَمُحْضَرُوْنَ(will) surely be brought ۟ۙ(158) سُبْحٰنَGlory be اللّٰهِ(to) Allah عَمَّاabove what یَصِفُوْنَthey attribute ۟ۙ(159) اِلَّاExcept عِبَادَ(the) slaves اللّٰهِ(of) Allah الْمُخْلَصِیْنَthe chosen ۟(160) فَاِنَّكُمْSo indeed, you وَمَاand what تَعْبُدُوْنَyou worship ۟ۙ(161) مَاۤNot اَنْتُمْyou عَلَیْهِfrom Him بِفٰتِنِیْنَcan tempt away (anyone) ۟ۙ(162) اِلَّاExcept مَنْwho هُوَhe صَالِ(is) to burn الْجَحِیْمِ(in) the Hellfire ۟(163) وَمَاAnd not مِنَّاۤamong us اِلَّاexcept لَهٗfor him مَقَامٌ(is) a position مَّعْلُوْمٌknown ۟ۙ(164) وَّاِنَّاAnd indeed, we لَنَحْنُsurely, [we] الصَّآفُّوْنَstand in rows ۟ۚ(165) وَاِنَّاAnd indeed, we لَنَحْنُsurely, [we] الْمُسَبِّحُوْنَglorify (Allah) ۟(166) وَاِنْAnd indeed كَانُوْاthey used to لَیَقُوْلُوْنَsay ۟ۙ(167) لَوْIf اَنَّthat عِنْدَنَاwe had ذِكْرًاa reminder مِّنَfrom الْاَوَّلِیْنَthe former (people) ۟ۙ(168) لَكُنَّاCertainly, we (would) have been عِبَادَslaves اللّٰهِ(of) Allah الْمُخْلَصِیْنَthe chosen ۟(169) فَكَفَرُوْاBut they disbelieved بِهٖin it فَسَوْفَso soon یَعْلَمُوْنَthey will know ۟(170) وَلَقَدْAnd verily سَبَقَتْhas preceded كَلِمَتُنَاOur Word لِعِبَادِنَاfor Our slaves الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ۚۖ(171) اِنَّهُمْIndeed they لَهُمُsurely they الْمَنْصُوْرُوْنَ(would be) the victorious ۪۟(172) وَاِنَّAnd indeed جُنْدَنَاOur host لَهُمُsurely, they الْغٰلِبُوْنَ(will be) those who overcome ۟(173) فَتَوَلَّSo turn away عَنْهُمْfrom them حَتّٰیuntil حِیْنٍa time ۟ۙ(174) وَّاَبْصِرْهُمْAnd see them فَسَوْفَso soon یُبْصِرُوْنَthey will see ۟(175) اَفَبِعَذَابِنَاThen is (it) for Our punishment یَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَthey hasten ۟(176) فَاِذَاBut when نَزَلَit descends بِسَاحَتِهِمْin their territory فَسَآءَthen evil (will be) صَبَاحُ(the) morning الْمُنْذَرِیْنَ(for) those who were warned ۟(177) وَتَوَلَّSo turn away عَنْهُمْfrom them حَتّٰیfor حِیْنٍa time ۟ۙ(178) وَّاَبْصِرْAnd see فَسَوْفَso soon یُبْصِرُوْنَthey will see ۟(179) سُبْحٰنَGlory رَبِّكَ(be to) your Lord رَبِّ(the) Lord الْعِزَّةِ(of) Honor عَمَّاabove what یَصِفُوْنَthey attribute ۟ۚ(180) وَسَلٰمٌAnd peace be عَلَیupon الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers ۟ۚ(181) وَالْحَمْدُAnd all praise لِلّٰهِ(be) to Allah رَبِّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟۠(182) Surah 37.
