Surah 5. Al-Maidah (The Table Spread) 120 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ یٰۤاَیُّهَاO الَّذِیْنَyou (who) اٰمَنُوْۤاbelieve اَوْفُوْاFulfil بِالْعُقُوْدِ ؕ۬the contracts اُحِلَّتْAre made lawful لَكُمْfor you بَهِیْمَةُthe quadruped الْاَنْعَامِ(of) the grazing livestock اِلَّاexcept مَاwhat یُتْلٰیis recited عَلَیْكُمْon you غَیْرَnot مُحِلِّیbeing permitted الصَّیْدِ(to) hunt وَاَنْتُمْwhile you حُرُمٌ ؕ(are in) Ihram اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah یَحْكُمُdecrees مَاwhat یُرِیْدُHe wills ۟(1) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO الَّذِیْنَyou (who) اٰمَنُوْاbelieve لَا(Do) not تُحِلُّوْاviolate شَعَآىِٕرَ(the) rites اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَلَاand not الشَّهْرَthe month الْحَرَامَthe sacred وَلَاand not الْهَدْیَthe sacrificial animals وَلَاand not الْقَلَآىِٕدَthe garlanded وَلَاۤand not آٰمِّیْنَ(those) coming الْبَیْتَ(to) the House الْحَرَامَthe Sacred یَبْتَغُوْنَseeking فَضْلًاBounty مِّنْof رَّبِّهِمْtheir Lord وَرِضْوَانًا ؕand good pleasure وَاِذَاAnd when حَلَلْتُمْyou come out of Ihram فَاصْطَادُوْا ؕthen (you may) hunt وَلَاAnd let not یَجْرِمَنَّكُمْincite you شَنَاٰنُ(the) hatred قَوْمٍ(for) a people اَنْas صَدُّوْكُمْthey stopped you عَنِfrom الْمَسْجِدِAl-Masjid الْحَرَامِAl-Haraam اَنْthat تَعْتَدُوْا ۘyou commit transgression وَتَعَاوَنُوْاAnd help one another عَلَیin الْبِرِّ[the] righteousness وَالتَّقْوٰی ۪and [the] piety وَلَاbut (do) not تَعَاوَنُوْاhelp one another عَلَیin الْاِثْمِ[the] sin وَالْعُدْوَانِ ۪and [the] transgression وَاتَّقُواAnd fear اللّٰهَ ؕAllah اِنَّindeed اللّٰهَAllah شَدِیْدُ(is) severe الْعِقَابِ(in) [the] punishment ۟(2) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 106 - Juz 6 حُرِّمَتْAre made unlawful عَلَیْكُمُon you الْمَیْتَةُthe dead animals وَالدَّمُand the blood وَلَحْمُand flesh الْخِنْزِیْرِ(of) the swine وَمَاۤand what اُهِلَّhas been dedicated لِغَیْرِto other than اللّٰهِAllah بِهٖ[on it] وَالْمُنْخَنِقَةُand that which is strangled (to death) وَالْمَوْقُوْذَةُand that which is hit fatally وَالْمُتَرَدِّیَةُand that which has a fatal fall وَالنَّطِیْحَةُand that which is gored by horns وَمَاۤand that which اَكَلَate (it) السَّبُعُthe wild animal اِلَّاexcept مَاwhat ذَكَّیْتُمْ ۫you slaughtered وَمَاand what ذُبِحَis sacrificed عَلَیon النُّصُبِthe stone altars وَاَنْand that تَسْتَقْسِمُوْاyou seek division بِالْاَزْلَامِ ؕby divining arrows ذٰلِكُمْthat فِسْقٌ ؕ(is) grave disobedience اَلْیَوْمَThis day یَىِٕسَ(have) despaired الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved مِنْof دِیْنِكُمْyour religion فَلَاso (do) not تَخْشَوْهُمْfear them وَاخْشَوْنِ ؕbut fear Me اَلْیَوْمَThis day اَكْمَلْتُI have perfected لَكُمْfor you دِیْنَكُمْyour religion وَاَتْمَمْتُand I have completed عَلَیْكُمْupon you نِعْمَتِیْMy Favor وَرَضِیْتُand I have approved لَكُمُfor you الْاِسْلَامَ[the] Islam دِیْنًا ؕ(as) a religion فَمَنِBut whoever اضْطُرَّ(is) forced فِیْby مَخْمَصَةٍhunger غَیْرَ(and) not مُتَجَانِفٍinclining لِّاِثْمٍ ۙto sin فَاِنَّthen indeed اللّٰهَAllah غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(3) یَسْـَٔلُوْنَكَThey ask you مَاذَاۤwhat اُحِلَّ(is) made lawful لَهُمْ ؕfor them قُلْSay اُحِلَّAre made lawful لَكُمُfor you الطَّیِّبٰتُ ۙthe good things وَمَاand what عَلَّمْتُمْyou have taught مِّنَof الْجَوَارِحِ(your) hunting animals مُكَلِّبِیْنَones who train animals to hunt تُعَلِّمُوْنَهُنَّyou teach them مِمَّاof what عَلَّمَكُمُhas taught you اللّٰهُ ؗAllah فَكُلُوْاSo eat مِمَّاۤof what اَمْسَكْنَthey catch عَلَیْكُمْfor you وَاذْكُرُواbut mention اسْمَ(the) name اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْهِ ۪on it وَاتَّقُواand fear اللّٰهَ ؕAllah اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah سَرِیْعُis swift الْحِسَابِ(in taking) account ۟(4) اَلْیَوْمَThis day اُحِلَّare made lawful لَكُمُfor you الطَّیِّبٰتُ ؕthe good things وَطَعَامُand (the) food الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who اُوْتُواwere given الْكِتٰبَthe Book حِلٌّ(is) lawful لَّكُمْ ۪for you وَطَعَامُكُمْand your food حِلٌّ(is) lawful لَّهُمْ ؗfor them وَالْمُحْصَنٰتُAnd the chaste women مِنَfrom الْمُؤْمِنٰتِthe believers وَالْمُحْصَنٰتُand the chaste women مِنَfrom الَّذِیْنَthose who اُوْتُواwere given الْكِتٰبَthe Book مِنْfrom قَبْلِكُمْbefore you اِذَاۤwhen اٰتَیْتُمُوْهُنَّyou have given them اُجُوْرَهُنَّtheir bridal due مُحْصِنِیْنَbeing chaste غَیْرَnot مُسٰفِحِیْنَbeing lewd وَلَاand not مُتَّخِذِیْۤones (who are) taking اَخْدَانٍ ؕsecret lovers وَمَنْAnd whoever یَّكْفُرْdenies بِالْاِیْمَانِthe faith فَقَدْthen surely حَبِطَ(are) wasted عَمَلُهٗ ؗhis deeds وَهُوَand he فِیin الْاٰخِرَةِthe Hereafter مِنَ(will be) among الْخٰسِرِیْنَthe losers ۟۠(5) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 107 - Juz 6 یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْۤاbelieve اِذَاWhen قُمْتُمْyou stand up اِلَیfor الصَّلٰوةِthe prayer فَاغْسِلُوْاthen wash وُجُوْهَكُمْyour faces وَاَیْدِیَكُمْand your hands اِلَیtill الْمَرَافِقِthe elbows وَامْسَحُوْاand wipe بِرُءُوْسِكُمْyour heads وَاَرْجُلَكُمْand your feet اِلَیtill الْكَعْبَیْنِ ؕthe ankles وَاِنْBut if كُنْتُمْyou are جُنُبًا(in) a state of ceremonial impurity فَاطَّهَّرُوْا ؕthen purify yourselves وَاِنْBut if كُنْتُمْyou are مَّرْضٰۤیill اَوْor عَلٰیon سَفَرٍa journey اَوْor جَآءَhas come اَحَدٌanyone مِّنْكُمْof you مِّنَfrom الْغَآىِٕطِthe toilet اَوْor لٰمَسْتُمُhas (had) contact النِّسَآءَ(with) the women فَلَمْand not تَجِدُوْاyou find مَآءًwater فَتَیَمَّمُوْاthen do tayyammum صَعِیْدًا(with) earth طَیِّبًاclean فَامْسَحُوْاthen wipe بِوُجُوْهِكُمْyour faces وَاَیْدِیْكُمْand your hands مِّنْهُ ؕwith it مَاDoes not یُرِیْدُintend اللّٰهُAllah لِیَجْعَلَto make عَلَیْكُمْfor you مِّنْany حَرَجٍdifficulty وَّلٰكِنْbut یُّرِیْدُHe intends لِیُطَهِّرَكُمْto purify you وَلِیُتِمَّand to complete نِعْمَتَهٗHis Favor عَلَیْكُمْupon you لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَشْكُرُوْنَ(be) grateful ۟(6) وَاذْكُرُوْاAnd remember نِعْمَةَ(the) Favor اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْكُمْupon you وَمِیْثَاقَهُand His covenant الَّذِیْwhich وَاثَقَكُمْHe bound you بِهٖۤ ۙwith [it] اِذْwhen قُلْتُمْyou said سَمِعْنَاWe heard وَاَطَعْنَا ؗand we obeyed وَاتَّقُواand fear اللّٰهَ ؕAllah اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah عَلِیْمٌۢ(is) All-Knower بِذَاتِof what الصُّدُوْرِ(is in) the breasts ۟(7) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve كُوْنُوْاBe قَوّٰمِیْنَsteadfast لِلّٰهِfor Allah شُهَدَآءَ(as) witnesses بِالْقِسْطِ ؗin justice وَلَاand let not یَجْرِمَنَّكُمْprevent you شَنَاٰنُhatred قَوْمٍ(of) a people عَلٰۤی[upon] اَلَّاthat not تَعْدِلُوْا ؕyou do justice اِعْدِلُوْا ۫Be just هُوَit اَقْرَبُ(is) nearer لِلتَّقْوٰی ؗto [the] piety وَاتَّقُواAnd fear اللّٰهَ ؕAllah اِنَّindeed اللّٰهَAllah خَبِیْرٌ(is) All-Aware بِمَاof what تَعْمَلُوْنَyou do ۟(8) وَعَدَHas promised اللّٰهُAllah الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِ ۙthe righteous deeds لَهُمْfor them مَّغْفِرَةٌ(is) forgiveness وَّاَجْرٌand a reward عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟(9) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 108 - Juz 6 وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve وَكَذَّبُوْاand deny بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤOur Signs اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose اَصْحٰبُ(are the) companions الْجَحِیْمِ(of) the Hellfire ۟(10) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُواbelieve اذْكُرُوْاRemember نِعْمَتَ(the) Favor اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْكُمْupon you اِذْwhen هَمَّdetermined قَوْمٌa people اَنْthat یَّبْسُطُوْۤاthey stretch اِلَیْكُمْtowards you اَیْدِیَهُمْtheir hands فَكَفَّbut He restrained اَیْدِیَهُمْtheir hands عَنْكُمْ ۚfrom you وَاتَّقُواAnd fear اللّٰهَ ؕAllah وَعَلَیAnd upon اللّٰهِAllah فَلْیَتَوَكَّلِso let put the trust الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَthe believers ۟۠(11) وَلَقَدْAnd certainly اَخَذَtook اللّٰهُAllah مِیْثَاقَa Covenant بَنِیْۤ(from the) Children اِسْرَآءِیْلَ ۚ(of) Israel وَبَعَثْنَاand We appointed مِنْهُمُamong them اثْنَیْtwo عَشَرَ(and) ten نَقِیْبًا ؕleaders وَقَالَAnd said اللّٰهُAllah اِنِّیْIndeed, I (am) مَعَكُمْ ؕwith you لَىِٕنْif اَقَمْتُمُyou establish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَاٰتَیْتُمُand give الزَّكٰوةَthe zakah وَاٰمَنْتُمْand you believe بِرُسُلِیْin My Messengers وَعَزَّرْتُمُوْهُمْand you assist them وَاَقْرَضْتُمُand you loan اللّٰهَ(to) Allah قَرْضًاa loan حَسَنًاgoodly لَّاُكَفِّرَنَّsurely I will remove عَنْكُمْfrom you سَیِّاٰتِكُمْyour evil deeds وَلَاُدْخِلَنَّكُمْand I will surely admit you جَنّٰتٍ(to) gardens تَجْرِیْflow مِنْfrom تَحْتِهَاunderneath them الْاَنْهٰرُ ۚthe rivers فَمَنْBut whoever كَفَرَdisbelieved بَعْدَafter ذٰلِكَthat مِنْكُمْamong you فَقَدْthen certainly ضَلَّhe strayed سَوَآءَ(from) the way السَّبِیْلِthe right ۟(12) فَبِمَاSo for نَقْضِهِمْtheir breaking مِّیْثَاقَهُمْ(of) their covenant لَعَنّٰهُمْWe cursed them وَجَعَلْنَاand We made قُلُوْبَهُمْtheir hearts قٰسِیَةً ۚhard یُحَرِّفُوْنَThey distort الْكَلِمَthe words عَنْfrom مَّوَاضِعِهٖ ۙtheir places وَنَسُوْاand forgot حَظًّاa part مِّمَّاof what ذُكِّرُوْاthey were reminded بِهٖ ۚof [it] وَلَاAnd not تَزَالُwill you cease تَطَّلِعُto discover عَلٰیof خَآىِٕنَةٍtreachery مِّنْهُمْfrom them اِلَّاexcept قَلِیْلًاa few مِّنْهُمْof them فَاعْفُBut forgive عَنْهُمْthem وَاصْفَحْ ؕand overlook اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah یُحِبُّloves الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟(13) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 109 - Juz 6 وَمِنَAnd from الَّذِیْنَthose who قَالُوْۤاsaid اِنَّاIndeed we نَصٰرٰۤی(are) Christians اَخَذْنَاWe took مِیْثَاقَهُمْtheir covenant فَنَسُوْاbut they forgot حَظًّاa part مِّمَّاof what ذُكِّرُوْاthey were reminded بِهٖ ۪of [it] فَاَغْرَیْنَاSo We aroused بَیْنَهُمُbetween them الْعَدَاوَةَ[the] enmity وَالْبَغْضَآءَand [the] hatred اِلٰیtill یَوْمِ(the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ ؕ(of) the Resurrection وَسَوْفَAnd soon یُنَبِّئُهُمُwill inform them اللّٰهُAllah بِمَاof what كَانُوْاthey used to یَصْنَعُوْنَdo ۟(14) یٰۤاَهْلَO People الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book قَدْSurely جَآءَكُمْhas come to you رَسُوْلُنَاOur Messenger یُبَیِّنُmaking clear لَكُمْto you كَثِیْرًاmuch مِّمَّاof what كُنْتُمْyou used to تُخْفُوْنَconceal مِنَof الْكِتٰبِthe Scripture وَیَعْفُوْاand overlooking عَنْof كَثِیْرٍ ؕ۬much قَدْSurely جَآءَكُمْhas come to you مِّنَfrom اللّٰهِAllah نُوْرٌa light وَّكِتٰبٌand a Book مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟ۙ(15) یَّهْدِیْGuides بِهِwith it اللّٰهُAllah مَنِ(those) who اتَّبَعَseek رِضْوَانَهٗHis pleasure سُبُلَ(to the) ways السَّلٰمِ(of) the peace وَیُخْرِجُهُمْand brings them out مِّنَfrom الظُّلُمٰتِthe darknessess اِلَیto النُّوْرِthe light بِاِذْنِهٖby His permission وَیَهْدِیْهِمْand guides them اِلٰیto صِرَاطٍ(the) way مُّسْتَقِیْمٍ(the) straight ۟(16) لَقَدْCertainly كَفَرَdisbelieved الَّذِیْنَthose who قَالُوْۤاsaid اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah هُوَHe الْمَسِیْحُ(is) the Messiah ابْنُson مَرْیَمَ ؕ(of) Maryam قُلْSay فَمَنْThen who یَّمْلِكُhas power مِنَagainst اللّٰهِAllah شَیْـًٔا(in) anything اِنْif اَرَادَHe intends اَنْto یُّهْلِكَdestroy الْمَسِیْحَthe Messiah ابْنَson مَرْیَمَ(of) Maryam وَاُمَّهٗand his mother وَمَنْand whoever فِی(is) in الْاَرْضِthe earth جَمِیْعًا ؕall وَلِلّٰهِAnd for Allah مُلْكُ(is the) dominion السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَمَاand what بَیْنَهُمَا ؕ(is) between both of them یَخْلُقُHe creates مَاwhat یَشَآءُ ؕHe wills وَاللّٰهُand Allah عَلٰی(is) on كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرٌAll-Powerful ۟(17) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 110 - Juz 6 وَقَالَتِAnd said الْیَهُوْدُthe Jews وَالنَّصٰرٰیand the Christians نَحْنُWe (are) اَبْنٰٓؤُا(the) children اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَاَحِبَّآؤُهٗ ؕand His beloved قُلْSay فَلِمَThen why یُعَذِّبُكُمْ(does He) punish you بِذُنُوْبِكُمْ ؕfor your sins بَلْNay اَنْتُمْyou (are) بَشَرٌhuman beings مِّمَّنْfrom among (those) خَلَقَ ؕHe created یَغْفِرُHe forgives لِمَنْ[for] whom یَّشَآءُHe wills وَیُعَذِّبُand punishes مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُ ؕHe wills وَلِلّٰهِAnd for Allah مُلْكُ(is the) dominion السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَمَاand whatever بَیْنَهُمَا ؗ(is) between them وَاِلَیْهِand to Him الْمَصِیْرُ(is) the final return ۟(18) یٰۤاَهْلَO People الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book قَدْSurely جَآءَكُمْhas come to you رَسُوْلُنَاOur Messenger یُبَیِّنُhe makes clear لَكُمْto you عَلٰی[on] فَتْرَةٍ(after) an interval (of cessation) مِّنَof الرُّسُلِthe Messengers اَنْlest تَقُوْلُوْاyou say مَاNot جَآءَنَا(has) come to us مِنْany بَشِیْرٍbearer of glad tidings وَّلَاand not نَذِیْرٍ ؗa warner فَقَدْBut surely جَآءَكُمْhas come to you بَشِیْرٌa bearer of glad tidings وَّنَذِیْرٌ ؕand a warner وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah عَلٰی(is) on كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرٌAll-Powerful ۟۠(19) وَاِذْAnd when قَالَsaid مُوْسٰیMusa لِقَوْمِهٖto his people یٰقَوْمِO my people اذْكُرُوْاremember نِعْمَةَ(the) Favor اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْكُمْupon you اِذْwhen جَعَلَHe placed فِیْكُمْamong you اَنْۢبِیَآءَProphets وَجَعَلَكُمْand made you مُّلُوْكًا ۖۗkings وَّاٰتٰىكُمْand He gave you مَّاwhat لَمْnot یُؤْتِHe (had) given اَحَدًا(to) anyone مِّنَfrom الْعٰلَمِیْنَthe worlds ۟(20) یٰقَوْمِO my people ادْخُلُواEnter الْاَرْضَthe land الْمُقَدَّسَةَthe Holy الَّتِیْwhich كَتَبَ(has been) ordained اللّٰهُ(by) Allah لَكُمْfor you وَلَاand (do) not تَرْتَدُّوْاturn عَلٰۤیon اَدْبَارِكُمْyour backs فَتَنْقَلِبُوْاthen you will turn back خٰسِرِیْنَ(as) losers ۟(21) قَالُوْاThey said یٰمُوْسٰۤیO Musa اِنَّIndeed فِیْهَاin it قَوْمًا(are) people جَبَّارِیْنَ ۖۗ(of) tyrannical strength وَاِنَّاand indeed, we لَنْnever نَّدْخُلَهَاwill enter it حَتّٰیuntil یَخْرُجُوْاthey leave مِنْهَا ۚfrom it فَاِنْand if یَّخْرُجُوْاthey leave مِنْهَا[from] it فَاِنَّاthen certainly we (will) دٰخِلُوْنَenter (it) ۟(22) قَالَSaid رَجُلٰنِtwo men مِنَfrom الَّذِیْنَthose who یَخَافُوْنَfeared (Allah) اَنْعَمَ(had) favored اللّٰهُAllah عَلَیْهِمَا[on] both of them ادْخُلُوْاEnter عَلَیْهِمُupon them الْبَابَ ۚ(through) the gate فَاِذَاthen when دَخَلْتُمُوْهُyou have entered it فَاِنَّكُمْthen indeed, you (will be) غٰلِبُوْنَ ۚ۬victorious وَعَلَیAnd upon اللّٰهِAllah فَتَوَكَّلُوْۤاthen put your trust اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(23) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 111 - Juz 6 قَالُوْاThey said یٰمُوْسٰۤیO Musa اِنَّاIndeed, we لَنْnever نَّدْخُلَهَاۤwill enter it اَبَدًاever مَّاfor دَامُوْاas long as they are فِیْهَاin it فَاذْهَبْSo go اَنْتَyou وَرَبُّكَand your Lord فَقَاتِلَاۤand you both fight اِنَّاIndeed, we هٰهُنَاare [here] قٰعِدُوْنَsitting ۟(24) قَالَHe said رَبِّO my Lord اِنِّیْIndeed, I لَاۤ(do) not اَمْلِكُ(have) power اِلَّاexcept نَفْسِیْ(over) myself وَاَخِیْand my brother فَافْرُقْso (make a) separation بَیْنَنَاbetween us وَبَیْنَand between الْقَوْمِthe people الْفٰسِقِیْنَ(the) defiantly disobedient ۟(25) قَالَ(Allah) said فَاِنَّهَاThen indeed it مُحَرَّمَةٌ(will be) forbidden عَلَیْهِمْto them اَرْبَعِیْنَ(for) forty سَنَةً ۚyears یَتِیْهُوْنَthey will wander فِیin الْاَرْضِ ؕthe earth فَلَاSo (do) not تَاْسَgrieve عَلَیover الْقَوْمِthe people الْفٰسِقِیْنَthe defiantly disobedient ۟۠(26) وَاتْلُAnd recite عَلَیْهِمْto them نَبَاَthe story ابْنَیْ(of) two sons اٰدَمَ(of) Adam بِالْحَقِّ ۘin truth اِذْwhen قَرَّبَاboth offered قُرْبَانًاa sacrifice فَتُقُبِّلَand it was accepted مِنْfrom اَحَدِهِمَاone of them وَلَمْand not یُتَقَبَّلْwas accepted مِنَfrom الْاٰخَرِ ؕthe other قَالَSaid (the latter) لَاَقْتُلَنَّكَ ؕSurely I will kill you قَالَSaid (the former) اِنَّمَاOnly یَتَقَبَّلُaccepts اللّٰهُ(does) Allah مِنَfrom الْمُتَّقِیْنَthe God fearing ۟(27) لَىِٕنْۢIf بَسَطْتَّyou stretch اِلَیَّtowards me یَدَكَyour hand لِتَقْتُلَنِیْto kill me مَاۤnot اَنَاwill I بِبَاسِطٍstretch یَّدِیَmy hand اِلَیْكَtowards you لِاَقْتُلَكَ ۚto kill you اِنِّیْۤindeed I اَخَافُfear اللّٰهَAllah رَبَّ(the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟(28) اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اُرِیْدُwish اَنْthat تَبُوْٓءَاۡyou be laden بِاِثْمِیْwith my sin وَاِثْمِكَand your sin فَتَكُوْنَso you will be مِنْamong اَصْحٰبِ(the) companions النَّارِ ۚ(of) the Fire وَذٰلِكَand that جَزٰٓؤُا(is the) recompense الظّٰلِمِیْنَ(of) the wrong-doers ۟ۚ(29) فَطَوَّعَتْThen prompted لَهٗto him نَفْسُهٗhis soul قَتْلَ(to) kill اَخِیْهِhis brother فَقَتَلَهٗso he killed him فَاَصْبَحَand became مِنَof الْخٰسِرِیْنَthe losers ۟(30) فَبَعَثَThen (was) sent اللّٰهُ(by) Allah غُرَابًاa crow یَّبْحَثُit (was) scratching فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth لِیُرِیَهٗto show him كَیْفَhow یُوَارِیْto hide سَوْءَةَ(the) dead body اَخِیْهِ ؕ(of) his brother قَالَHe said یٰوَیْلَتٰۤیWoe to me اَعَجَزْتُAm I unable اَنْthat اَكُوْنَI can be مِثْلَlike هٰذَاthis الْغُرَابِ[the] crow فَاُوَارِیَand hide سَوْءَةَ(the) dead body اَخِیْ ۚ(of) my brother فَاَصْبَحَThen he became مِنَof النّٰدِمِیْنَthe regretful ۟(31) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 112 - Juz 6 مِنْFrom اَجْلِtime ذٰلِكَ ؔۛۚthat كَتَبْنَاWe ordained عَلٰیon بَنِیْۤ(the) Children اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(of) Israel اَنَّهٗthat he مَنْwho قَتَلَkills نَفْسًاa soul بِغَیْرِother than نَفْسٍ(for) a soul اَوْor فَسَادٍ(for) spreading corruption فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth فَكَاَنَّمَاthen (it) is as if قَتَلَhe has killed النَّاسَmankind جَمِیْعًا ؕall وَمَنْand whoever اَحْیَاهَاsaves it فَكَاَنَّمَاۤthen (it) is as if اَحْیَاhe has saved النَّاسَmankind جَمِیْعًا ؕall وَلَقَدْAnd surely جَآءَتْهُمْcame to them رُسُلُنَاOur Messengers بِالْبَیِّنٰتِ ؗwith clear Signs ثُمَّyet اِنَّindeed كَثِیْرًاmany مِّنْهُمْof them بَعْدَafter ذٰلِكَthat فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth لَمُسْرِفُوْنَ(are) surely those who commit excesses ۟(32) اِنَّمَاOnly جَزٰٓؤُا(the) recompense الَّذِیْنَ(for) those who یُحَارِبُوْنَwage war اللّٰهَ(against) Allah وَرَسُوْلَهٗand His Messenger وَیَسْعَوْنَand strive فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth فَسَادًاspreading corruption اَنْ(is) that یُّقَتَّلُوْۤاthey be killed اَوْor یُصَلَّبُوْۤاthey be crucified اَوْor تُقَطَّعَbe cut off اَیْدِیْهِمْtheir hands وَاَرْجُلُهُمْand their feet مِّنْof خِلَافٍopposite sides اَوْor یُنْفَوْاthey be exiled مِنَfrom الْاَرْضِ ؕthe land ذٰلِكَThat لَهُمْ(is) for them خِزْیٌdisgrace فِیin الدُّنْیَاthe world وَلَهُمْand for them فِیin الْاٰخِرَةِthe Hereafter عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟ۙ(33) اِلَّاExcept الَّذِیْنَthose who تَابُوْاrepent مِنْfrom قَبْلِbefore اَنْthat تَقْدِرُوْاyou overpower عَلَیْهِمْ ۚ[over] them فَاعْلَمُوْۤاthen know اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟۠(34) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُواbelieve اتَّقُواFear اللّٰهَAllah وَابْتَغُوْۤاand seek اِلَیْهِtowards Him الْوَسِیْلَةَthe means وَجَاهِدُوْاand strive hard فِیْin سَبِیْلِهٖHis way لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تُفْلِحُوْنَsucceed ۟(35) اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieve لَوْif اَنَّthat لَهُمْfor them مَّا(is) what فِی(is) in الْاَرْضِthe earth جَمِیْعًاall وَّمِثْلَهٗand the like of it مَعَهٗwith it لِیَفْتَدُوْاto ransom themselves بِهٖwith it مِنْfrom عَذَابِ(the) punishment یَوْمِ(of the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection مَاnot تُقُبِّلَwill be accepted مِنْهُمْ ۚfrom them وَلَهُمْand for them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment اَلِیْمٌpainful ۟(36) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 113 - Juz 6 یُرِیْدُوْنَThey will wish اَنْthat یَّخْرُجُوْاthey come out مِنَof النَّارِthe Fire وَمَاbut not هُمْthey بِخٰرِجِیْنَwill come out مِنْهَا ؗof it وَلَهُمْAnd for them عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment مُّقِیْمٌlasting ۟(37) وَالسَّارِقُAnd (for) the male thief وَالسَّارِقَةُand the female thief فَاقْطَعُوْۤا[then] cut off اَیْدِیَهُمَاtheir hands جَزَآءً(as) a recompense بِمَاfor what كَسَبَاthey earned نَكَالًا(as) an exemplary (punishment) مِّنَfrom اللّٰهِ ؕAllah وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah عَزِیْزٌ(is) All-Mighty حَكِیْمٌAll-Wise ۟(38) فَمَنْBut whoever تَابَrepented مِنْfrom بَعْدِafter ظُلْمِهٖhis wrongdoing وَاَصْلَحَand reforms فَاِنَّthen indeed اللّٰهَAllah یَتُوْبُwill turn in forgiveness عَلَیْهِ ؕto him اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(39) اَلَمْDo not تَعْلَمْyou know اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah لَهٗto Him (belongs) مُلْكُ(the) dominion السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth یُعَذِّبُHe punishes مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُHe wills وَیَغْفِرُand He forgives لِمَنْ[to] whom یَّشَآءُ ؕHe wills وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah عَلٰی(is) on كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرٌAll-Powerful ۟(40) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO الرَّسُوْلُMessenger لَاLet not یَحْزُنْكَgrieve you الَّذِیْنَthose who یُسَارِعُوْنَhasten فِیin (to) الْكُفْرِ[the] disbelief مِنَof الَّذِیْنَthose who قَالُوْۤاsaid اٰمَنَّاWe believe بِاَفْوَاهِهِمْwith their mouths وَلَمْand not تُؤْمِنْbelieve قُلُوْبُهُمْ ۛۚtheir hearts وَمِنَand from الَّذِیْنَthose who هَادُوْا ۛۚ(are) Jews سَمّٰعُوْنَThey (are) listeners لِلْكَذِبِto falsehood سَمّٰعُوْنَ(and) listeners لِقَوْمٍfor people اٰخَرِیْنَ ۙother لَمْ(who have) not یَاْتُوْكَ ؕcome to you یُحَرِّفُوْنَThey distort الْكَلِمَthe words مِنْfrom بَعْدِafter مَوَاضِعِهٖ ۚtheir context یَقُوْلُوْنَsaying اِنْIf اُوْتِیْتُمْyou are given هٰذَاthis فَخُذُوْهُ[so] take it وَاِنْbut if لَّمْnot تُؤْتَوْهُyou are given it فَاحْذَرُوْا ؕthen beware وَمَنْAnd (for) whom یُّرِدِintends اللّٰهُAllah فِتْنَتَهٗhis trial فَلَنْthen never تَمْلِكَwill you have power لَهٗfor him مِنَagainst اللّٰهِAllah شَیْـًٔا ؕanything اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose الَّذِیْنَ(are) the ones لَمْnever یُرِدِwill intend اللّٰهُAllah اَنْthat یُّطَهِّرَHe purifies قُلُوْبَهُمْ ؕtheir hearts لَهُمْFor them فِیin الدُّنْیَاthe world خِزْیٌ ۖۚ(is) disgrace وَّلَهُمْand for them فِیin الْاٰخِرَةِthe Hereafter عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment عَظِیْمٌgreat ۟(41) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 114 - Juz 6 سَمّٰعُوْنَListeners لِلْكَذِبِto [the] falsehood اَكّٰلُوْنَdevourers لِلسُّحْتِ ؕof the forbidden فَاِنْSo if جَآءُوْكَthey come to you فَاحْكُمْthen judge بَیْنَهُمْbetween them اَوْor اَعْرِضْturn away عَنْهُمْ ۚfrom them وَاِنْAnd if تُعْرِضْyou turn away عَنْهُمْfrom them فَلَنْthen never یَّضُرُّوْكَwill they harm you شَیْـًٔا ؕ(in) anything وَاِنْAnd if حَكَمْتَyou judge فَاحْكُمْthen judge بَیْنَهُمْbetween them بِالْقِسْطِ ؕwith [the] justice اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah یُحِبُّloves الْمُقْسِطِیْنَthe ones who are just ۟(42) وَكَیْفَBut how can یُحَكِّمُوْنَكَthey appoint you a judge وَعِنْدَهُمُwhile they (have) with them التَّوْرٰىةُthe Taurat فِیْهَاin it حُكْمُ(is the) Command اللّٰهِ(of) Allah ثُمَّThen یَتَوَلَّوْنَthey turn away مِنْfrom بَعْدِafter ذٰلِكَ ؕthat وَمَاۤand not اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose بِالْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ(are) the believers ۟۠(43) اِنَّاۤIndeed اَنْزَلْنَاWe revealed التَّوْرٰىةَthe Taurat فِیْهَاin it هُدًی(was) Guidance وَّنُوْرٌ ۚand light یَحْكُمُjudged بِهَاby it النَّبِیُّوْنَthe Prophets الَّذِیْنَthose who اَسْلَمُوْاhad submitted (to Allah) لِلَّذِیْنَfor those who هَادُوْاwere Jews وَالرَّبّٰنِیُّوْنَand the Rabbis وَالْاَحْبَارُand the scholars بِمَاwith what اسْتُحْفِظُوْاthey were entrusted مِنْof كِتٰبِ(the) Book اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَكَانُوْاand they were عَلَیْهِto it شُهَدَآءَ ۚwitnesses فَلَاSo (do) not تَخْشَوُاfear النَّاسَthe people وَاخْشَوْنِbut fear Me وَلَاand (do) not تَشْتَرُوْاsell بِاٰیٰتِیْMy Verses ثَمَنًا(for) a price قَلِیْلًا ؕlittle وَمَنْAnd whoever لَّمْ(does) not یَحْكُمْjudge بِمَاۤby what اَنْزَلَhas revealed اللّٰهُAllah فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen those هُمُ[they] الْكٰفِرُوْنَ(are) the disbelievers ۟(44) وَكَتَبْنَاAnd We ordained عَلَیْهِمْfor them فِیْهَاۤin it اَنَّthat النَّفْسَthe life بِالنَّفْسِ ۙfor the life وَالْعَیْنَand the eye بِالْعَیْنِfor the eye وَالْاَنْفَand the nose بِالْاَنْفِfor the nose وَالْاُذُنَand the ear بِالْاُذُنِfor the ear وَالسِّنَّand the tooth بِالسِّنِّ ۙfor the tooth وَالْجُرُوْحَand (for) wounds قِصَاصٌ ؕ(is) retribution فَمَنْBut whoever تَصَدَّقَgives charity بِهٖwith it فَهُوَthen it is كَفَّارَةٌan expiation لَّهٗ ؕfor him وَمَنْAnd whoever لَّمْ(does) not یَحْكُمْjudge بِمَاۤby what اَنْزَلَhas revealed اللّٰهُAllah فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen those هُمُ[they] الظّٰلِمُوْنَ(are) the wrongdoers ۟(45) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 115 - Juz 6 وَقَفَّیْنَاAnd We sent عَلٰۤیon اٰثَارِهِمْtheir footsteps بِعِیْسَیIsa ابْنِson مَرْیَمَ(of) Maryam مُصَدِّقًاconfirming لِّمَاwhat بَیْنَ(was) between یَدَیْهِhis hands مِنَof التَّوْرٰىةِ ۪the Taurat وَاٰتَیْنٰهُand We gave him الْاِنْجِیْلَthe Injeel فِیْهِin it هُدًی(was) Guidance وَّنُوْرٌ ۙand light وَّمُصَدِّقًاand confirming لِّمَاwhat بَیْنَ(was) between یَدَیْهِhis hands مِنَof التَّوْرٰىةِthe Taurat وَهُدًیand a Guidance وَّمَوْعِظَةًand an admonition لِّلْمُتَّقِیْنَfor the God conscious ۟ؕ(46) وَلْیَحْكُمْAnd let judge اَهْلُ(the) People الْاِنْجِیْلِ(of) the Injeel بِمَاۤby what اَنْزَلَhas revealed اللّٰهُAllah فِیْهِ ؕin it وَمَنْAnd whoever لَّمْ(does) not یَحْكُمْjudge بِمَاۤby what اَنْزَلَhas revealed اللّٰهُAllah فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَthen those هُمُ[they] (are) الْفٰسِقُوْنَthe defiantly disobedient ۟(47) وَاَنْزَلْنَاۤAnd We revealed اِلَیْكَto you الْكِتٰبَthe Book بِالْحَقِّin [the] truth مُصَدِّقًاconfirming لِّمَاwhat بَیْنَ(was) before یَدَیْهِhis hands مِنَof الْكِتٰبِthe Book وَمُهَیْمِنًاand a guardian عَلَیْهِover it فَاحْكُمْSo judge بَیْنَهُمْbetween them بِمَاۤby what اَنْزَلَhas revealed اللّٰهُAllah وَلَاand (do) not تَتَّبِعْfollow اَهْوَآءَهُمْtheir vain desires عَمَّاwhen جَآءَكَhas come to you مِنَof الْحَقِّ ؕthe truth لِكُلٍّFor each جَعَلْنَاWe have made مِنْكُمْfor you شِرْعَةًa law وَّمِنْهَاجًا ؕand a clear way وَلَوْAnd if شَآءَ(had) willed اللّٰهُAllah لَجَعَلَكُمْHe (would have) made you اُمَّةًa community وَّاحِدَةًone وَّلٰكِنْ[and] but لِّیَبْلُوَكُمْto test you فِیْin مَاۤwhat اٰتٰىكُمْHe (has) given you فَاسْتَبِقُواso race الْخَیْرٰتِ ؕ(to) the good اِلَیTo اللّٰهِAllah مَرْجِعُكُمْyou will return جَمِیْعًاall فَیُنَبِّئُكُمْthen He will inform you بِمَاof what كُنْتُمْyou were فِیْهِconcerning it تَخْتَلِفُوْنَdiffering ۟ۙ(48) وَاَنِAnd that احْكُمْyou judge بَیْنَهُمْbetween them بِمَاۤby what اَنْزَلَ(has) revealed اللّٰهُAllah وَلَاand (do) not تَتَّبِعْfollow اَهْوَآءَهُمْtheir vain desires وَاحْذَرْهُمْand beware of them اَنْlest یَّفْتِنُوْكَthey tempt you away عَنْfrom بَعْضِsome مَاۤ(of) what اَنْزَلَhas revealed اللّٰهُAllah اِلَیْكَ ؕto you فَاِنْAnd if تَوَلَّوْاthey turn away فَاعْلَمْthen know that اَنَّمَاonly یُرِیْدُintends اللّٰهُAllah اَنْto یُّصِیْبَهُمْafflict them بِبَعْضِfor some ذُنُوْبِهِمْ ؕ(of) their sins وَاِنَّAnd indeed كَثِیْرًاmany مِّنَof النَّاسِthe people لَفٰسِقُوْنَ(are) defiantly disobedient ۟(49) اَفَحُكْمَIs it then the judgment الْجَاهِلِیَّةِ(of the time of) ignorance یَبْغُوْنَ ؕthey seek وَمَنْAnd who (is) اَحْسَنُbetter مِنَthan اللّٰهِAllah حُكْمًا(in) judgment لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یُّوْقِنُوْنَ(who) firmly believe ۟۠(50) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 116 - Juz 6 یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve لَا(Do) not تَتَّخِذُواtake الْیَهُوْدَthe Jews وَالنَّصٰرٰۤیand the Christians اَوْلِیَآءَ ؔۘ(as) allies بَعْضُهُمْSome of them اَوْلِیَآءُ(are) allies بَعْضٍ ؕ(to) others وَمَنْAnd whoever یَّتَوَلَّهُمْtakes them as allies مِّنْكُمْamong you فَاِنَّهٗthen indeed, he مِنْهُمْ ؕ(is) of them اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَا(does) not یَهْدِیguide الْقَوْمَthe people الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoing ۟(51) فَتَرَیAnd you see الَّذِیْنَthose فِیْin قُلُوْبِهِمْtheir hearts مَّرَضٌ(is) a disease یُّسَارِعُوْنَthey hasten فِیْهِمْto them یَقُوْلُوْنَsaying نَخْشٰۤیWe fear اَنْthat تُصِیْبَنَا(may) strike us دَآىِٕرَةٌ ؕa misfortune فَعَسَیBut perhaps اللّٰهُAllah اَنْ[that] یَّاْتِیَwill bring بِالْفَتْحِthe victory اَوْor اَمْرٍa decision مِّنْfrom عِنْدِهٖ(of) Him فَیُصْبِحُوْاThen they will become عَلٰیfor مَاۤwhat اَسَرُّوْاthey had concealed فِیْۤwithin اَنْفُسِهِمْthemselves نٰدِمِیْنَregretful ۟ؕ(52) وَیَقُوْلُAnd will say الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْۤاbelieve اَهٰۤؤُلَآءِAre these الَّذِیْنَthose who اَقْسَمُوْاswore بِاللّٰهِby Allah جَهْدَstrongest اَیْمَانِهِمْ ۙ(of) their oaths اِنَّهُمْindeed, they لَمَعَكُمْ ؕ(were) with you حَبِطَتْBecame worthless اَعْمَالُهُمْtheir deeds فَاَصْبَحُوْاand they became خٰسِرِیْنَ(the) losers ۟(53) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve مَنْWhoever یَّرْتَدَّturns back مِنْكُمْamong you عَنْfrom دِیْنِهٖhis religion فَسَوْفَthen soon یَاْتِی(will be) brought اللّٰهُ(by) Allah بِقَوْمٍa people یُّحِبُّهُمْwhom He loves وَیُحِبُّوْنَهٗۤ ۙand they love Him اَذِلَّةٍhumble عَلَیtowards الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers اَعِزَّةٍ(and) stern عَلَیtowards الْكٰفِرِیْنَ ؗthe disbelievers یُجَاهِدُوْنَstriving فِیْin سَبِیْلِ(the) way اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَلَاand not یَخَافُوْنَfearing لَوْمَةَthe blame لَآىِٕمٍ ؕ(of) a critic ذٰلِكَThat فَضْلُ(is the) Grace اللّٰهِ(of) Allah یُؤْتِیْهِHe grants مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُ ؕHe wills وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah وَاسِعٌ(is) All-Encompassing عَلِیْمٌAll-Knowing ۟(54) اِنَّمَاOnly وَلِیُّكُمُyour ally اللّٰهُ(is) Allah وَرَسُوْلُهٗand His Messenger وَالَّذِیْنَand those who اٰمَنُواbelieve الَّذِیْنَand those who یُقِیْمُوْنَestablish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَیُؤْتُوْنَand give الزَّكٰوةَzakah وَهُمْand they رٰكِعُوْنَ(are) those who bow down ۟(55) وَمَنْAnd whoever یَّتَوَلَّtakes as an ally اللّٰهَAllah وَرَسُوْلَهٗand His Messenger وَالَّذِیْنَand those who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve فَاِنَّthen indeed حِزْبَ(the) party اللّٰهِ(of) Allah هُمُthey الْغٰلِبُوْنَ(are) the victorious ۟۠(56) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve لَا(Do) not تَتَّخِذُواtake الَّذِیْنَthose who اتَّخَذُوْاtake دِیْنَكُمْyour religion هُزُوًا(in) ridicule وَّلَعِبًاand fun مِّنَfrom الَّذِیْنَthose who اُوْتُواare given الْكِتٰبَthe Book مِنْfrom قَبْلِكُمْbefore you وَالْكُفَّارَand the disbelievers اَوْلِیَآءَ ۚ(as) allies وَاتَّقُواAnd fear اللّٰهَAllah اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(57) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 117 - Juz 6 وَاِذَاAnd when نَادَیْتُمْyou make a call اِلَیfor الصَّلٰوةِthe prayer اتَّخَذُوْهَاthey take it هُزُوًا(in) ridicule وَّلَعِبًا ؕand fun ذٰلِكَThat بِاَنَّهُمْ(is) because they قَوْمٌ(are) a people لَّا(who do) not یَعْقِلُوْنَunderstand ۟(58) قُلْSay یٰۤاَهْلَO People الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book هَلْDo تَنْقِمُوْنَyou resent مِنَّاۤ[of] us اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْthat اٰمَنَّاwe believe بِاللّٰهِin Allah وَمَاۤand what اُنْزِلَhas been revealed اِلَیْنَاto us وَمَاۤand what اُنْزِلَwas revealed مِنْfrom قَبْلُ ۙbefore وَاَنَّand that اَكْثَرَكُمْmost of you فٰسِقُوْنَ(are) defiantly disobedient ۟(59) قُلْSay هَلْShall اُنَبِّئُكُمْI inform you بِشَرٍّ(of) worse مِّنْthan ذٰلِكَthat مَثُوْبَةً(as) recompense عِنْدَfrom اللّٰهِ ؕAllah مَنْWhom لَّعَنَهُhas (been) cursed اللّٰهُ(by) Allah وَغَضِبَand He became angry عَلَیْهِwith him وَجَعَلَand made مِنْهُمُof them الْقِرَدَةَ[the] apes وَالْخَنَازِیْرَand [the] swines وَعَبَدَand (who) worshipped الطَّاغُوْتَ ؕthe false deities اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose شَرٌّ(are) worse مَّكَانًا(in) position وَّاَضَلُّand farthest astray عَنْfrom سَوَآءِ(the) even السَّبِیْلِway ۟(60) وَاِذَاAnd when جَآءُوْكُمْthey come to you قَالُوْۤاthey say اٰمَنَّاWe believe وَقَدْBut certainly دَّخَلُوْاthey entered بِالْكُفْرِwith disbelief وَهُمْand they قَدْcertainly خَرَجُوْاwent out بِهٖ ؕwith it وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah اَعْلَمُknows best بِمَا[of] what كَانُوْاthey were یَكْتُمُوْنَhiding ۟(61) وَتَرٰیAnd you see كَثِیْرًاmany مِّنْهُمْof them یُسَارِعُوْنَhastening فِیinto الْاِثْمِ[the] sin وَالْعُدْوَانِand [the] transgression وَاَكْلِهِمُand eating السُّحْتَ ؕthe forbidden لَبِئْسَSurely evil مَا(is) what كَانُوْاthey were یَعْمَلُوْنَdoing ۟(62) لَوْلَاWhy (do) not یَنْهٰىهُمُforbid them الرَّبّٰنِیُّوْنَthe Rabbis وَالْاَحْبَارُand the religious scholars عَنْfrom قَوْلِهِمُtheir saying الْاِثْمَthe sinful وَاَكْلِهِمُand their eating السُّحْتَ ؕ(of) the forbidden لَبِئْسَSurely, evil مَا(is) what كَانُوْاthey used to یَصْنَعُوْنَdo ۟(63) وَقَالَتِAnd said الْیَهُوْدُthe Jews یَدُThe Hand اللّٰهِ(of) Allah مَغْلُوْلَةٌ ؕ(is) chained غُلَّتْAre chained اَیْدِیْهِمْtheir hands وَلُعِنُوْاand they have been cursed بِمَاfor what قَالُوْا ۘthey said بَلْNay یَدٰهُHis Hands مَبْسُوْطَتٰنِ ۙ(are) stretched out یُنْفِقُHe spends كَیْفَhow یَشَآءُ ؕHe wills وَلَیَزِیْدَنَّAnd surely increase كَثِیْرًاmany مِّنْهُمْof them مَّاۤwhat اُنْزِلَhas been revealed اِلَیْكَto you مِنْfrom رَّبِّكَyour Lord طُغْیَانًا(in) rebellion وَّكُفْرًا ؕand disbelief وَاَلْقَیْنَاAnd We have cast بَیْنَهُمُamong them الْعَدَاوَةَ[the] enmity وَالْبَغْضَآءَand [the] hatred اِلٰیtill یَوْمِ(the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ ؕ(of) the Resurrection كُلَّمَاۤEvery time اَوْقَدُوْاthey kindled نَارًا(the) fire لِّلْحَرْبِof [the] war اَطْفَاَهَاit (was) extinguished اللّٰهُ ۙ(by) Allah وَیَسْعَوْنَAnd they strive فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth فَسَادًا ؕspreading corruption وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah لَا(does) not یُحِبُّlove الْمُفْسِدِیْنَthe corrupters ۟(64) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 118 - Juz 6 وَلَوْAnd if اَنَّthat اَهْلَ(the) People الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book اٰمَنُوْا(had) believed وَاتَّقَوْاand feared (Allah) لَكَفَّرْنَاsurely We (would have) removed عَنْهُمْfrom them سَیِّاٰتِهِمْtheir evil (deeds) وَلَاَدْخَلْنٰهُمْand surely We (would have) admitted them جَنّٰتِ(to) Gardens النَّعِیْمِ(of) Bliss ۟(65) وَلَوْAnd if اَنَّهُمْthat they اَقَامُواhad stood firmly التَّوْرٰىةَ(by) the Taurat وَالْاِنْجِیْلَand the Injeel وَمَاۤand what اُنْزِلَwas revealed اِلَیْهِمْto them مِّنْfrom رَّبِّهِمْtheir Lord لَاَكَلُوْاsurely they (would have) eaten مِنْfrom فَوْقِهِمْabove them وَمِنْand from تَحْتِbeneath اَرْجُلِهِمْ ؕtheir feet مِنْهُمْAmong them اُمَّةٌ(is) a community مُّقْتَصِدَةٌ ؕmoderate وَكَثِیْرٌbut many مِّنْهُمْof them سَآءَevil مَا(is) what یَعْمَلُوْنَthey do ۟۠(66) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO الرَّسُوْلُMessenger بَلِّغْConvey مَاۤwhat اُنْزِلَhas been revealed اِلَیْكَto you مِنْfrom رَّبِّكَ ؕyour Lord وَاِنْand if لَّمْnot تَفْعَلْyou do فَمَاthen not بَلَّغْتَyou (have) conveyed رِسَالَتَهٗ ؕHis Message وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah یَعْصِمُكَwill protect you مِنَfrom النَّاسِ ؕthe people اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَا(does) not یَهْدِیguide الْقَوْمَthe people الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelieving ۟(67) قُلْSay یٰۤاَهْلَO People الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book لَسْتُمْYou are not عَلٰیon شَیْءٍanything حَتّٰیuntil تُقِیْمُواyou stand firmly التَّوْرٰىةَ(by) the Taurat وَالْاِنْجِیْلَand the Injeel وَمَاۤand what اُنْزِلَhas been revealed اِلَیْكُمْto you مِّنْfrom رَّبِّكُمْ ؕyour Lord وَلَیَزِیْدَنَّAnd surely increase كَثِیْرًاmany مِّنْهُمْof them مَّاۤwhat اُنْزِلَhas been revealed اِلَیْكَto you مِنْfrom رَّبِّكَyour Lord طُغْیَانًا(in) rebellion وَّكُفْرًا ۚand disbelief فَلَاSo (do) not تَاْسَgrieve عَلَیover الْقَوْمِthe people الْكٰفِرِیْنَthe disbelieving ۟(68) اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieved وَالَّذِیْنَand those who هَادُوْاbecame Jews وَالصّٰبِـُٔوْنَand the Sabians وَالنَّصٰرٰیand the Christians مَنْwhoever اٰمَنَbelieved بِاللّٰهِin Allah وَالْیَوْمِand the Day الْاٰخِرِthe Last وَعَمِلَand did صَالِحًاgood deeds فَلَاthen no خَوْفٌfear عَلَیْهِمْon them وَلَاand not هُمْthey یَحْزَنُوْنَwill grieve ۟(69) لَقَدْCertainly اَخَذْنَاWe took مِیْثَاقَa Covenant بَنِیْۤ(from the) Children اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(of) Israel وَاَرْسَلْنَاۤand We sent اِلَیْهِمْto them رُسُلًا ؕMessengers كُلَّمَاWhenever جَآءَهُمْcame to them رَسُوْلٌۢany Messenger بِمَاwith what لَاnot تَهْوٰۤیdesired اَنْفُسُهُمْ ۙtheir souls فَرِیْقًاa group كَذَّبُوْاthey denied وَفَرِیْقًاand a group یَّقْتُلُوْنَthey kill ۟ۗ(70) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 119 - Juz 6 وَحَسِبُوْۤاAnd they thought اَلَّاthat not تَكُوْنَwill be (for them) فِتْنَةٌa trial فَعَمُوْاso they became blind وَصَمُّوْاand they became deaf ثُمَّThen تَابَturned اللّٰهُAllah عَلَیْهِمْto them ثُمَّthen (again) عَمُوْاthey became blind وَصَمُّوْاand they became deaf كَثِیْرٌmany مِّنْهُمْ ؕof them وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah بَصِیْرٌ(is) All-Seer بِمَاof what یَعْمَلُوْنَthey do ۟(71) لَقَدْCertainly كَفَرَdisbelieved الَّذِیْنَthose who قَالُوْۤاsay اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah هُوَHe الْمَسِیْحُ(is) the Messiah ابْنُson مَرْیَمَ ؕ(of) Maryam وَقَالَWhile said الْمَسِیْحُthe Messiah یٰبَنِیْۤO Children اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(of) Israel اعْبُدُواWorship اللّٰهَAllah رَبِّیْmy Lord وَرَبَّكُمْ ؕand your Lord اِنَّهٗIndeed, he مَنْwho یُّشْرِكْassociates partners بِاللّٰهِwith Allah فَقَدْthen surely حَرَّمَ(has) forbidden اللّٰهُAllah عَلَیْهِfor him الْجَنَّةَParadise وَمَاْوٰىهُand his abode النَّارُ ؕ(will be) the Fire وَمَاAnd not لِلظّٰلِمِیْنَfor the wrongdoers مِنْany اَنْصَارٍhelpers ۟(72) لَقَدْCertainly كَفَرَdisbelieved الَّذِیْنَthose who قَالُوْۤاsay اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah ثَالِثُ(is the) third ثَلٰثَةٍ ۘ(of) three وَمَاAnd (there is) no مِنْ[of] اِلٰهٍgod اِلَّاۤexcept اِلٰهٌ(the) God وَّاحِدٌ ؕ(the) One وَاِنْAnd if لَّمْnot یَنْتَهُوْاthey desist عَمَّاfrom what یَقُوْلُوْنَthey are saying لَیَمَسَّنَّsurely will afflict الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved مِنْهُمْamong them عَذَابٌa punishment اَلِیْمٌpainful ۟(73) اَفَلَاSo will not یَتُوْبُوْنَthey turn in repentance اِلَیto اللّٰهِAllah وَیَسْتَغْفِرُوْنَهٗ ؕand seek His forgiveness وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(74) مَاNot الْمَسِیْحُ(is) the Messiah ابْنُson مَرْیَمَ(of) Maryam اِلَّاbut رَسُوْلٌ ۚa Messenger قَدْcertainly خَلَتْhad passed مِنْfrom قَبْلِهِbefore him الرُّسُلُ ؕthe Messengers وَاُمُّهٗAnd his mother صِدِّیْقَةٌ ؕ(was) truthful كَانَاThey both used to یَاْكُلٰنِeat الطَّعَامَ ؕ[the] food اُنْظُرْSee كَیْفَhow نُبَیِّنُWe make clear لَهُمُto them الْاٰیٰتِthe Signs ثُمَّthen انْظُرْsee اَنّٰیhow یُؤْفَكُوْنَthey are deluded ۟(75) قُلْSay اَتَعْبُدُوْنَDo you worship مِنْfrom دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah مَاwhat لَاnot یَمْلِكُhas power لَكُمْto (cause) you ضَرًّاany harm وَّلَاand not نَفْعًا ؕany benefit وَاللّٰهُwhile Allah هُوَHe السَّمِیْعُ(is) the All-Hearing الْعَلِیْمُthe All-Knowing ۟(76) قُلْSay یٰۤاَهْلَO People الْكِتٰبِ(of) the Book لَا(Do) not تَغْلُوْاexceed فِیْin دِیْنِكُمْyour religion غَیْرَother than الْحَقِّthe truth وَلَاand (do) not تَتَّبِعُوْۤاfollow اَهْوَآءَ(vain) desires قَوْمٍ(of) a people قَدْcertainly ضَلُّوْاwho went astray مِنْfrom قَبْلُbefore وَاَضَلُّوْاand they misled كَثِیْرًاmany وَّضَلُّوْاand they have strayed عَنْfrom سَوَآءِ(the) right السَّبِیْلِ[the] way ۟۠(77) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 120 - Juz 6 لُعِنَWere cursed الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved مِنْfrom بَنِیْۤ(the) Children اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(of) Israel عَلٰیby لِسَانِ(the) tongue دَاوٗدَ(of) Dawood وَعِیْسَیand Isa ابْنِson مَرْیَمَ ؕ(of) Maryam ذٰلِكَthat (was) بِمَاbecause عَصَوْاthey disobeyed وَّكَانُوْاand they were یَعْتَدُوْنَtransgressing ۟(78) كَانُوْاThey had been لَاnot یَتَنَاهَوْنَforbidding each other عَنْfrom مُّنْكَرٍwrongdoing فَعَلُوْهُ ؕthey did [it] لَبِئْسَSurely, evil مَا(was) what كَانُوْاthey were یَفْعَلُوْنَdoing ۟(79) تَرٰیYou see كَثِیْرًاmany مِّنْهُمْof them یَتَوَلَّوْنَtaking as allies الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْا ؕdisbelieved لَبِئْسَSurely evil مَا(is) what قَدَّمَتْsent forth لَهُمْfor them اَنْفُسُهُمْtheir souls اَنْthat سَخِطَbecame angry اللّٰهُAllah عَلَیْهِمْwith them وَفِیand in الْعَذَابِthe punishment هُمْthey خٰلِدُوْنَ(will) abide forever ۟(80) وَلَوْAnd if كَانُوْاthey had یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieved بِاللّٰهِin Allah وَالنَّبِیِّand the Prophet وَمَاۤand what اُنْزِلَhas been revealed اِلَیْهِto him مَاnot اتَّخَذُوْهُمْthey (would have) taken them اَوْلِیَآءَ(as) allies وَلٰكِنَّ[and] but كَثِیْرًاmany مِّنْهُمْof them فٰسِقُوْنَ(are) defiantly disobedient ۟(81) لَتَجِدَنَّSurely you will find اَشَدَّstrongest النَّاسِ(of) the people عَدَاوَةً(in) enmity لِّلَّذِیْنَto those who اٰمَنُواbelieve الْیَهُوْدَthe Jews وَالَّذِیْنَand those who اَشْرَكُوْا ۚ(are) polytheists وَلَتَجِدَنَّand surely you will find اَقْرَبَهُمْnearest of them مَّوَدَّةً(in) affection لِّلَّذِیْنَto those who اٰمَنُواbelieve الَّذِیْنَthose who قَالُوْۤاsay اِنَّاWe نَصٰرٰی ؕ(are) Christians ذٰلِكَThat (is) بِاَنَّbecause مِنْهُمْamong them قِسِّیْسِیْنَ(are) priests وَرُهْبَانًاand monks وَّاَنَّهُمْand that they لَا(are) not یَسْتَكْبِرُوْنَarrogant ۟(82) وَاِذَاAnd when سَمِعُوْاthey listen مَاۤ(to) what اُنْزِلَhas been revealed اِلَیto الرَّسُوْلِthe Messenger تَرٰۤیyou see اَعْیُنَهُمْtheir eyes تَفِیْضُoverflowing مِنَwith الدَّمْعِthe tears مِمَّاfor what عَرَفُوْاthey recognized مِنَof الْحَقِّ ۚthe truth یَقُوْلُوْنَThey say رَبَّنَاۤOur Lord اٰمَنَّاwe have believed فَاكْتُبْنَاso write us مَعَwith الشّٰهِدِیْنَthe witnesses ۟(83) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 121 - Juz 6 وَمَاAnd what لَنَاfor us (that) لَاnot نُؤْمِنُwe believe بِاللّٰهِin Allah وَمَاand what جَآءَنَاcame (to) us مِنَfrom الْحَقِّ ۙthe truth وَنَطْمَعُAnd we hope اَنْthat یُّدْخِلَنَاwill admit us رَبُّنَاour Lord مَعَwith الْقَوْمِthe people الصّٰلِحِیْنَthe righteous ۟(84) فَاَثَابَهُمُSo rewarded them اللّٰهُAllah بِمَاfor what قَالُوْاthey said جَنّٰتٍ(with) Gardens تَجْرِیْflows مِنْfrom تَحْتِهَاunderneath them الْاَنْهٰرُthe rivers خٰلِدِیْنَwill abide forever فِیْهَا ؕin it وَذٰلِكَAnd that جَزَآءُ(is the) reward الْمُحْسِنِیْنَ(of) the good-doers ۟(85) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved وَكَذَّبُوْاand denied بِاٰیٰتِنَاۤOur Signs اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose اَصْحٰبُ(are the) companions الْجَحِیْمِ(of) the Hellfire ۟۠(86) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve لَا(Do) not تُحَرِّمُوْاmake unlawful طَیِّبٰتِ(the) good things مَاۤ(of) what اَحَلَّhas (been) made lawful اللّٰهُ(by) Allah لَكُمْfor you وَلَاand (do) not تَعْتَدُوْا ؕtransgress اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَا(does) not یُحِبُّlove الْمُعْتَدِیْنَthe transgressors ۟(87) وَكُلُوْاAnd eat مِمَّاof what رَزَقَكُمُhas provided you اللّٰهُAllah حَلٰلًاlawful طَیِّبًا ۪good وَّاتَّقُواAnd fear اللّٰهَAllah الَّذِیْۤthe One اَنْتُمْyou (are) بِهٖin Him مُؤْمِنُوْنَbelievers ۟(88) لَاNot یُؤَاخِذُكُمُwill call you to account اللّٰهُAllah بِاللَّغْوِfor the thoughtless utterances فِیْۤin اَیْمَانِكُمْyour oaths وَلٰكِنْbut یُّؤَاخِذُكُمْHe will call you to account بِمَاfor what عَقَّدْتُّمُyou contracted الْاَیْمَانَ ۚ(of) the oath فَكَفَّارَتُهٗۤSo its expiation اِطْعَامُ(is) feeding عَشَرَةِ(of) ten مَسٰكِیْنَneedy people مِنْof اَوْسَطِaverage مَا(of) what تُطْعِمُوْنَyou feed اَهْلِیْكُمْyour families اَوْor كِسْوَتُهُمْclothing them اَوْor تَحْرِیْرُfreeing رَقَبَةٍ ؕa slave فَمَنْBut whoever لَّمْ(does) not یَجِدْfind فَصِیَامُ(that), then fasting ثَلٰثَةِ(for) three اَیَّامٍ ؕdays ذٰلِكَThat كَفَّارَةُ(is the) expiation اَیْمَانِكُمْ(of) your oaths اِذَاwhen حَلَفْتُمْ ؕyou have sworn وَاحْفَظُوْۤاAnd guard اَیْمَانَكُمْ ؕyour oaths كَذٰلِكَThus یُبَیِّنُmakes clear اللّٰهُAllah لَكُمْto you اٰیٰتِهٖHis Verses لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَشْكُرُوْنَ(be) grateful ۟(89) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْۤاbelieve اِنَّمَاVerily الْخَمْرُthe intoxicants وَالْمَیْسِرُand [the] games of chance وَالْاَنْصَابُand (sacrifices at) altars وَالْاَزْلَامُand divining arrows رِجْسٌ(are an) abomination مِّنْfrom عَمَلِ(the) work الشَّیْطٰنِ(of) the Shaitaan فَاجْتَنِبُوْهُso avoid it لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تُفْلِحُوْنَ(be) successful ۟(90) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 122 - Juz 7 اِنَّمَاOnly یُرِیْدُintends الشَّیْطٰنُthe Shaitaan اَنْto یُّوْقِعَcause بَیْنَكُمُbetween you الْعَدَاوَةَ[the] enmity وَالْبَغْضَآءَand [the] hatred فِیthrough الْخَمْرِintoxicants وَالْمَیْسِرِand gambling وَیَصُدَّكُمْand hinders you عَنْfrom ذِكْرِ(the) remembrance اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَعَنِand from الصَّلٰوةِ ۚthe prayer فَهَلْSo will اَنْتُمْyou مُّنْتَهُوْنَ(be) the ones who abstain ۟(91) وَاَطِیْعُواAnd obey اللّٰهَAllah وَاَطِیْعُواand obey الرَّسُوْلَthe Messenger وَاحْذَرُوْا ۚand beware فَاِنْAnd if تَوَلَّیْتُمْyou turn away فَاعْلَمُوْۤاthen know اَنَّمَاonly عَلٰیupon رَسُوْلِنَاOur Messenger الْبَلٰغُ(is to) convey (the Message) الْمُبِیْنُclearly ۟(92) لَیْسَNot عَلَیon الَّذِیْنَthose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieve وَعَمِلُواand do الصّٰلِحٰتِthe good deeds جُنَاحٌany sin فِیْمَاfor what طَعِمُوْۤاthey ate اِذَاwhen مَاthat اتَّقَوْاthey fear (Allah) وَّاٰمَنُوْاand they believe وَعَمِلُواand they do الصّٰلِحٰتِ[the] good deeds ثُمَّthen اتَّقَوْاthey fear (Allah) وَّاٰمَنُوْاand believe ثُمَّthen اتَّقَوْاthey fear (Allah) وَّاَحْسَنُوْا ؕand do good وَاللّٰهُand Allah یُحِبُّloves الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟۠(93) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve لَیَبْلُوَنَّكُمُSurely will test you اللّٰهُAllah بِشَیْءٍthrough something مِّنَof الصَّیْدِthe game تَنَالُهٗۤcan reach it اَیْدِیْكُمْyour hands وَرِمَاحُكُمْand your spears لِیَعْلَمَthat may make evident اللّٰهُAllah مَنْwho یَّخَافُهٗfears Him بِالْغَیْبِ ۚin the unseen فَمَنِAnd whoever اعْتَدٰیtransgressed بَعْدَafter ذٰلِكَthat فَلَهٗthen for him عَذَابٌ(is) a punishment اَلِیْمٌpainful ۟(94) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve لَا(Do) not تَقْتُلُواkill الصَّیْدَthe game وَاَنْتُمْwhile you حُرُمٌ ؕ(are in) Ihram وَمَنْAnd whoever قَتَلَهٗkilled it مِنْكُمْamong you مُّتَعَمِّدًاintentionally فَجَزَآءٌthen penalty مِّثْلُ(is) similar مَا(to) what قَتَلَhe killed مِنَof النَّعَمِthe cattle یَحْكُمُjudging بِهٖit ذَوَاtwo men عَدْلٍjust مِّنْكُمْamong you هَدْیًا(as) an offering بٰلِغَreaching الْكَعْبَةِthe Kabah اَوْor كَفَّارَةٌan expiation طَعَامُfeeding مَسٰكِیْنَneedy people اَوْor عَدْلُequivalent ذٰلِكَ(of) that صِیَامًا(in) fasting لِّیَذُوْقَthat he may taste وَبَالَ(the) consequence اَمْرِهٖ ؕ(of) his deed عَفَاPardoned اللّٰهُ(by) Allah عَمَّاwhat سَلَفَ ؕ(has) passed وَمَنْbut whoever عَادَreturned فَیَنْتَقِمُthen will take retribution اللّٰهُAllah مِنْهُ ؕfrom him وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah عَزِیْزٌ(is) All-Mighty ذُوOwner انْتِقَامٍ(of) Retribution ۟(95) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 123 - Juz 7 اُحِلَّIs made lawful لَكُمْfor you صَیْدُgame الْبَحْرِ(of) the sea وَطَعَامُهٗand its food مَتَاعًا(as) provision لَّكُمْfor you وَلِلسَّیَّارَةِ ۚand for the travelers وَحُرِّمَand is made unlawful عَلَیْكُمْon you صَیْدُgame الْبَرِّ(of) the land مَاas دُمْتُمْlong as you حُرُمًا ؕ(are in) Ihram وَاتَّقُواAnd be conscious اللّٰهَ(of) Allah الَّذِیْۤthe One اِلَیْهِto Him تُحْشَرُوْنَyou will be gathered ۟(96) جَعَلَHas (been) made اللّٰهُ(by) Allah الْكَعْبَةَthe Kabah الْبَیْتَthe House الْحَرَامَthe Sacred قِیٰمًاan establishment لِّلنَّاسِfor mankind وَالشَّهْرَand the month(s) الْحَرَامَ[the] sacred وَالْهَدْیَand the (animals) for offering وَالْقَلَآىِٕدَ ؕand the garlands ذٰلِكَThat (is) لِتَعْلَمُوْۤاso that you may know اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah یَعْلَمُknows مَاwhat فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَمَاand what فِی(is) in الْاَرْضِthe earth وَاَنَّand that اللّٰهَAllah بِكُلِّof every شَیْءٍthing عَلِیْمٌ(is) All-Knowing ۟(97) اِعْلَمُوْۤاKnow اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah شَدِیْدُ(is) severe الْعِقَابِ(in) punishment وَاَنَّand that اللّٰهَAllah غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟ؕ(98) مَاNot عَلَیon الرَّسُوْلِthe Messenger اِلَّاexcept الْبَلٰغُ ؕthe conveyance وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah یَعْلَمُknows مَاwhat تُبْدُوْنَyou reveal وَمَاand what تَكْتُمُوْنَyou conceal ۟(99) قُلْSay لَّاNot یَسْتَوِی(are) equal الْخَبِیْثُthe evil وَالطَّیِّبُand the good وَلَوْeven if اَعْجَبَكَimpresses you كَثْرَةُabundance الْخَبِیْثِ ۚ(of) the evil فَاتَّقُواSo fear اللّٰهَAllah یٰۤاُولِیO men الْاَلْبَابِ(of) understanding لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تُفْلِحُوْنَ(be) successful ۟۠(100) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve لَا(Do) not تَسْـَٔلُوْاask عَنْabout اَشْیَآءَthings اِنْif تُبْدَmade clear لَكُمْto you تَسُؤْكُمْ ۚit may distress you وَاِنْand if تَسْـَٔلُوْاyou ask عَنْهَاabout it حِیْنَwhen یُنَزَّلُis being revealed الْقُرْاٰنُthe Quran تُبْدَit would be made clear لَكُمْ ؕto you عَفَاhas (been) pardoned اللّٰهُ(by) Allah عَنْهَا ؕ[about] it وَاللّٰهُand Allah غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving حَلِیْمٌAll-Forbearing ۟(101) قَدْIndeed سَاَلَهَاasked them قَوْمٌa people مِّنْfrom قَبْلِكُمْbefore you ثُمَّthen اَصْبَحُوْاthey became بِهَاthereby كٰفِرِیْنَdisbelievers ۟(102) مَاNot جَعَلَhas (been) made اللّٰهُ(by) Allah مِنْof بَحِیْرَةٍa Bahirah وَّلَاand not سَآىِٕبَةٍa Saibah وَّلَاand not وَصِیْلَةٍa Wasilah وَّلَاand not حَامٍ ۙa Hami وَّلٰكِنَّ[And] but الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved یَفْتَرُوْنَthey invent عَلَیagainst اللّٰهِAllah الْكَذِبَ ؕthe lie وَاَكْثَرُهُمْand most of them لَا(do) not یَعْقِلُوْنَuse reason ۟(103) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 124 - Juz 7 وَاِذَاAnd when قِیْلَit is said لَهُمْto them تَعَالَوْاCome اِلٰیto مَاۤwhat اَنْزَلَhas (been) revealed اللّٰهُ(by) Allah وَاِلَیand to الرَّسُوْلِthe Messenger قَالُوْاthey said حَسْبُنَاSufficient for us مَا(is) what وَجَدْنَاwe found عَلَیْهِupon it اٰبَآءَنَا ؕour forefathers اَوَلَوْEven though كَانَ(that) اٰبَآؤُهُمْtheir forefathers لَا(were) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknowing شَیْـًٔاanything وَّلَاand not یَهْتَدُوْنَthey (were) guided ۟(104) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve عَلَیْكُمْUpon you اَنْفُسَكُمْ ۚ(is to guard) yourselves لَاNot یَضُرُّكُمْwill harm you مَّنْ(those) who ضَلَّ(have gone) astray اِذَاwhen اهْتَدَیْتُمْ ؕyou have been guided اِلَیTo اللّٰهِAllah مَرْجِعُكُمْ(is) your return جَمِیْعًاall فَیُنَبِّئُكُمْthen He will inform you بِمَاof what كُنْتُمْyou used to تَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(105) یٰۤاَیُّهَاO you الَّذِیْنَwho اٰمَنُوْاbelieve شَهَادَةُ(Take) testimony بَیْنِكُمْamong you اِذَاwhen حَضَرَapproaches اَحَدَكُمُone of you الْمَوْتُ[the] death حِیْنَ(at the) time (of making) الْوَصِیَّةِ[the] a will اثْنٰنِtwo ذَوَاmen عَدْلٍjust مِّنْكُمْamong you اَوْor اٰخَرٰنِtwo others مِنْfrom غَیْرِكُمْother than you اِنْif اَنْتُمْyou ضَرَبْتُمْ(are) travel(ing) فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth فَاَصَابَتْكُمْthen befalls you مُّصِیْبَةُcalamity الْمَوْتِ ؕ(of) [the] death تَحْبِسُوْنَهُمَاDetain both of them مِنْfrom بَعْدِafter الصَّلٰوةِthe prayer فَیُقْسِمٰنِand let them both swear بِاللّٰهِby Allah اِنِif ارْتَبْتُمْyou doubt لَاNot نَشْتَرِیْwe will exchange بِهٖit for ثَمَنًاa price وَّلَوْeven if كَانَhe is ذَا(of) قُرْبٰی ۙa near relative وَلَاand not نَكْتُمُwe will conceal شَهَادَةَ ۙtestimony اللّٰهِ(of) Allah اِنَّاۤIndeed, we اِذًاthen لَّمِنَ(will) surely (be) of الْاٰثِمِیْنَthe sinners ۟(106) فَاِنْThen if عُثِرَit is discovered عَلٰۤی(on) اَنَّهُمَاthat the two اسْتَحَقَّاۤ(were) guilty اِثْمًا(of) sin فَاٰخَرٰنِthen (let) two others یَقُوْمٰنِstand مَقَامَهُمَا(in) their place مِنَfrom الَّذِیْنَthose who اسْتَحَقَّhave a lawful right عَلَیْهِمُover them الْاَوْلَیٰنِthe former two فَیُقْسِمٰنِand let them both swear بِاللّٰهِby Allah لَشَهَادَتُنَاۤSurely our testimony اَحَقُّ(is) truer مِنْthan شَهَادَتِهِمَاtestimony of the other two وَمَاand not اعْتَدَیْنَاۤ ۖؗwe have transgressed اِنَّاۤIndeed, we اِذًاthen لَّمِنَ(will be) of الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoers ۟(107) ذٰلِكَThat اَدْنٰۤی(is) closer اَنْthat یَّاْتُوْاthey will give بِالشَّهَادَةِthe testimony عَلٰیin وَجْهِهَاۤits (true) form اَوْor یَخَافُوْۤاthey would fear اَنْthat تُرَدَّwill be refuted اَیْمَانٌtheir oaths بَعْدَafter اَیْمَانِهِمْ ؕtheir (others) oaths وَاتَّقُواAnd fear اللّٰهَAllah وَاسْمَعُوْا ؕand listen وَاللّٰهُand Allah لَا(does) not یَهْدِیguide الْقَوْمَthe people الْفٰسِقِیْنَthe defiantly disobedient ۟۠(108) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 125 - Juz 7 یَوْمَ(The) day یَجْمَعُwill (be) gathered اللّٰهُ(by) Allah الرُّسُلَthe Messengers فَیَقُوْلُand He will say مَاذَاۤWhat اُجِبْتُمْ ؕwas (the) response you received قَالُوْاThey said لَا(There is) no عِلْمَknowledge لَنَا ؕfor us اِنَّكَIndeed You اَنْتَYou عَلَّامُ(are the) Knower الْغُیُوْبِ(of) the unseen ۟(109) اِذْWhen قَالَsaid اللّٰهُAllah یٰعِیْسَیO Isa ابْنَson مَرْیَمَ(of) Maryam اذْكُرْRemember نِعْمَتِیْMy Favor عَلَیْكَupon you وَعَلٰیand upon وَالِدَتِكَ ۘyour mother اِذْwhen اَیَّدْتُّكَI strengthened you بِرُوْحِwith (the) Spirit الْقُدُسِ ۫the Holy تُكَلِّمُyou spoke النَّاسَ(to) the people فِیin الْمَهْدِthe cradle وَكَهْلًا ۚand (in) maturity وَاِذْAnd when عَلَّمْتُكَI taught you الْكِتٰبَthe Book وَالْحِكْمَةَand the wisdom وَالتَّوْرٰىةَand the Taurat وَالْاِنْجِیْلَ ۚand the Injeel وَاِذْand when تَخْلُقُyou make مِنَfrom الطِّیْنِthe clay كَهَیْـَٔةِlike the shape الطَّیْرِ(of) the bird بِاِذْنِیْby My permission فَتَنْفُخُthen you breath فِیْهَاinto it فَتَكُوْنُand it becomes طَیْرًاa bird بِاِذْنِیْby My permission وَتُبْرِئُand you heal الْاَكْمَهَthe born blind وَالْاَبْرَصَand the leper بِاِذْنِیْ ۚby My permission وَاِذْand when تُخْرِجُyou bring forth الْمَوْتٰیthe dead بِاِذْنِیْ ۚby My permission وَاِذْAnd when كَفَفْتُI restrained بَنِیْۤ(the) Children اِسْرَآءِیْلَ(of) Israel عَنْكَfrom you اِذْwhen جِئْتَهُمْyou came to them بِالْبَیِّنٰتِwith the clear proofs فَقَالَthen said الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved مِنْهُمْamong them اِنْNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاbut سِحْرٌmagic مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟(110) وَاِذْAnd when اَوْحَیْتُI inspired اِلَیto الْحَوَارِیّٖنَthe disciples اَنْto اٰمِنُوْاbelieve بِیْin Me وَبِرَسُوْلِیْ ۚand in My Messenger قَالُوْۤاthey said اٰمَنَّاWe believe وَاشْهَدْand bear witness بِاَنَّنَاthat indeed we مُسْلِمُوْنَ(are) Muslims ۟(111) اِذْWhen قَالَsaid الْحَوَارِیُّوْنَthe disciples یٰعِیْسَیO Isa ابْنَson مَرْیَمَ(of) Maryam هَلْIs یَسْتَطِیْعُable رَبُّكَyour Lord اَنْto یُّنَزِّلَsend down عَلَیْنَاto us مَآىِٕدَةًa table spread مِّنَfrom السَّمَآءِ ؕthe heaven قَالَHe said اتَّقُواFear اللّٰهَAllah اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are مُّؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(112) قَالُوْاThey said نُرِیْدُWe wish اَنْthat نَّاْكُلَwe eat مِنْهَاfrom it وَتَطْمَىِٕنَّand satisfy قُلُوْبُنَاour hearts وَنَعْلَمَand we know اَنْthat قَدْcertainly صَدَقْتَنَاyou have spoken the truth to us وَنَكُوْنَand we be عَلَیْهَاover it مِنَamong الشّٰهِدِیْنَthe witnesses ۟(113) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 126 - Juz 7 قَالَSaid عِیْسَیIsa ابْنُson مَرْیَمَ(of) Maryam اللّٰهُمَّO Allah رَبَّنَاۤour Lord اَنْزِلْsend down عَلَیْنَاto us مَآىِٕدَةًa table spread مِّنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe heaven تَكُوْنُto be لَنَاfor us عِیْدًاa festival لِّاَوَّلِنَاfor first of us وَاٰخِرِنَاand last of us وَاٰیَةًand a sign مِّنْكَ ۚfrom You وَارْزُقْنَاAnd provide us وَاَنْتَand You خَیْرُ(are) best الرّٰزِقِیْنَ(of) the providers ۟(114) قَالَSaid اللّٰهُAllah اِنِّیْIndeed I مُنَزِّلُهَا(will) send it down عَلَیْكُمْ ۚto you فَمَنْthen whoever یَّكْفُرْdisbelieves بَعْدُafter (that) مِنْكُمْamong you فَاِنِّیْۤthen indeed I اُعَذِّبُهٗ[I] will punish him عَذَابًا(with) a punishment لَّاۤnot اُعَذِّبُهٗۤI have punished اَحَدًاanyone مِّنَamong الْعٰلَمِیْنَthe worlds ۟۠(115) وَاِذْAnd when قَالَsaid اللّٰهُAllah یٰعِیْسَیO Isa ابْنَson مَرْیَمَ(of) Maryam ءَاَنْتَDid you قُلْتَsay لِلنَّاسِto the people اتَّخِذُوْنِیْTake me وَاُمِّیَand my mother اِلٰهَیْنِ(as) two gods مِنْfrom دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِ ؕAllah قَالَHe said سُبْحٰنَكَGlory be to You مَاNot یَكُوْنُwas لِیْۤfor me اَنْthat اَقُوْلَI say مَاwhat لَیْسَnot لِیْ ۗI بِحَقٍّ ؔؕ(had) right اِنْIf كُنْتُI had قُلْتُهٗsaid it فَقَدْthen surely عَلِمْتَهٗ ؕYou would have known it تَعْلَمُYou know مَاwhat فِیْ(is) in نَفْسِیْmyself وَلَاۤand not اَعْلَمُI know مَاwhat فِیْ(is) in نَفْسِكَ ؕYourself اِنَّكَIndeed, You اَنْتَYou عَلَّامُ(are) All-Knower الْغُیُوْبِ(of) the unseen ۟(116) مَاNot قُلْتُI said لَهُمْto them اِلَّاexcept مَاۤwhat اَمَرْتَنِیْYou commanded me بِهٖۤ[with it] اَنِthat اعْبُدُواYou worship اللّٰهَAllah رَبِّیْmy Lord وَرَبَّكُمْ ۚand your Lord وَكُنْتُAnd I was عَلَیْهِمْover them شَهِیْدًاa witness مَّاthat دُمْتُas long as I فِیْهِمْ ۚ(was) among them فَلَمَّاthen when تَوَفَّیْتَنِیْYou raised me كُنْتَYou were اَنْتَ[You] الرَّقِیْبَthe Watcher عَلَیْهِمْ ؕover them وَاَنْتَand You عَلٰی(are) on كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing شَهِیْدٌa Witness ۟(117) اِنْIf تُعَذِّبْهُمْYou punish them فَاِنَّهُمْthen indeed they عِبَادُكَ ۚ(are) Your slaves وَاِنْand if تَغْفِرْYou forgive لَهُمْ[for] them فَاِنَّكَthen indeed You اَنْتَYou الْعَزِیْزُ(are) the All-Mighty الْحَكِیْمُthe All-Wise ۟(118) قَالَWill say اللّٰهُAllah هٰذَاThis یَوْمُDay یَنْفَعُwill profit الصّٰدِقِیْنَthe truthful صِدْقُهُمْ ؕtheir truthfulness لَهُمْFor them جَنّٰتٌ(are) Gardens تَجْرِیْflows مِنْfrom تَحْتِهَاunderneath it الْاَنْهٰرُthe rivers خٰلِدِیْنَwill abide فِیْهَاۤin it اَبَدًا ؕforever رَضِیَis pleased اللّٰهُAllah عَنْهُمْwith them وَرَضُوْاand they are pleased عَنْهُ ؕwith Him ذٰلِكَThat الْفَوْزُ(is) the success الْعَظِیْمُ(the) great ۟(119) لِلّٰهِTo Allah (belongs) مُلْكُthe dominion السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَمَاand what فِیْهِنَّ ؕ(is) in them وَهُوَAnd He عَلٰی(is) on كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرٌAll-Powerful ۟۠(120) Surah 5. Al-Maidah - Page 127 - Juz 7 Surah 6. Al-Anam (The Cattle) V165 بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْـمِ اَلْحَمْدُ(All) the praises and thanks لِلّٰهِ(be) to Allah الَّذِیْthe One Who خَلَقَcreated السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth وَجَعَلَand made الظُّلُمٰتِthe darkness[es] وَالنُّوْرَ ؕ۬and the light ثُمَّThen الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْاdisbelieved بِرَبِّهِمْin their Lord یَعْدِلُوْنَequate others with Him ۟(1) هُوَHe الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who خَلَقَكُمْcreated you مِّنْfrom طِیْنٍclay ثُمَّthen قَضٰۤیHe decreed اَجَلًا ؕa term وَاَجَلٌand a term مُّسَمًّیspecified عِنْدَهٗwith Him ثُمَّyet اَنْتُمْyou تَمْتَرُوْنَdoubt ۟(2) وَهُوَAnd He اللّٰهُ(is) Allah فِیin السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَفِیand in الْاَرْضِ ؕthe earth یَعْلَمُHe knows سِرَّكُمْyour secret وَجَهْرَكُمْand what you make public وَیَعْلَمُand He knows مَاwhat تَكْسِبُوْنَyou earn ۟(3) وَمَاAnd not تَاْتِیْهِمْcomes to them مِّنْ[of] اٰیَةٍany sign مِّنْfrom اٰیٰتِ(the) Signs رَبِّهِمْ(of) their Lord اِلَّاbut كَانُوْاthey are عَنْهَاfrom it مُعْرِضِیْنَturning away ۟(4) فَقَدْThen indeed كَذَّبُوْاthey denied بِالْحَقِّthe truth لَمَّاwhen جَآءَهُمْ ؕit came to them فَسَوْفَbut soon یَاْتِیْهِمْwill come to them اَنْۢبٰٓؤُاnews مَا(of) what كَانُوْاthey used to بِهٖ[at it] یَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَmock ۟(5) اَلَمْDid not یَرَوْاthey see كَمْhow many اَهْلَكْنَاWe destroyed مِنْfrom قَبْلِهِمْbefore them مِّنْof قَرْنٍgenerations مَّكَّنّٰهُمْWe had established them فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth مَاwhat لَمْnot نُمَكِّنْWe (have) established لَّكُمْfor you وَاَرْسَلْنَاAnd We sent السَّمَآءَ(rain from) the sky عَلَیْهِمْupon them مِّدْرَارًا ۪showering abundantly وَّجَعَلْنَاand We made الْاَنْهٰرَthe rivers تَجْرِیْflow مِنْfrom تَحْتِهِمْunderneath them فَاَهْلَكْنٰهُمْThen We destroyed them بِذُنُوْبِهِمْfor their sins وَاَنْشَاْنَاand We raised مِنْfrom بَعْدِهِمْafter them قَرْنًاgenerations اٰخَرِیْنَother ۟(6) وَلَوْAnd (even) if نَزَّلْنَاWe (had) sent down عَلَیْكَto you كِتٰبًاa written Scripture فِیْin قِرْطَاسٍa parchment فَلَمَسُوْهُand they touched it بِاَیْدِیْهِمْwith their hands لَقَالَsurely (would) have said الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْۤاdisbelieved اِنْNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاbut سِحْرٌmagic مُّبِیْنٌclear ۟(7) وَقَالُوْاAnd they said لَوْلَاۤWhy has not been اُنْزِلَsent down عَلَیْهِto him مَلَكٌ ؕan Angel وَلَوْAnd if اَنْزَلْنَاWe (had) sent down مَلَكًاan Angel لَّقُضِیَsurely (would) have been decided الْاَمْرُthe matter ثُمَّthen لَاno یُنْظَرُوْنَrespite would have been granted to them ۟(8) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 128 - Juz 7 وَلَوْAnd if جَعَلْنٰهُWe had made him مَلَكًاan Angel لَّجَعَلْنٰهُcertainly We (would) have made him رَجُلًاa man وَّلَلَبَسْنَاand certainly We (would) have obscured عَلَیْهِمْto them مَّاwhat یَلْبِسُوْنَthey are obscuring ۟(9) وَلَقَدِAnd indeed اسْتُهْزِئَwere mocked بِرُسُلٍMessengers مِّنْfrom قَبْلِكَbefore you فَحَاقَbut surrounded بِالَّذِیْنَthose who سَخِرُوْاscoffed مِنْهُمْof them مَّاwhat كَانُوْاthey used to بِهٖ[at it] یَسْتَهْزِءُوْنَmock ۟۠(10) قُلْSay سِیْرُوْاTravel فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth ثُمَّand اَنْظُرُوْاsee كَیْفَhow كَانَwas عَاقِبَةُ(the) end الْمُكَذِّبِیْنَ(of) the rejecters ۟(11) قُلْSay لِّمَنْTo whom (belongs) مَّاwhat فِی(is) in السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth قُلْSay لِّلّٰهِ ؕTo Allah كَتَبَHe has decreed عَلٰیupon نَفْسِهِHimself الرَّحْمَةَ ؕthe Mercy لَیَجْمَعَنَّكُمْSurely He will assemble you اِلٰیon یَوْمِ(the) Day الْقِیٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrection لَا(there is) no رَیْبَdoubt فِیْهِ ؕabout it اَلَّذِیْنَThose who خَسِرُوْۤاhave lost اَنْفُسَهُمْthemselves فَهُمْthen they لَا(do) not یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve ۟(12) وَلَهٗAnd for Him مَا(is) whatever سَكَنَdwells فِیin الَّیْلِthe night وَالنَّهَارِ ؕand the day وَهُوَand He السَّمِیْعُ(is) All-Hearing الْعَلِیْمُAll-Knowing ۟(13) قُلْSay اَغَیْرَIs it other than اللّٰهِAllah اَتَّخِذُI (should) take وَلِیًّا(as) a protector فَاطِرِCreator السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَهُوَwhile (it is) He یُطْعِمُWho feeds وَلَاand not یُطْعَمُ ؕHe is fed قُلْSay اِنِّیْۤIndeed I اُمِرْتُ[I] am commanded اَنْthat اَكُوْنَI be اَوَّلَ(the) first مَنْwho اَسْلَمَsubmits (to Allah) وَلَاand not تَكُوْنَنَّbe مِنَof الْمُشْرِكِیْنَthe polytheists ۟(14) قُلْSay اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اَخَافُ[I] fear اِنْif عَصَیْتُI disobeyed رَبِّیْmy Lord عَذَابَpunishment یَوْمٍ(of) a Day عَظِیْمٍMighty ۟(15) مَنْWhoever یُّصْرَفْis averted عَنْهُfrom it یَوْمَىِٕذٍthat Day فَقَدْthen surely رَحِمَهٗ ؕHe had Mercy on him وَذٰلِكَAnd that الْفَوْزُ(is) the success الْمُبِیْنُ(the) clear ۟(16) وَاِنْAnd if یَّمْسَسْكَtouches you اللّٰهُAllah بِضُرٍّwith affliction فَلَاthen no كَاشِفَremover لَهٗۤof it اِلَّاexcept هُوَ ؕHim وَاِنْAnd if یَّمْسَسْكَHe touches you بِخَیْرٍwith good فَهُوَthen He عَلٰی(is) on كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing قَدِیْرٌAll-Powerful ۟(17) وَهُوَAnd He الْقَاهِرُ(is) the Subjugator فَوْقَover عِبَادِهٖ ؕHis slaves وَهُوَAnd He الْحَكِیْمُ(is) the All-Wise الْخَبِیْرُthe All-Aware ۟(18) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 129 - Juz 7 قُلْSay اَیُّWhat شَیْءٍthing اَكْبَرُ(is) greatest شَهَادَةً ؕ(as) a testimony قُلِSay اللّٰهُ ۙ۫Allah شَهِیْدٌۢ(is) Witness بَیْنِیْbetween me وَبَیْنَكُمْ ۫and between you وَاُوْحِیَand has been revealed اِلَیَّto me هٰذَاthis الْقُرْاٰنُ[the] Quran لِاُنْذِرَكُمْthat I may warn you بِهٖwith it وَمَنْand whoever بَلَغَ ؕit reaches اَىِٕنَّكُمْDo you truly لَتَشْهَدُوْنَtestify اَنَّthat مَعَwith اللّٰهِAllah اٰلِهَةً(there are) gods اُخْرٰی ؕother قُلْSay لَّاۤNot اَشْهَدُ ۚ(do) I testify قُلْSay اِنَّمَاOnly هُوَHe اِلٰهٌ(is) God وَّاحِدٌOne وَّاِنَّنِیْand indeed, I am بَرِیْٓءٌfree مِّمَّاof what تُشْرِكُوْنَyou associate (with Him) ۟ۘ(19) اَلَّذِیْنَThose (to) whom اٰتَیْنٰهُمُWe have given them الْكِتٰبَthe Book یَعْرِفُوْنَهٗthey recognize him كَمَاas یَعْرِفُوْنَthey recognize اَبْنَآءَهُمْ ۘtheir sons اَلَّذِیْنَThose who خَسِرُوْۤاlost اَنْفُسَهُمْthemselves فَهُمْthen they لَا(do) not یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve ۟۠(20) وَمَنْAnd who اَظْلَمُ(is) more unjust مِمَّنِthan (he) who افْتَرٰیinvents عَلَیagainst اللّٰهِAllah كَذِبًاa lie اَوْor كَذَّبَrejects بِاٰیٰتِهٖ ؕHis Signs اِنَّهٗIndeed لَاnot یُفْلِحُwill be successful الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers ۟(21) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day نَحْشُرُهُمْWe will gather them جَمِیْعًاall ثُمَّthen نَقُوْلُWe will say لِلَّذِیْنَto those who اَشْرَكُوْۤاassociated others with Allah اَیْنَWhere (are) شُرَكَآؤُكُمُyour partners الَّذِیْنَthose whom كُنْتُمْyou used to تَزْعُمُوْنَclaim ۟(22) ثُمَّThen لَمْnot تَكُنْwill be فِتْنَتُهُمْ(for) them a plea اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْthat قَالُوْاthey say وَاللّٰهِBy Allah رَبِّنَاour Lord مَاnot كُنَّاwe were مُشْرِكِیْنَthose who associated others (with Allah) ۟(23) اُنْظُرْLook كَیْفَhow كَذَبُوْاthey lied عَلٰۤیagainst اَنْفُسِهِمْthemselves وَضَلَّAnd lost عَنْهُمْfrom them مَّاwhat كَانُوْاthey used to یَفْتَرُوْنَinvent ۟(24) وَمِنْهُمْAnd among them مَّنْ(are those) who یَّسْتَمِعُlisten اِلَیْكَ ۚto you وَجَعَلْنَاbut We have placed عَلٰیover قُلُوْبِهِمْtheir hearts اَكِنَّةًcoverings اَنْlest یَّفْقَهُوْهُthey understand it وَفِیْۤand in اٰذَانِهِمْtheir ears وَقْرًا ؕdeafness وَاِنْAnd if یَّرَوْاthey see كُلَّevery اٰیَةٍsign لَّاnot یُؤْمِنُوْاwill they believe بِهَا ؕin it حَتّٰۤیUntil اِذَاwhen جَآءُوْكَthey come to you یُجَادِلُوْنَكَand argue with you یَقُوْلُsay الَّذِیْنَthose who كَفَرُوْۤاdisbelieved اِنْNot هٰذَاۤ(is) this اِلَّاۤbut اَسَاطِیْرُ(the) tales الْاَوَّلِیْنَ(of) the former (people) ۟(25) وَهُمْAnd they یَنْهَوْنَforbid (others) عَنْهُfrom it وَیَنْـَٔوْنَand they keep away عَنْهُ ۚfrom it وَاِنْAnd not یُّهْلِكُوْنَthey destroy اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْفُسَهُمْthemselves وَمَاand not یَشْعُرُوْنَthey perceive ۟(26) وَلَوْAnd if تَرٰۤیyou (could) see اِذْwhen وُقِفُوْاthey are made to stand عَلَیby النَّارِthe Fire فَقَالُوْاthen they (will) say یٰلَیْتَنَاOh! Would that we نُرَدُّwere sent back وَلَاand not نُكَذِّبَwe would deny بِاٰیٰتِ(the) Signs رَبِّنَا(of) our Lord وَنَكُوْنَand we would be مِنَamong الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَthe believers ۟(27) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 130 - Juz 7 بَلْNay بَدَاbecame manifest لَهُمْfor them مَّاwhat كَانُوْاthey used to یُخْفُوْنَconceal مِنْfrom قَبْلُ ؕbefore وَلَوْAnd if رُدُّوْاthey were sent back لَعَادُوْاcertainly they (would) return لِمَاto what نُهُوْاthey were forbidden عَنْهُfrom it وَاِنَّهُمْand indeed they لَكٰذِبُوْنَcertainly are liars ۟(28) وَقَالُوْۤاAnd they said اِنْNot هِیَit (is) اِلَّاexcept حَیَاتُنَاour life الدُّنْیَا(of) the world وَمَاand not نَحْنُwe بِمَبْعُوْثِیْنَ(will be) resurrected ۟(29) وَلَوْAnd if تَرٰۤیyou (could) see اِذْwhen وُقِفُوْاthey will be made to stand عَلٰیbefore رَبِّهِمْ ؕtheir Lord قَالَHe (will) say اَلَیْسَIs not هٰذَاthis بِالْحَقِّ ؕthe truth قَالُوْاThey will say بَلٰیYes وَرَبِّنَا ؕby our Lord قَالَHe (will) say فَذُوْقُواSo taste الْعَذَابَthe punishment بِمَاbecause كُنْتُمْyou used to تَكْفُرُوْنَdisbelieve ۟۠(30) قَدْIndeed خَسِرَincurred loss الَّذِیْنَthose who كَذَّبُوْاdenied بِلِقَآءِin (the) meeting اللّٰهِ ؕ(with) Allah حَتّٰۤیuntil اِذَاwhen جَآءَتْهُمُcame to them السَّاعَةُthe Hour بَغْتَةًsuddenly قَالُوْاthey said یٰحَسْرَتَنَاOh! Our regret عَلٰیover مَاwhat فَرَّطْنَاwe neglected فِیْهَا ۙconcerning it وَهُمْwhile they یَحْمِلُوْنَwill bear اَوْزَارَهُمْtheir burdens عَلٰیon ظُهُوْرِهِمْ ؕtheir backs اَلَاUnquestionably سَآءَEvil مَا(is) what یَزِرُوْنَthey bear ۟(31) وَمَاAnd not الْحَیٰوةُ(is) the life الدُّنْیَاۤ(of) the world اِلَّاexcept لَعِبٌa play وَّلَهْوٌ ؕand amusement وَلَلدَّارُbut the home الْاٰخِرَةُ(of) the Hereafter خَیْرٌ(is) best لِّلَّذِیْنَfor those who یَتَّقُوْنَ ؕ(are) God conscious اَفَلَاThen not تَعْقِلُوْنَ(will) you reason ۟(32) قَدْIndeed نَعْلَمُWe know اِنَّهٗthat it لَیَحْزُنُكَgrieves you الَّذِیْwhat یَقُوْلُوْنَthey say فَاِنَّهُمْAnd indeed, they لَا(do) not یُكَذِّبُوْنَكَdeny you وَلٰكِنَّbut الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoers بِاٰیٰتِthe Verses اللّٰهِ(of) Allah یَجْحَدُوْنَthey reject ۟(33) وَلَقَدْAnd surely كُذِّبَتْwere rejected رُسُلٌMessengers مِّنْfrom قَبْلِكَbefore you فَصَبَرُوْاbut they were patient عَلٰیover مَاwhat كُذِّبُوْاthey were rejected وَاُوْذُوْاand they were harmed حَتّٰۤیuntil اَتٰىهُمْcame to them نَصْرُنَا ۚOur help وَلَاAnd no مُبَدِّلَone (can) alter لِكَلِمٰتِ(the) words اللّٰهِ ۚ(of) Allah وَلَقَدْand surely جَآءَكَhas come to you مِنْof نَّبَاۡى(the) news الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ(of) the Messengers ۟(34) وَاِنْAnd if كَانَis كَبُرَdifficult عَلَیْكَfor you اِعْرَاضُهُمْtheir aversion فَاِنِthen if اسْتَطَعْتَyou are able اَنْto تَبْتَغِیَseek نَفَقًاa tunnel فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth اَوْor سُلَّمًاa ladder فِیinto السَّمَآءِthe sky فَتَاْتِیَهُمْso that you bring to them بِاٰیَةٍ ؕa Sign وَلَوْBut if شَآءَ(had) willed اللّٰهُAllah لَجَمَعَهُمْsurely He (would) have gathered them عَلَیon الْهُدٰیthe guidance فَلَاSo (do) not تَكُوْنَنَّbe مِنَof الْجٰهِلِیْنَthe ignorant ۟(35) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 131 - Juz 7 اِنَّمَاOnly یَسْتَجِیْبُrespond الَّذِیْنَthose who یَسْمَعُوْنَ ؔؕlisten وَالْمَوْتٰیBut the dead یَبْعَثُهُمُwill resurrect them اللّٰهُAllah ثُمَّthen اِلَیْهِto Him یُرْجَعُوْنَthey will be returned ۟(36) وَقَالُوْاAnd they said لَوْلَاWhy (is) not نُزِّلَsent down عَلَیْهِto him اٰیَةٌa Sign مِّنْfrom رَّبِّهٖ ؕhis Lord قُلْSay اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah قَادِرٌ(is) Able عَلٰۤی[on] اَنْto یُّنَزِّلَsend down اٰیَةًa Sign وَّلٰكِنَّbut اَكْثَرَهُمْmost of them لَا(do) not یَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟(37) وَمَاAnd not مِنْ[of] دَآبَّةٍany animal فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth وَلَاand not طٰٓىِٕرٍa bird یَّطِیْرُ(that) flies بِجَنَاحَیْهِwith its wings اِلَّاۤbut اُمَمٌ(are) communities اَمْثَالُكُمْ ؕlike you مَاNot فَرَّطْنَاWe have neglected فِیin الْكِتٰبِthe Book مِنْ[of] شَیْءٍanything ثُمَّthen اِلٰیto رَبِّهِمْtheir Lord یُحْشَرُوْنَthey will be gathered ۟(38) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who كَذَّبُوْاrejected بِاٰیٰتِنَاOur Verses صُمٌّ(are) deaf وَّبُكْمٌand dumb فِیin الظُّلُمٰتِ ؕthe darkness[es] مَنْWhoever یَّشَاِwills اللّٰهُAllah یُضْلِلْهُ ؕHe lets him go astray وَمَنْand whoever یَّشَاْHe wills یَجْعَلْهُHe places him عَلٰیon صِرَاطٍ(the) way مُّسْتَقِیْمٍ(the) straight ۟(39) قُلْSay اَرَءَیْتَكُمْHave you seen اِنْif اَتٰىكُمْ(there) came to you عَذَابُpunishment اللّٰهِ(of) Allah اَوْor اَتَتْكُمُ(there) came to you السَّاعَةُthe Hour اَغَیْرَis it other اللّٰهِ(than) Allah تَدْعُوْنَ ۚyou call اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are صٰدِقِیْنَtruthful ۟(40) بَلْNay اِیَّاهُHim Alone تَدْعُوْنَyou call فَیَكْشِفُand He would remove مَاwhat تَدْعُوْنَyou call اِلَیْهِupon Him اِنْif شَآءَHe wills وَتَنْسَوْنَand you will forget مَاwhat تُشْرِكُوْنَyou associate (with Him) ۟۠(41) وَلَقَدْAnd certainly اَرْسَلْنَاۤWe sent (Messengers) اِلٰۤیto اُمَمٍnations مِّنْfrom قَبْلِكَbefore you فَاَخَذْنٰهُمْthen We seized them بِالْبَاْسَآءِwith adversity وَالضَّرَّآءِand hardship لَعَلَّهُمْso that they may یَتَضَرَّعُوْنَhumble themselves ۟(42) فَلَوْلَاۤThen why not اِذْwhen جَآءَهُمْcame to them بَاْسُنَاOur punishment تَضَرَّعُوْاthey humbled themselves وَلٰكِنْBut قَسَتْbecame hardened قُلُوْبُهُمْtheir hearts وَزَیَّنَand made fair-seeming لَهُمُto them الشَّیْطٰنُthe Shaitaan مَاwhat كَانُوْاthey used to یَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(43) فَلَمَّاSo when نَسُوْاthey forgot مَاwhat ذُكِّرُوْاthey were reminded بِهٖof [it] فَتَحْنَاWe opened عَلَیْهِمْon them اَبْوَابَgates كُلِّ(of) every شَیْءٍ ؕthing حَتّٰۤیuntil اِذَاwhen فَرِحُوْاthey rejoiced بِمَاۤin what اُوْتُوْۤاthey were given اَخَذْنٰهُمْWe seized them بَغْتَةًsuddenly فَاِذَاand then هُمْthey مُّبْلِسُوْنَ(were) dumbfounded ۟(44) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 132 - Juz 7 فَقُطِعَSo was cut off دَابِرُ(the) remnant الْقَوْمِ(of) the people الَّذِیْنَ[those] who ظَلَمُوْا ؕdid wrong وَالْحَمْدُAnd all praises and thanks لِلّٰهِ(be) to Allah رَبِّLord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟(45) قُلْSay اَرَءَیْتُمْHave you seen اِنْif اَخَذَtook away اللّٰهُAllah سَمْعَكُمْyour hearing وَاَبْصَارَكُمْand your sight وَخَتَمَand sealed عَلٰی[on] قُلُوْبِكُمْyour hearts مَّنْwho اِلٰهٌ(is the) god غَیْرُother than اللّٰهِAllah یَاْتِیْكُمْto bring [back] to you بِهٖ ؕwith it اُنْظُرْSee كَیْفَhow نُصَرِّفُWe explain الْاٰیٰتِthe Signs ثُمَّyet هُمْthey یَصْدِفُوْنَturn away ۟(46) قُلْSay اَرَءَیْتَكُمْHave you seen اِنْif اَتٰىكُمْcomes to you عَذَابُpunishment اللّٰهِ(of) Allah بَغْتَةًsuddenly اَوْor جَهْرَةًopenly هَلْwill یُهْلَكُ(any) be destroyed اِلَّاexcept الْقَوْمُthe people الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers ۟(47) وَمَاAnd not نُرْسِلُWe send الْمُرْسَلِیْنَthe Messengers اِلَّاexcept مُبَشِّرِیْنَ(as) bearer of glad tidings وَمُنْذِرِیْنَ ۚand (as) warners فَمَنْSo whoever اٰمَنَbelieved وَاَصْلَحَand reformed فَلَاthen no خَوْفٌfear عَلَیْهِمْupon them وَلَاand not هُمْthey یَحْزَنُوْنَwill grieve ۟(48) وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who كَذَّبُوْاdenied بِاٰیٰتِنَا[in] Our Verses یَمَسُّهُمُwill touch them الْعَذَابُthe punishment بِمَاfor what كَانُوْاthey used to یَفْسُقُوْنَdefiantly disobey ۟(49) قُلْSay لَّاۤNot اَقُوْلُ(do) I say لَكُمْto you عِنْدِیْ(that) with me خَزَآىِٕنُ(are the) treasures اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَلَاۤand not اَعْلَمُ(that) I know الْغَیْبَthe unseen وَلَاۤand not اَقُوْلُI say لَكُمْto you اِنِّیْthat I (am) مَلَكٌ ۚan Angel اِنْNot اَتَّبِعُ(do) I follow اِلَّاexcept مَاwhat یُوْحٰۤیis revealed اِلَیَّ ؕto me قُلْSay هَلْCan یَسْتَوِیbe equal الْاَعْمٰیthe blind وَالْبَصِیْرُ ؕand the seeing one اَفَلَاThen will not تَتَفَكَّرُوْنَyou give thought ۟۠(50) وَاَنْذِرْAnd warn بِهِwith it الَّذِیْنَthose who یَخَافُوْنَfear اَنْthat یُّحْشَرُوْۤاthey will be gathered اِلٰیto رَبِّهِمْtheir Lord لَیْسَnot لَهُمْfor them مِّنْof دُوْنِهٖother than Him وَلِیٌّany protector وَّلَاand not شَفِیْعٌany intercessor لَّعَلَّهُمْso that they may یَتَّقُوْنَ(become) righteous ۟(51) وَلَاAnd (do) not تَطْرُدِsend away الَّذِیْنَthose who یَدْعُوْنَcall رَبَّهُمْtheir Lord بِالْغَدٰوةِin the morning وَالْعَشِیِّand the evening یُرِیْدُوْنَdesiring وَجْهَهٗ ؕHis Countenance مَاNot عَلَیْكَ(is) on you مِنْof حِسَابِهِمْtheir account مِّنْ[of] شَیْءٍanything وَّمَاand not مِنْfrom حِسَابِكَyour account عَلَیْهِمْon them مِّنْ[of] شَیْءٍanything فَتَطْرُدَهُمْSo were you to send them away فَتَكُوْنَthen you would be مِنَof الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoers ۟(52) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 133 - Juz 7 وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus فَتَنَّاWe try بَعْضَهُمْsome of them بِبَعْضٍwith others لِّیَقُوْلُوْۤاthat they say اَهٰۤؤُلَآءِAre these مَنَّ(whom has been) favored اللّٰهُ(by) Allah عَلَیْهِمْ[upon them] مِّنْfrom بَیْنِنَا ؕamong us اَلَیْسَis not اللّٰهُAllah بِاَعْلَمَmost knowing بِالشّٰكِرِیْنَof those who are grateful ۟(53) وَاِذَاAnd when جَآءَكَcome to you الَّذِیْنَthose who یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve بِاٰیٰتِنَاin Our Verses فَقُلْthen say سَلٰمٌPeace عَلَیْكُمْ(be) upon you كَتَبَ(Has) Prescribed رَبُّكُمْyour Lord عَلٰیupon نَفْسِهِHimself الرَّحْمَةَ ۙthe Mercy اَنَّهٗthat he مَنْwho عَمِلَdoes مِنْكُمْamong you سُوْٓءًاevil بِجَهَالَةٍin ignorance ثُمَّthen تَابَrepents مِنْfrom بَعْدِهٖafter it وَاَصْلَحَand reforms فَاَنَّهٗthen, indeed He غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(54) وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus نُفَصِّلُWe explain الْاٰیٰتِthe Verses وَلِتَسْتَبِیْنَso that becomes manifest سَبِیْلُ(the) way الْمُجْرِمِیْنَ(of) the criminals ۟۠(55) قُلْSay اِنِّیْIndeed I نُهِیْتُ[I] am forbidden اَنْthat اَعْبُدَI worship الَّذِیْنَthose whom تَدْعُوْنَyou call مِنْfrom دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِ ؕAllah قُلْSay لَّاۤNot اَتَّبِعُI follow اَهْوَآءَكُمْ ۙyour (vain) desires قَدْcertainly ضَلَلْتُI would go astray اِذًاthen وَّمَاۤand not اَنَاI (would be) مِنَfrom الْمُهْتَدِیْنَthe guided-ones ۟(56) قُلْSay اِنِّیْIndeed, I (am) عَلٰیon بَیِّنَةٍclear proof مِّنْfrom رَّبِّیْmy Lord وَكَذَّبْتُمْwhile you deny بِهٖ ؕ[with] it مَاNot عِنْدِیْI have مَاwhat تَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَyou seek to hasten بِهٖ ؕof it اِنِNot الْحُكْمُ(is) the decision اِلَّاexcept لِلّٰهِ ؕfor Allah یَقُصُّHe relates الْحَقَّthe truth وَهُوَand He خَیْرُ(is the) best الْفٰصِلِیْنَ(of) the Deciders ۟(57) قُلْSay لَّوْIf اَنَّthat عِنْدِیْ(were) with me مَاwhat تَسْتَعْجِلُوْنَyou seek to hasten بِهٖof it لَقُضِیَsurely would have been decided الْاَمْرُthe matter بَیْنِیْbetween me وَبَیْنَكُمْ ؕand between you وَاللّٰهُAnd Allah اَعْلَمُ(is) most knowing بِالظّٰلِمِیْنَof the wrongdoers ۟(58) وَعِنْدَهٗAnd with Him مَفَاتِحُ(are the) keys الْغَیْبِ(of) the unseen لَاno (one) یَعْلَمُهَاۤknows them اِلَّاexcept هُوَ ؕHim وَیَعْلَمُAnd He knows مَاwhat فِی(is) in الْبَرِّthe land وَالْبَحْرِ ؕand in the sea وَمَاAnd not تَسْقُطُfalls مِنْof وَّرَقَةٍany leaf اِلَّاbut یَعْلَمُهَاHe knows it وَلَاAnd not حَبَّةٍa grain فِیْin ظُلُمٰتِthe darkness[es] الْاَرْضِ(of) the earth وَلَاand not رَطْبٍmoist وَّلَاand not یَابِسٍdry اِلَّاbut فِیْ(is) in كِتٰبٍa Record مُّبِیْنٍClear ۟(59) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 134 - Juz 7 وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who یَتَوَفّٰىكُمْtakes your (soul) بِالَّیْلِby the night وَیَعْلَمُand He knows مَاwhat جَرَحْتُمْyou committed بِالنَّهَارِby the day ثُمَّThen یَبْعَثُكُمْHe raises you up فِیْهِtherein لِیُقْضٰۤیso that is fulfilled اَجَلٌ(the) term مُّسَمًّی ۚspecified ثُمَّThen اِلَیْهِto Him مَرْجِعُكُمْwill be your return ثُمَّthen یُنَبِّئُكُمْHe will inform you بِمَاabout what كُنْتُمْyou used to تَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟۠(60) وَهُوَAnd He الْقَاهِرُ(is) the Subjugator فَوْقَover عِبَادِهٖHis slaves وَیُرْسِلُand He sends عَلَیْكُمْover you حَفَظَةً ؕguardians حَتّٰۤیuntil اِذَاwhen جَآءَcomes اَحَدَكُمُ(to) anyone of you الْمَوْتُthe death تَوَفَّتْهُtake him رُسُلُنَاOur messengers وَهُمْand they لَا(do) not یُفَرِّطُوْنَfail ۟(61) ثُمَّThen رُدُّوْۤاthey are returned اِلَیto اللّٰهِAllah مَوْلٰىهُمُtheir Protector الْحَقِّ ؕ[the] True اَلَاUnquestionably لَهُfor Him الْحُكْمُ ۫(is) the judgment وَهُوَAnd He اَسْرَعُ(is) swiftest الْحٰسِبِیْنَ(of) the Reckoners ۟(62) قُلْSay مَنْWho یُّنَجِّیْكُمْsaves you مِّنْfrom ظُلُمٰتِdarkness[es] الْبَرِّ(of) the land وَالْبَحْرِand the sea تَدْعُوْنَهٗyou call Him تَضَرُّعًاhumbly وَّخُفْیَةً ۚand secretly لَىِٕنْIf اَنْجٰىنَاHe saves us مِنْfrom هٰذِهٖthis لَنَكُوْنَنَّsurely we will be مِنَfrom الشّٰكِرِیْنَthe grateful ones ۟(63) قُلِSay اللّٰهُAllah یُنَجِّیْكُمْsaves you مِّنْهَاfrom it وَمِنْand from كُلِّevery كَرْبٍdistress ثُمَّyet اَنْتُمْyou تُشْرِكُوْنَassociate partners (with Allah) ۟(64) قُلْSay هُوَHe الْقَادِرُ(is) All-Capable عَلٰۤی[on] اَنْto یَّبْعَثَsend عَلَیْكُمْupon you عَذَابًاpunishment مِّنْfrom فَوْقِكُمْabove you اَوْor مِنْfrom تَحْتِbeneath اَرْجُلِكُمْyour feet اَوْor یَلْبِسَكُمْ(to) confuse you شِیَعًا(into) sects وَّیُذِیْقَand make (you) taste بَعْضَكُمْsome of you بَاْسَviolence بَعْضٍ ؕ(of) others اُنْظُرْSee كَیْفَhow نُصَرِّفُWe explain الْاٰیٰتِthe Signs لَعَلَّهُمْso that they may یَفْقَهُوْنَunderstand ۟(65) وَكَذَّبَBut denied بِهٖit قَوْمُكَyour people وَهُوَwhile it الْحَقُّ ؕ(is) the truth قُلْSay لَّسْتُI am not عَلَیْكُمْover you بِوَكِیْلٍa manager ۟ؕ(66) لِكُلِّFor every نَبَاٍnews مُّسْتَقَرٌّ ؗ(is) a fixed time وَّسَوْفَand soon تَعْلَمُوْنَyou will know ۟(67) وَاِذَاAnd when رَاَیْتَyou see الَّذِیْنَthose who یَخُوْضُوْنَengage (in vain talks) فِیْۤabout اٰیٰتِنَاOur Verses فَاَعْرِضْthen turn away عَنْهُمْfrom them حَتّٰیuntil یَخُوْضُوْاthey engage فِیْin حَدِیْثٍa talk غَیْرِهٖ ؕother than it وَاِمَّاAnd if یُنْسِیَنَّكَcauses you to forget الشَّیْطٰنُthe Shaitaan فَلَاthen (do) not تَقْعُدْsit بَعْدَafter الذِّكْرٰیthe reminder مَعَwith الْقَوْمِthe people الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoers ۟(68) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 135 - Juz 7 وَمَاAnd not عَلَی(is) on الَّذِیْنَthose who یَتَّقُوْنَfear (Allah) مِنْof حِسَابِهِمْtheir account مِّنْ[of] شَیْءٍanything وَّلٰكِنْbut ذِكْرٰی(for) reminder لَعَلَّهُمْso that they may یَتَّقُوْنَfear (Allah) ۟(69) وَذَرِAnd leave الَّذِیْنَthose who اتَّخَذُوْاtake دِیْنَهُمْtheir religion لَعِبًا(as) a play وَّلَهْوًاand amusement وَّغَرَّتْهُمُand deluded them الْحَیٰوةُthe life الدُّنْیَا(of) the world وَذَكِّرْBut remind بِهٖۤwith it اَنْlest تُبْسَلَis given up to destruction نَفْسٌa soul بِمَاfor what كَسَبَتْ ۖۗit (has) earned لَیْسَnot لَهَا(is) for it مِنْfrom دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah وَلِیٌّany protector وَّلَاand not شَفِیْعٌ ۚany intercessor وَاِنْAnd if تَعْدِلْit offers ransom كُلَّevery عَدْلٍransom لَّاnot یُؤْخَذْwill it be taken مِنْهَا ؕfrom it اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose الَّذِیْنَ(are) ones who اُبْسِلُوْاare given to destruction بِمَاfor what كَسَبُوْا ۚthey earned لَهُمْFor them شَرَابٌ(will be) a drink مِّنْof حَمِیْمٍboiling water وَّعَذَابٌand a punishment اَلِیْمٌpainful بِمَاbecause كَانُوْاthey used to یَكْفُرُوْنَdisbelieve ۟۠(70) قُلْSay اَنَدْعُوْاShall we call مِنْfrom دُوْنِbesides اللّٰهِAllah مَاwhat لَاnot یَنْفَعُنَاbenefits us وَلَاand not یَضُرُّنَاharms us وَنُرَدُّand we turn back عَلٰۤیon اَعْقَابِنَاour heels بَعْدَafter اِذْ[when] هَدٰىنَا(has) guided us اللّٰهُAllah كَالَّذِیLike the one اسْتَهْوَتْهُwhom (has been) enticed الشَّیٰطِیْنُ(by) the Shaitaan فِیin الْاَرْضِthe earth حَیْرَانَ ۪confused لَهٗۤhe has اَصْحٰبٌcompanions یَّدْعُوْنَهٗۤwho call him اِلَیtowards الْهُدَیthe guidance ائْتِنَا ؕ'Come to us.' قُلْSay اِنَّIndeed هُدَی(the) Guidance اللّٰهِ(of) Allah هُوَit الْهُدٰی ؕ(is) the Guidance وَاُمِرْنَاand we have been commanded لِنُسْلِمَthat we submit لِرَبِّto (the) Lord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ۙ(71) وَاَنْAnd to اَقِیْمُواestablish الصَّلٰوةَthe prayer وَاتَّقُوْهُ ؕand fear Him وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْۤ(is) the One اِلَیْهِto Him تُحْشَرُوْنَyou will be gathered ۟(72) وَهُوَAnd (it is) He الَّذِیْWho خَلَقَcreated السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth بِالْحَقِّ ؕin truth وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یَقُوْلُHe says كُنْBe فَیَكُوْنُ ؕ۬and it is قَوْلُهُHis word الْحَقُّ ؕ(is) the truth وَلَهُAnd for Him الْمُلْكُ(is) the Dominion یَوْمَ(on the) Day یُنْفَخُwill be blown فِیin الصُّوْرِ ؕthe trumpet عٰلِمُ(He is) All-Knower الْغَیْبِ(of) the unseen وَالشَّهَادَةِ ؕand the seen وَهُوَAnd He الْحَكِیْمُ(is) the All-Wise الْخَبِیْرُthe All-Aware ۟(73) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 136 - Juz 7 وَاِذْAnd when قَالَsaid اِبْرٰهِیْمُIbrahim لِاَبِیْهِto his father اٰزَرَAzar اَتَتَّخِذُDo you take اَصْنَامًاidols اٰلِهَةً ۚ(as) gods اِنِّیْۤIndeed, I اَرٰىكَ[I] see you وَقَوْمَكَand your people فِیْin ضَلٰلٍerror مُّبِیْنٍmanifest ۟(74) وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus نُرِیْۤWe show(ed) اِبْرٰهِیْمَIbrahim مَلَكُوْتَthe kingdom السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِand the earth وَلِیَكُوْنَso that he would be مِنَamong الْمُوْقِنِیْنَthe ones who are certain ۟(75) فَلَمَّاSo when جَنَّcovered عَلَیْهِover him الَّیْلُthe night رَاٰhe saw كَوْكَبًا ۚa star قَالَHe said هٰذَاThis رَبِّیْ ۚ(is) my Lord فَلَمَّاۤBut when اَفَلَit set قَالَhe said لَاۤNot اُحِبُّ(do) I like الْاٰفِلِیْنَthe ones that set ۟(76) فَلَمَّاWhen رَاَhe saw الْقَمَرَthe moon بَازِغًاrising قَالَhe said هٰذَاThis رَبِّیْ ۚ(is) my Lord فَلَمَّاۤBut when اَفَلَit set قَالَhe said لَىِٕنْIf لَّمْ(does) not یَهْدِنِیْguide me رَبِّیْmy Lord لَاَكُوْنَنَّI will surely be مِنَamong الْقَوْمِthe people الضَّآلِّیْنَwho went astray ۟(77) فَلَمَّاWhen رَاَhe saw الشَّمْسَthe sun بَازِغَةًrising قَالَhe said هٰذَاThis (is) رَبِّیْmy Lord هٰذَاۤthis (is) اَكْبَرُ ۚgreater فَلَمَّاۤBut when اَفَلَتْit set قَالَhe said یٰقَوْمِO my people اِنِّیْIndeed, I am بَرِیْٓءٌfree مِّمَّاof what تُشْرِكُوْنَyou associate (with Allah) ۟(78) اِنِّیْIndeed, I وَجَّهْتُ[I] have turned وَجْهِیَmy face لِلَّذِیْto the One Who فَطَرَcreated السَّمٰوٰتِthe heavens وَالْاَرْضَand the earth حَنِیْفًا(as) a true monotheist وَّمَاۤand not اَنَاI (am) مِنَof الْمُشْرِكِیْنَthe polytheists ۟ۚ(79) وَحَآجَّهٗAnd argued with him قَوْمُهٗ ؕhis people قَالَHe said اَتُحَآجُّوْٓنِّیْDo you argue with me فِیconcerning اللّٰهِAllah وَقَدْwhile certainly هَدٰىنِ ؕHe has guided me وَلَاۤAnd not اَخَافُ(do) I fear مَاwhat تُشْرِكُوْنَyou associate بِهٖۤwith Him اِلَّاۤunless اَنْ[that] یَّشَآءَwills رَبِّیْmy Lord شَیْـًٔا ؕanything وَسِعَEncompasses رَبِّیْmy Lord كُلَّevery شَیْءٍthing عِلْمًا ؕ(in) knowledge اَفَلَاThen will not تَتَذَكَّرُوْنَyou take heed ۟(80) وَكَیْفَAnd how اَخَافُcould I fear مَاۤwhat اَشْرَكْتُمْyou associate (with Allah) وَلَاwhile not تَخَافُوْنَyou fear اَنَّكُمْthat you اَشْرَكْتُمْhave associated بِاللّٰهِwith Allah مَاwhat لَمْnot یُنَزِّلْdid He send down بِهٖfor it عَلَیْكُمْto you سُلْطٰنًا ؕany authority فَاَیُّSo which الْفَرِیْقَیْنِ(of) the two parties اَحَقُّhas more right بِالْاَمْنِ ۚto security اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou تَعْلَمُوْنَknow ۟ۘ(81) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 137 - Juz 7 اَلَّذِیْنَThose who اٰمَنُوْاbelieved وَلَمْand (did) not یَلْبِسُوْۤاmix اِیْمَانَهُمْtheir belief بِظُلْمٍwith wrong اُولٰٓىِٕكَthose لَهُمُfor them الْاَمْنُ(is) the security وَهُمْand they مُّهْتَدُوْنَ(are) rightly guided ۟۠(82) وَتِلْكَAnd this حُجَّتُنَاۤ(is) Our argument اٰتَیْنٰهَاۤWe gave it اِبْرٰهِیْمَ(to) Ibrahim عَلٰیagainst قَوْمِهٖ ؕhis people نَرْفَعُWe raise دَرَجٰتٍ(by) degrees مَّنْwhom نَّشَآءُ ؕWe will اِنَّIndeed رَبَّكَyour Lord حَكِیْمٌ(is) All-Wise عَلِیْمٌAll-Knowing ۟(83) وَوَهَبْنَاAnd We bestowed لَهٗۤto him اِسْحٰقَIsaac وَیَعْقُوْبَ ؕand Yaqub كُلًّاall هَدَیْنَا ۚWe guided وَنُوْحًاAnd Nuh هَدَیْنَاWe guided مِنْfrom قَبْلُbefore وَمِنْand of ذُرِّیَّتِهٖhis descendents دَاوٗدَDawood وَسُلَیْمٰنَand Sulaiman وَاَیُّوْبَand Ayyub وَیُوْسُفَand Yusuf وَمُوْسٰیand Musa وَهٰرُوْنَ ؕand Harun وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus نَجْزِیWe reward الْمُحْسِنِیْنَthe good-doers ۟ۙ(84) وَزَكَرِیَّاAnd Zakariya وَیَحْیٰیand Yahya وَعِیْسٰیand Isa وَاِلْیَاسَ ؕand Elijah كُلٌّall (were) مِّنَof الصّٰلِحِیْنَthe righteous ۟ۙ(85) وَاِسْمٰعِیْلَAnd Ishmael وَالْیَسَعَand Elisha وَیُوْنُسَand Yunus وَلُوْطًا ؕand Lut وَكُلًّاand all فَضَّلْنَاWe preferred عَلَیover الْعٰلَمِیْنَthe worlds ۟ۙ(86) وَمِنْAnd from اٰبَآىِٕهِمْtheir fathers وَذُرِّیّٰتِهِمْand their descendents وَاِخْوَانِهِمْ ۚand their brothers وَاجْتَبَیْنٰهُمْand We chose them وَهَدَیْنٰهُمْand We guided them اِلٰیto صِرَاطٍa path مُّسْتَقِیْمٍstraight ۟(87) ذٰلِكَThat هُدَی(is the) Guidance اللّٰهِ(of) Allah یَهْدِیْHe guides بِهٖwith it مَنْwhom یَّشَآءُHe wills مِنْof عِبَادِهٖ ؕHis slaves وَلَوْBut if اَشْرَكُوْاthey (had) associated partners (with Allah) لَحَبِطَsurely (would be) worthless عَنْهُمْfor them مَّاwhat كَانُوْاthey used to یَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(88) اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose الَّذِیْنَ(are) ones whom اٰتَیْنٰهُمُWe gave them الْكِتٰبَthe Book وَالْحُكْمَand the judgment وَالنُّبُوَّةَ ۚand the Prophethood فَاِنْBut if یَّكْفُرْdisbelieve بِهَاin it هٰۤؤُلَآءِthese فَقَدْthen indeed وَكَّلْنَاWe have entrusted بِهَاit قَوْمًا(to) a people لَّیْسُوْاwho are not بِهَاtherein بِكٰفِرِیْنَdisbelievers ۟(89) اُولٰٓىِٕكَThose الَّذِیْنَ(are) ones whom هَدَی(have been) guided اللّٰهُ(by) Allah فَبِهُدٰىهُمُso of their guidance اقْتَدِهْ ؕyou follow قُلْSay لَّاۤNot اَسْـَٔلُكُمْI ask you عَلَیْهِfor it اَجْرًا ؕany reward اِنْNot هُوَ(is) it اِلَّاbut ذِكْرٰیa reminder لِلْعٰلَمِیْنَfor the worlds ۟۠(90) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 138 - Juz 7 وَمَاAnd not قَدَرُواthey appraised اللّٰهَAllah حَقَّ(with) true قَدْرِهٖۤ[of his] appraisal اِذْwhen قَالُوْاthey said مَاۤNot اَنْزَلَrevealed اللّٰهُ(by) Allah عَلٰیon بَشَرٍa human being مِّنْ[of] شَیْءٍ ؕanything قُلْSay مَنْWho اَنْزَلَrevealed الْكِتٰبَthe Book الَّذِیْwhich جَآءَbrought بِهٖ[it] مُوْسٰیMusa نُوْرًا(as) a light وَّهُدًیand guidance لِّلنَّاسِfor the people تَجْعَلُوْنَهٗYou make it قَرَاطِیْسَ(into) parchments تُبْدُوْنَهَاyou disclose (some of) it وَتُخْفُوْنَand you conceal كَثِیْرًا ۚmuch (of it) وَعُلِّمْتُمْAnd you were taught مَّاwhat لَمْnot تَعْلَمُوْۤاknew اَنْتُمْyou وَلَاۤand not اٰبَآؤُكُمْ ؕyour forefathers قُلِSay اللّٰهُ ۙAllah (revealed it) ثُمَّThen ذَرْهُمْleave them فِیْin خَوْضِهِمْtheir discourse یَلْعَبُوْنَplaying ۟(91) وَهٰذَاAnd this كِتٰبٌ(is) a Book اَنْزَلْنٰهُWe have revealed it مُبٰرَكٌblessed مُّصَدِّقُconfirming الَّذِیْwhich بَیْنَ(came) before یَدَیْهِits hands وَلِتُنْذِرَso that you may warn اُمَّ(the) mother الْقُرٰی(of) the cities وَمَنْand who حَوْلَهَا ؕ(are) around it وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those who یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve بِالْاٰخِرَةِin the Hereafter یُؤْمِنُوْنَthey believe بِهٖin it وَهُمْand they عَلٰیover صَلَاتِهِمْtheir prayers یُحَافِظُوْنَ(are) guarding ۟(92) وَمَنْAnd who اَظْلَمُ(is) more unjust مِمَّنِthan (one) who افْتَرٰیinvents عَلَیabout اللّٰهِAllah كَذِبًاa lie اَوْor قَالَsaid اُوْحِیَIt has been inspired اِلَیَّto me وَلَمْwhile not یُوْحَit was inspired اِلَیْهِto him شَیْءٌanything وَّمَنْand (one) who قَالَsaid سَاُنْزِلُI will reveal مِثْلَlike مَاۤwhat اَنْزَلَ(has been) revealed اللّٰهُ ؕ(by) Allah وَلَوْAnd if تَرٰۤیyou (could) see اِذِwhen الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers فِیْ(are) in غَمَرٰتِagonies الْمَوْتِ(of) [the] death وَالْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةُwhile the Angels بَاسِطُوْۤا(are) stretching out اَیْدِیْهِمْ ۚtheir hands (saying) اَخْرِجُوْۤاDischarge اَنْفُسَكُمْ ؕyour souls اَلْیَوْمَToday تُجْزَوْنَyou will be recompensed عَذَابَ(with) punishment الْهُوْنِhumiliating بِمَاbecause كُنْتُمْyou used to تَقُوْلُوْنَsay عَلَیagainst اللّٰهِAllah غَیْرَother than الْحَقِّthe truth وَكُنْتُمْand you were عَنْtowards اٰیٰتِهٖHis Verses تَسْتَكْبِرُوْنَbeing arrogant ۟(93) وَلَقَدْAnd certainly جِئْتُمُوْنَاyou have come to Us فُرَادٰیalone كَمَاas خَلَقْنٰكُمْWe created you اَوَّلَ(the) first مَرَّةٍtime وَّتَرَكْتُمْand you have left مَّاwhatever خَوَّلْنٰكُمْWe bestowed (on) you وَرَآءَbehind ظُهُوْرِكُمْ ۚyour backs وَمَاAnd not نَرٰیWe see مَعَكُمْwith you شُفَعَآءَكُمُyour intercessors الَّذِیْنَthose whom زَعَمْتُمْyou claimed اَنَّهُمْthat they (were) فِیْكُمْin your (matters) شُرَكٰٓؤُا ؕpartners (with Allah) لَقَدْIndeed تَّقَطَّعَhave been severed (bonds) بَیْنَكُمْbetween you وَضَلَّand is lost عَنْكُمْfrom you مَّاwhat كُنْتُمْyou used to تَزْعُمُوْنَclaim ۟۠(94) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 139 - Juz 7 اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah فَالِقُ(is the) Cleaver الْحَبِّ(of) the grain وَالنَّوٰی ؕand the date-seed یُخْرِجُHe brings forth الْحَیَّthe living مِنَfrom الْمَیِّتِthe dead وَمُخْرِجُand brings forth الْمَیِّتِthe dead مِنَfrom الْحَیِّ ؕthe living ذٰلِكُمُThat اللّٰهُ(is) Allah فَاَنّٰیso how تُؤْفَكُوْنَare you deluded ۟(95) فَالِقُ(He is the) Cleaver الْاِصْبَاحِ ۚ(of) the daybreak وَجَعَلَand He has made الَّیْلَthe night سَكَنًا(for) rest وَّالشَّمْسَand the sun وَالْقَمَرَand the moon حُسْبَانًا ؕ(for) reckoning ذٰلِكَThat تَقْدِیْرُ(is the) ordaining الْعَزِیْزِ(of) the All-Mighty الْعَلِیْمِthe All-Knowing ۟(96) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who جَعَلَmade لَكُمُfor you النُّجُوْمَthe stars لِتَهْتَدُوْاthat you may guide yourselves بِهَاwith them فِیْin ظُلُمٰتِthe darkness[es] الْبَرِّ(of) the land وَالْبَحْرِ ؕand the sea قَدْCertainly فَصَّلْنَاWe have made clear الْاٰیٰتِthe Signs لِقَوْمٍfor a people یَّعْلَمُوْنَ(who) know ۟(97) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْۤ(is) the One Who اَنْشَاَكُمْ(has) produced you مِّنْfrom نَّفْسٍa soul وَّاحِدَةٍsingle فَمُسْتَقَرٌّso (there is) a place of dwelling وَّمُسْتَوْدَعٌ ؕand a resting place قَدْCertainly فَصَّلْنَاWe have made clear الْاٰیٰتِthe Signs لِقَوْمٍfor a people یَّفْقَهُوْنَ(who) understand ۟(98) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْۤ(is) the One Who اَنْزَلَsends down مِنَfrom السَّمَآءِthe sky مَآءً ۚwater فَاَخْرَجْنَاthen We bring forth بِهٖwith it نَبَاتَvegetation كُلِّ(of) every شَیْءٍthing فَاَخْرَجْنَاThen We bring forth مِنْهُfrom it خَضِرًاgreen plant نُّخْرِجُWe bring forth مِنْهُfrom it حَبًّاgrain مُّتَرَاكِبًا ۚthick clustered وَمِنَAnd from النَّخْلِthe date-palm مِنْfrom طَلْعِهَاits spathe قِنْوَانٌclusters of dates دَانِیَةٌhanging low وَّجَنّٰتٍAnd gardens مِّنْof اَعْنَابٍgrapes وَّالزَّیْتُوْنَand the olives وَالرُّمَّانَand the pomegranates مُشْتَبِهًاresembling وَّغَیْرَand not مُتَشَابِهٍ ؕresembling اُنْظُرُوْۤاLook اِلٰیat ثَمَرِهٖۤits fruit اِذَاۤwhen اَثْمَرَit bears fruit وَیَنْعِهٖ ؕand its ripening اِنَّIndeed فِیْin ذٰلِكُمْthat لَاٰیٰتٍ(are) signs لِّقَوْمٍfor a people یُّؤْمِنُوْنَ(who) believe ۟(99) وَجَعَلُوْاAnd they make لِلّٰهِwith Allah شُرَكَآءَpartners الْجِنَّjinn وَخَلَقَهُمْthough He has created them وَخَرَقُوْاand they falsely attribute لَهٗto Him بَنِیْنَsons وَبَنٰتٍand daughters بِغَیْرِwithout عِلْمٍ ؕknowledge سُبْحٰنَهٗGlorified is He وَتَعٰلٰیand Exalted عَمَّاabove what یَصِفُوْنَthey attribute ۟۠(100) بَدِیْعُOriginator السَّمٰوٰتِ(of) the heavens وَالْاَرْضِ ؕand the earth اَنّٰیHow یَكُوْنُcan be لَهٗfor Him وَلَدٌa son وَّلَمْwhile not تَكُنْ(there) is لَّهٗfor Him صَاحِبَةٌ ؕa companion وَخَلَقَand He created كُلَّevery شَیْءٍ ۚthing وَهُوَAnd He بِكُلِّ(is) of every شَیْءٍthing عَلِیْمٌAll-Knower ۟(101) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 140 - Juz 7 ذٰلِكُمُThat اللّٰهُ(is) Allah رَبُّكُمْ ۚyour Lord لَاۤ(there is) no اِلٰهَgod اِلَّاexcept هُوَ ۚHim خَالِقُ(the) Creator كُلِّ(of) every شَیْءٍthing فَاعْبُدُوْهُ ۚso worship Him وَهُوَAnd He عَلٰی(is) on كُلِّevery شَیْءٍthing وَّكِیْلٌa Guardian ۟(102) لَاNot (can) تُدْرِكُهُgrasp Him الْاَبْصَارُ ؗthe visions وَهُوَbut He یُدْرِكُ(can) grasp الْاَبْصَارَ ۚ(all) the vision وَهُوَand He (is) اللَّطِیْفُthe All-Subtle الْخَبِیْرُthe All-Aware ۟(103) قَدْVerily جَآءَكُمْhas come to you بَصَآىِٕرُenlightenment مِنْfrom رَّبِّكُمْ ۚyour Lord فَمَنْThen whoever اَبْصَرَsees فَلِنَفْسِهٖ ۚthen (it is) for his soul وَمَنْand whoever عَمِیَ(is) blind فَعَلَیْهَا ؕthen (it is) against himself وَمَاۤAnd not اَنَا(am) I عَلَیْكُمْover you بِحَفِیْظٍa guardian ۟(104) وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus نُصَرِّفُWe explain الْاٰیٰتِthe Signs وَلِیَقُوْلُوْاthat they (may) say دَرَسْتَYou have studied وَلِنُبَیِّنَهٗand that We (may) make it clear لِقَوْمٍfor a people یَّعْلَمُوْنَwho know ۟(105) اِتَّبِعْFollow مَاۤwhat اُوْحِیَhas been inspired اِلَیْكَto you مِنْfrom رَّبِّكَ ۚyour Lord لَاۤ(there is) no اِلٰهَgod اِلَّاexcept هُوَ ۚHim وَاَعْرِضْand turn away عَنِfrom الْمُشْرِكِیْنَthe polytheists ۟(106) وَلَوْAnd if شَآءَ(had) willed اللّٰهُAllah مَاۤnot (they would have) اَشْرَكُوْا ؕassociated partners (with Him) وَمَاAnd not جَعَلْنٰكَWe have made you عَلَیْهِمْover them حَفِیْظًا ۚa guardian وَمَاۤand not اَنْتَyou عَلَیْهِمْ(are) over them بِوَكِیْلٍa manager ۟(107) وَلَاAnd (do) not تَسُبُّواinsult الَّذِیْنَthose whom یَدْعُوْنَthey invoke مِنْfrom دُوْنِother than اللّٰهِAllah فَیَسُبُّواlest they insult اللّٰهَAllah عَدْوًا(in) enmity بِغَیْرِwithout عِلْمٍ ؕknowledge كَذٰلِكَThus زَیَّنَّاWe have made fair-seeming لِكُلِّto every اُمَّةٍcommunity عَمَلَهُمْ ۪their deed ثُمَّThen اِلٰیto رَبِّهِمْtheir Lord مَّرْجِعُهُمْ(is) their return فَیُنَبِّئُهُمْthen He will inform them بِمَاabout what كَانُوْاthey used to یَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(108) وَاَقْسَمُوْاAnd they swear بِاللّٰهِby Allah جَهْدَstrongest اَیْمَانِهِمْ(of) their oaths لَىِٕنْthat if جَآءَتْهُمْcame to them اٰیَةٌa sign لَّیُؤْمِنُنَّthey would surely believe بِهَا ؕin it قُلْSay اِنَّمَاOnly الْاٰیٰتُthe signs عِنْدَ(are) with اللّٰهِAllah وَمَاAnd what یُشْعِرُكُمْ ۙwill make you perceive اَنَّهَاۤthat [it] اِذَاwhen جَآءَتْit comes لَاnot یُؤْمِنُوْنَthey will believe ۟(109) وَنُقَلِّبُAnd We will turn اَفْـِٕدَتَهُمْtheir hearts وَاَبْصَارَهُمْand their sights كَمَا(just) as لَمْnot یُؤْمِنُوْاthey believe بِهٖۤin it اَوَّلَ(the) first مَرَّةٍtime وَّنَذَرُهُمْAnd We will leave them فِیْin طُغْیَانِهِمْtheir transgression یَعْمَهُوْنَwandering blindly ۟۠(110) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 141 - Juz 7 وَلَوْAnd (even) if اَنَّنَا[that] We (had) نَزَّلْنَاۤ[We] sent down اِلَیْهِمُto them الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةَthe Angels وَكَلَّمَهُمُand spoken to them الْمَوْتٰیthe dead وَحَشَرْنَاand We gathered عَلَیْهِمْbefore them كُلَّevery شَیْءٍthing قُبُلًاface to face مَّاnot كَانُوْاthey were لِیُؤْمِنُوْۤاto believe اِلَّاۤunless اَنْ[that] یَّشَآءَwills اللّٰهُAllah وَلٰكِنَّBut اَكْثَرَهُمْmost of them یَجْهَلُوْنَ(are) ignorant ۟(111) وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus جَعَلْنَاWe made لِكُلِّfor every نَبِیٍّProphet عَدُوًّاan enemy شَیٰطِیْنَdevils الْاِنْسِ(from) the mankind وَالْجِنِّand the jinn یُوْحِیْinspiring بَعْضُهُمْsome of them اِلٰیto بَعْضٍothers زُخْرُفَ(with) decorative الْقَوْلِ[the] speech غُرُوْرًا ؕ(in) deception وَلَوْBut if شَآءَ(had) willed رَبُّكَyour Lord مَاnot فَعَلُوْهُthey (would) have done it فَذَرْهُمْso leave them وَمَاand what یَفْتَرُوْنَthey invent ۟(112) وَلِتَصْغٰۤیAnd so that incline اِلَیْهِto it اَفْـِٕدَةُhearts الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who لَا(do) not یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve بِالْاٰخِرَةِin the Hereafter وَلِیَرْضَوْهُand so that they may be pleased with it وَلِیَقْتَرِفُوْاand so that they may commit مَاwhat هُمْthey مُّقْتَرِفُوْنَ(are) committing ۟(113) اَفَغَیْرَThen is (it) other than اللّٰهِAllah اَبْتَغِیْI seek حَكَمًا(as) judge وَّهُوَwhile He الَّذِیْۤ(is) the One Who اَنْزَلَhas revealed اِلَیْكُمُto you الْكِتٰبَthe Book مُفَصَّلًا ؕexplained in detail وَالَّذِیْنَAnd those (to) whom اٰتَیْنٰهُمُWe gave them الْكِتٰبَthe Book یَعْلَمُوْنَthey know اَنَّهٗthat it مُنَزَّلٌ(is) sent down مِّنْfrom رَّبِّكَyour Lord بِالْحَقِّin truth فَلَاso (do) not تَكُوْنَنَّbe مِنَamong الْمُمْتَرِیْنَthe ones who doubt ۟(114) وَتَمَّتْAnd (has been) fulfilled كَلِمَتُ(the) word رَبِّكَ(of) your Lord صِدْقًا(in) truth وَّعَدْلًا ؕand justice لَاNo مُبَدِّلَone can change لِكَلِمٰتِهٖ ۚHis words وَهُوَand He السَّمِیْعُ(is) the All-Hearer الْعَلِیْمُthe All-Knower ۟(115) وَاِنْAnd if تُطِعْyou obey اَكْثَرَmost مَنْof فِی(those) in الْاَرْضِthe earth یُضِلُّوْكَthey will mislead you عَنْfrom سَبِیْلِ(the) way اللّٰهِ ؕ(of) Allah اِنْNot یَّتَّبِعُوْنَthey follow اِلَّاexcept الظَّنَّ[the] assumption وَاِنْand not هُمْthey (do) اِلَّاexcept یَخْرُصُوْنَguess ۟(116) اِنَّIndeed رَبَّكَyour Lord هُوَHe اَعْلَمُknows best مَنْwho یَّضِلُّstrays عَنْfrom سَبِیْلِهٖ ۚHis way وَهُوَand He اَعْلَمُ(is) most knowing بِالْمُهْتَدِیْنَof the guided-ones ۟(117) فَكُلُوْاSo eat مِمَّاof what ذُكِرَ(is) mentioned اسْمُ(the) name اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْهِon it اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are بِاٰیٰتِهٖin His Verses مُؤْمِنِیْنَbelievers ۟(118) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 142 - Juz 8 وَمَاAnd what لَكُمْfor you اَلَّاthat not تَاْكُلُوْاyou eat مِمَّاof what ذُكِرَhas been mentioned اسْمُ(the) name اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْهِon it وَقَدْwhen indeed فَصَّلَHe (has) explained in detail لَكُمْto you مَّاwhat حَرَّمَHe (has) forbidden عَلَیْكُمْto you اِلَّاexcept مَاwhat اضْطُرِرْتُمْyou are compelled اِلَیْهِ ؕto it وَاِنَّAnd indeed كَثِیْرًاmany لَّیُضِلُّوْنَsurely lead astray بِاَهْوَآىِٕهِمْby their (vain) desires بِغَیْرِwithout عِلْمٍ ؕknowledge اِنَّIndeed رَبَّكَyour Lord هُوَHe اَعْلَمُ(is) most knowing بِالْمُعْتَدِیْنَof the transgressors ۟(119) وَذَرُوْاForsake ظَاهِرَopen الْاِثْمِ[the] sins وَبَاطِنَهٗ ؕand the secret اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who یَكْسِبُوْنَearn الْاِثْمَ[the] sin سَیُجْزَوْنَthey will be recompensed بِمَاfor what كَانُوْاthey used to یَقْتَرِفُوْنَcommit ۟(120) وَلَاAnd (do) not تَاْكُلُوْاeat مِمَّاof that لَمْnot یُذْكَرِhas been mentioned اسْمُ(the) name اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْهِon it وَاِنَّهٗand indeed, it (is) لَفِسْقٌ ؕgrave disobedience وَاِنَّAnd indeed الشَّیٰطِیْنَthe devils لَیُوْحُوْنَinspire اِلٰۤیto اَوْلِیٰٓـِٕهِمْtheir friends لِیُجَادِلُوْكُمْ ۚso that they dispute with you وَاِنْand if اَطَعْتُمُوْهُمْyou obey them اِنَّكُمْindeed, you لَمُشْرِكُوْنَ(would) be the polytheists ۟۠(121) اَوَمَنْIs (one) who كَانَwas مَیْتًاdead فَاَحْیَیْنٰهُand We gave him life وَجَعَلْنَاand We made لَهٗfor him نُوْرًاlight یَّمْشِیْhe walks بِهٖwhereby فِیamong النَّاسِthe people كَمَنْlike (one) who مَّثَلُهٗ[similar to him] فِی(is) in الظُّلُمٰتِthe darknesses لَیْسَnot بِخَارِجٍhe comes out مِّنْهَا ؕof it كَذٰلِكَThus زُیِّنَis made fair-seeming لِلْكٰفِرِیْنَto the disbelievers مَاwhat كَانُوْاthey were یَعْمَلُوْنَdoing ۟(122) وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus جَعَلْنَاWe placed فِیْin كُلِّevery قَرْیَةٍcity اَكٰبِرَgreatest مُجْرِمِیْهَا(of) its criminals لِیَمْكُرُوْاso that they plot فِیْهَا ؕtherein وَمَاAnd not یَمْكُرُوْنَthey plot اِلَّاexcept بِاَنْفُسِهِمْagainst themselves وَمَاand not یَشْعُرُوْنَthey perceive ۟(123) وَاِذَاAnd when جَآءَتْهُمْcomes to them اٰیَةٌa Sign قَالُوْاthey say لَنْNever نُّؤْمِنَwe will believe حَتّٰیuntil نُؤْتٰیwe are given مِثْلَlike مَاۤwhat اُوْتِیَwas given رُسُلُ(to the) Messengers اللّٰهِ ؔۘؕ(of) Allah اَللّٰهُAllah اَعْلَمُknows best حَیْثُwhere یَجْعَلُHe places رِسَالَتَهٗ ؕHis Message سَیُصِیْبُWill afflict الَّذِیْنَthose who اَجْرَمُوْاcommitted crimes صَغَارٌa humiliation عِنْدَfrom اللّٰهِAllah وَعَذَابٌand a punishment شَدِیْدٌۢsevere بِمَاfor what كَانُوْاthey used to یَمْكُرُوْنَplot ۟(124) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 143 - Juz 8 فَمَنْSo whoever یُّرِدِwants اللّٰهُAllah اَنْthat یَّهْدِیَهٗHe guides him یَشْرَحْHe expands صَدْرَهٗhis breast لِلْاِسْلَامِ ۚto Islam وَمَنْand whoever یُّرِدْHe wants اَنْthat یُّضِلَّهٗHe lets him go astray یَجْعَلْHe makes صَدْرَهٗhis breast ضَیِّقًاtight حَرَجًاand constricted كَاَنَّمَاas though یَصَّعَّدُhe (were) climbing فِیinto السَّمَآءِ ؕthe sky كَذٰلِكَThus یَجْعَلُplaces اللّٰهُAllah الرِّجْسَthe filth عَلَیon الَّذِیْنَthose who لَا(do) not یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve ۟(125) وَهٰذَاAnd this صِرَاطُ(is the) way رَبِّكَ(of) your Lord مُسْتَقِیْمًا ؕstraight قَدْCertainly فَصَّلْنَاWe have detailed الْاٰیٰتِthe Verses لِقَوْمٍfor a people یَّذَّكَّرُوْنَwho take heed ۟(126) لَهُمْFor them دَارُ(will be) home السَّلٰمِ(of) [the] peace عِنْدَwith رَبِّهِمْtheir Lord وَهُوَAnd He وَلِیُّهُمْ(will be) their protecting friend بِمَاbecause كَانُوْا(of what) they used to یَعْمَلُوْنَdo ۟(127) وَیَوْمَAnd (the) Day یَحْشُرُهُمْHe will gather them جَمِیْعًا ۚall یٰمَعْشَرَ(and will say), "O assembly الْجِنِّ(of) [the] jinn قَدِCertainly اسْتَكْثَرْتُمْyou have (misled) many مِّنَof الْاِنْسِ ۚthe mankind وَقَالَAnd will say اَوْلِیٰٓؤُهُمْtheir friends مِّنَamong الْاِنْسِthe men رَبَّنَاOur Lord اسْتَمْتَعَprofited بَعْضُنَاsome of us بِبَعْضٍby others وَّبَلَغْنَاۤand we have reached اَجَلَنَاour term الَّذِیْۤwhich اَجَّلْتَYou appointed لَنَا ؕfor us قَالَHe will say النَّارُThe Fire مَثْوٰىكُمْ(is) your abode خٰلِدِیْنَwill abide forever فِیْهَاۤin it اِلَّاexcept مَا(for) what شَآءَwills اللّٰهُ ؕAllah اِنَّIndeed رَبَّكَyour Lord حَكِیْمٌ(is) All-Wise عَلِیْمٌAll-Knowing ۟(128) وَكَذٰلِكَAnd thus نُوَلِّیْWe make friends بَعْضَsome (of) الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoers بَعْضًا(to) others بِمَاfor what كَانُوْاthey used to یَكْسِبُوْنَearn ۟۠(129) یٰمَعْشَرَO assembly الْجِنِّ(of) [the] jinn وَالْاِنْسِand [the] men اَلَمْDid (there) not یَاْتِكُمْcome to you رُسُلٌMessengers مِّنْكُمْfrom (among) you یَقُصُّوْنَrelating عَلَیْكُمْto you اٰیٰتِیْMy Verses وَیُنْذِرُوْنَكُمْand warning you لِقَآءَ(of the) meeting یَوْمِكُمْ(of) your day هٰذَا ؕthis قَالُوْاThey will say شَهِدْنَاWe bear witness عَلٰۤیagainst اَنْفُسِنَاourselves وَغَرَّتْهُمُAnd deluded them الْحَیٰوةُthe life الدُّنْیَا(of) the world وَشَهِدُوْاand they will bear witness عَلٰۤیagainst اَنْفُسِهِمْthemselves اَنَّهُمْthat they كَانُوْاwere كٰفِرِیْنَdisbelievers ۟(130) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 144 - Juz 8 ذٰلِكَThat (is because) اَنْ[that] لَّمْnot یَكُنْis رَّبُّكَyour Lord مُهْلِكَone who destroys الْقُرٰیthe cities بِظُلْمٍfor (their) wrongdoing وَّاَهْلُهَاwhile their people غٰفِلُوْنَ(are) unaware ۟(131) وَلِكُلٍّAnd for all دَرَجٰتٌ(will be) degrees مِّمَّاfor what عَمِلُوْا ؕthey did وَمَاAnd not رَبُّكَ(is) your Lord بِغَافِلٍunaware عَمَّاabout what یَعْمَلُوْنَthey do ۟(132) وَرَبُّكَAnd your Lord الْغَنِیُّ(is) the Self-Sufficient ذُو(the) Possessor الرَّحْمَةِ ؕ(of) mercy اِنْIf یَّشَاْHe wills یُذْهِبْكُمْHe can take you away وَیَسْتَخْلِفْand grant succession مِنْfrom بَعْدِكُمْafter you مَّا(to) whom یَشَآءُHe wills كَمَاۤas اَنْشَاَكُمْHe raised you مِّنْfrom ذُرِّیَّةِthe descendants قَوْمٍ(of) people اٰخَرِیْنَother ۟ؕ(133) اِنَّIndeed مَاwhat تُوْعَدُوْنَyou are promised لَاٰتٍ ۙ(is) sure to come وَّمَاۤAnd not اَنْتُمْ(can) you بِمُعْجِزِیْنَescape (it) ۟(134) قُلْSay یٰقَوْمِO my people اعْمَلُوْاWork عَلٰیon مَكَانَتِكُمْyour position اِنِّیْIndeed, I am عَامِلٌ ۚa worker فَسَوْفَAnd soon تَعْلَمُوْنَ ۙyou will know مَنْwho تَكُوْنُwill have لَهٗfor himself عَاقِبَةُ(in) the end الدَّارِ ؕ(a good) home اِنَّهٗIndeed [he] لَا(will) not یُفْلِحُsucceed الظّٰلِمُوْنَthe wrongdoers ۟(135) وَجَعَلُوْاAnd they assign لِلّٰهِto Allah مِمَّاout of what ذَرَاَHe produced مِنَof الْحَرْثِthe crops وَالْاَنْعَامِand the cattle نَصِیْبًاa share فَقَالُوْاand they say هٰذَاThis لِلّٰهِ(is) for Allah بِزَعْمِهِمْby their claim وَهٰذَاAnd this لِشُرَكَآىِٕنَا ۚ(is) for our partners فَمَاBut what كَانَis لِشُرَكَآىِٕهِمْfor their partners فَلَا(does) not یَصِلُreach اِلَی[to] اللّٰهِ ۚAllah وَمَاwhile what كَانَis لِلّٰهِfor Allah فَهُوَthen it یَصِلُreaches اِلٰی[to] شُرَكَآىِٕهِمْ ؕtheir partners سَآءَEvil مَا(is) what یَحْكُمُوْنَthey judge ۟(136) وَكَذٰلِكَAnd likewise زَیَّنَmade pleasing لِكَثِیْرٍto many مِّنَof الْمُشْرِكِیْنَthe polytheists قَتْلَ(the) killing اَوْلَادِهِمْ(of) their children شُرَكَآؤُهُمْtheir partners لِیُرْدُوْهُمْso that they may ruin them وَلِیَلْبِسُوْاand that they make confusing عَلَیْهِمْto them دِیْنَهُمْ ؕtheir religion وَلَوْAnd if شَآءَ(had) willed اللّٰهُAllah مَاnot فَعَلُوْهُ(would) they have done so فَذَرْهُمْSo leave them وَمَاand what یَفْتَرُوْنَthey invent ۟(137) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 145 - Juz 8 وَقَالُوْاAnd they say هٰذِهٖۤThese اَنْعَامٌ(are) cattle وَّحَرْثٌand crops حِجْرٌ ۖۗforbidden لَّاno (one) یَطْعَمُهَاۤcan eat them اِلَّاexcept مَنْwhom نَّشَآءُwe will بِزَعْمِهِمْby their claim وَاَنْعَامٌAnd cattle حُرِّمَتْforbidden ظُهُوْرُهَا(are) their backs وَاَنْعَامٌand cattle لَّاnot یَذْكُرُوْنَthey mention اسْمَ(the) name اللّٰهِ(of) Allah عَلَیْهَاon it افْتِرَآءً(as) an invention عَلَیْهِ ؕagainst Him سَیَجْزِیْهِمْHe will recompense them بِمَاfor what كَانُوْاthey used to یَفْتَرُوْنَinvent ۟(138) وَقَالُوْاAnd they say مَاWhat فِیْ(is) in بُطُوْنِ(the) wombs هٰذِهِ(of) these الْاَنْعَامِcattle خَالِصَةٌ(is) exclusively لِّذُكُوْرِنَاfor our males وَمُحَرَّمٌand forbidden عَلٰۤیon اَزْوَاجِنَا ۚour spouses وَاِنْBut if یَّكُنْis مَّیْتَةً(born) dead فَهُمْthen they (all) فِیْهِin it شُرَكَآءُ ؕ(are) partners سَیَجْزِیْهِمْHe will recompense them وَصْفَهُمْ ؕ(for) their attribution اِنَّهٗIndeed, He حَكِیْمٌ(is) All-Wise عَلِیْمٌAll-Knowing ۟(139) قَدْCertainly خَسِرَ(are) lost الَّذِیْنَthose who قَتَلُوْۤاkilled اَوْلَادَهُمْtheir children سَفَهًا(in) foolishness بِغَیْرِwithout عِلْمٍknowledge وَّحَرَّمُوْاand forbid مَاwhat رَزَقَهُمُ(bas been) provided (to) them اللّٰهُ(by) Allah افْتِرَآءًinventing (lies) عَلَیagainst اللّٰهِ ؕAllah قَدْCertainly ضَلُّوْاthey have gone astray وَمَاand not كَانُوْاthey are مُهْتَدِیْنَguided-ones ۟۠(140) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْۤ(is) the One Who اَنْشَاَproduced جَنّٰتٍgardens مَّعْرُوْشٰتٍtrellised وَّغَیْرَand other than مَعْرُوْشٰتٍtrellised وَّالنَّخْلَand the date-palm وَالزَّرْعَand the crops مُخْتَلِفًاdiverse اُكُلُهٗ(are) its taste وَالزَّیْتُوْنَand the olives وَالرُّمَّانَand the pomegranates مُتَشَابِهًاsimilar وَّغَیْرَand other than مُتَشَابِهٍ ؕsimilar كُلُوْاEat مِنْof ثَمَرِهٖۤits fruit اِذَاۤwhen اَثْمَرَit bears fruit وَاٰتُوْاand give حَقَّهٗits due یَوْمَ(on the) day حَصَادِهٖ ۖؗ(of) its harvest وَلَاAnd (do) not تُسْرِفُوْا ؕ(be) extravagant اِنَّهٗIndeed, He لَا(does) not یُحِبُّlove الْمُسْرِفِیْنَthe ones who are extravagant ۟ۙ(141) وَمِنَAnd of الْاَنْعَامِthe cattle حَمُوْلَةً(are some for) burden وَّفَرْشًا ؕand (some for) meat كُلُوْاEat مِمَّاof what رَزَقَكُمُ(has been) provided (to) you اللّٰهُ(by) Allah وَلَاand (do) not تَتَّبِعُوْاfollow خُطُوٰتِ(the) footsteps الشَّیْطٰنِ ؕ(of) Shaitaan اِنَّهٗIndeed, he لَكُمْ(is) to you عَدُوٌّan enemy مُّبِیْنٌopen ۟ۙ(142) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 146 - Juz 8 ثَمٰنِیَةَEight اَزْوَاجٍ ۚpairs مِنَof الضَّاْنِthe sheep اثْنَیْنِtwo وَمِنَand of الْمَعْزِthe goats اثْنَیْنِ ؕtwo قُلْSay ءٰٓالذَّكَرَیْنِ(Are) the two males حَرَّمَHe has forbidden اَمِor الْاُنْثَیَیْنِthe two females اَمَّاor what اشْتَمَلَتْcontains عَلَیْهِ[in it] اَرْحَامُ(the) wombs الْاُنْثَیَیْنِ ؕ(of) the two females نَبِّـُٔوْنِیْInform me بِعِلْمٍwith knowledge اِنْif كُنْتُمْyou are صٰدِقِیْنَtruthful ۟ۙ(143) وَمِنَAnd of الْاِبِلِthe camels اثْنَیْنِtwo وَمِنَand of الْبَقَرِthe cows اثْنَیْنِ ؕtwo قُلْSay ءٰٓالذَّكَرَیْنِ(Is it) the two males حَرَّمَHe (has) forbidden اَمِor الْاُنْثَیَیْنِthe two females اَمَّاor what اشْتَمَلَتْcontains عَلَیْهِ[in it] اَرْحَامُ(the) wombs الْاُنْثَیَیْنِ ؕ(of) the two females اَمْOr كُنْتُمْwere you شُهَدَآءَwitnesses اِذْwhen وَصّٰىكُمُenjoined you اللّٰهُAllah بِهٰذَا ۚwith this فَمَنْThen who اَظْلَمُ(is) more unjust مِمَّنِthan (one) who افْتَرٰیinvents عَلَیagainst اللّٰهِAllah كَذِبًاa lie لِّیُضِلَّto mislead النَّاسَthe people بِغَیْرِwithout عِلْمٍ ؕknowledge اِنَّIndeed اللّٰهَAllah لَا(does) not یَهْدِیguide الْقَوْمَthe people الظّٰلِمِیْنَthe wrongdoing ۟۠(144) قُلْSay لَّاۤNot اَجِدُ(do) I find فِیْin مَاۤwhat اُوْحِیَhas been revealed اِلَیَّto me مُحَرَّمًا(anything) forbidden عَلٰیto طَاعِمٍan eater یَّطْعَمُهٗۤwho eats it اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْthat یَّكُوْنَit be مَیْتَةًdead اَوْor دَمًاblood مَّسْفُوْحًاpoured forth اَوْor لَحْمَ(the) flesh خِنْزِیْرٍ(of) swine فَاِنَّهٗfor indeed, it رِجْسٌ(is) filth اَوْor فِسْقًا(it be) disobedience اُهِلَّ[is] dedicated لِغَیْرِto other than اللّٰهِAllah بِهٖ ۚ[on it] فَمَنِBut whoever اضْطُرَّ(is) compelled غَیْرَnot بَاغٍdesiring وَّلَاand not عَادٍtransgressing فَاِنَّthen indeed رَبَّكَyour Lord غَفُوْرٌ(is) Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟(145) وَعَلَیAnd to الَّذِیْنَthose who هَادُوْاare Jews حَرَّمْنَاWe forbade كُلَّevery ذِیْ(animal) with ظُفُرٍ ۚclaws وَمِنَand of الْبَقَرِthe cows وَالْغَنَمِand the sheep حَرَّمْنَاWe forbade عَلَیْهِمْto them شُحُوْمَهُمَاۤtheir fat اِلَّاexcept مَاwhat حَمَلَتْcarried ظُهُوْرُهُمَاۤtheir backs اَوِor الْحَوَایَاۤthe entrails اَوْor مَاwhat اخْتَلَطَ(is) joined بِعَظْمٍ ؕwith the bone ذٰلِكَThat جَزَیْنٰهُمْ(is) their recompense بِبَغْیِهِمْ ۖؗfor their rebellion وَاِنَّاAnd indeed, We لَصٰدِقُوْنَ[surely] are truthful ۟(146) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 147 - Juz 8 فَاِنْBut if كَذَّبُوْكَthey deny you فَقُلْthen say رَّبُّكُمْYour Lord ذُوْ(is the) Possessor رَحْمَةٍ(of) Mercy وَّاسِعَةٍ ۚVast وَلَاbut not یُرَدُّwill be turned back بَاْسُهٗHis wrath عَنِfrom الْقَوْمِthe people الْمُجْرِمِیْنَ(who are) criminals ۟(147) سَیَقُوْلُWill say الَّذِیْنَthose who اَشْرَكُوْاassociate partners (with Allah) لَوْIf شَآءَHad willed اللّٰهُAllah مَاۤnot اَشْرَكْنَاwe (would) have associated partners (with Allah) وَلَاۤand not اٰبَآؤُنَاour forefathers وَلَاand not حَرَّمْنَاwe (would) have forbidden مِنْ[of] شَیْءٍ ؕanything كَذٰلِكَLikewise كَذَّبَdenied الَّذِیْنَthose who مِنْ(were from) قَبْلِهِمْbefore them حَتّٰیuntil ذَاقُوْاthey tasted بَاْسَنَا ؕOur wrath قُلْSay هَلْIs عِنْدَكُمْwith you مِّنْ[of] عِلْمٍany knowledge فَتُخْرِجُوْهُthen produce it لَنَا ؕfor us اِنْNot تَتَّبِعُوْنَyou follow اِلَّاexcept الظَّنَّthe assumption وَاِنْand not اَنْتُمْyou (do) اِلَّاbut تَخْرُصُوْنَguess ۟(148) قُلْSay فَلِلّٰهِWith Allah الْحُجَّةُ(is) the argument الْبَالِغَةُ ۚthe conclusive فَلَوْAnd if شَآءَHe (had) willed لَهَدٰىكُمْsurely He (would) have guided you اَجْمَعِیْنَall ۟(149) قُلْSay هَلُمَّBring forward شُهَدَآءَكُمُyour witnesses الَّذِیْنَthose who یَشْهَدُوْنَtestify اَنَّthat اللّٰهَAllah حَرَّمَprohibited هٰذَا ۚthis فَاِنْThen if شَهِدُوْاthey testify فَلَاthen (do) not تَشْهَدْtestify مَعَهُمْ ۚwith them وَلَاAnd (do) not تَتَّبِعْfollow اَهْوَآءَ(the) desires الَّذِیْنَ(of) those who كَذَّبُوْاdenied بِاٰیٰتِنَاOur Signs وَالَّذِیْنَand those who لَا(do) not یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve بِالْاٰخِرَةِin the Hereafter وَهُمْwhile they بِرَبِّهِمْwith their Lord یَعْدِلُوْنَset up equals ۟۠(150) قُلْSay تَعَالَوْاCome اَتْلُI will recite مَاwhat حَرَّمَhas prohibited رَبُّكُمْyour Lord عَلَیْكُمْto you اَلَّاThat (do) not تُشْرِكُوْاassociate بِهٖwith Him شَیْـًٔاanything وَّبِالْوَالِدَیْنِand with the parents اِحْسَانًا ۚ(be) good وَلَاand (do) not تَقْتُلُوْۤاkill اَوْلَادَكُمْyour children مِّنْ(out) of اِمْلَاقٍ ؕpoverty نَحْنُWe نَرْزُقُكُمْprovide for you وَاِیَّاهُمْ ۚand for them وَلَاAnd (do) not تَقْرَبُواgo near الْفَوَاحِشَ[the] immoralities مَاwhat ظَهَرَ(is) apparent مِنْهَاof them وَمَاand what بَطَنَ ۚ(is) concealed وَلَاAnd (do) not تَقْتُلُواkill النَّفْسَthe soul الَّتِیْwhich حَرَّمَhas (been) forbidden اللّٰهُ(by) Allah اِلَّاexcept بِالْحَقِّ ؕby (legal) right ذٰلِكُمْThat وَصّٰىكُمْ(He) has enjoined on you بِهٖwith it لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَعْقِلُوْنَuse reason ۟(151) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 148 - Juz 8 وَلَاAnd (do) not تَقْرَبُوْاgo near مَالَwealth الْیَتِیْمِ(of) the orphans اِلَّاexcept بِالَّتِیْwith that هِیَwhich اَحْسَنُ(is) best حَتّٰیuntil یَبْلُغَhe reaches اَشُدَّهٗ ۚhis maturity وَاَوْفُواAnd give full الْكَیْلَ[the] measure وَالْمِیْزَانَand the weight بِالْقِسْطِ ۚwith justice لَاNot نُكَلِّفُWe burden نَفْسًاany soul اِلَّاexcept وُسْعَهَا ۚ(to) its capacity وَاِذَاAnd when قُلْتُمْyou speak فَاعْدِلُوْاthen be just وَلَوْeven if كَانَhe is ذَا(one of) قُرْبٰی ۚa near relative وَبِعَهْدِAnd (the) Covenant اللّٰهِ(of) Allah اَوْفُوْا ؕfulfil ذٰلِكُمْThat وَصّٰىكُمْ(He) has enjoined on you بِهٖwith it لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَذَكَّرُوْنَremember ۟ۙ(152) وَاَنَّAnd that هٰذَاthis صِرَاطِیْ(is) My path مُسْتَقِیْمًاstraight فَاتَّبِعُوْهُ ۚso follow it وَلَاAnd (do) not تَتَّبِعُواfollow السُّبُلَthe (other) paths فَتَفَرَّقَthen they will separate بِكُمْyou عَنْfrom سَبِیْلِهٖ ؕHis path ذٰلِكُمْThat وَصّٰىكُمْ(He) has enjoined on you بِهٖ[with it] لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تَتَّقُوْنَbecome righteous ۟(153) ثُمَّMoreover اٰتَیْنَاWe gave مُوْسَیMusa الْكِتٰبَthe Book تَمَامًاcompleting (Our Favor) عَلَیon الَّذِیْۤthe one who اَحْسَنَdid good وَتَفْصِیْلًاand an explanation لِّكُلِّof every شَیْءٍthing وَّهُدًیand a guidance وَّرَحْمَةًand mercy لَّعَلَّهُمْso that they may بِلِقَآءِin (the) meeting رَبِّهِمْ(with) their Lord یُؤْمِنُوْنَbelieve ۟۠(154) وَهٰذَاAnd this كِتٰبٌ(is) a Book اَنْزَلْنٰهُWe have revealed it مُبٰرَكٌblessed فَاتَّبِعُوْهُso follow it وَاتَّقُوْاand fear (Allah) لَعَلَّكُمْso that you may تُرْحَمُوْنَreceive mercy ۟ۙ(155) اَنْLest تَقُوْلُوْۤاyou say اِنَّمَاۤOnly اُنْزِلَwas revealed الْكِتٰبُthe Book عَلٰیon طَآىِٕفَتَیْنِthe two groups مِنْfrom قَبْلِنَا ۪before us وَاِنْand indeed كُنَّاwe were عَنْabout دِرَاسَتِهِمْtheir study لَغٰفِلِیْنَcertainly unaware ۟ۙ(156) اَوْOr تَقُوْلُوْاyou say لَوْIf اَنَّاۤ[that] اُنْزِلَwas revealed عَلَیْنَاto us الْكِتٰبُthe Book لَكُنَّاۤsurely we (would) have been اَهْدٰیbetter guided مِنْهُمْ ۚthan them فَقَدْSo verily جَآءَكُمْhas come to you بَیِّنَةٌclear proofs مِّنْfrom رَّبِّكُمْyour Lord وَهُدًیand a Guidance وَّرَحْمَةٌ ۚand a Mercy فَمَنْThen who اَظْلَمُ(is) more unjust مِمَّنْthan (he) who كَذَّبَdenies بِاٰیٰتِ[with] (the) Verses اللّٰهِ(of) Allah وَصَدَفَand turns away عَنْهَا ؕfrom them سَنَجْزِیWe will recompense الَّذِیْنَthose who یَصْدِفُوْنَturn away عَنْfrom اٰیٰتِنَاOur Signs سُوْٓءَ(with) an evil الْعَذَابِpunishment بِمَاbecause كَانُوْاthey used to یَصْدِفُوْنَturn away ۟(157) Surah 6. Al-Anam - Page 149 - Juz 8 هَلْAre یَنْظُرُوْنَthey waiting اِلَّاۤexcept اَنْthat تَاْتِیَهُمُcomes to them الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةُthe Angels اَوْor یَاْتِیَcomes رَبُّكَyour Lord اَوْor یَاْتِیَcomes بَعْضُsome (of) اٰیٰتِ(the) Signs رَبِّكَ ؕ(of) your Lord یَوْمَ(The) Day یَاْتِیْ(when) comes بَعْضُsome (of) اٰیٰتِ(the) Signs رَبِّكَ(of) your Lord لَاnot یَنْفَعُwill benefit نَفْسًاa soul اِیْمَانُهَاits faith لَمْnot تَكُنْ(if) it had اٰمَنَتْbelieved مِنْfrom قَبْلُbefore اَوْor كَسَبَتْearned فِیْۤthrough اِیْمَانِهَاits faith خَیْرًا ؕany good قُلِSay انْتَظِرُوْۤاWait اِنَّاIndeed, we مُنْتَظِرُوْنَ(are) those who wait ۟(158) اِنَّIndeed الَّذِیْنَthose who فَرَّقُوْاdivide دِیْنَهُمْtheir religion وَكَانُوْاand become شِیَعًاsects لَّسْتَyou are not مِنْهُمْwith them فِیْin شَیْءٍ ؕanything اِنَّمَاۤOnly اَمْرُهُمْtheir affair اِلَی(is) with اللّٰهِAllah ثُمَّthen یُنَبِّئُهُمْHe will inform them بِمَاof what كَانُوْاthey used to یَفْعَلُوْنَdo ۟(159) مَنْWhoever جَآءَcame بِالْحَسَنَةِwith a good deed فَلَهٗthen for him عَشْرُ(is) ten (times) اَمْثَالِهَا ۚthe like of it وَمَنْAnd whoever جَآءَcame بِالسَّیِّئَةِwith an evil deed فَلَاthen not یُجْزٰۤیhe will be recompensed اِلَّاexcept مِثْلَهَاthe like of it وَهُمْand they لَاwill not یُظْلَمُوْنَ(be) wronged ۟(160) قُلْSay اِنَّنِیْIndeed (as for) me هَدٰىنِیْhas guided me رَبِّیْۤmy Lord اِلٰیto صِرَاطٍa path مُّسْتَقِیْمٍ ۚ۬straight دِیْنًاa religion قِیَمًاright مِّلَّةَreligion اِبْرٰهِیْمَ(of) Ibrahim حَنِیْفًا ۚa true monotheist وَمَاAnd not كَانَhe was مِنَfrom الْمُشْرِكِیْنَthe polytheists ۟(161) قُلْSay اِنَّIndeed صَلَاتِیْmy prayer وَنُسُكِیْand my rites of sacrifice وَمَحْیَایَand my living وَمَمَاتِیْand my dying لِلّٰهِ(are) for Allah رَبِّLord الْعٰلَمِیْنَ(of) the worlds ۟ۙ(162) لَاNo شَرِیْكَpartners لَهٗ ۚfor Him وَبِذٰلِكَand with that اُمِرْتُI have been commanded وَاَنَاAnd I am اَوَّلُ(the) first الْمُسْلِمِیْنَ(of) the ones who surrender (to Him) ۟(163) قُلْSay اَغَیْرَIs (it) other than اللّٰهِAllah اَبْغِیْI (should) seek رَبًّا(as) a Lord وَّهُوَwhile He رَبُّ(is) the Lord كُلِّ(of) every شَیْءٍ ؕthing وَلَاAnd not تَكْسِبُearns كُلُّevery نَفْسٍsoul اِلَّاexcept عَلَیْهَا ۚagainst itself وَلَاand not تَزِرُbears وَازِرَةٌany bearer of burden وِّزْرَburden اُخْرٰی ۚ(of) another ثُمَّThen اِلٰیto رَبِّكُمْyour Lord مَّرْجِعُكُمْ(is) your return فَیُنَبِّئُكُمْthen He will inform you بِمَاabout what كُنْتُمْyou were فِیْهِconcerning it تَخْتَلِفُوْنَdiffering ۟(164) وَهُوَAnd He الَّذِیْ(is) the One Who جَعَلَكُمْ(has) made you خَلٰٓىِٕفَsuccessors الْاَرْضِ(of) the earth وَرَفَعَand raised بَعْضَكُمْsome of you فَوْقَabove بَعْضٍothers دَرَجٰتٍ(in) ranks لِّیَبْلُوَكُمْso that He may test you فِیْin مَاۤwhat اٰتٰىكُمْ ؕHe has given you اِنَّIndeed رَبَّكَyour Lord سَرِیْعُ(is) swift الْعِقَابِ ۖؗ(in) the punishment وَاِنَّهٗand indeed, He (is) لَغَفُوْرٌ[certainly], Oft-Forgiving رَّحِیْمٌMost Merciful ۟۠(165) Surah 6.
